Anticipated for years before its release and surpassing many expectations, Hideo Kojima gives us his first game released under Kojima Productions in Death Stranding. As expected from the brilliant auteur, Death Stranding doesn't disappoint in building a strange and beautiful world with a well-written story that has a decent pay off in its final moments.

At its basest level, Death Stranding is a series of 70 fetch quests with a focus on maintaining the quality of your deliveries through periodic precipitation known as timefall – corrosive rain (and severely corrosive snow, late in the story) that will affect your cargo and equipment quality and life-span. With only a smattering of combat from enemy package thieves known as MULEs and the more frequent floating ghosts that pop up during timefall known as BTs ("beached things"), there is little to worry about concerning difficulty throughout the story.

On a grander scale, Death Stranding is about connecting the world together, both in the story (as Sam travels the country connecting sites to the United Cities of America network) and in the cooperative use of player made equipment you will likely see in your gameplay and be able to use throughout your experience. The addition of other user's ladders, climbing anchors, signs indicating collectibles and Ziplines, will not only make the journey easier but will also remind you that you are not alone in what can sometimes feel like a solitary experience.

Death Stranding: Director's Cut (PS5 Exclusive): I have added the necessary information in order to get the platinum in the Director's Cut version of the game below as well. The game is largely the same game with some added features, enhanced graphics and 39 more items that will need to be unlocked for the platinum.

Please Note: As mentioned above, much of the theme of this game is about connectivity with other players. In that light, there are six trophies that will require you to play online but do not force you to connect with any specific individual players for an extended period of time. If you do not usually play connected to the internet, you will miss out on many of the features of the game but as long as you can connect sporadically, you should be able to complete all requirements for the platinum. Please see the following six trophies that are considered online trophies: A Helping Hand trophy_bronze.png, Giver of Gifts trophy_bronze.png, A Shout in the Dark trophy_bronze.png, Building Bridges trophy_bronze.png, Like and Be Liked trophy_bronze.png and Great Deliverer trophy_bronze.png. No subscription to PlayStation Plus is needed, only an online connection.

Death Stranding: Director's Cut (PS5 Exclusive) - There are 39 more items to unlock in the Director's Cut in order to complete Homo Faber trophy_bronze.png, Master Builder trophy_bronze.png and Trail-Blazer trophy_bronze.png, otherwise the requirements for platinum are identical to the PS4 version of the game. I have added the additional requirements to those trophies below.

If you are looking to export your already completed PS4 platinum save to the Death Stranding: Director's Cut PS5 version, I have created a walkthrough that will get you from start of game to platinum in four to six hours. The Guide Supplement can be found here: Death Stranding PS4 Platinum to PS5 Death Stranding: Director's Cut Quick Platinum Full Walkthrough

Step 1 – Play through the story

Play through the story and deliver every "Order for Sam" that is given to you. Along the way, you will meet and form connections with the other members of the Bridges Team and Fragile, along with other people in the world, that will enrich the interesting story as you travel across the country. Without too much exploration, the story can be finished in around thirty to forty hours. Nothing in the game is missable. Despite how it may appear in Chapter 2 (without spoiling the story) you will be able to return to the East Region after you migrate to the Central Region. The only rule you need to remember is to never use a lethal weapon on any living NPC, even the MULEs. Allowing a dead body to decompose over three days in this world will cause what is known as a voidout and can cause you to have to reload a previous save and burn the body (or never kill the NPC in the first place). This fact is fully fleshed out very early in the story and you are reminded by multiple Bridges members to never kill anyone many times over throughout the story so you will understand why by the time you have access to lethal weapons.

Difficulty is fairly fluid in Death Stranding and not much about the game is difficult even on Hard. I found some of the traversal and managing BTs towards the end of Chapter 2 and during the later parts of the story in the mountains to run smoother at a lower difficulty until I got used to the controls, the terrain and the resources that aid in the journey. Whatever difficulty you are comfortable with, you can change it at any time in between orders. The biggest benefit or difference you will experience playing on Hard is the ability to select the Premium Delivery option, which are non-story related deliveries you can make starting after arriving at the Wind Farm late into Episode 2. On Hard, this option can award you many more Likes (which in turn increases your connection with a facility through a 5 star rating system) and gives you the opportunity to be awarded a Legend of Legends Ranking on the Premium Delivery. You will need to achieve 20 of these for each of the four delivery categories so it is always good to get a few in during the story if you choose to play on Hard throughout.

As you make your deliveries and connect to new Facilities and Preppers, you will be given new items you can craft to use as equipment, gear, weapons, vehicles or backpack customizations so that as you travel further West across the country, you will have more amenities you can use to aid in your journey. Keep in mind all structures that you create outside (and any item you travel with as cargo) will deteriorate over time in timefall so don't spend too much time creating a network of ziplines as soon as you have the ability to make them as they may not be operable by the time you need them post game.

As the story progresses, you will be introduced to all but six of the Preppers you can deliver to and coerce on to the UCA. Two of the remaining Preppers will be in the East Region, the other four are in the Central Region where you will spend most of the story. You are welcome to seek these facilities out during the story progression (see In Sam We Trust trophy_bronze.png) if you so desire. Some will take multiple deliveries and many rest periods to finally open up to the idea of joining the UCA and it is truly unlikely you will be able to have the chance to make a sizeable dent in this effort with Preppers like the Veteran Porter or the First Prepper until post game. It will be much easier to accomplish this goal after you have finished the story with a reduced amount of waiting using all of your resources and a good network of ziplines.

By the end of this step you should unlock the following story trophies at the minimum and all the miscellaneous trophies you cannot avoid through the story:

Step 2 – Work towards getting all Facilities to 5 Stars through Premium Orders, build and fully upgrade all types of structures, collect all Memory Chips and fabricate all items

After the final roll of the credits, you will be back in the world, tasked to "Pass the time" two weeks before the final moments of the story. Don't let the timespan worry you though, you will have an unlimited amount of time to take care of the post-game content. If you at any time played on Very Easy to Normal Difficulty, now is the best time to switch to Hard for the rest of your gameplay. This will allow you to start working through the Standard Orders and picking the Premium Option to work towards S ranking 20 Premium Deliveries in each of the four categories (See Growth of a Legend trophy_gold.png ).

If you have yet to find the final six Preppers, work on finding and connecting them as you travel and pick up any Lost Cargo for them you may find in your journey (See In Sam We Trust trophy_bronze.png for these locations and tips for getting the more stubborn Preppers to join the UCA). Complete as many Premium Deliveries to each facility and Prepper you may need and keep reading emails you receive for urgent deliveries or special requests that will help in working towards getting 5 stars across the map at every facility.

As you improve connection with every site and finally reach 5 stars, you will be given the ability to fabricate more items and you will increase the bandwidth of resources throughout the country. Build all ten structure types (thirteen for the Director's Cut), upgrade the seven PCC structures to Level 3 (ten for the Director's Cut) and build at least one road. Once you have access to all 72 items (108 in the Director's Cut) you can fabricate, you have the option to make all of them at once through fabrication and recycling the resources (See Homo Faber trophy_bronze.png) in order to complete this task. The game also makes note of what you have made in the fabrication menu so this is easily done at the end of your gameplay.

Lastly, you will need to read through all of your interview files and emails from the facilities you receive once you form a strong connection with each. These add volumes to the lore of the game but many of them also spawn the ability to collect memory chips throughout the map. Look out for player-made signs indicating memory chip locations or check the walkthrough for the Fount of Knowledge trophy_bronze.png  trophy.

By the end of this step you should unlock:

63 trophies ( 59  31  )

  • Obtained all Death Stranding trophies.

Congratulations! You have reached the end of the story, achieved 5 star connections with all of your delivery locations, found all 56 memory chips, fabricated all 72 items, all 7 PCC structures and a road and have achieved the Greatest of Great Deliverers Grade through your Premium Deliveries. Keep on Keeping on!
  • Complete a standard order.

  • Complete 36 standard orders.

Standard Orders are available to deliver after you complete Order #9 "Power Supply Unit Delivery: Wind Farm" within the story. After delivering to the Wind Farm for the first time you will have the option to deliver Standard Orders outside of the named "Orders for Sam". These orders can further be completed as Premium Deliveries to work towards the 80 "Legend of Legends" S Rank rated deliveries for Growth of a Legend trophy_gold.png but these are best done post-game and can only be accomplished on Hard difficulty.

Simply complete 36 Standard Orders. Standard Orders include any Standard Order delivered by Service Bot or completed Premium Delivery but does not include any delivery marked as an "Order for Sam".
  • Complete 10 premium deliveries with an evaluation of "Legend" or "Legend of Legends" in every single category.

See Growth of a Legend trophy_gold.png

For a video example of a successful Delivery Time-focused S rank and how easy it is to switch from Very Easy to Hard to receive a Premium Delivery Legend of Legends ranking, click here: Death Stranding – Delivery Time S rank (Legend of Legends)
  • Complete 20 premium deliveries with an evaluation of "Legend of Legends" in all categories.

This will more than likely be a large chunk of your post-game routine but the number of Premium Deliveries you end up completing before you reach 100% completion in Death Stranding will surely exceed the requirements for this trophy. Premium Deliveries are Standard Orders that you can select to deliver as Premium in the Order Summary screen. To achieve the "Legend of Legends" evaluation, you will need to get an S rank while playing on Hard difficulty. As the name suggests, these are more challenging versions of the Standard Orders but most can be executed fairly easily, especially post-game with a decent zip-line network to quickly move from facility to facility.

The Standard Orders come in 4 varieties:
    • Condition-focused – This is the most common of Standard Order types and usually requires under 20% damage to the cargo for Premium. Aim for 0% to under 5% damage for S Rank
    • Quantity-focused – The second most common type, this will often require moving cargo of 100+ kg or 8 pieces or more for Premium. Utilize the Power suit Level 3 to carry up to 300+ kgs of weight or the truck if you can get to your destination by vehicle. For smaller loads and shorter trips, use the Floating Carrier if the weight is too much to carry.
    • Miscellaneous-focused – Most of the miscellaneous orders involve retrieving cargo stolen by MULEs, dropped near a body of water or secluded area or waiting in the Private locker of another Prepper or Knot Facility. The trick with the premium delivery for these is you are only asked to retrieve 2 to 4 of the quantity, but sometimes there are up to 8+ you can collect. Always check that you have all the available cargo before delivering for the S Rank
    • Time-focused – Delivery time based premium orders are the most rare and sometimes task you with going across the map in under an hour, which is still quite possible. A better choice is to take the time based orders to a facility you can reach in under five minutes through zip-line or vehicle if needed. You want to arrive in about a quarter to a fifth of the time required for an S Rank Premium order which usually asks for 45 minutes to 20 minutes, dependent on distance.

You will need to achieve 10 "Legend of Legends" S Ranks for each of the four categories for the Birth of a Legend trophy_bronze.png trophy and 20 of each for this trophy.

Keep in mind that you have the ability to make multiple trips before delivering the order in full by storing the entire order contents in the private locker at the starting facility before you set off. Take all you can carry to the private locker of the destination facility and return however many times you need to get everything at the destination. Now, offload all cargo from the private locker to deliver the order. This method does not work well with time-focused standard orders as the trips back and forth add a lot of time but if you have a good zipline network and need to move 600 kgs, this may help in your efforts to a few S ranked premium orders.

If you would like to see an example of a successful multi-trip time-focused Legend of Legends ranked delivery, click the link to see the delivery that gave me the Growth of a Legend trophy here: Growth of a Legend trophy on a multi-trip timed delivery in Death Stranding
  • Issue your first supply request.

    (Online)

Any time following Order #10 to the Wind Farm, you will have access to Supply Requests. These can be done at any time and are available in the Odradek menu (the map view whenever you hit and tap left for all the menus). Supply Requests give you the option to request any material or fabricated equipment to be delivered to a facility on your behalf. Within the game, the item will be made and other players will be given the option of delivering the item for you. You don't need to retrieve the item to get the trophy, you simply need to make the request.
  • Complete a standard order with a delivery bot.

When you complete Order #24 "Prototype Bot Delivery: Distribution Center South of Lake Knot City" a new option will be added to the Take Orders Menu – Standard Order by Delivery Bot. Choosing this option will send out a robotic pair of legs carrying cargo to a nearby site for delivery. These delivery bots can be used whenever you choose and they will count as a Standard Order if you are attempting to knock out Deliveries Done trophy_bronze.png. Keep in mind the bots cannot have a negative effect on your star rating or Likes received but the haphazard way they travel and the likelihood that some cargo will be ruined by the time it arrives will almost always guarantee you will not benefit enough to continue to use them past your first time. I used them throughout the gameplay just to watch them jaunt away as they sing a little ditty but it was mostly for entertainment purposes only.
  • Build your first structure (signs, ladders, and climbing anchors also count.)

As you set out for your first few orders, you will be shown how to fabricate and will be given a ladder and climbing anchor. If you choose to use either of these structures in the initial orders to cross the river or to head down a cliff, you will receive this trophy. Soon after the opening orders are completed, you will have access to PCCs which are toolboxes that allow you to construct larger structures such as Post Boxes and Watchtowers out in the world. Lastly, you have the ability to leave a variety of signs in the world that can signal to other players of danger, collectibles, give them a stamina boost or extra Likes. Ladders and PCCs are placed by selecting them in the HUD with and placing them with , Signs can be posted with and

Whenever you place any of these structures, you can receive Likes from other players when they use them or issue extra Likes on the which will slowly accrue in your Bridge Links category.
  • Build at least one of every type of structure (including signs, ladders, and climbing anchors.)

For this you will need to drop a Ladder and a Climbing Anchor somewhere in the world, place a sign, as well as build all seven of the PCC Level 1 and 2 structures listed below:
    • Post Box (PCC 1)
    • Watchtower (PCC 1)
    • Generator (PCC 1)
    • Bridge (PCC 1)
    • Timefall Shelter (PCC 2)
    • Zip-Line (PCC 2)
    • Safehouse (PCC 2)
These will be unlocked in order as you progress through the story so don't worry too much about this trophy. You will be given tutorials to build nearly all of the items through the story missions as they unlock.

Lastly you will need to contribute enough material to build a section of road. There is an optional Order for Sam at the beginning of Episode 3 in the Central Region that introduces this ability and you will have plenty of other opportunities to do so throughout the game.

Death Stranding: Director's Cut (PS5): The Director's Cut version adds three structures that will be unlocked through "Orders for Sam" deliveries in the Central Region. The new structures are as follows:

    • Cargo Catapult (PCC 2)
    • Jump Ramp (PCC 2)
    • Chiral Bridge (PCC 2)

Further information is available concerning unlocking these new structures post-game here: Death Stranding PS4 Platinum to PS5 Death Stranding: Director's Cut Quick Platinum Full Walkthrough
  • Reach connection level three with a facility.

You will likely get to three out of five stars with one of the Knot City facilities or Distribution Centers without any need for outside effort or Standard Order deliveries just through the story gameplay. If for some reason you have yet to reach three stars with any site by the end of game, begin delivering Standard Orders and pick the Premium option on Hard difficulty for maximum Like rewards in order to boost your rating with the facility until you get to three stars.
  • Reach the maximum connection level with all facilities.

This trophy and Great Deliverer trophy_bronze.png are the bulk of the post-game grind. Maximum connection with a facility is when you reach five stars, which will award you with a physical star that Sam will display on his left suit leg. The higher the rating, the higher amount of bandwidth you have in that area for materials and availability to place structures.

If you followed the Roadmap and you focused on successfully getting at least 20 Legend of Legends S ranks on Premium Deliveries in all categories, you should be well on your way to reaching this goal. There are a number of stubborn preppers and even a few Knot Cities that take a lot of work to reach 5 stars even after all the premium requirements have been completed. If you find that you are not reaching 5 stars quickly enough at a site, look for the orders that award the most Likes in order to finally send you over the top and continue picking up Premium Standard Orders to get you there.

If, instead, you are having trouble getting a Prepper to give you anything over 2 stars (namely The Elder, The Film Maker, The Veteran Porter, or The First Prepper) then you should refer to In Sam We Trust trophy_bronze.png for full details on how to nudge a stubborn Prepper on to the UCA.
  • Deliver your first piece of lost cargo.

As you travel across the map, you can scan the environment for structures, BTs, dangerous terrain or cargo containers. When scanning a piece of cargo, the Odradek will tell you if it is filled with materials (such as Metal or Special Alloys) or lost cargo that will list the intended recipient and the estimated amount of Likes you should receive if you deliver it personally. Deliver your first Lost Cargo in person and you will be awarded this trophy.

You can drop off found cargo at any facility if you would rather entrust it to other players or the NPC porters to deliver but this will only garner you a few Likes and you will miss out on gaining any progress on the Star rating of any facility. If you discover Lost Cargo for a Prepper you have yet to meet in your travels (such as the Ludens Fan, the Musician, or the Collector), this is a good opportunity to deliver the cargo and start working on adding them to the UCA because there are six Preppers you will never be introduced to through the story and will need to get all 36 on the UCA and at 5 stars eventually (see In Sam We Trust trophy_bronze.png and Best Beloved trophy_silver.png for more details on these tasks).
  • Make your first donation of weapons, equipment, etc.

    (Online)

When at any of the UCA connected facilities, you will see Share Locker as one of the options. This will give you the option to donate any item that is not cargo intended for delivery to the facility for others to use. Simply add an item such as a ladder, hematic grenade or PCC to a Share Locker and you will be awarded this trophy.
  • Read 100 mails.

Throughout the game, you will receive many emails and interviews. By the end of the story, you should be close to collecting 100 emails but you may need to continue through post-game deliveries and hooking up with the 6 Preppers hidden throughout the map in order to finally have enough emails to read to reach 100.

Emails serve a few purposes. Some will simply be showers of praise from Knot City workers and Preppers who appreciate Sam for all his hard work. Others will add to the story through context and philosophical rantings. Still others serve a more concrete benefit to the player: Any email that has a highlighted Subject line or highlighted text within the email has useful information. Some of the emails you get during the story will reiterate something you already know you need to do but other highlighted emails can be the only clue on where to go and what to delivery to some of the more estranged or stubborn Preppers. Pay close attention to any email you get from people such as Peter Englert, who always wants pizza delivered from specific locations. Other clues provided in emails will allude to the location of a memory chip near a facility you have recently improved connection with, or have reached maximum connection at 5 stars. Receiving and reading these emails will also spawn the collectible at the location and will be required for the Fount of Knowledge trophy_bronze.png trophy.

I had received enough emails to have 100 read during the final chapter of the story but your results may vary.
  • Read 100 interviews.

Interviews are received the same way as emails and provide longer texts from NPCs that flesh out the story further. You will receive over 50 throughout the story and a large dump of interviews will arrive directly after the story but you will need to continue on to the post-game in order to receive enough interviews to total 100.

While these interviews provide context and historical data to further understand what caused the Death Stranding, some of the interviews also unlock the memory chip collectibles that are hidden throughout the map (See Fount of Knowledge trophy_bronze.png) in the same way some emails unlock some memory chips. Even if you do not read every word of the interviews, always select any new interviews as they arrive even after you receive this trophy.
  • Reach maximum connection level with BB.

It is important to note this trophy isn't missable and can be achieved after the story is completed in the post-game. Chances are you won't reach five stars with your BB (Bridge Baby) until after the story is complete but all Likes will carry over. Getting maximum connection with BB works the same as getting to 5 Stars with any facility, through increased attention and supplying them with what makes them happy.

There are a few things your BB reacts to positively. Stumbling in your travels but not falling over or escaping from a BT area without attacks gives them comfort and will produce Likes. Any moment you need to soothe BB (after a fall or during any kind of attack) if done long enough will result in the BB giving you a thumbs up and extra Likes. You can also soothe BB while resting at a Safehouse or Knot City.

Whenever you rest in your travels (Holding to make Sam sit on the ground) you can tap to whistle BB’s theme which makes your BB dance. You can even increase the effect of this after connecting to The Musician Prepper in the Eastern region fully. He will award you a harmonica which Sam will play in this state if equipped. To see a comparison of whistling and playing the harmonica, please see this link: Death Stranding – Harmonica Footage

The easiest and best way to gain Likes from BB is to ride Zip-Lines. This action seems to really excite them and gets you multiple likes each time and will likely be a common occurrence once you start working on your Premium Deliveries. Lastly, taking a hot spring bath will relax Sam and give BB a chance to play in the water.
  • Get a Like from BB.

This takes no effort and will happen as you travel through the story deliveries soon after you connect BB for the first time. On your first BT encounter or near fall, you will receive Likes from your BB. If you want to rush this, soothe BB until they give you a thumbs up.
  • Reach Grade 10 in any delivery evaluation category.

This is another task you will accomplish through the natural progression of the story. For further details about the evaluation categories, please see Great Deliverer trophy_bronze.png.
  • Defeat a Catcher.

A Catcher is a BT creature that will appear when Sam is caught by the Hunter BTs (the standard floating bodies) and dragged into a battle. Your first encounter with a Catcher will likely be the scripted boss fight during Order #16 at the end of Episode 2 but may appear during any run-ins with BTs during Order #14 or #15, once you have access to hematic grenades. These creatures resemble animals like a giant squid and other beasts like a lion with tentacles for a face.

Catchers are defeated the same way you would a standard Hunter BT but at a grander scale. Use hematic grenades and any other blood-ammunition weapon to chip away at the Catcher's health, until it is poisoned enough by Sam's fluids to seize up and crystallize.
  • Heal by sleeping for the first time.

This will naturally occur as you progress through the story. When Sam is at any Knot City or Distribution Center, there will be an option to Rest in a Private Room. Choosing this will refill your Blood Level, Stamina, BB's health and happiness and will recharge any equipment you are using, such as a Power Skeleton. If you are using a Trike or Truck and park it on the large elevator, it will also be charged and repaired and all rust and damage will be removed. Even if you do not choose to do this on your own, the story will have scripted events where you will wake up after events in a Private Room so there is no need to worry about this task.

On a smaller scale, sleeping can also be done at any time except during a MULE fight or when BTs are detected in your travels. At any time you need to repair stamina or if you want to do a Quick Save of your progress, hold down and Sam will sit down and the game will auto-save. Hold further and Sam will take a nap. This process will not repair all of your vitals as in a private room but choosing this action can award you the trophy as well.
  • Change footwear for the first time.

This game has been derided as a walking or hiking simulator but the truth is you will need to replace your boots often throughout the game. Bridge Boots will be one of the first items you can fabricate using a chiral printer (the crafting menu at any UCA facility) and you will be given at least one extra pair of Bridge Boots early in the story. Once your footwear gauge has depleted, you can equip a new pair from your Boot Clip. You can also Recycle your old Boots to resupply the elements back into the network.
  • Deliver 700 items of cargo.

You will not reach 700 items until well into the post-game grind, unless you are going well out of your way to get standard orders completed during the story. Most Standard Orders will have you move up to eight pieces of cargo, so even as you work towards your Legend of Legends goals and getting all facilities to 5 stars, this amount will take some time. I had moved 700 pieces of cargo at almost the same time I had gotten the 40 Legend of Legends S ranks needed for Birth of a Legend trophy_bronze.png and after having about 20 of the facilities at 5 stars, so about halfway through the post-game for me.

This number is the quantity of cargo pieces you move, not the amount of orders you take. Number of cargo you have delivered can be viewed in your Bridge Links information under Orders.
  • Deliver 3,000 kg of cargo.

You should reach the 3,000 kg requirement of cargo before the end of the story. If not, simply complete a few Standard Orders after the story is completed and you will receive this trophy.

The amount of weight that Sam transports can be tracked in the Bridge Links section of your menu, in the "Orders" tab.
  • Travel 80 km and complete an order.

You should reach 80 Kilometers of travel between Episode 3 and Episode 5. You will do a massive amount of walking during this game so you will never need to worry about meeting the requirements of this trophy. Despite the wording of the description, this is based on total distance traveled, not during any single order.

Total distance traveled can be tracked in the Bridge Links section of the menu, in the "Orders" tab.
  • In a BT area, cut an umbilical cord for the first time without the BT noticing.

During Episode 5 Mama will give you an upgrade to your cufflink. This upgrade will act as a curved knife that you will learn can be used to sever the cord that extends from a BT. This will be a very useful tool during any BT encounter and will prove to be a decent alternative to using multiple Hematic Grenades to take down one BT at a time. In order to use the cufflink, get close enough to a BT without being noticed until you are given a prompt to hold to cut the umbilical cord. This will remove the BT and leave a small batch of Chiral Crystals in its place. Once you have your first successful cord cutting, you should receive this trophy.
  • Trade with another porter for the first time.

Trading with an NPC Porter is a bit tricky and you may feel like finding a Porter in your travels will be rare. During the story, most Porters are hidden at the onset but the further you extend the network west, the more chance you will have to see two or three travelling together coming from or towards a facility with Lost Cargo. Whenever you are in the presence of a Porter, you have an opportunity to attempt an exchange of cargo. Walk up to a Porter and issue him a Like. If accepted, the Porter will hold out one of his pieces of cargo. The important step to make an exchange work is to go into your cargo menu immediately after this event and Offload an item on to the floor between you and the Porter. This can be materials, grenades, repair spray, any item you can always get somewhere else. Once the item is on the floor, take the cargo the Porter is offering you and he should pick up what you have offloaded. This will count for the requirements and award you the trophy if successful. Porters become more and more frequent as you maximize the UCA network across the country so you will get multiple chances throughout the post-game to attempt this if you struggle on your first opportunity.

In the video below, I actually grabbed the Porter's offer first and was able to offer him my trade in time. If this doesn't work for you, then stick to dropping your trade before grabbing the Porter's outstretched offer:

  • Send a shout out and have it returned for the first time.

    (Online)

As you are traveling throughout the world, you can press the to call out for response. If you have Sam call out in the vicinity of another user's structure, ladder or climbing anchor, you should hear a response back and receive this trophy.
  • Dispose of chiralium-contaminated cargo in the crater lake for the first time.

There are at least three large bodies of water that you can dispose contaminated cargo into but for this trophy I believe it needs to specifically be the smaller body of black water by the Chiral Artist's Prepper Station. I also believe the only contaminated cargo that qualifies is the large stock of contaminated items outside the Junk Dealer's Prepper Station. The good news is that you will go directly from the Junk Dealer to the Chiral Artist twice in the story and they are so close to each other you can choose to do this at any time before or after the scripted deliveries.

Collect at least one piece of the cargo outside and to the right of the Junk Dealer's station and head South to the Chiral Artist. When you arrive at the body of water (it's more of a tar pit), choose to carry the contaminated cargo by hand. Hold (or if holding in Sam's left hand), press to swing the item out towards the water and release /. The item should be swallowed up by the tar, awarding you the trophy.

  • Upgrade all types of structure to the maximum level.

All structures you build with the PCC 1 and PCC 2 can be upgraded from Level 1 to Level 2 and then to Level 3 by adding larger quantities of the two base materials each structure requires. Each level will grant you more customization options such as adding music and holograms of game characters. The good news is that you can upgrade other player's structures and as long as you are adding the final materials to upgrade a structure to Level 3, it will count in-game as you completing the Level 3 upgrade.

You will need to upgrade only the seven PCC structures. Roads do not have an option to upgrade, nor do ladders, climbing anchors or signs. Below is a list of the materials you will need to upgrade each structure from PCC build to Level 3:

If you are lucky enough to have a Level 2 structure close to a Knot City or Prepper Station already connected to the UCA that needs a large quantity of materials to reach Level 3, you can travel back and forth to the structure and upgrade the item through piecemeal. As long as you eventually add the last needed material to reach Level 3, you will get the credit. The Safehouse, Bridges and Zip-Lines need more materials then you can carry at once or have at hand. Late in the post-game, you will be given low weight versions of the materials at the Timefall Farm, Weather Station and other Prepper Stations once you reach high Like Count with them. These are easier to carry in large quantities but you may not ever receive enough of the lighter versions of the materials in order to use them for these upgrades. Keep your eyes out for Level 2 structures or work on this slowly as you pass the same areas multiple times throughout your gameplay.

Death Stranding: Director's Cut (PS5): The Director's Cut version adds three structures that will be unlocked through "Orders for Sam" deliveries in the Central Region. These new structures will also need to be upgraded to Level 3 for the Director's Cut platinum. The materials needed for this requirement are as follows:

    • Cargo Catapult: Level 2 - 320 Resin, 240 Chemical / Level 3 - 960 Resin, 720 Chemical
    • Jump Ramp: Level 2 - 480 Chiral Crystals, 240 Special Alloy / Level 3 - 960 Chiral Crystals, 480 Resin, 480 Special Alloy
    • Chiral Bridge: Level 2 - 720 Chiral Crystals, 120 Special Alloy / Level 3 - 1440 Chiral Crystals, 240 resin, 240 Special Alloy

  • Complete your first road.

If you are completing every Order for Sam, you will automatically complete a road section in Order #25 at the very beginning of Episode 3 in Lake Knot City. This is an optional order for Sam but you should not pass this opportunity up as they will give you all the materials you need to accomplish the task.

If you choose to not complete the optional Order, you will need to find an Auto-paver in your travels and add enough materials to the device to qualify as initializing the next road section.
  • Reach Bridge Link Grade 1.

    (Online)

Bridge Link is one of the five categories of grades you can Level up through Likes. The other Grades are tied to the Order categories of Cargo Care, Quantity, Time-Based Delivery and Miscellaneous and the Likes gained from the NPCs who receive the cargo. For Bridge Link, the Likes come from other players in the game if you deliver something for them, use any structure or Ladder placed by another player or if another player in turn uses your structures. There are countless opportunities to receive Likes from other players as you play so this will not be any issue as long as you play the game on a networked PS4.
  • Fabricate all available weapons and equipment.

There are a total of 72 items you can create with a chiral printer in the Fabricate menu at any UCA connected facility. The inventory of what you can fabricate expands as you progress through the story but also continues to grow post-game as you finish your connections with all 36 facilities throughout the map so this will likely be one of the last trophies you will be able to get for the platinum. Below is a list of all 72 items that you will need to create at least once in the game:

As you progress, you will likely make many of these items for use in the story or in completing orders. Luckily, the game does track which items you have fabricated already with a tick in the bottom left of the item description seen here:

If you wish to quickly grind out the remainder of the items you need to fabricate once you unlock all 72, you can go to a larger Knot City with a decent bandwidth of materials available and make as many needed items as possible. You can then recycle them directly back into the facility so the materials can be reused to complete the rest of the list until you have made ever item at least once.

The only thing you cannot do in quick succession is fabricate multiple vehicles. You have a limited amount of vehicles allowed in a Knot City's Garage and you cannot recycle vehicles. You can either create a vehicle and drive it away from the facility and head back on foot to make the next vehicle you need or you can work on the vehicles as you progress through the story, because you will find use in having a Truck or Trike for some of the longer trips so making the next one you need will save you a headache later.

Death Stranding: Director's Cut (PS5): The Director's Cut version adds 36 more items that will need to be unlocked and fabricated for this requirement, bringing the total number to 108. 27 of the new 36 items are unlocked in the early sections of the game, with the final 9 items unlocking as part the Half-Life and Cyberpunk questlines added to the Director's Cut through a series of emails, new items to find and orders to carry out. the full list of new items added to Death Stranding: Director's Cut are as follows:

  • Complete the prologue: Porter.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

In between two large cutscenes, you will complete the first Order for Sam: Order #1: Smart Drug Delivery.
  • Complete Episode 1: Bridget.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

The Episode will complete after you return to Capital Knot City after Order #3 [order details are a story spoiler].
  • Complete Episode 2: Amelie.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

The episode will track Sam through the Eastern Region from Capital Knot City to Port Knot City. Towards the end of the episode, you will be given Order #14: Aid Package Delivery to Port Knot City as well as Order #15: Equipment Trial: Hematic Grenade, which will serve as a tutorial on how to attack the BTs outside of Capital Knot City. Once you make your way to Port Knot City and connect to the chiral network, you will want to retain any hematic grenades you still have or fabricate more. Heading outside of Port Knot City will initiate the final order of the episode, Order 16: Eliminate the BT, which will serve as a boss fight and introduce another important story character.

Please note that following the boss fight, you will be boarding a ship that will take you to the Central Region. You have the opportunity to finish any standard orders if you choose but keep in mind you will be able to return to this region by fast travel later on in the story. You will not be able to take any cargo with you during fast travel.
  • Complete Episode 3: Fragile.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

Episode 3 will nearly come to a close as you set out towards South Knot City with Order #38: Emergency Provisions Delivery: South Knot. It is a large shipment, and after you receive the order, you will be given one more piece of cargo. In order to aid in an efficient delivery, you may want to follow the Guide below. I will try to keep the actual spoilers to a minimum:
Don't head directly to South Knot City with the new cargo. Instead, go to the Distribution Center South of Lake Knot City and use the private room to rest. This detour is only hinted at briefly and could be easily missed. You will be given a cut scene and further instructions to head to the crater lake outside of the Chiral Artist's Studio with a limited amount of time to arrive at the lake. Once you arrive, you will need to follow instruction in order to dispose of the cargo, which will initiate a hefty story cutscene. Once complete you may take the rest of the order to South Knot to the south of the lake.

Please also note the action you need to perform at the end of the above event doesn't count for the requirements of Public Service Porter trophy_bronze.png.
Following the delivery to South Knot City and the chiral network connection, you will automatically begin the next episode when you head outside. You will want to take a few weapons with you for this and you can use the lethal handgun, rifle and grenade unlocked after the previous order for the next sequence without worry of a voidout.
  • Complete Episode 4: Unger.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

Episode 4 is a short boss fight sequence. You can bring along some of the weapons you unlocked if you planned accordingly and can use lethal weapons on the enemies without worry of a voidout. Any cargo you have on you at the onset will be dripped into the scene and you will need to retrieve them in order to defend yourself. You will need to kill a series of BTs before the main enemy appears and you can then begin chipping away at his health. Follow BBs signals to find the groups of BTs around the bunker. As you run out of ammunition, more blood bags and weapons will be provided around the map. Focus on fighting the main enemy until you reach the end of the sequence.
  • Complete Episode 5: Mama.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

Episode 5 will come to a close after Order #46 [order details are a story spoiler]. At the onset of this order you will walk into another BT Catcher fight. You can arm yourself with hematic weapons and fight the large BT or you can run away from the fight, if you wish. Following the BT event, you will travel up to Mountain Knot City for your delivery, which will end the episode.
  • Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

You will work through the smaller facilities high in the mountains and will eventually be given Order 53: Stone Fragment Delivery for the Spiritualist from the Mountaineer. Once you find her prepper station and make the delivery, you will receive a call from Deadman. He will ask you to travel to a cabin in the valley of a nearby mountain peak. You will also notice the large supercell near your destination. This will indicate it may be a good idea to arm yourself with the kind of weapons you used the last time you came in contact with bad weather. Head down to the cabin to initialize the next episode.
  • "BB"

    Complete Episode 7: Clifford.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

Episode 7 plays out nearly the same as Episode 4 but on a much larger map. Look for weapons and locate the enemies to move the fight along. Again, there's no need to use hematic ammunition, stick to regular ammo so as not to drain your blood bags more than you need. The episode continues with some more story elements and the delivery of Order #55 [order details are a story spoiler] from Mountain Knot City to Heartman's Lab.
  • Complete Episode 8: Heartman.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

The final order for episode 8 is Order 62: Repair: Chiral Relay. You will be tasked to head to the Southwestern tip of the map to a raised platform. After you connect the relay to the chiral network, you will be left to figure out how to cross the tar lake to get to Edge Knot City. The answer will be hinted at via the two emails you receive from the Evo Devo Biologist, directly after the relay connection and you should be able to figure out what you need to do to reach your destination. If you are still having trouble sorting out the solution, then please below:
If you have ever been grabbed by the BTs at any point in the game, you know they drag you through tar and deposit you in the middle of a catcher BT fight, usually with rocks or buildings you can climb on to get higher ground. You will want to instigate a Catcher fight by heading to the right of the relay. There you will find some BT hunters floating in the timefall. Get yourself caught and allow Sam to be dragged into a large BT Catcher fight. Here you will find a series of buildings you can use to platform your way to the middle of the lake. You do not need to fight the Catchers for this fight, just make your way to the destination.
  • Complete Episode 9: Higgs.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

Episode 9 will end with a boss fight in which you will not have any cargo or weapons provided and will need to use melee attacks.
  • Complete Episode 10: Die-Hardman.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

The only thing you need to do for this episode is travel from the relay point to Lake Knot City. No cargo to worry about. Try to avoid BT or MULE encounters as there will be enough to worry about with the weather. By now you hopefully will be able to use a truck to get across the region quickly on a series of roads and pathways.
  • Complete Episode 11: Clifford Unger.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

This will be the final fight with Cliff. The setting will be different but the methods you used in the past should work just as well.
  • Complete Episode 12: Bridges.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

One more order to deliver in the Eastern Region. Order 68: Cryptobiote Delivery from Port Knot to Capitol Knot City. The only issue is that you cannot submerge the cargo at all and will come into contact with three separate Catcher fights in your travels that you cannot avoid. It is best to make sure the delivery cargo is either the highest stack on your back or inside the backpack cover if you happen to already have that item unlocked from the Collector. If you bring along some of the stronger hematic weapons, you may get out of all three fights quickly with no worries. You can also sidestep the combat with the second Catcher encounter as the lion-shaped BTs seem to be able to be avoided. Save your heaviest artillery for the final fight just outside of Capital Knot City. Remember Blood Bags and weapons will be offered from other players if you are low so look out for these offerings.

Deliver the cargo when you are able to get into Capital Knot City.
  • Complete Episode 13: Sam Strand.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

This is mostly a string of cutscenes. When in control of Sam, get close to the NPC and follow the prompts. When you are given control of Sam again later in the episode, it will appear you can't do much and running around seems pointless as the credits begin to appear but Sam will eventually stop moving and sit down. Story elements will be revealed and Sam will be left alone again. Repeat the wandering around the map to receive story bits multiple times. Eventually you will get a path to end the scene.
  • Complete Episode 14: Lou.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

The final episode of the story involves one order. It will be an easy path with no BTs or MULEs in your way. Head to the destination for the final pieces of the story and the true ending credits. You will have plenty of time to take care of everything else the world of Death Stranding has to offer in the post-game so don't worry about any of that.
  • Connect your first new affiliate to the UCA.

    Story Related, Cannot Be Missed

While any facility added to the UCA can award you this trophy, you will be adding many of the Knot Cities, Waystations, Distribution Centers and even many of the Preppers on to the UCA within the story so I am classifying this as Story Related and it cannot be avoided as you play through the story based "Orders for Sam".
  • Connect all facilities to the UCA.

There are a total of 36 different sites that you will need to connect to the chiral network throughout the game. Many of them will be put online through the story orders labelled as “Orders for Sam” and you will be directed towards all but six of them by the time you finish the story. You may stumble upon the final six in your travels if you are exploring but you will need to focus on starting up a connection with them by delivering Lost cargo or running a Miscellaneous - focused Standard Order from their facility to fetch lost or stolen goods to begin building on that connection.

The variable to this trophy is that a number of the Preppers - the individual run small units hidden throughout the map - will be adverse to joining the UCA. Some will only need two or three Premium Deliveries to agree to connect to the chiral network on contract, others will require much more work to even go that far. Once a Prepper is connected to the network on contract, you will still need to elevate your connection with them until they agree to join the UCA.

The stubborn or high maintenance Preppers you will meet in the story are:
    • Peter Englert
    • The Elder
    • The Film Maker
Eastern Region Preppers you will need to find outside of the story:
    • The Luden Fan
    • The Musician
Central Region Preppers you will need to find outside the story:
    • The Collector
    • The Veteran Porter
    • The First Prepper
    • The Novelist's Son
Check the video below on site locations, along with Lost Cargo areas and other information that will help in your progress towards this trophy. One thing you will need to remember while working on delivering to these special cases is that some of the Preppers (namely, The Elder, The Film Maker, The Veteran Porter and The First Prepper) will require an extended amount of time between deliveries for them to have a noticeable effect. With these cases, you may need to sleep in a private room a number of times before you get an email from them stating they need a particular item delivered or that they have had enough time to think about it and they want to join up. On a few occasions, I delivered cargo to a stubborn Prepper after some time had passed from my last visit and instantly got an email as I was standing in his station and followed it up with some Lost Cargo or a Miscellaneous Standard order to get them on the UCA directly after. For the most part, if you are rotating who you deliver your Premium Deliveries to in order to get everyone to 5 stars, you will more than likely get these special cases connected without too much effort.
  • Give your first Like.

  • Reach a total of 2,400 Likes on the Results Screen.

See The World's Most Popular Porter trophy_bronze.png  for Like details. You should receive well over 2,400 Likes by the end of Episode 2.
  • Reach a total of 50,000 Likes on the Results Screen.

In the same regard as giving out your first Like, getting Likes works the same way. Every time you give a Like, you get one in return. Every delivery will be awarded with a number of Likes that count toward your connection rating with a facility. Any structure you make in the world as you play (assuming you are online when you play this game) will allow your structures to appear in other player's games and they can issue added Likes when they use your item in their game.

You likely won't reach 50K Likes until the post-game but it will not require any actions outside of the normal game loop of Standard or Premium Order Deliveries.
  • Recycle chiral crystals for the first time.

    Story-Related, Cannot be missed.

Early in Episode 2 you will be given Order #8 Collection: Chiral Crystals and will be tasked with gathering the hand shaped deposits of golden crystals. This will fulfill the requirement for this trophy.
  • Restore your first memory chip.

    (Collectible)

    See Fount of Knowledge trophy_bronze.png
  • Restore all memory chips.

    (Collectible)

Memory Chips are Death Stranding's only collectible of note. There are 56 memory chips hidden throughout the map, some are in locations you would not normally pass through in your travels, while others are directly in your path or close by one of the 36 facilities. Some memory chips will not appear in the game until you have progressed through story moments, reached 5 stars with a facility or read an email or interview that hints at the location. It is safest to wait to focus on this collection process until the end of your gameplay, well after you finish the story and get all 36 facilities to 5 stars and read all of the emails and interviews you have in your Odradek.

You will more than likely stumble upon a few of these if you are exploring while completing miscellaneous orders. One of the best features in Death Stranding are the signs posted by other players and that feature really shines with this collectible. Look out for the Memory Chip signs as you traverse the area and check the videos below for any that you may have missed. Remember: If a chip is not appearing as shown in the video, check that you have read all emails and interviews after full connection with all the facilities and story completion in order to ensure you have unlocked all 56 of them.

The links here will take you to youtube with annotated timestamps for each memory chip:

Death Stranding - Fount of Knowledge (1 of 2)
Death Stranding - Fount of Knowledge (2 of 2)

One final note: Four of the memory chips will unlock items that are linked to other trophy requirements. The three final chips (#54, #55, #56) are additional interview entries. These are not necessary to get in order to reach 100 interviews read for The Past Guides the Present trophy_bronze.png, because you will have well over 100 entries to read once you head into the post-game content but they can be read and offer a good addition to the story content.

The important memory chip to look out for is #31, found at the base of the waterfall in the central region, north of Mama's Lab. This chip unlocks the fabrication of the Reverse Trike: "Ride" Type and is needed to complete requirements for the Homo Faber trophy_bronze.png trophy. This chip will be under an alcove on the north bank and will be obtainable during Standard Order: Order #42 - Collection: Scattered Rare Mineral Resources from Mama's Lab to South Knot City, if you choose to do it during the story or in the post-game. Completing the order is not required to find the memory chip but it is directly in your path should you choose to take it on.
  • Acquire your first piece of customization data.

You will unlock this through normal gameplay. There are plenty of customizations you can apply to either an upgraded structure, your backpack, or custom colors for your gear (suit, glasses, hat, vehicles etc.) and you will unlock many of them as you play through the story orders and develop your star ratings with the facilities.
  • Take your first hot spring bath.

There are 7 Hot Springs throughout the map of the Central region. You do not need to find all seven, you only need to walk into one of the seven springs and Hold when prompted. Sam will strip his cargo and clothes and take a dip in the murky waters. Hot Springs refill stamina and health, recharge batteries and delight your BB. There are two occasions that you will be transporting live NPCs during the story but you have the opportunity to use the Hot Spring with them for some hidden cutscenes.

You will likely stumble upon one or two of them during the story, but if you have yet to find one before you reach the Roboticist, you will walk right past the Falling Snows Invigorating Waters outside the station. All 7 springs are listed below for your convenience:
    • The Northeastern Healing Spring – East of The Craftsman
    • The Crater Digestive Bath – Southwest of The Film Maker
    • World's End Miracle Pool – South of The Novelist's Son/North of The Photographer
    • The Hidden Valley Digestive Bath – Just past The Doctor, past the rocks on the left
    • The Falling Snows Invigorating Waters – 20 meters in front of The Roboticist
    • The Heartwarming Spa – On Top of Heartman's Lab
    • The Recharging Spring – South of The Evo-Devo Biologist
  • Help porters through a MULE or terrorist area for the first time.

When you infiltrate a MULE camp, you can knock out all the members of that camp. Doing so is rather difficult to do through stealth alone using your Strand Rope so it is best to come armed with NON-LETHAL weapons, such as Stun Bombs, the Bola Gun, the riot shotgun or non-lethal assault rifle. If you manage to take out every MULE in the camp, you will initiate a period of safe passage through the camp without any worry of MULE attacks. This will apply to you as you navigate the area for the next 20 or 30 minutes, and will also allow for any NPC Porters to pass through the camp area without any issue.
  • Reach Grade 60 in all delivery evaluation categories.

    (Online)

There are five categories to develop throughout your gameplay that form a star and are displayed in your Bridge Links front page or at the end of every delivery evaluation. Each of the grades that are tied to the four delivery categories (Cargo Condition, Delivery Volume, Delivery Time and Miscellaneous) are elevated by the amount of Likes you receive for each order you complete in that respective focus. The remaining category at the top of the star is called Bridge Link and is based on online play and relationships you create with other players as well as some of the NPCs. This category will grow quickly through Likes you receive from structure use by other players or NPC Porters and should be the first to reach 60 without much work, as long as you are playing your game while online.

The categories tied to the four delivery focuses will climb most as you work towards the 20 Legend of Legends Rankings in each focus and will likely need a bit more time after you receive Growth of a Legend trophy_gold.png in most of the four categories. You can adjust the orders you choose as you work on finishing off your 5 star connections as well. By the end of both of these methods you should be close or above Grade 60 for most of the categories. Always aim for the highest amount of Likes when possible and always go for Premium Deliveries as you finish off these requirements.

The last holdout will likely be Delivery Time, as this is the most rare order type and can prove to be the hardest to get maximum Likes. The best method to get +3 to +5 grade levels on an order is to look for the Time-based Deliveries that span large distances with hundreds of Kilograms to move from facilities such as the Timefall Farm, Film Director, Junk Dealer, Geologist and Engineer to the large Knot Facilities such as Lake Knot City, Mountain Knot City, South Knot City and the Distribution and Waypoint Centers. These can yield over 2,000 Likes on a Standard order and even larger quantities of Likes if you can complete them as Premium Deliveries at S Rank level.
  • Find Higgs's home.

The location of Higg's home is a minor spoiler so I will leave the information hidden until needed.

When you complete Order #65 in Episode 9: Higgs, you will receive an email that will unlock a hidden room you can enter to receive this trophy. This room will also contain memory chip #56 and can be found in the Fount of Knowledge trophy_bronze.png trophy description at minute 16:37. Both its location in that video and the below information will spoil a small bit of information about one of the NPCs you will know by another name. I suggest you only read the following, after you reach Episode 10 and have read the emails you receive that reveal the identity:

Higgs' home can be found inside the Peter Englert Prepper station, straight past the terminal. When you return to Peter’s station to deliver a pizza or head there at any time for this trophy and the memory chip, you will find an open door and stairwell down to a room with writings and pictures all over the walls. Once you enter the room, you will receive this trophy. The memory chip can also be found just to the left of the pharaoh bust in the back-right corner of the room if you want to grab that while you are there.

  • Soothe a crying BB and stop the crying for the first time.

When you get hurt from a fall or get grabbed by a BT, your BB will become agitated and will begin crying. The game will instruct you how to soothe BB but if you need further instructions or a reminder for this trophy, follow these directions: Hold , press to look down at BB, then press to detach BB from your suit. Move the controller in a swaying motion to rock BB back and forth and this will slowly build its happiness meter back to top levels. Hit again to hook BB back up to your suit or release and you should be on your way.
  • Pee outside for the first time.

As silly or vulgar as the action may appear, Sam's urine is one of his many weapons against BTs and this trophy can be awarded moments after you control Sam for the first time in the Prologue or can be left for later in your gameplay if you choose. Whenever you are outside, you can tap to open your items menu. Find the image of a man peeing and select it. Hold to aim and to release the fluid on to the ground.

If being chased by the BT hunters as they come up from the ground to drag you away, you can escape to safe ground and direct Sam to pee on the black tar with the BTs in it. This should make the tar disappear and make it easier to get away from the BTs.
  • Use the music player for the first time.

When you rest at a Safehouse or a Knot City facility, you will see a UCA map to the left of Sam on the wall. If you move over to this area in the room, it will open up all your usual menus but will have an added selection for the music player. Within this menu, you can select any of the unlocked music you will receive throughout story progression and it will play the rest of the playlist uninterrupted.
