Shuu is another bird with multiple endings. Like Sakuya, his endings are dependent on whether you choose the right classes to do. For the true ending (this trophy) you will want to choose to take Math every chance you get.

Shuu is the doctor at the high school, so you'll want to go to places where a doctor might be found, such as the infirmary and first-aid tent.
