Introduction

Dragon Ball Xenoverse is the 15th installment of the Dragon Ball franchise and the first Dragon Ball game released on eighth generation consoles. Character creation returns and players will be able to fully customize their character's race, gender, head, body build, voice, and clothing. There are free-roaming elements in the gameplay, but you'll be spending the majority of your time roaming the futuristic world of Tokitoki City.

Trophy wise, you'll be spending tons of hours farming and grinding. Yep, you can expect to spend at least around, or over, 100+ hours working towards this game's shiny platinum trophy. The list itself is completely easy, but the gameplay will get repetitive fast. If you're a hardcore Dragon Ball fan who also enjoys hunting DBZ trophies as a hobby, then this game is for you.

Updates: Be sure that you play this game with latest patches installed. They'll make your journey to the platinum trophy much easier and have improved functionally due to the developers listening to feedback. These latest patches also slightly reduce your platinum time because they make gathering Dragon Balls much easier, improve chances of getting Ultimate finishes from Parallel Quests, etc. This is an online title, so it's best to have the current patches installed anyway.

Step 0: Complete the Prologue and Create your Custom Character

During this step you'll have to complete the Prologue as Goku fighting historic battles against major villains like Frieza, Cell, and Kid Buu. After you win all these fights, you must create your first custom character which you'll be using for the majority of your gameplay. Now races don't really matter and it's completely up to you regarding the way you want to play, but I will mention that the best overall race to select would be the Saiyans. The Saiyans can become Super Saiyans (SS) and while in SS state you have the ability to fire off an unlimited amount of Super and Ultimate attacks as long as you have even an ounce of Ki. This means you can spam Ultimate attacks such as Death Ball or Super Vanishing Ball (arguably the best Ultimate attacks in the game) over and over again until you completed the Saga or Parallel Quests you're playing. This will turn the game into a complete joke and it'll save you some precious time. You can create another character at any given point of time, but they will start off at level 1, so it's really best to wait until your near end game to power level fast if you want to create and build another powerful character.

Trophies earned from this step:

Only Just Beginning

Step 1: Complete all the Sagas and while focusing on Leveling up your Custom Character

In this step you're required to complete all the Sagas and defeat the Time Breakers who are interfering with time. As you're playing through the Sagas you gain more levels, special and ultimate attacks while also unlocking more Parallel Quests to play through. These Sagas will get harder along the way, but they will become even easier by getting more power moves to use. Personally, I recommend that you keep playing until you can buy Super Saiyan (must be Super Saiyan race to use) from the Skill Shop and farm Parallel Quest No.22 Earth in Danger for the Death Ball skill. Just by having these 2 skills will make remaining Sagas way too easy. You'll breeze right through them just by going Super Saiyan and spamming Death Ball until you win. It won't take long to unlock these moves either but you must be at least in the Cell Saga stages for these to become more accessible to you. Remember while doing this step, try to get as many skills as you can from the current Parallel Quests you have access to. More will unlock as you complete the Sagas.

During this step you unlock the following trophies:

Goodbye, Goku
Melancholic Curtain Call
Impending War
Legendary Super Saiyan
Goodbye, Warriors
Peace For The Future
Battle For The Universe
Expanding Future
Strong Rival, Strong Hero!
Close Calls Are More Exciting!
A Fantastic Journey Begins!
Proof Of My Courage

Step 2: Obtain all Online Trophies

This step shouldn't take you long and can be done at any point in time. All of the online trophies can easily be boosted and if you need online partners, please use one of the following Boosting Threads:

PS4 Trophy Boosting Thread (Read First Post!)
PS3 Trophy Boosting Thread (Read First Post!)

The game is very active as well and can also be done legit if you like. The fastest way to get nearly all the online trophies out the way is to play Endless Battles and get 7 wins out of the way, then be sure to watch 7 fights while being a spectator. The best way to be a spectator is to join with 3 or more players and lose your fight on purpose so you drop back down to spectator slots. Another trophy you'll need is reviving KO'd allies 7 times in online matches which is best done by playing Player Matches. Just revive your CPU allies for the revives to count, or boost it if you like. Last things you'll want to do in this step are to add someone on your Favorite List, send a gift to a player, and receive a gift from a player. All of these things are self-explanatory and more information can be read within the trophy guide section.

Online trophies earned from this step:

For The Sake Of The Future
Won't You Dance With Me?
A Fight Of Courage And Pride
Heart-Thumping Encounter
Share Your Energy With Me!
I Got A Present For Ya!
Battle In Your Sleep
Rival To My Dreams
Take On All Challengers
Online Champion
Team Player

Step 3: Complete all Parallel Quests while Searching for and working on all Mentors/Masters

This is also another step that you can really be doing at any point of time to be honest with you. As mentioned in Step 1, Parallel Quests is something you should already have been doing while playing through the game's Sagas. There are a total of 56 Parallel Quests altogether not including DLC packs or expansions. Doing this step, by the way, will unlock all characters and variations (not the ones from the wishes though) while visiting all stages in the game. It should also be noted that you'll get Parallel Quests from characters such as Raditz, Nappa, Kid Gohan, Guldo, Teen Gohan, Android #17, Goten, Majin Buu, Kid Trunks and Broly. These will all be explained in Memories Buried In Time's trophy description.

As for Mentors/Masters (doesn't matter what you call them in this game) there are a total of 12 to find and choose from not including DLC packs or expansions. These Mentors are needed to teach your character new skills and ultimate attacks. They are found throughout Tokitoki City and you can only have one Mentor at a time. There will be another random Mentor up if you wish to become another Mentor's student. Again this is pretty much self-explanatory stuff and you'll be grinding a lot anyway while do these things. For more information on masters etc. please read Rainbows Form In Your Eyes's trophy description.

All Parallel Quests and some Mentor/Master related trophies earned from this step:

World's Best Kept Secret!
Another Bit Of Hope
Grandpa's Memoir
The Best Miracle Of The World
All Around The Universe
Chaos Is Coming!
End Of The Century Excitement!
Memories Buried In Time
Eyes On The Prize

(Note: Please keep in mind that not all Mentors/Master trophies will be earned during this step)

Namekian Training
Orin Temple Training
Saiyan Training
Superhero Training
Ginyu Force Training
Tyrannical Training
Android Training
Bio-android Training
World Champ Training
Fusion Training
Destroyer Training
Rainbows Form In Your Eyes

Step 4: Obtain all Super, Ultimate Attacks and work on all remaining Farming/Grinding Trophies + Cleanup

This is the final step towards the platinum. In this step you're going to be replaying Parallel Quests repeatedly until you've obtained all of the Super and Ultimate attacks from each separate PQ mission. This will heavily depend on luck because these attacks have a random drop rate and aren't always guaranteed to drop. This step can get repetitive and frustrating very fast because you'll be spending roughly over 80+ hours of your time on this step alone. There are some tips that you can use to go about getting all the Supers and Ultimate Attacks within the game and all this information can be read in the Full Ultimate Power!'s trophy description.

While working on this step, you should also be using this time for your cleanup. Be sure to finish all Masters/Mentors that you're still missing or need to complete training with. Plus, don't forget to gather the Dragon Balls a total of 7 times. You need the Dragon Balls to unlock Characters, Super and Ultimate Attacks. These will take a total of 7 wishes. Farming Dragon Balls can be done in many different Parallel Quests, but for more information on the fastest way to gather the Dragon Balls please read the The Best Miracle Of The World trophy description. Last of all, if you're still missing online trophies at this point; then refer to the trophy guide section for more information about those trophies.

At the end of this step you'll have the following trophies:

The Greatest Warriors
Full Super Power!
Full Ultimate Power!
If You Show Me Your Courage

  • Gathered 7 Dragon Balls and summoned Shenron!

Update Version 1.04 made gathering the Dragon Balls much easier. Be sure to play Xenoverse with the latest current patches.

For this trophy you'll need to gather all 7 Dragon Balls and summon Shenron. As many fans of the DBZ series would know, Dragon Balls are orange crystal spheres with the ability to call forth the Eternal Dragon, Shenron, who has the ability to grant wishes to anyone who gathers all seven of them. Usually these items are found with the use of a Dragon Radar, but in Xenoverse they're gathered by fighting and defeating random Time Patrollers throughout Parallel Quests (PQs). There are many different PQs that you can select to do for them to appear, but some of the more commonly well-known gathering methods will be listed below:

    • No.02 Prepare for the Attack of Saiyans!
    • No.12 Fierce Battle! Ginyu Force
    • No.15 The Explosion of Namek
    • No.18 Return of Ginyu Force!
    • No.19 Let's Train
    • No.22 Earth in Danger!

There are more missions that Time Patrollers can randomly appear in, but these can get the job done for you. Now personally I like numbers 12 and 19 the best because you can just adjust your camera to see if the Time Patrollers are there or not. If they're not there you simply press or then select "Retry" so you can reload the PQ again. This will increase your chances of getting a Time Patroller to spawn much faster. If a Time Patroller is there you must talk to them with and accept their challenge to fight. Defeat them in combat and one or two different types of items will drop from them. The message will be either of the following:

    • You got Material Item!
    • You got Key Item!

What you're looking for is the second option listed above of "You got Key Item!". This is a Dragon Ball item and once you see that message you must successfully finish the rest of the Parallel Quest without failing for it to be collected into your "Important Items" list which is found in your Bag Menu screen. For those wondering what the Material Items are that also drop from the Time Patrollers, they're Hercule Badge which can be sold for money in shops. See "Eyes On The Prize" for more information.

After gathering all 7 Dragon Balls you'll need to go to the Plaza of Time and put them in the center of the area, which is called the Dragon Ball pedestal. Use it and Shenron will appear to grant you wishes, which can be seen below:

    • I Want Money! – Grants 500,000 Zeni (Repeatable)
    • I Want a Rare Item! – Grants the Power Pole Accessory (Repeatable)
    • I Want to Dress Up! – Grants the Saiyuki Costume Set [Upper Body, Lower Body, Hand, Feet, Accessory] (Repeatable)
    • I Want to Get Stronger! – Grants the Soul Resonance Apparatus x5 and Soul Spreading Synthetic Device x3 (Repeatable)
    • I Want to Grow! – Grants you enough experience to level up. (Repeatable)
    • I Want a New Ultimate Attack! – Grants you a new Ultimate Attacks (Limited)
      • 1st: Shocking Death Ball
      • 2nd: Minus Energy Power Ball
    • I Want a New Super Attack! – Grants you a new Super Attacks (Limited)
      • 1st: Flash Bomber, Drain Field, and Thunder Eraser
      • 2nd: Dragon Flash Bullet, Whirlwind Blade, and Lullaby Punch
    • I Want More Usable Characters! – Grants you a new playable character (Limited)
      • 1st: Gogeta (Super Saiyan 4)
      • 2nd: Super 17
      • 3rd: Omega Shenron
    • I Want a second chance at Life! – Grants you a Attribute Point reset (Repeatable)
    • I Want to be Drop Dead Gorgeous! – Enables you change your Custom Character's creation settings, but not their name (Repeatable)

All the ones listed in orange are the wishes you need for the Platinum trophy. This means you need to gather the Dragon Balls 7 different times and have made at least 7 wishes to Shenron.

Additionally, you can also receive Dragon Balls as free gifts from the system. You must be signed online to get gifts from Bandai Namco and Dimps through the Timespace Delivery station, which is located in the Plaza of Time and the Industrial Sector of Toki Toki City. I do advise you to be careful with this feature though because if you already have the gifted Dragon Ball(s) in your bag, then don't accept the item. If you do you'll waste your gift because you already have it. So it's best to select or gather the Dragon Balls you don't have, make a wish, then go back to the Timespace Delivery Station to accept the gifts. You will need to have cleared the Return of the Saiyans Saga before receiving the gifts.

  • Unlocked all characters and variations!

For this trophy you'll need to unlock all characters and their variations. Now, Variations are just different loadouts and costumes for the characters and you really don't need to worry about those because they'll be automatically given when you unlock new characters. As for unlocking these characters in Xenoverse, they can be done in following different ways of:

    1. Clearing the Story Mode's Sagas
    2. Completing all Parallel Quests
    3. Wishes granted from the Dragon Balls

Sagas in the story mode are where your Custom Character completes Sagas based off the DBZ's manga and anime, but in "what if" story-lines. Completing each will grant you access to more characters from those Sagas you've cleared. There are more characters that will be unlocked for you just by completing certain Parallel Quests, which is something you're required to do for the Platinum trophy anyway. Just remember that Time Shards are also required for this trophy too because they unlock Broly and Bardock's Sagas for the story mode. For more information on Time Shards and how to get them please see "Close Calls Are More Exciting!" for more information.

The last 3 characters are from wishes made by gathering the 7 Dragon Balls. The wishes for more powerful characters will grant you:

    1. Gogeta (Super Saiyan 4)
    2. Super 17
    3. Omega Shenron

Each wish is separate, so you'll need 3 wishes for these Characters to be unlocked. Keep in mind that DLC characters do not count towards this trophy's unlocking.

  • Visited all stages!

For this trophy you'll need to visit and unlock all stages in the game. This is basically another trophy you really don't have to worry about because to visit all stages in Xenoverse you need to do the following:

    1. Clearing the Story Mode's Sagas
    2. Completing all Parallel Quests

Those are things you're required to do for the Platinum trophy anyway. That being said there are a total of 21 stages, and DLC stages aren't required nor are they're counted towards this trophy's unlocking. It should be noted that you'll unlock this trophy when you visited your last stage needed for the trophy.

Additionally, in order to view all the stages you have unlocked or need to still unlock, they can be viewed by going into to the "Offline Battles" in the Time Machine Station of the city. For example, starting 1 vs 1 battle, select two characters, then the Stage selection screen will appear.

    All required stages:

    1. World Tournament Stage
    2. Pod Landing
    3. Planet Namek
    4. Cell Games Arena
    5. West City (Suburbs)
    6. Kami's Lookout
    7. Space (Earth)
    8. Hyperbolic Time Chamber
    9. Mountains
    10. Destroyed Planet Namek
    11. Destroyed Cell Games Arena
    12. West City (Industrial Sector)
    13. Supreme Kai's World
    14. Space (Planet Vegeta)
    15. Wasteland
    16. Mountains (Night)
    17. Open Field
    18. Sky
    19. Capsule Corporation
    20. Underground Lake
    21. Glacier

  • Added a Time Patroller to your Favorites List!

For this trophy you need to add a Time Patroller to your Favorites List which is essentially your friend list. A Time Patroller is the playable Custom Characters who are created by the players. While playing Xenoverse when you're connected to the online servers, you'll find players all over the lobbies’ city. The names of those Time Patrollers will have their names displayed in yellow. When you find a Time Patroller you like, walk up to them and press the button so you can open up their Play Data screen. To add them to your Favorites List, press the button to "Add to Favorites" and confirm the with "Yes". You'll unlock the trophy for doing so and will be able to "Recruit" them at any time from your "Favorites Menu".

For all those asking and don't know how to add your friend's in-game name. This is how you do it:

    1. First of all, you both need to be in a Multi Lobby server for this to work.
    2. Make sure you recently played with the person you would like to add to your favorite list (must be an online battle not a PQ).
    3. Go to the Timespace Delivery service
    4. Select "Send Gift"
    5. Select "Recipient"
    6. Then press the or buttons until you can see the tab called "Past game partners"
    7. Find your Friend's in-game name from this list
    8. Press the button to load up their "Player Info" data screen
    9. Then press the button to add them to your Favorites List

Below is a great video Tutorial explaining this:

  • For this trophy you'll need to send a gift to a real life player by using the Timespace Delivery service found in either the Time Machine Station or Industrial Sector areas of the city. You do this by selecting the "Send Gift" option at the Timespace Delivery. You can send items as gifts in the following categories:

    • Clothing [Upper Body, Lower Body, Hand, Feet, Accessory]
    • Z-Soul
    • Capsules
    • Mixing Items

Once you've picked your gift (make sure it's a cheap gift and nothing too expensive) that you're going to send to a random or friend. Select "Recipient" to open up a listing of the following categories:

    • Favorites
    • Past game partners
    • Sent History
    • Received History

You can choose a player’s name by pressing the button to confirm. Afterwards select "Send Gift" and confirm with "Yes" to unlock the trophy.

  • Received a "Present!"

This is the opposite of sending a gift to another real life player. For this trophy, you need to be the player who's receiving a "Present". Now if players you played with were kind enough to send you a random gift you'll get this trophy easily. Players need to have either added you on their Favorite List, played with you in online battles, or used their received history list to send you a gift back.

Chances of a random sending you a gift is slim to none to be honest with you. You're going to have to play with someone online then message them with a PSN message for the best chances of getting a gift sent to you. Or you can simply use the boosting thread and get this trophy easily with a partner:

PS3 Trophy Boosting Thread (Read First Post!)
PS4 Trophy Boosting Thread (Read First Post!)

When you do get a gift, you'll get an in-game message in the upper right hand corner of your screen. When you see this message, go to the Timespace Delivery service in either the Time Machine Station or Industrial Sector areas of the city. Select "Get Gift" and choose from either options:

    • Gifts from System
    • Gifts from Users

Select the gift with and confirm it to unlock the trophy. Additionally, the gifts from the System are usually Dragon Balls. Since these are gifts they should unlock the trophy if you accept them. Dragon Balls are monthly special items sent by the server's System.

  • Cleared all Parallel Quests!

Parallel Quests are side missions you can take part in at Tokitoki City. There are a total of 56 PQs required for you to complete for this trophy to unlock. These PQs will reward you with EXP, Zeni, clothing, Z-Souls, Super and Ultimate attacks. They are completely random reward drops with the exception of the EXP and Zeni rewards. While doing these missions you'll get Ranks from D the lowest to a Z which is the highest Ranking. For the trophy requirement, it doesn't matter which Ranking you score on these missions. As long as you completed the PQ mission successfully it'll count towards your cleared total. When you first start playing Xenoverse, you won't have access to all the PQs right away. You'll need to unlock them as you progress or complete mini side quests. Below is a listing of ways that you can unlock PQs:

    1. Complete all the Sagas (including Legendary Super Saiyan Saga)
    2. Locate, talk, and defeat all the famous DBZ characters with a blue "?" over their heads in the city. These characters are NPCs like Raditz, Nappa, Gohan (kid), Guldo, Gohan (teen), #17, Goten, Majin Buu, Trunks (kid) and Broly.
    3. As for the last few PQs, they unlock by completing other PQ missions first. For example, PQ No.21 will unlock when you completed PQ No.20.

Doing the above things will unlock all the Parallel Quest missions. For more information about gathering the Super and Ultimate Attacks from these PQ missions. Please read the Full Ultimate Power! trophy description.

  • Gathered all ultimate attacks!

See "Full Ultimate Power!" for more information.

  • Gathered all super attacks!

This trophy along with "Full Super Power!" are both the most time consuming trophies for this game. They require you to have all the Ultimate and Super Attacks in the game excluding DLC skills. These attacks are gathered in the following ways:

    • The Skill Shop
    • Training with Mentors/Masters
    • Wishes made from Shenron
    • Parallel Quests

The Skill Shop is optional because all the skills found listed in it can be gathered from the Parallel Quests missions. I do recommend you buy the skills out of the Skill Shop because you'll have the money to do so and there's not much else for you to spend your money on. Training with Mentors/Masters is something you have to do for Mentor/Master related trophies so all that information can be found in Rainbows Form In Your Eyes' trophy description. You will need a total of 4 wishes from Shenron to acquire all Super and Ultimate attacks. However, you will need three more wishes in order to unlock the other required items for platinum, so don't forget that. More information on getting wishes and gathering the 7 Dragon Balls can be found in the The Best Miracle Of The World trophy description.

The Parallel Quests are mainly where the majority of the entire Super and Ultimate Attacks are found. You'll be farming them for hours trying to gathering them all and it's completely random. There's nothing in the game that increases your drop rating chances at all. Plus, there are no patches that were released that increased the drop ratings. You'll just have to keep trying and hoping/praying that you get the skills you're looking for out of the PQs you're farming. Also, I want to make clear that an Ultimate Finish isn't required to get these Supers and Ultimate Attacks from the PQ missions. It's all random and not necessary required. You can still get skills even with a D ranking, but there are a few PQ missions where you do need to complete the Ultimate Finish in order to get the Skills. That is only because those missions have DBZ characters that only appear when you meet the Hidden Conditions of that PQ mission. These Hidden Conditions did increase in chances of happening due to developers listening to feedback. As mentioned in the above roadmap, be sure you're playing with the latest patches installed.

Below are some things you can do that help you gather PQ skills, but remember it's still completely random and not guaranteed:

    • Search for the character that has the skill you're looking for during the Character Select screen. You can look at characters loadout skills by pressing the button and hovering over them.
    • Select the characters that have the skills you're looking for as your Allies for the PQ mission. You can also select the same character twice.
    • Defeat the characters who has the skills you're looking for. If it doesn't drop when you defeat them, you can press or and select "Retry" to attempt to get the skill again.
    • Try to get an Ultimate Finish as it does sometimes feel like it increases your odds of getting them to drop. Sometimes an Ultimate Finish is required for a skills requirement or for that skill's character to appear.
    • Try farming a few PQ missions with randoms or a friend online. Sometimes doing these PQs with real people will end up in you obtaining skill(s). Plus, other players can beat an enemy for you and a skill might drop from the opponent they defeat.

Last of all, there are skills called Evasive. Lots of people been wondering if these counted towards the platinum trophy's unlocking. I can personally inform you all that Evasive skills are not required for the trophies. My last skills needed for gathering all Super attacks were both Blaster Meteor and Riot Javelin. These drop from PQ No.55 and I ended up getting Bardock's Riot Javelin only. The trophy unlocked for me as I now had all the Super attacks gathered and Broly's Blaster Meteor skill was an Evasive skill indicating it wasn't required at all.

  • Completed 7 Auto-Patrols!

This trophy has become much easier to obtain with update Version 1.02, which improved online functionality greatly. As for this trophy, you need to have completed 7 Auto-Patrols. Now an Auto-Patrol is when your character is playing while you're offline. Confused? Yes, well to make it much simpler these Auto-Patrols are the people you fight while farming the Dragon Balls or while playing 2 vs 2 or 3 vs 3 online but have a CPU fill in the missing player. These characters are all Auto-Patrols and while you're not playing game, you're character's data is received by another player and they have fought against you or you were their CPU fill-in player. Another way is by real life players adding you to their favorites then making a team with your character along in it.

With that information out of the way, you'll be glad to know that you can farm this trophy easily now just by playing the game online. You can do anything such as random PQs, fighting other players online, or making teams yourself and playing with those party members. Once you've done so, all you need to do is simply "End the game" and return back to the main game menu, then re-log back into the lobby. You'll get an Auto-Patrol message like this:

Keep backing out and logging back in the lobby until you stop getting these messages or unlocked the trophy. If you don't get a message, you need to fight online, or do some PQs either offline or online. It doesn't really matter which you do to be honest.

  • Observed 7 battles!

This trophy is obtained by observing 7 battles while in Spectator Mode during Endless Battles. To get this trophy much easier, search for Endless Battles with the most players and join that lobby session. You'll be placed in Spectators for joining the lobby late, but will watch as other players fight the current winner. When it's your turn to fight, lose the battle on purpose to be placed back down in the Spectators section much faster. I usually choose the Saibaman because they're weak characters and will die fast. Just keep in mind that all matches must be observed in full, meaning there has to be a winner and a loser. Once you've observed the 7th battle the trophy will pop after you've returned back to the lobby.

  • Gathered 500,000 zeni!

This will happen naturally over the course of playing. The money in this game is called Zeni and can be used to buy the following things:

    1. Support Items
    2. Mix Materials/Recipes
    3. Accessories
    4. Clothing
    5. Skills

For the trophy to unlock, you'll need to have 500,000+ Zeni on you at once. You can save your money until you reached that amount if you want to get the trophy sooner, but it's not worth saving your money for to be honest with you. The Fastest way to make money is by selling all of your Hercule Badges at any of the shops. You get Hercule Badges from Parallel Quests by defeating random Patrols. These Patrols are the CPUs that have a chance of dropping a Dragon Ball (as a "Key Item" drop) or "Martial Items". The selling prices for them are the following:

    • Hercule Badge (Common) ~ 1,000
    • Hercule Badge (Uncommon) ~ 3,000
    • Hercule Badge (Rare) ~ 8,000
    • Hercule Badge (Super Rare) ~ 15,000
    • Hercule Badge (Legendary) ~ 30,000

Another way to make money is by farming Parallel Quest No.53 Dangerous Duo! Warriors Never Rest. In this mission all you need to do is gather the 3 Dragon Balls which can be done within 30 seconds or 1 minute depending how fast you are with gathering the 3 Dragon Balls in this mission. It's a popular PQ and most players use this PQ to level up weaker characters, farm Mentors/Masters friendships, or just make quick money. The Zeni earned from this PQ is about 63,000-103,000+ each run.

  • Participated in Endless Battle 7 times!

See “Online Champion” for more information.

  • Won Endless Battle 7 times!

For this trophy all you need to do is win 7 Endless Battles. Endless Battle is found in the "Online Battles" NPC in Time Machine Station in the city. Endless Battles is an online PVP mode where the winner of each fight will face the next player who's waiting their turn to fight the winner of the previous battle. By winning 7 Endless Battles you'll unlock trophies for doing the following things:

    • Playing Online Battles for the first time
    • Playing Online Battles 7 times
    • Won online 7 times
    • Participated in Endless Battle 7 times
    • Won Endless Battle 7 times

All these fights in Endless Battles are 1 vs 1. You can easily win by using a Custom Character and spamming powerful Ultimate attacks while in Super Saiyan form such as Death Ball or Super Vanishing Ball. You're also free to use any characters you've unlocked or even DLC characters if you wish.

If you're struggling you can easily boost all these online trophies with boosting partners:

  • Revived KO'd allies 7 times in online matches!

This trophy is very misleading. You need to revive your KO'd allies 7 times in online matches. Now most people would think it counts for any online mode, but that isn't true. It's specially asking for "online matches" and that it's a mode where you have 2 or more players on your team and opponent’s team. The only game mode with this requirement is found in the "Online Battles" - Player Matches. In player matches you have the options to fight in the following:

    • 1 vs 1
    • 2 vs 2
    • 3 vs 3

You can obtain the revives from 2 vs 2 matches or 3 vs 3 matches. Now it doesn't matter if you have CPU on your team or opponent's team. Just as long as there are two human players in a lobby your revives will count towards the trophy's unlocking.

If you're playing with CPUs on your team they'll be random Time Patrollers characters. When the CPU players or real live human players on your team get KO'd, a circle will appear under the KO'd ally, so you can revive that character. To revive them, lock onto the KO'd ally with and move close to them to start the reviving process automatically. When the reviving starts, a gauge will fill up slowly and when it's completed the character will be revived. Repeat this 7 more times to unlock the trophy. It doesn't have to be done in one session either.

If you would like to get this trophy by boosting, then you can easily do that as well. The best characters to play as would be the Saibaman due to their low health. Plus, they can KO themselves with their Ultimate Attack called Self-Destruct:

  • Friendship levels maximized with all masters!

For this trophy, you're required to maximize all friendship levels with all masters. This simply means that you need to fill the bar of all 12 Mentors/Masters (doesn't really matter what you call them) in the game. You can only have one Mentor at a time and these Mentors will teach you various Super and Ultimate Attacks for you to use during battle. In order to unlock these Mentors/Masters you'll have to progress and complete certain Sagas, but depending on the Mentor, you're required to be at a certain required level. For example, Goku will only appear in Tokitoki City once you've completed the Demon Demigra Saga and you're at least level 70. When you've achieved all the proper requirements for a Mentor/Master, find and speak to them in Tokitoki City so you can complete their training to learn their moves. You learn a Mentor's moves by filling the bar to the right of the Mentor's name found in the Play Data. Once it reaches certain levels, you'll need to complete some challenges by fighting the mentor, and winning the fight will grant you reward items and skills. Please note that this trophy will unlock once you've completely filled out the last friendship bar of your last mentor.

You can keep track of all the Mentors/Masters by doing the following:

    1. Press the button (PS4) | button (PS3)
    2. Select "Play Data"
    3. Press the button

The Play Data will display a Master Info screen like this:

As you progress further with the Master Info you're results will look similar to this:

Below are the ways to maximize friendship levels:

    • Completing many Parallel Quests with high ranks (Z rank)
    • Choosing your Mentor/Master as a COM during Parallel Quests (you can select the same Mentor twice as a COM)
    • After completing a Parallel Quest, always talk to your Mentor/Master because talking to them will slightly increase the friendship level bar.
    • Using Special Attacks that the Mentor/Master taught you will also slightly increase the meter, but only if you've won the fight or PQ.
    • Fighting in Online Battles, Endless Battle, or Player Matches will increase the bar slightly as well.

When you completed training with a Mentor/Master, then it's time to find a new Mentor. Sadly, their spawns are completely random. Thankfully, there are ways to farm them by resetting their spawns. The best way to reset Mentor spawns is by doing the following:

    1. Search Tokitoki City for the Mentor/Master that you need
    2. If it's not them, then speak with the Mentor that is up to become their student which will cancel the relationship with your current master.
    3. Speak with them again and select any training challenges.
    4. Press the button (PS4) | button (PS3) and select "Back to Tokitoki City"
    5. You'll spawn in front of your new current Mentor/Master, but this causes another Mentor to spawn.
    6. Search Tokitoki City for the Mentor/Master that you need again

You can repeat the above as many times as needed. Do keep in mind that some Mentors/Masters have a low spawn rating. The God of Destruction Beerus is a good example of this. Getting him to appear might take you about 1-3 hours’ worth of farming. Keep at it though and you can get them to spawn as long as you've met all their requirements.

Lastly, as a friendly reminder all the requirements will be listed below:

    1. Goku ~ Complete the Demon Demigra Saga and be at least level 70
