Floo Flames in Hogwarts Legacy are essentially fast-travel points. In order to unlock a Floo Flame, so that you can use it to fast-travel, all you need to do is walk up to it and the flame will light and the icon will turn green, meaning it’s now activated.

A few things to note with this trophy. Firstly, the icons appear on the map from the off, so you don’t even need a map to find all these - just hover over an icon in the map screen and set it as your waypoint, then follow the route there. And secondly, you don’t even need to get off your broom to activate most of the open-world ones, so you’ll be able to breeze through this in no time whatsoever.

There are 80 Floo Flames in all (32 in Hogwarts; 3 in Hogsmeade and 45 in the Highlands). And they can be found in the following regions - again, just set the destination on the map screen and head there when you want to unlock one:
