Introduction:
Have you ever wanted to change the past? Time travel shenanigans abound in Deponia Doomsday as Rufus and Goal, seek to change the course of the past three games in the Deponia quadrilogy of point and click games.
Unlike the previous games, there are no game-spanning trophies in Deponia Doomsday. However, there are several one-shot trophies. I recommend using the six save slots before going for those, as you'll have to start a new game if you miss your opportunity. At the very least, I recommend making a separate save at the beginning of each Act, just in case. Also, you can skip cutscenes/dialogue to your heart's content in this one; the singer (and the trophies watching his cutscenes trigger) is absent in this installment.
There is one incredibly tedious trophy – 1001 Jackalopes – that makes this game about two hours longer than it needs to be. I recommend doing it in a single sitting to minimize the chances that you'll mess something up and have to do extra work.

Walkthrough:
Note that while I'm breaking this up into acts, there is no chapter/act select in the game. This is more to help you keep track of where things are supposed to unlock. As I recommended in the Introduction, make a manual save at the beginning of each of the below steps to minimize any replaying you may have to do.
Keep in mind – nearly all of the trophies are missable!
Step 1: Play through Prologue/Act I, without skipping puzzles
Play through the game's prologue and Act I. The only one-shot trophy you need to worry about here is Quickdraw.
By the end of this step, you will have earned (in order):
Against better judgement
Distraction
Sole Music
Huzza, he's back.
Shall we play a game?
Kuvaq Minigame-Master
Weapons 101
Masseltov
Quickdraw (highly missable)
And again, and again, and...
Step 2: Play through Act II, without skipping puzzles
Play through Act II. Here is where the tedious trophy comes into play; see 1001 Jackalopes for more information about that. While some of the trophies have a short window in which they can be unlocked, none of them are one-shots.
By the end of this step, you will have earned (in order):
Brainfreeze
Pacifist
Burn, Elysium, burn!
FunScore
Chunky
1001 Jackalopes
Sadist
Elysian Minigame-Master
Funtime's over
Step 3: Play through Act III and IV
Play through Acts III and IV. There are no one-shot trophies in either Act, but there are two mutually-exclusive trophies relating to the combat section in the Hall of Mirrors in Act III, so make sure you make a separate temporary save before starting that part of the Act. There aren't many puzzles left in the game but you can safely skip them when they appear.
By the end of this step, you will have earned (in order):
Thuna...?
Monstrous Harassment
The customer is always right
Every man for himself!
No man left behind!
Photo Friend
Boat of love, boat of love
Goat Team
Scaffolding Expert
School's out
Step 4: Play through Act V
Act V has another one-shot trophy, near the end (Heading the inverter). There aren't many puzzles left in the game but you can safely skip them when they appear.
By the end of this step, you will have earned (in order):
Play it again, Ronny
Portals come in packs
Heading the inverter
Apoca...huh?
Paradox!
Blast from the Past
And everything comes full circle.
...and finally: Deponia Doomsday unlocked! ! Congratulations!
