In Expand, you control a tiny pink square and must navigate through a series of labyrinths that are constantly changing. Dodge everything red and be sure not to get crushed by the constantly moving walls. With varying speeds and patterns in each of the four main levels, you will need to find each piece of the missing puzzle to unlock the final test.

Basics:

You will only be using the for this game. No buttons, no triggers, no touchpad. Just the to move your square.

Each level is only about 5-10 minutes long. As such, instead of providing separate videos, one full length walkthrough video has been provided under the Closure trophy description.

This game will only require one step and that is to simply play through the game. All of the trophies are story related and cannot be missed so by the time you finish the game, you will have all 10 of the available trophies.

  • Completed Opening

Story related and cannot be missed.

You will go through a small introduction section before starting the actual game. This section is the "Opening". It'll teach you the basics of the game mechanics, what to dodge, what to look out for, and what to actually do. When you reach the main area with the North, South, East, and West wings, the trophy will unlock.

If you are having any trouble with this, please see Closure for a full game walkthrough video.

After you complete the Opening Area as well as each of the four "levels", you will be returned to the Main Area which looks like this:

When you find each of the four missing pieces, one section of the pinwheel will be filled in pink. When you expand the area (just move around the center), you will notice there are four exit points: North, South, East, and West (they are not actually labeled this in the game).

Each "exit" leads to a set of Labyrinths that need you need to navigate in order to get to one of the four actual "levels". It doesn't matter what direction you go to first, the levels will always be in the same order (Peril, Reach, Elude, and Control). Complete each set of Labyrinths in each "exit" to unlock their respective trophies.

If you are having any trouble with this, please see Closure for a full game walkthrough video.

Closure is what can be considered the epilogue of the game. It will go through a quick rundown of the previous four levels (Peril, Reach, Elude, and Control), and then finally end with one final set of labyrinths.

It's not very easy to explain any of the levels in text. The basics for them, though, are that everything red is hazardous and you need to take your time and watch each section before approaching them. Each time the labyrinth changes or alters itself, you will start in a safe area and will be able to look for any patterns or hazards you need to.

Below is a video of a walkthrough of the entire game. As noted by the video length, this game is not long at all. Each section is only about 5-10 minutes, if that. Do note however that the video does not show a perfect run. It has been edited for convenience sake, but you will still see a few hiccups in some areas every now and then. You should still be able to use it if you get stuck on any section though. The start time for each section is listed just below the video for reference.
