Dead by Daylight is a 4v1 horror game where four survivors are trapped inside a trial to escape one deadly killer. The objective is simple, the survivors try to repair generators throughout the map and power the exit doors to flee the map while the killer does their best to stop them. You'll have to work as a team to survive or be ruthless in your efforts to kill if you want to win the match.

As far as trophies are concerned, much of the list is an "earn while you play" sort of grind. You will have to keep the Adept Killer and Survivor trophies in mind as you're spending your blood points but overall the grind trophies can be chipped away without cause for concern. The trophies that can make or break your platinum run will be Where did they go!?, Perfect Escape and Blood on your face. Two of the three trophies are survivor related and will require working with a team to earn. Without communication, Where did they go!? is nearly impossible because all four survivors will need to know to meet and use the key at the hatch together. Aside from those, all the other trophies will take time to earn without being a headache.

All trophies that were glitched at launch have been fixed in subsequent patches. The developers are really good about fixing trophies that are or were bugged in the game. In the most recent fix, you are now allowed to partially heal survivors or repair generators and have it count towards progress towards the Medic and Handyman trophies (which are now glitched again due to a recent patch), whereas before the patch you had to start and finish healing or repairing by yourself for it to count.

Step 1: Prestige the Survivor of your choice three times and create your ideal loadout

In this step, you'll want to focus on leveling up your survivor of choice first. This will give you a better idea of how survivors behave before you play the killer so you know what to look out for, and you may see strategies some killers use that you can adopt to your advantage later. I recommend playing as Nea first, because Urban Evasion is highly useful for crouch walking at high speeds and avoiding detection. Claudette is another great option because she has a perk for healing herself called Self Care. You'll want to keep an eye out of for Hex Totems to cleanse, as well as opportunities for Perfect Escape. Because of the rarity of killers using Hex totems, you may want to focus on cleansing them as soon as you realize they are being used in a match.

In this step you will earn:

Agonizing escape
Apt Survivor
Backdoor escape
Bloody Millionaire
Engineer
Gifts for the Fog
Handyman
I
II
III
I've got your back
It wakes
Leapfrog
Made it out alive!
Medic
Nerves of steel
No one left behind
Not Half Bad
Skillfull
Survival Treasures
Vulture
III-50
Risk it all
Deep Cleansing

Step 2: The Key to Escape and Adept Survivors

This step revolves around levelling up each of the survivors to level 20 and escaping via the hatch.

In this step you will earn:

Adept Ace
Adept Claudette
Adept Dwight
Adept Jake
Adept Meg
Adept Min
Adept Nea
The Key to Escape

Step 3: Playing the Killer

Killers do not actually need many perks in order to kill well, so for this step you will be focusing on getting each respective killer to level 20 for their Adept killer related trophies, as well as working towards the miscellaneous trophies for individual killers. Once you have every killer to level 20, start leveling either the Doctor or the Shape to level 50 depending on if you have the DLC or not. Your goal is to obtain as many Ebony Momento Mori, and Ultra-Rare Add-ons as you can in order to make it easier to earn Blood on your face in one match.

In this step you will earn:

A bite for the entity
A feast for the entity
Adept Doctor
Adept Hag
Adept Hillbilly
Adept Nurse
Adept Trapper
Adept Wraith
Apt Killer
Blood on your hands
Blood in your mouth
Cripple them all
Even Punishment
From the void she kills
In the void she walks
Jump scares
Mad House
Perfect Killing
Shocking Treatment
The Grand Sacrifice
The Grind
Triggered
Blood on your face

Step 4: Miscellaneous Clean Up and the Platinum

In this step you will earn:

All aboard
Escape Artist
Hemophobia
Perfect Escape
Shock Therapy
Zealous

Greetings and welcome to my guide for the Chapter Two DLC of Dead by Daylight, and the first of many licensed killers to make it into the game. This chapter was released all the way back on October 26th 2016 before there was ever a console version of the game. When Dead by Daylight finally did reached consoles and included all the other DLC chapters pre-installed, this one couldn't be included due to it belonging to a licensed franchise. This Chapter added new killer Michael Myers aka "The Shape" and new Survivor Laurie Strode of cult classic fame, along with a new map all players could enjoy whether they owned the DLC or not: Lampkin Lane - Haddonfield, the classic setting of the Halloween franchise. This Guide was revised on 01/23/2020 for build version 3.5.0 of the game. All information contained within should be considered accurate up to this point in the game's life cycle.

BEFORE YOU CONTINUE:

There are going to be frequent references to perks ahead. To keep the Guide sustainable through future game updates, the descriptions for these perks are going to be in separate Supplemental Guides which will then be linked into the trophy descriptions.

Take these steps in any order you choose. If you're much more comfortable playing as the killer, you can absolutely start there. I just ordered them this way because the killer trophies typically have such a higher degree of difficulty so it makes more sense to just get the survivor stuff done first.

Step 1: Play Survivor.

While playing as a survivor, focus on escaping as Laurie using only her perks. Along the way, try to go completely unseen as the obsession and take special care to fully repair the generator in the Myer's house and surviving.

In this step you will unlock the following trophies:

Item of Obsession
House of Pain
Adept Laurie

Step 2: Play as The Shape

In this step you'll get used to the killer and how his powers work as you level his blood web, taking special care to stockpile ultra rare add-ons and black ward offerings. Eventually, when you're well equipped and confident in your abilities, you'll need to kill all 4 survivors with your own hands.

In this step you will unlock the following trophies:

The man behind the bush
Adept Shape
Evil Incarnate

  • Do cheat codes disable trophies?: No Cheats
  • Additional peripherals required?: No, But headphones make playing as killer easier

Welcome to my guide on The Lullaby for the Dark Chapter. This was the 5th DLC Chapter to release for the game on PC, and only the first one to come out after the console versions of the game's release. It became publicly available on July 27th, 2017. The Lullaby for the Dark chapter introduced new killer The Huntress, new survivor David King, and new map Mother's Dwelling - Red Forest as a free DLC. As with all DLC packs, the new map was made available to everyone whether they own the DLC or not. This guide was written as of update version 2.6.3. All information contained within should be considered accurate up to this point in the game's life cycle.

BEFORE YOU CONTINUE

There are going to be frequent references to perks ahead. To keep the guide sustainable through future game updates the descriptions for these perks are going to be in separate supplemental guides which will then be linked into the trophy descriptions.

Take these steps in any order you choose. If you're much more comfortable playing as the killer, you can absolutely start there. I just ordered them this way because the vast majority of your time will go towards learning the killer so it makes more sense to just get the survivor stuff done first.

STEP ONE - Play as the Survivor.

In this step you should go for the Adept David trophy which is the only one that requires you to play as David King specifically, and attempt to fully repair the designated generator on the "Mother's Dwelling" map.

In this step you will unlock the following trophies:

Adept David
Sorted
Cottage Owner

STEP TWO - Play as the Huntress.

In this step you will need to master The Huntress. She's one of the harder killers to learn so you'll need to get very good at throwing hatchets, and need to earn her adept trophy. Unlike step one, all 3 killer trophies in this chapter require you to be playing as The Huntress.

In this step you will unlock the following trophies:

Adept Huntress
Swirling Death
Skilled Huntress

Welcome to my guide on the second Paragraph DLC of Dead by Daylight. This type of DLC is a small single character release as opposed to the bigger Chapter DLCs that come with a killer, survivor and map. It was released on September 14th 2017 and gave us one of the most iconic horror movie slashers, The Cannibal. That's right, Bubba "Junior" Sawyer AKA Leatherface of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It's sad we didn't get a map of the class Sawyer house and surrounding area, but this killer is strong and comes with some great perks. Especially the perk "Barbecue & Chili", which is both a strong tracking perk AND can also double your bloodpoint gains making the grinds easier!

There's really only one step and that's to play as The Cannibal. You're going to want to spend your time terrorizing survivors with your chainsaw and hooking them in the basement. You'll also want to get the adept trophy. Leatherface is such a good character that these might be the easiest killer trophies in the game.

When you're done you'll unlock the following trophies:

Butcherin'
Texas BBQ
Adept Cannibal

Welcome to my guide on Chapter Six of Dead by Daylight, The Nightmare on Elm Street chapter! This licensed DLC was released on October 26th 2017 on all platforms. In this chapter you will get to spend some quality time with one of the biggest cult killers of all time, Freddy Krueger. That's right, the literal nightmare himself is here along with new survivor Quentin Smith from the 2010 reboot of The Nightmare on Elm Street franchise. Sadly, this means we also got the reboot Freddy instead of the beloved Robert Englund version but at least we also get the new map Badham Preschool - Springwood from the movie as well, and now it comes in 4 variation! As usual, all players can enjoy the new map even if they don't own the DLC. This guide was revised on 01/13/2020 for update version 3.4.2 of the game.

I just ordered them this way because a substantial amount of your time will go towards becoming proficient with the killer so it makes more sense to just get the survivor stuff done first.

Step 1: Play as the Survivor.

In this step you should go for the Adept Quentin trophy, which is the only one that requires you to play as Quentin Smith specifically. Also, attempt to loot as many chests and open as many escape gates as you can along the way.

In this step you will unlock the following trophies:

Adept Quentin
Looter
Escaping the Nightmare

Ste 2: Play as The Nightmare.

In this step you will just need to play as the killer. 2 of the 3 killer trophies require you to play as The Nightmare so you'll want to play plenty as him along the way.

In this step you will unlock the following trophies:

Adept Nightmare
Serial Killer
Dream Demon

Winter Solstice DLC:

  • Online trophies: 3
  • Approximate amount of time to 100%: 10+ hours
  • Minimum number of playthroughs: 30+ matches as survivor and 1+ as killer

  • Do trophies stack?: Yes, the PS4 and PS5 versions have their own lists.
  • Do cheat codes disable trophies?:N/A
  • Additional peripherals required?: No

Introduction:

Welcome to Winter Solstice, the winter update for Dead By Daylight. This update brings new visual changes to the game, but also drops some new items and customisables for your killers. The update also features three new trophies - all are simple to unlock, but will take time.

Feel free to switch steps one and two around depending on which aspect of the game you like most - killing or surviving.

Step One - Play Survivor + Loot Basement + Earn Bloodpoints

In this step, you will want to first and foremost check that the coast is clear (no killer located nearby) and that another survivor isn't doing the same thing as you. The chest can only be looted once per match and this means you will be playing a minimum of 30 matches before potentially unlocking the trophy.

Whilst playing through these matches it would be wise to keep a stash of bloodpoints to the side for the Happy Holidays trophy later.

In this step you will earn:

Milk 'n' Cookies

Step Two - Play Killer + Hook 3 Survivors in Basement + Earn Bloodpoints

In this step, your main goal will be to hook 3 survivors in the basement. Feel free to play with any killer that you feel comfortable with, but keep in mind that those who can lay traps or travel fast will have the advantage (being able to keep survivors within a close radius to the basement if they decide to rescue).

It doesn't matter if this takes a few matches, as the bloodpoints earned here will be useful for the Happy Holidays trophy later.

In this step you will earn:

Holiday Get-Together

Step Three - Open 100 Winter Gifts

The last step, if you haven't already opened 100 Winter Gifts/Mystery Boxes as you play, will be to level up survivors and/or killers of your choice ensuring that any of these boxes on the bloodweb are opened.

In this step you will earn:

Happy Holidays

Greetings and welcome to my Guide for the Chapter Seven DLC for Dead by Daylight. This time we're getting a taste of a more modern killer in The SAW Chapter! Released on January 23, 2018 to all platforms, this instalment brings us The infamous Jigsaw killer and Detective Tapp of the SAW franchise. Besides these two new characters we also get the new map The Game - Gideon's Meatpacking Plant which as always is available to all players. The only thing here to disappoint SAW fans is the weird continuity where This Pig is Amanda Young Instead of John Kramer, who canonically is Tapp's obsession. This guide was revised on 01/13/2020 for build version 3.4.2 of the game. All information contained within should be considered accurate up to this point in the game's life cycle.

I just ordered them this way because the killer trophies often have such a higher degree of difficulty or time investment that it makes more sense to me to just get the survivor stuff done first.

Step 1: Play as Survivor

While playing as Survivor, you'll want to use Detective Tapp and earn his adept trophy. After that, you're free to play as any survivor but will want to complete the designated generator on the new map and survive a bunch of matches where you are only downed once.

In this step you will unlock the following trophies:

Adept Tapp
Cherish Your Life
Near-death Experience

Step 2: Play as The Pig

In this step you will be playing as The Pig mostly and you're going to be putting as many Reverse Bear-traps on as many survivors as you can. Along the way, you should also aim for her adept trophy and trying to kill survivors after the last generator has been repaired.

Greetings and welcome to my guide for the 10th Chapter of Dead by Daylight: DARKNESS AMONG US! This is yet another slice of original content and was released on December 11, 2018. This chapter gives us aspiring artist Jeff Johansen and killer(s) Legion. Legion is an interesting concept in that, while you play as just one killer, it's actually a gang of four killers and whichever cosmetic item you're wearing changes which of the four you're playing as. Both characters in this Chapter come with some great perks that really strengthen both killer and survivor. As with all other chapters, this one also comes with a brand new map: Mount Ormond Resort - Ormond, which all players can enjoy even without owning the DLC! This guide was revised as of update version 2.7.0 of the game, which was released on May 7, 2019. • Collected All The Trophies

You've laughed, you've cried, you've screamed and you've escaped with a Platinum in hand. Congratulations!
  • In a public match, get 4 sacrifices in a single match.

A sacrifice is when a survivor is placed on a hook by the killer and claimed by the entity. In order to earn this trophy, you must sacrifice all 4 survivors in the match to the entity.

When you first find a survivor, barring add-ons or powers, you'll need two hits to bring a survivor into the dying phase. At this point, you'll need to pick up the survivor and hang them on the nearest hook. It's very important that you don't camp around the survivor for this trophy. It's okay if his teammates rescue him because your ultimate goal is to stop the survivor team from getting enough generators to escape before you can hook them all.

It's also important to keep in mind that after 2 generators are repaired, the last survivor alive will be able to use the hatch to escape. It may be in your best interests to put the second to last survivor in the dying state and hunt the last survivor to prevent the hatch from opening. If you know where the hatch is, you can patrol it. Do not hit a survivor near it though, because they can safely jump into the hatch while you're in cooldown between attacks. Instead, if the survivor is pressuring the hatch, try to wait for the survivor to enter the animation where they are jumping into the hatch, You can then push to "catch" them in the air which will put the survivor immediately on your shoulder. If you did not hook the second to last survivor, you will have to be sure to return to them before they die.

A survivor is considered sacrificed when they are hooked and the survivor team fails to unhook them, or they are hooked for the last time when they were previously hooked and in stage II.

    Stages of the Hook:
    • Stage I (51-100% Gauge) - A survivor is placed on the hook. They have the option to try to free themselves at the expense of their own Stage I hook status timer.
    • Stage II (1-50% Gauge) - A survivor must struggle by repeatedly pushing or they will die.
Once you sacrifice your fourth survivor in a single match, this trophy will unlock.
  • In public matches, sacrifice a total of 100 survivors.

For more information, look at A feast for the Entity.
  • In public matches, sacrifice a total of 500 survivors.

This trophy is cumulative, and will unlock when you sacrifice your 500th survivor. A sacrifice occurs when a survivor is hooked and the bar under their name reaches 0%, or they are hooked any time after they were previously hooked and in stage II of their sacrifice. Their bodies will be carried into the sky by the Entity. Disconnections do not count as sacrifices. This trophy will unlock while you make progress towards the other killer related trophies.

For more information on sacrifices, see The Grand Sacrifice.
  • In public matches, with the Trapper, catch a total of 10 survivors in your Bear-Traps.

Each killer has their own special ability and play-style for how they go about catching survivors. The Trapper's ability is the use of bear-traps strategically placed around the map in the hopes that a survivor will get caught in them. The best places for traps include; on either side of a window or a pallet location, near a generator, in tall grass, or around a hooked survivor.
Keep in mind, survivors can trigger your traps to disarm while they are crouch walking near them. Survivors freeing themselves or being freed by other survivors does not void trophy progress here. The survivor simply needs to be caught in the trap, regardless of whether or not you grab them out of it. Once the 10th survivor is caught in your bear-trap the trophy will unlock.
  • In public matches, with the Wraith, Surprise & hit a total of 50 survivors.

Each killer has their own special ability and play-style for how they go about catching survivors. The Wraith's ability is to cloak, or turn near invisible, in order to move around the map more stealthily. It's important to note that while survivors do not receive a Terror Radius (heartbeat) indication that you are near, you are not completely invisible and they may react as you approach.
To make progress on this trophy, you will need to uncloak near a survivor and hit them near-immediately afterwards. If you are successful, a "Surprise Hit" notification will appear on the left side of your screen.
This trophy is cumulative, and will unlock upon your 50th Surprise Attack on a survivor.
  • In public matches, with the Hillbilly, chainsaw a total of 50 survivors.

Each killer has their own special ability and play-style for how they go about catching survivors. The Hillbilly's ability is a chainsaw charge. By holding a Hillbilly with start his chainsaw and sprint in a straight line until he lets go of the or hits a survivor. If you successfully release the button into a survivor, you will put them into the dying state immediately.

It's important to keep in mind that the chainsaw sprint can be avoided by turning sharply, or taking cover behind an object. If the Hillbilly sprints into a downed pallet, the pallet will be destroyed and the dash will end. If the Hillbilly sprints into debris or anything besides the survivor then the sprint will end in a brief stun.

This trophy is cumulative, and will unlock upon your 50th Chainsaw Hit on a survivor.
  • In a public match, successfully escape the hook and escape.

In order to earn this trophy, you must unhook yourself as a survivor and escape the match through the exit door. The trophy will not unlock if you escape through the hatch or if the killer leaves. It is very important to note that if you escape the hook yourself, you can not work on generators or doors yourself before you escape or the trophy will not unlock.

As a survivor, you can only unhook yourself while you are in Stage I of being hooked. The chance of getting off the hook yourself is extremely small, but you can give yourself a better chance by unlocking and using a skill called Slippery Meat. Slippery Meat gives you a maximum total of 3 additional chances of getting off of the hook yourself before you enter Stage II. Additionally, the luck stat increases the chances of freeing yourself from hooks. Ace has a perk called Up the Ante that can increase your luck by a maximum of 9% per person using the perk. Offerings can be used to increase luck by varying amounts, and these offerings do stack, but they will not guarantee success. This trophy is luck-based, so it may take more than a few games to earn.
  • In public matches, escape the match alive for a total of 50 times.

In order to escape a match, you have to leave through the exit gates, the hatch, or by the killer leaving the match.
The exit gates will open after 5 generators are repaired and the exit panel is powered. The hatch will appear on the map when one more generator is repaired than the amount of survivors still alive (4 alive = 5 generators repaired, 3 alive = 4 generators repaired, 2 alive = 3 generators repaired, 1 alive = 2 generators repaired). The hatch will not open unless you are the last survivor on the map, or a key is used to open it.
When you escape your 50th time, the trophy will unlock.
  • Escape through the Hatch using a Key in a public match.

Note: The hatch will only open once there is just 1 survivor left alive but that can only happen after the killer has already closed it.

It is highly recommended that you save items to put the match in the most favorable conditions possible. Obviously this trophy will also rely on getting a killer you can manage but if you prefer a certain map or thicker mist then additional offerings can help. You will need either a Dull or Skeleton key. The Skeleton key is an ultra rare offering that can be found in the bloodweb. The amount of time the key has on it per use is how long the hatch will stay open after the key is used. The Skeleton key has 30 seconds of use by default but that is more than enough time for you to escape. You can drop items for other survivors to pick up by press :circle:. Once you have the key, find the hatch and hide nearby until the killer finds and closes it. Once closed and the killer walks away, unlock it with the key (which takes approx 2.5 seconds) then you automatically jump in it. If the killer has already closed it, you can still locate it during the endgame collapse and unlock it. If you die and aren't using an add-on to keep the key through death, then another member of your party can go to where the survivor with the key was sacrificed or killed and pick the key up to escape with. You should also be very aware of a killer ability called "Franklin's Demise." Killers who use this ability will cause you to drop items after being hit so could make retaining keys very difficult. Fortunately the perk is not too common outside of Cannibal killers.
  • In public matches, save a total of 50 survivor from death.

In order to save a survivor from death, you simply have to either save them when they are on a hook or heal them out of the dying state. The dying state is when a survivor has been hit until they are crawling on the ground. Usually survivors will be instantly picked up by the killer when they reach the dying state, but sometimes they wont if the killer is trying to bait other survivors or if they get distracted chasing another survivor.

There are perks that can help you perform these actions faster, but I recommend Botany Knowledge, for healing yourself and others more quickly. I also recommend Borrowed Time, which is used for when you unhook another survivor while you're in the killer's terror radius. A hit that would normally put you into the dying state will instead activate a timer that gives you a maximum of 25 seconds to run until you are put in the dying state.

This trophy is cumulative, and will unlock after your 50th saving action.
  • In a public match, rescue someone after at least one gate has opened.

To open the exit gates, you must repair 5 generators as a group. If a survivor is placed on a hook while the exit gates are powered, you just have to unhook them after the metal exit gates are powered and open for you to escape through. The survivor you save doesn't need to actually survive the match. You only need to unhook the survivor while the doors are opened to unlock the trophy.
  • In public matches, heal others for a total of 100 health states.

If you want to heal another injured player, simply approach them, press and hold to begin healing them. You may occasionally receive a skill-check for healing where you will have to push to stop a spinning needle inside of a small success zone. Failing the skill check can notify the killer, and it momentarily halts healing progress.

In a recent patch, this trophy was fixed to include partial progress. Before the patch, this trophy would only count health states where you healed someone from 0-100% in one action. Now this trophy counts progress where you heal survivors partially, or with teammates. This is especially good because so many people use the Self-Care ability to heal themselves.

Speaking of Self-Care, healing yourself with this ability or a medkit does not count towards this trophy. It is recommended that you use the Empathy perk to see injured survivors. In it's final upgrade, Empathy can allow you to see injured survivors regardless of where they are on the map.

This trophy is cumulative, and will unlock upon healing your 100th health state.
  • In public matches, repair generators for a total of 100 full repairs.

Repairing a generator only requires you to approach the generator and push and hold to begin repairs. You may occasionally receive a skill-check for repairing where you will have to push to stop a spinning needle inside of a small success zone. Failing the skill check will notify the killer, and it momentarily halts repairing progress.

Much like the Medic trophy, this trophy tracks partial progress towards 100 full repairs. If you have to leave a generator, or a generator you worked on is finished without you then the progress you made is still tracked.

This trophy is cumulative, and will unlock upon repairing your 100th generator.
  • In public matches, get a total of 500 successful Skill-Checks.

A skill-check is an event where you will get an auditory warning and then a small circle will appear above your action progress bar, usually while healing or repairing, and you will have to pass the skill-check to continue your action without alerting the killer or pausing your progress. To pass the skill-check, you just need to push when the needle is in the success zone. If you stop the needle in the solid white area of the success zone, you'll earn a Great Skill-Check, and you will gain 5% added progress on your action bar. If you land the needle in the bordered white success zone, you'll earn a Good Skill Check and your action bar progress will simply not be paused and the killer will not be notified.

500 skill-checks are cumulative and the trophy will unlock when you reach 500. This trophy will unlock while you progress towards other trophies in the game.
  • In a public match, as a survivor, complete with at least 5000 blood points in each score category.

This trophy is very difficult, and will require you to have an MVP game in order to earn it. You must earn 5,000 points in Objective, Survival, Altruism, and Boldness categories to earn this trophy.

Objective is repairing the generators, working together to repair generators with more than one person, opening chests, or escaping through the hatch. To get 5,000 in this category easily, you'll have to repair 3 generators on your own, or with other survivors, and use the hatch to escape as the last survivor. If you're in a survive with friends group, just do 3 generators with one of your teammates.

Survival is the easiest category, because you get 5,000 points just for escaping.

Altruism is healing or saving your teammates from hooks. In order to earn 5,000 points here you will need to rescue and heal about 3 survivors

Boldness is a little difficult as well, because in involves your interactions with the killer. Generally being a part of or escaping chases is where you get your points from this category usually, but when you're trying specifically to earn this trophy, I recommend using the Saboteur perk and sabotaging hooks. Each hook sabotaged is 500 points, so if this is the only interactions you have with the killer (unlikely) then you'll need 10 hooks sabotaged. Keep in mind that hooks sabotaged do not count after all 5 generators are repaired. You can also cleanse totems to make progress in this category. Dull totems are worth 600 points each, whereas Hex Totems are worth 1,000 points each. If you're waiting near the exit, you can sprint in a circle to gain some chase experience for the killer being nearby as well.

This trophy will unlock in the post-match screen after you see your point totals.
  • In a public match, as a killer, complete with at least 5000 blood points in each score category.

Unlike the survivor trophy with the same requirement, 5,000 blood points in each category as the killer is a far easier affair. You will almost certainly earn this trophy at the same time you complete the requirements for The Grand Sacrifice. There are a total of 4 killer categories; Brutality, Hunter, Deviousness, and Sacrifice.

Brutality is for hitting or downing survivors, as well as destroying pallets or damaging generators. Each hit on a survivor is 300 points, generator and pallet kicks are 100 each. If you aren't camping hooks and allowing other survivors to rescue their hooked teammates then you should easily earn 5,000 points here from downing survivors.

Hunter is for finding, chasing, and catching survivors. Each time you locate a survivor, you'll receive 200 points. Chasing a survivor is the non-stop period where a survivor is both running from you and within your sight. Chases end when you lose sight of a survivor or if you perform an action, and points will be rewards at those times.

Deviousness is for using your killer powers. Each killer has their own unique power, so choose the killer you are most comfortable with to earn this. The easier killers to use are The Shape (Mike Myers) and The Hilbilly. The Shape gains points by stalking survivors so he can gain Tiers in his abilities where he becomes stronger, and the Hillbilly uses a chainsaw sprint that is capable of killing survivors in a single hit.

Sacrifice, unlike the name suggests, is for both hooking and sacrificing the survivors. It is important to stress that you will not get 5,000 points here if you wait around hooked survivors. You will need to hook most of the survivors more than once to earn enough points in this category for the trophy.

As previously mentioned, this trophy is most likely to be earned in the same match with The Grand Sacrifice. The trophy will unlock in the post-game screen.
  • In a public match, get more than 8K blood points in one scoring category.

This is more likely to happen as the killer than it is to happen as the survivor because the killer earns all his points alone whereas the survivor splits points across a team.
The easiest way to earn this trophy as a survivor is to rescue hook survivors. Every hooked survivor is worth 1,500 per save in the Altruism category, and healing injured survivors is another 400-500 points each. If you forfeit working on generators to save and heal other survivors then you can potentially get this without much issue.
As a killer, depending on the killer, it's fairly simple to earn this trophy by simply playing as you normally would. You're more likely to get 8,000 points in chasing survivors or using your powers than you are to earn it for hooking survivors or destroying generators so definitely keep your powers in mind.
This trophy will unlock in the post-match screen.
  • Raise a character level to 10.

You level up from playing through matches from start to finish and earning blood points. At level 10, you'll earn this trophy and awaken the Entity in your bloodweb. The Entity, from level 10-50, will sub-randomly eat items in your bloodweb based on where you spend your blood points. The entity usually begins eating after you buy the perk of your choice in the bloodweb, but you'll get a one move warning before he eats anything at the beginning.
You'll unlock this trophy as soon as you reach level 10 in the bloodweb for one character. This trophy does not track levels from separate characters.
  • Raise a character level to 25.

Similar to It Wakes, reaching level 25 in the bloodweb of a single character will unlock this trophy for you. It also unlocks the final perk slot on that character, so you can use 4 perks at once.
  • Accumulate a total of 1 million blood points. (blood points can be spent before reaching the total)

1 million blood points seems like a lot when you start out, but it takes over 1 million blood points to get level 50 for one character. This trophy will be earned long before you finish the rest of your trophy list. You can increase the amount of blood points you get in a match by using special offerings, or being in matches where other survivors have used the offering called Bloody Party Streamers. That particular offering stacks with similar offerings and gives 100% blood point bonuses to every player in the match, including the killer.
  • In a public match, burn an Ultra rare offering.

Patch 1.21 Update: Moonlight related offerings have been removed from the game, so the only way to obtain this trophy as of now is by using the killer offering called Ebony Memento Mori. This patch has also made Ultra Rare items appear less often in the Blood web.
Warning: The offerings that appear in killer blood webs that specifically allow you to play as other killers will not be consumed for this trophy. They are a port-over issue from PC because these characters are DLC characters on PC, but are included with the game on PlayStation 4.

An offering is a one-time use item that can be placed on the top right-hand side of your loadout screen. These items effect specific elements of your very next match. Ultra rare offerings are pink, and only appear in the bloodweb to be earned. One example of an ultra rare offering is New Moon Bouquet. This item, when burnt, gives your next match the darkest moonlight possible, making it hardest for the killer to find and track survivors.
  • Start a public match with a full survivor loadout.

You can not earn this trophy before reaching level 25 as a survivor. You must start a public match with all 4 perk slots filled, as well as an offering, an item, and two add-ons attached to your chosen item.
If you meet these requirements, the trophy will unlock at the beginning of the match.
  • Start a public match with a full killer loadout.

You can not earn this trophy before reaching level 25 as a killer. You must start a public match with all 4 perk slots filled, as well as an offering, and two add-ons that effect your killer power.
If you meet these requirements, the trophy will unlock at the beginning of the match.
  • In a public match, enter the fog with an ultra-rare item or add-on without using a protective ward.

This trophy can be earned by either a survivor or a killer but only the survivors can use ultra rare items.

It's important to be aware that entering the fog means surviving or finishing the match. For killers, that detail isn't as important because generally your add-ons are lost regardless, but as a survivor you need to survive the match with your item. What this means for survivors is that using a Brand New Part as an ultra rare add-on in the match may not properly register for the trophy until you escape without using your part. For this reason, you might consider using a Rainbow Map item instead and escaping with that instead.
  • In a public match, escape while bringing a new item to the campfire.

For this trophy, you need to escape with an item that was looted from a chest in that match. The item doesn't need to be looted by you. Another survivor can loot the chest and drop the item for you by pushing before you both leave. If another survivor does drop the item for you, this does not also count for :Vulture:.

The trophy will unlock in the post-match screen.
  • In a public match, escape with an item that another player brought into the match.

The easiest way to earn this trophy is have your friend bring in an item and drop it for you by pushing before you both escape. You can also earn this trophy by visiting the disabled hook where another survivor was sacrificed and picking up the item he brought in with him and escaping with it.

The trophy will unlock in the post-match screen.
  • In a public match, escape with Jake using only his 3 unique perks.

You must reach a minimum of level 20 with Jake to unlock and use these 3 perks, and escape through the exit gates. The trophy will not unlock if you escape through the hatch or if the killer leaves. Note that you can not use items, add-ons, or offerings when you start the match for this trophy. You can, however, loot chests in the match to find items to escape with.

    Jake's perks are:
    1. Iron Will - Lowers the sounds of your grunts when you are injured and standing still.
    2. Calm Spirit - Reduces the chance that Crows are the map will make a noise and fly off when you're nearby.
    3. Saboteur - Gives you the ability, without a toolbox, to sabotage hooks. It also increases the abilities of the toolbox for sabotaging hooks.
  • In a public match, escape with Dwight using only his 3 unique perks.

You must reach a minimum of level 20 with Dwight to unlock and use these 3 perks, and escape through the exit gates. The trophy will not unlock if you escape through the hatch or if the killer leaves. Note that you can not use items, add-ons, or offerings when you start the match for this trophy. You can, however, loot chests in the match to find items to escape with.

    Dwight's perks are:
    1. Bond - Let's you see the aura of nearby survivors.
    2. Prove Thyself - An action speed increase, for yourself, per the amount of survivors that are within a certain range of you.
    3. Leader - Increases action speed at a flat rate to any nearby survivor and you
  • In a public match, escape with Claudette using only her 3 unique perks.

You must reach a minimum of level 20 with Claudette to unlock and use these 3 perks, and escape through the exit gates. The trophy will not unlock if you escape through the hatch or if the killer leaves. Note that you can not use items, add-ons, or offerings when you start the match for this trophy. You can, however, loot chests in the match to find items to escape with.

    Claudette's perks are:
    1. Empathy - See the auras of injured survivors around the map.
    2. Botany Knowledge - Increases healing speed and the effectiveness of healing items.
    3. Self Care - Allows you to heal yourself when injured at a reduced speed without healing items, or much faster with healing items.
  • In a public match, escape with Meg using only her 3 unique perks.

You must reach a minimum of level 20 with Meg to unlock and use these 3 perks, and escape through the exit gates. The trophy will not unlock if you escape through the hatch or if the killer leaves. Note that you can not use items, add-ons, or offerings when you start the match for this trophy. You can, however, loot chests in the match to find items to escape with.

    Meg's perks are:
    1. Quick & Quiet - Noise actions like vaulting or hiding in a locker and considerably reduced once every 30 seconds.
    2. Sprint Burst - 150% movement speed, activated by sprinting, for 3 seconds. Cooldown of up to 60 seconds.
    3. Adrenaline - Instantly health one health state and gain 150% movement speed for 5 seconds when the exit gates are powered.
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with the Trapper using only his 3 unique perks.

You must reach a minimum of level 20 with the Trapper to unlock and use these 3 perks, and sacrifice all 4 survivors. Note that you can not use add-ons, or offerings when you start the match for this trophy.

    Trapper's perks are:
    1. Unnerving Presence - Survivors within your terror radius have an increased chance to trigger skill checks, and have much smaller success zones for passing skill checks.
    2. Brutal Strength - Destroy dropped pallets up to 20% faster.
    3. Agitation - You move up to 18% faster while transporting bodies, but your terror radius is increased by up to 12 meters.
    Pointers:
The Trapper is meant to keep pressure on survivors by never letting them get too far in a chase, but make them run cautiously for fear of traps. If you're actively placing traps near targets of importance, like hooked survivors or generators, then you stand a good chance of downing multiple survivors quickly. Remember, if a trap is disarmed by a survivor then it's best to move a trap somewhere new rather than place it in the same spot again. Your #1 enemy is the survivors communicating where your traps are or seeing them early.
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with the Wraith using only his 3 unique perks.

You must reach a minimum of level 20 with the Wraith to unlock and use these 3 perks, and sacrifice all 4 survivors. Note that you can not use add-ons, or offerings when you start the match for this trophy.

    Wraith's perks are:
    1. Predator - Footstep marks (orange scratches from a survivor running) last up to 3 seconds longer.
    2. Bloodhound - Blood marks (a trail left by injured survivors) are more discernible and can be tracked up to 4 seconds longer
    3. Shadowborn - Brighter view with less fog and more field of view, but you're up to 30% quicker to blind with a flashlight and stay blinded up to 50% longer.
    Pointers:
The Wraith is a good tracker, but the difficulty in using the him is from having to wait for the bell to cloak and uncloak the Wraith. Without add-ons, it can be rough and a good survive with friends group can give you a lot of grief. Your strong point is never letting survivors get too far to feel safe from you, but for merciless victory you'll need to try and end chases quickly. It's very tempting to camp hooks as a Wraith, don't. Most survivor groups are used to dealing with Wraiths and many of them feel safe on generators knowing that you'll have to uncloak and hit them before you can give chase, so you'll need to keep as much pressure on a group as possible. I highly recommend picking three close, easy to patrol, generators early and guarding them exclusively.
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with the Hillbilly using only his 3 unique perks.

You must reach a minimum of level 20 with the Hillbilly to unlock and use these 3 perks, and sacrifice all 4 survivors. Note that you can not use add-ons, or offerings when you start the match for this trophy.

    Hillbilly's perks are:
    1. Enduring - Recovery from stuns increased by up to 75%.
    2. Lightborn - Resistance to blindness by up to 75%, and recovery from blindness increased by 50%.
    3. Tinkerer - Add-ons that affect the charge time of your power are up to 10% more effective.
    Pointers:
Adept Hillbilly is awkward because you can't use add-ons for the trophy but one of his perks is directly tied to using add-ons. The Hillbilly is designed to never end a chase with a survivor getting away. He's an extremely good killer for downing survivors quickly, and he's hard to lose. While you're looking for survivors, use Chainsaw Sprint as much as possible to close gaps across the map. The more time you take to move around, the less effect you are with the Hillbilly. When you find a healthy survivor, you will want to use the chainsaw to down them because it only takes one hit to do so. Keep your surroundings in mind at all times. If the area is full of debris, then consider holding off on your chainsaw to get small hits in. If you get generator pop notifications, consider leaving a chase to continue to keep pressure on all survivors.
  • Boost any perk to level 3.

All perks are obtained by spending blood points in your blood web. Blood webs are mostly procedurally-generated, so what perks you get and what time you get them will be random. When you obtain a perk for the first time, it's effects will be minimal and the icon will have one "dash" on the upper right side of the icon. As you obtain the same perk in the blood web for the second and third time, the perk's effects will increase and level up. This trophy will occur on the way to earning other trophies.
When you purchase your first level 3 perk, this trophy will unlock.
  • I

Reach prestige level I with any character

In order to prestige any character, you need to reach level 50 first. Once you reach level 50, there will be a skull icon in the center of your blood web that you can select that will ask you if you want to prestige the character. When you prestige a character you will lose all items, add-ons, offerings, and perks. You will obtain a blood article of clothing for that specific character, and your blood web in future levels will more frequently give you rarer items, add-ons, perks, and offerings.
When you prestige for the first time, this trophy will unlock and you will receive a blood shirt for your chosen character.
Of all of the characters you can level up for this trophy, I highly recommend starting with Claudette or Nea. Claudette's Self-Care and Empathy perks are very good for your own survival and working to improve the success of your team. Nea's Urban Evasion perk allows you to crouch walk at the same speed you can walk normally, which helps to reduce your visibility making it easier for you to complete objectives towards escape or evade nearby stalking killers.
  • II

Reach prestige Level II with any character.

    See I for more information.

When you prestige for the second time, this trophy will unlock and you will receive bloody pants (survivor) or a bloody weapon (killer).
  • III

Reach prestige Level III with any character

    See I for more information.

When you prestige for the third time, this trophy will unlock and you will receive a bloody face item for your chosen character.
  • Reach prestige Level III-50 with any character.

    See I for more information.

After you prestige three times with one character, you will no longer be able to prestige that character. Instead, when you hit 50 you can continue leveling up that character to receive perks, add-ons, items, and offerings for as long as you want.
  • In public matches, with the Nurse, blink and successfully land an attack a total of 100 times.

The Nurse is the most skill-dependent killer in the game and mastering her blink ability will take time. Much like measuring the distance of a grenade throw in a shooter, you need to have a mental idea of how long to hold in order to reach your target survivor with blink. If you do not end the blink in a hit, the Nurse will be stunned momentarily before you can blink again.

The trophy will unlock after your successfully perform 100 blink strikes.
  • In a public match, chain 3 or more blinks and land on a survivor, grabbing him successfully.

The Nurse can only chain blink twice before becoming stunned, so you will need to use add-ons in order to blink an extra time and get this trophy. Add-ons that increase the amount of blinks include; Campbell's Last Breath, Fragile Wheeze, Dark Cincture, and Torn Bookmark. Keep in mind that grabbing a survivor successfully involves catching them in an action, so you'll need to catch a survivor that is on a generator, opening a door, sabotaging a hook, opening a chest, cleansing a totem, or unhooking another survivor.
This trophy will unlock during the grab animation you were successful after three blinks.
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with the Nurse using only her 3 unique perks.

You must reach a minimum of level 20 with the Nurse to unlock and use these 3 perks, and sacrifice all 4 survivors. Note that you can not use add-ons, or offerings when you start the match for this trophy.

    Nurse's perks are:
    1. Stridor - Injured survivor's grunts of pain are up to 50% louder, and regular breathing is up to 25% louder.
    2. Thanatophobia - For every injured, dying, or hooked survivor all survivors have reduced action speed of between 3-15%
    3. Nurse's Calling - The aura of survivors that are healing or being healed is revealed to you up to a 28 meter range.
    Pointers:
The Nurse is a hard killer to master because her power sort of penalizes you for making mistakes but heavily rewards your successes. Her perks are geared towards keeping a survivor team weak and scrambling. If you are chasing one survivor and see a second survivor, it's actually in your benefit to hit as many of them as possible. That makes it the survivor team's priority to get away from you to heal, and it keeps them off of generators, making escape more difficult. As survivors are healing other survivors, you can continue to weaken the team as a whole, or take advantage of your aura reading abilities to hook survivors and track unhooked survivors as they're being healed. The Nurse blink, much like the Hillbilly chainsaw sprint, should be used to cross the map as quickly as you can, and close in on fleeing survivors.
  • In a public match, escape the Asylum map without losing a single drop of blood.

Crotus Prenn Asylum is one of over 20 maps in Dead By Daylight. It's a pretty wide open map featuring a small mental ward in the middle of the map with a generator on the second floor. You can increase your chances of playing on this map specifically by using the "Charred Wedding Photograph" offering.

In order to earn this trophy, you must escape the match as a survivor without letting the killer hit you even once. Strategies for completing this trophy will vary depending on who the killer is, but you will likely earn this trophy without directly going for it.

    Tips:
    • Stay out of the main Asylum building unless you are running away from the killer.
    • Do not be the altruistic person in the group, let other survivors deal with hooked survivors.
    • If you hear a heartbeat, immediately try to leave the area.
The trophy will unlock in the post match screen.
  • In a public match, repair the generator on the second floor of the Disturbed Ward and escape.

The Disturbed Ward is the sub-name for Crotus Prenn Asylum.

In order to earn this trophy, you have to partially or completely repair the generator on the second floor of the mental ward, and escape the match. It is important to note that you do not have to be there when the generator repair is started, only a part of the repairs when the generator is fully repaired. It is recommended that you repair this generator first, as it makes it more difficult for the killer to patrol early in the match.

The trophy will unlock in the post match screen.
  • In a public match, escape with Nea using only her 3 unique perks

You must reach a minimum of level 20 with Nea to unlock and use these 3 perks, and escape through the exit gates. The trophy will not unlock if you escape through the hatch or if the killer leaves. Note that you can not use items, add-ons, or offerings when you start the match for this trophy. You can, however, loot chests in the match to find items to escape with.

    Nea's perks are:
    1. Balanced Landing - Stagger effects from falling are reduced by up to 75%, and increases your speed by 150% upon landing for 3 seconds.
    2. Urban Evasion - Increases your movement speed while crouching by up to 100%.
    3. Streetwise - Reduces item consumption rate up to 15% for you and your allies for up to an 8 meter range.
  • In public matches, with The Hag, cause survivors to trigger her Phantasm traps 100 times.

A Phantasm Trap is a marker that the Hag killer can place upon the ground and teleport to when a survivor triggers the trap. The Hag can place up to 10 phantasm traps at any given time. For this trophy, you do not have to teleport to the traps for them to count. Survivors just have to activate them. Good places to place Phantasm Traps are the basement, near generators, by hooked survivors, near chests, or by hex totems.
This trophy will unlock during a match when your 100th trap has been triggered.
  • In a public match, teleport to your Phantasm traps and hit all 4 individual survivors at least once.

This trophy is a little different than Triggered because you have to actually teleport to your traps. In order to teleport, you must be in a 32 meter range of an activated trap, and push . When you do teleport, there will be a very brief stun period before you can act, and then you must immediately hit a survivor. This trophy can be a little frustrating because most survivors will run past a trap to intentionally activate it without stopping and giving chase will definitely be outside of the phantasm hit window for it to count. The best place to set your traps for hits is near hooked survivors and near chests because the animations for survivor actions at these locations is longer.

This trophy will unlock during a match when you get your last phantasm hit on the 4th unique survivor.
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with The Hag using only it's 3 unique perks

You must reach a minimum of level 20 with the Hag to unlock and use these 3 perks, and sacrifice all 4 survivors. Note that you can not use add-ons, or offerings when you start the match for this trophy.

    Hag's perks are:
    1. Hex: The Third Seal - After a survivor is hit, there aura reading abilities are impaired up to 100%.
    2. Hex: Ruin - Between 2 and 4 survivors, depending on perk level, are affected by ruin. Good and Great Skill Check effects result in generator regression or no bonus.
    3. Hex: Devour Hope - Gain a token when survivors are rescued at least 24 meters away, 2 tokens grants a speed boost, 3 tokens results in survivors entering the dying state in just one hit, and 5 tokens grants the ability to kill survivors immediately.
    Pointers:
The Hag is more of an area camper based killer. At the start of the match you should look for three generators that you believe you can patrol easily, preferably near the basement. Set your Phantasm Traps up in the area and don't mind too many of the generators outside this small zone. Patrol these three generators with small deviations to other nearby generators in the path to lull survivors into repairing them. When traps are trigger, teleport quickly and hook the survivor if you can. Do not stray too far from your generators because spending too long in a chase will allow the other survivors time to work. The idea of the hag is too be very territorial and wear the survivor team down. With Devour Hope still active near the end of the match, downing survivors is very easy.
  • In a public match, activate the Foghorn by repairing the generator in the Steamboat and escape.

This trophy is obtained on "The Pale Rose" sub-name of the Backwater Swamp map, which is one of two variations of the map. You will have to repair the generator on the second level of the large steamboat near the center of the map. When you do, a loud foghorn will sound off. You'll want to repair this generator first as it is generally very patrolled by the killer and the large steamboat has a 50/50 chance of having the killer's basement in the lower level of the boat. You don't need to repair the entire generator yourself, but you do need to be on it repairing when the repairs are finished.

Escaping on this map can be quiet challenging because the map itself is very open, but I recommend completing the generators located on both boats, and both piers on the map so that the remaining generators that have a chance to spawn aren't very close together towards the end of the match.

The trophy will unlock in the post match screen if you escape successfully.
  • In a public matches, cleanse 10 Hex totems.

Hex totems, unlike Dull Totems, have fire underneath them and glowing eyes. Depending on the perk that is on the totem, the killer may be notified when you start working on their hex totem.

You'll want to keep an eye out for text on the right side of your screen at says "Thrill of the Hunt." If you see Thrill of the Hunt, then the killer will be notified any time you begin cleansing a hex totem. For this reason, the best time to cleanse a hex totem is after another survivor is hit or picked up from dying state by the killer. After you finish cleansing the hex totem, a loud thunderous sound will notify everyone on the map so be sure to leave the area.

This trophy is cumulative and will require several matches to complete, as hex totems appearing on the map will wholly depend on the killer's loadout. The trophy itself will unlock after you cleanse your 10th hex totem.
  • In a public match, escape with Ace using only his 3 unique perks.

You must reach a minimum of level 20 with Ace to unlock and use these 3 perks, and escape through the exit gates. The trophy will not unlock if you escape through the hatch or if the killer leaves. Note that you can not use items, add-ons, or offerings when you start the match for this trophy. You can, however, loot chests in the match to find items to escape with.

    Ace's perks are:
    1. Up the Ante - Grants up to 3% luck for each survivor that is still alive.
    2. Ace in the Hole - When looting an item from a chest, you'll have up to a 50% chance for that item to have an add-on attached to it.
    3. Open-Handed - Increases the aura reading abilities of you and your teammates by up to 8.
  • In public matches, hit survivors 500 times with The Doctor's Electroconvulsive Treatment attack.

The Doctor's Electroconvulsive Treatment attack is his power. When you are in "Shock Therapy" mode, you can use to launch an electrical current in the area in front of you. Doing this significantly raises the madness level of the survivor that is hit by it, and causes them to scream.

This trophy is cumulative, and will unlock in a match after you land your 500th attack on a survivor.
  • In a public match, bring the 4 survivors to insanity Tier 3 at least once in the same match.

Insanity or madness, is a status inflicted on survivors by the Doctor. While in Shock Therapy mode, you'll need to use your Electroconvulsive Treatment attack to shock survivors into increasingly high tiers of madness. Tier 3 is the highest tier and the survivor will need to "Snap out of it" before they can perform any other action. It's important to note for this trophy that not all survivors need to be in Tier 3 madness at the same time. Your goal is to hit them all during the same match. If you focus on this, and don't worry too much about hooking survivors then it's not difficult to earn in a single match.

This trophy will unlock during a match, after you get the fourth survivor up to tier 3 madness.
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with The Doctor using only her 3 unique perks.

You must reach a minimum of level 20 with the Doctor to unlock and use these 3 perks, and sacrifice all 4 survivors. Note that you can not use add-ons, or offerings when you start the match for this trophy.

    Doctor's perks are:
    1. Overwhelming Presence - Survivors' item consumption rates are increased by up to 100% in your terror radius.
    2. Monitor and Abuse - Your terror radius while in a chase is increased by up to 8 meters, otherwise your terror radius is up tp 8 meters smaller, and your field of view is increased.
    3. Overcharge - After damaging a generator, survivors will have to pass a difficult skill check. If they fail, the generator will regress by up to 5%.
    Pointers:
The Doctor is more about making progress difficult for the survivors rather than simply outright killing. When you begin the match, your main priority is to get all of the survivors to at least tier 2 madness and kick generators where possible. While in shock therapy, your terror radius will also slowly give survivors madness and a chance to scream. Many survivors will begin to run as soon as they realize they are in the shock therapy zone, which also impedes their progress. Actively scout the map to make sure you bring as many survivors to tier 2 as possible. After you've applied pressure in the first part of the match, you'll only be entering Shock Therapy mode when you aren't actively chasing a survivor. As soon as you begin a chance, switch to punishment mode and start going for hooks.
  • In public matches, repair a Generator in the Damage state , 50 Times. One time per generator.

Repairing generators is the primary objective for the survivor team. Sometimes while you're repairing, the killer will come to scout the area and kick your generator. Once the generator is kicked, it is considered damaged. Damaged generators can be identified by the sparks and light smoke coming from it. If you don't start repairing it again in this state, the generator's repair progress will continue to slowly decrease over time. For this trophy, you simply need to begin repairing a generator after it's been kicked. You do not need to complete repairs on the generator for it to count towards your total.
This trophy will unlock during a match after you begin repairing your 50th damaged generator.
  • In public matches, jump over a pallet or through a window during a chase, 200 times.

A chase event is any time you begin running within the sight of the killer, and can be distinguished by the added music that plays. It's important to note that a chase only begins while you're sprinting with . While in a chase, you simply need to vault, with , over a pallet or a window 200 times. In order for the vault to count, you must vault before you get the "Escaped!" message on the left side of your screen.

This trophy will unlock in a match after your 200th successful vault.
  • In a public match, escape with Min using only her 3 unique perks.

You must reach a minimum of level 20 with Min to unlock and use these 3 perks, and escape through the exit gates. The trophy will not unlock if you escape through the hatch or if the killer leaves. Note that you can not use items, add-ons, or offerings when you start the match for this trophy. You can, however, loot chests in the match to find items to escape with.

    Min's perks are:
    1. Alert - If the killer performs a break action within up to a 36 meter range, it's aura is revealed to you for up to 6 seconds.
    2. Lithe - Performing a vault during a chase increases your movement speed by 150% for 3 seconds.
    3. Technician - Gives the survivor up to a 50% chance to avoid alerting the killer after failing a generator skill check. Reduces noise from repairing by up to 8 meters.

Secret trophies

  • In a public match, kill your first survivor.

See Blood on your face for more information.
  • In a public match, kill 4 survivors in a single match.

This trophy requires the use of special add-ons, offerings, and circumstances to achieve. Below is every method in the game, including added DLC, that allows you to kill a survivor.

    Add-Ons
    • Judith's Tombstone (The Shape - Halloween DLC) - Allows the Shape to kill any survivor while he's in tier 3 of Evil Within.
    • Tombstone Piece (The Shape - Halloween DLC) - Allows the Shape to kill any survivor at the expense of tier 3 Evil Within charge time.
    Offerings
    • Ebony Memento Mori - Kill all survivors who have been hooked once in the trial.
    • Ivory Memento Mori - Kill one survivor who has been hooked once in the trial.
    • Cypress Memento Mori - Kill the last survivor.
    Pointers:
Killing every survivor in a single match is one of the more difficult trophies in the game because of the hatch being present after only 2 generators are repaired. For this reason and because of survivors leaving the match, you may not get this trophy on your first time. If you do not have any of the DLC killers, than I recommend using the Doctor with Ebony Memento Mori in order to kill all of the survivors. The reason I would choose the Doctor is because her powers are very disruptive for survivors completing generators, and the proper loadout can make it difficult for survivors to snap out of tier 3 madness. This gives you more time to try and kill everyone before they are able to escape. If you do have DLC, I recommend using the Shape with add-ons in conjunction to the Ebony Memento Mori or Cypress Memento Mori to give you more options while you try to kill all 4 survivors.
  • In public matches, kill a total of 15 survivors

See Blood on your face for more information.
  • In a public match, crawl your way out.

This trophy is easier than it sounds. After your team has repaired all 5 of the required generators and opened the exit gates, wait for the killer on the edge of the barrier where you escape and let him hit you. When the killer knocks you into dying state, you will automatically crawl through the exit and earn the trophy. Be careful that you are not standing too far from the escape that you wont fall into the escape. When you're knocked into the dying state, you have a minor animation before you can actually start crawling and the killer can pick you up if you have to crawl to the exit.
  • In a public match, escape through the hatch.

The hatch is an escape method that can be found on the map after one more generator has been repaired than the amount of survivors left alive in the match. To make the hatch appear on the map, 4 living survivors have to repair 5 generators, 3 living survivors have to repair 4 generators, 2 living survivors have to repair 3 generators, and 1 survivor has to repair 2 generators. The hatch will be closed unless you use a key with the power to open black locks, like the Skeleton Key item, or if you are the last survivor remaining in the match.

Be careful when jumping into the hatch. If the killer is close, he can grab you in animation leaving through the hatch and kill you. The trophy will unlock in the post match screen.

DLC: The Halloween® Chapter

6 trophies

  • In public matches, with The Shape, stalk for a total of 100 power tier increase.

As the Shape, your killer power is Evil Within. You start at tier one of Evil Within and make yourself stronger by stalking survivors. To stalk, just hold when you have a survivor in your line of sight. This drains them of evil and fills a meter on your HUD. When the meter is full, you level up your Evil within. You must do this 100 times. The trophy pops on your 100th increase to your Evil Within.

The Shape has three different tiers of Evil Within as described below:

    • Tier One: The Shape has a greatly reduced walking speed, greatly reduced lunge distance and greatly reduced terror radius.

    • Tier Two: The Shape has a normal walking speed and lunge distance. His terror radius gets bigger but is still about half the size of a normal terror radius. Once the Shape reached tier two he can not go back to tier one.

    • Tier Three: The Shape gets a speed boost and can vault windows slightly faster, and his lunge distance is increased. His terror radius is now a standard size compared to other basic killers. All survivors are afflicted with the "Exposed" status which means a single attack can take them from healthy straight to the dying state. Tier three lasts for 60 seconds before returning The Shape to tier two.

All survivors start the match with 10 points of evil. It takes 5 points of evil to fill your meter for a level up on your Evil Within. This means there's a finite amount for you to take but also that if you take as much as you can from every survivor, you can reach up to a maximum of 8 levels per match. Add-ons greatly influence this though so be weary of what you take into a match if your goal is to just grind. Also, the amount of evil a survivor has is shown by the color of their aura when stalking. the whiter it is, the more they have. The redder, the closer to being empty they are. Try not to kill a survivor that you didn't drain completely of evil to maximize your efficiency.
  • In a public match, kill all 4 survivors with the TIER III Evil Within.

This is the hardest trophy in this Chapter and quite possibly in the top 5 most difficult in the game. The premise is simple but it's a lot of work and requires the use of two Ultra Rare add-ons per attempt at accomplish this. The introduction of the End Game Collapse in some ways added some new pitfalls but in other ways you have more control and can make your own life easier.

To kill a survivor with tier three Evil Within you have to use the Ultra rare add-on "Judith's Tombstone" that allow you to perform an instant kill attack on standing survivors. This differs from all other "mori" kill attacks, which all require the survivor to be in the dying state before you can initiate the kill. All you need to do is get right up against a survivor for the "Kill" prompt to appear, then tap the basic attack button () but only tap it. If you hold it down you will instead make a lunging stab attack. Using Judith's Tombstone requires a substantial amount more of Evil to be stalked from survivors and then tier 3 still only lasts about a minute. To deal with the problem of survivors waiting out your tier 3, you'll need to utilize the other Ultra Rare Add-on "Fragrant Tuft of Hair." This makes tier 3 last for the remainder of the match allowing you all the time in the world to seek out victims. This leads us to the final important detail. This add-on also requires a tremendous amount more of evil to be drained to reach tier 3. Both Add-ons combined, you'll need to drain 3 survivors all the way to be able to get to Evil Within tier 3.

Essentially the strategy is to slow down the game as much as possible and stalk as much as you can as fast as you can to reach tier 3 before the survivors put too much pressure on you. There are generally a few problems you are going to encounter.

    1) The biggest problem as mentioned, is that both add-ons require massive amounts of extra evil to reach tier 3. You'll need to heavily stalk all 4 survivors to get there. You'll need to be able to sneak up on survivors and get long stalks off of them before they notice you. For this the only perk I find helpful is The Doctor's "Monitor and Abuse" which represses your terror radius when not in a chase.

    2) Second major issue is that Judith's Tombstone makes you move considerably slower, and this really hurts. The only true counter to the speed issue is The Shape's own perk "Play With Your Food". If you can find your Obsession early and gain Tokens on "Play With Your Food" you'll be mobile again and getting around will be a lot easier. And as long as you don't use your basic attack you wont lose tokens. The instant kill doesn't even count as an aggressive action and doesn't remove tokens either. This perk is pretty much required for this or you'll never be able to get around fast enough.

    3) Third issue is the Escape Hatch. The hatch spawns when there's 1 more generator repaired than there are survivors remaining, or when the last survivor is remaining. Its actually beneficial now to let 3 gens get finished so when the match is down to 2 remaining survivors, you can find where the hatch spawned. After you kill survivor #3, head straight there and close it before the last survivor reaches it. At this stage, Survivors carrying keys are your worst enemy because they can just reopen the hatch and escape. If you notice a survivor is carrying a key, you'll want to kill them earlier in the match and hope no one else finds the key.

    4) The end game collapse. After you slam the hatch shut, you'll have to find the last survivor before his 2 minute timer runs out or before he opens an exit gate and escapes. It's not required but I do strongly recommend using the Basic perk "Whispers". You should be able to see which door a survivor is hiding near and prevent them from opening the gate. If this is the route you choose to go, I also recommend pretending like you're heading away to get them to leave their hiding spot then doubling back to catch them just after they start trying to get the door open. This way is easier than searching for a hidden survivor.

    5) This last problem is one you personally have no control over. You need to kill ALL 4 survivors in the match. The game now kicks you back to the start screen and refunds any add-ons/offerings if anyone disconnects before the match starts which is great since you can no longer load into a match with less than 4 survivors but that doesn't help against the rage quitters that will DC when things start to go bad for them. Almost all my failed attempts came from rage quitters that dropped out after the first kill. Just keep at it though and eventually you'll find a team that stays to the end of the match.

Since "Monitor and Abuse" and "Play With Your Food" are the only perks that are really required, you have a few options at your disposal to slow the match down or help track survivors. I leave this up to you because it really comes down to your comfort level with your own play style but here are some great options to run with:

    Surveillance (Pig perk)
    Discordance (Legion Perk)
    Corrupt Intervention (Plague perk)
    Tinkerer (Hillbilly perk)
    Hex: Ruin (Hag perk)
    Whispers (Basic perk)

Surveillance paired with Hex: Ruin is a nasty combo for seeing which generators might have a survivor on them. Discordance can show you where 2 survivors are working together which means more evil to stalk is gathered in one place. Whispers can be amazing for locating that last survivor, especially if it comes down to the end game collapse.

  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with The Shape using only its 3 unique perks.

This trophy requires you to win an exceptionally well played game as The Shape while only using his 3 unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three perks are available right from level 1. Any match where you earn 2 pips towards a rank increase is a merciless victory and usually comes with killing all 4 survivors while there are still generators left unfinished. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-game.

The required perks you need to have in your loadout are Save The Best For Last, Play With Your Food, and Dying Light. For more information on these perks here: LINK
  • In a public match, as the killer's obsession, escape as the last survivor without getting hit.

This is challenging to pull off. As a survivor you need to be the obsession, which means either you need to randomly be targeted by a killer's obsession perk at the start of the match, or be playing obsession perks of your own. There can only be one obsession per match. If you are the only person playing an obsession perk you will be the obsession. If multiple survivors are using an obsession perk, the obsession will be chosen at random between them. If you're using multiple obsession perks you will have a greater chance of being the obsession than anyone else also using them. The obsession will be identified by the claws surrounding their health icon on the HUD. The last pitfall is that when you're the obsession, no other survivor can trigger the Decisive Strike perk which will then make that player the obsession even if there already was an obsession in the match. You can earn this trophy playing as any survivor, and even if you don't own the DLC. The Trophy will pop on the results screen post-match if the conditions were met.

This trophy was intended to get you to use the Laurie Strode perks "Object Of Obsession" and possibly also "Sole Survivor" to evade the killer the entire match and then escape untouched. I found it to actually be a hindrance though since the killer can see you too. Today there are much stronger options for staying off the grid such as:

    Distortion (Jeff perk)
    Urban Evasion (Nea perk)
    Premonition (Basic perk)
    Spine Chill (Basic perk)
    Calm Spirit (Jake perk)
    Alert (Feng perk)

For more information on all these perks click here to see the Survivor Perks Supplemental Guide: LINK
  • In a public match, repair the generator in Myers' house and live to tell the story.

This trophy is earned on the Lampkin Lane, Haddonfield map. The Myer's house is the one that has the Jack-o-Lantern on the front porch and the Strode Realty sign in the front lawn. Also unique to this house, the killer basement only spawns here as this map never spawns a killer shack. There is always a generator on the second floor of this house. You need to fully repair this generator and escape the map alive to earn this trophy. Maps are selected at random but you can greatly raise the chances of playing on this map if you burn the rare offering "Strode Realty Keys". The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match. You can earn this trophy even without owning the DLC.
  • In a public match, escape with Laurie using only her 3 unique perks.

You earn this trophy by escaping a match alive as Laurie Strode while using only her unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three required perks are available right at level 1. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match.

As far as adept trophies go, this is possibly the hardest if you don't understand how Laurie's perks work. The perk "Object of Obsession" is very strong for showing you where the killer is on the map but the draw back is that they can see you too and for this you can be found and killed easily. My recommendation is to stay along the edges of the map so you always have a safe direction to look away to. When you do peak around to see the killer, take quick glances to limit the chances of them spotting you too. If they're facing or even approaching you, get out of there fast without looking back.

The required perks to use are Sole Survivor, Object of Obsession and Decisive Strike. For more information on these perks click here to see the Survivor Perks Supplemental Guide: LINK

DLC: The Lullaby for the Dark Chapter

  • In public matches, throw 1000 Hatchets.

To earn this, you just need to throw 1000 hatchets. They don't need to actually hit their target, they just need to be thrown. This is a VERY grindy trophy, but very easily farmed by standing next to a locker, throwing your full supply of hatchets, then refilling from the locker. I don't recommend wasting your time farming this though, as you might get this naturally on your way to earning the trophy Skilled Huntress. The trophy will pop when the 1000th hatchet has been thrown. Below is a full explanation of The Huntress's abilities.

The Huntress is a ranged killer and her power is to throw hatchets. This is a fairly straight forward power but due to additional mechanics intended to keep her balanced, it still requires a good amount of practice to master. To throw a hatchet press and hold the button to charge the wind up, and release it to throw the hatchet. What makes this hard to master is that there is no crosshair to rely on, so you just have to develop your own muscle memory as to where the hatchet will land. The hatchet also flies on an arc so you can lob it over obstacles if throwing from a distance. Also, The Huntress who already has a slightly slower movement speed takes a speed penalty while winding up for a throw or holding a hatch in the ready position. The Huntress needs to fully wind up every throw so just tapping the button doesn't make her throw faster or avoid the speed penalty. At base, The Huntress can hold 5 hatchets at a time and can reload her supply by searching any of the lockers spread across the map. The Huntress only has a 24 meter terror radius, but is also burdened by a lullaby she hums that survivors can hear directionally from 48 meters away and is unaffected by perks that would otherwise hide or reduce her terror radius. This makes it impossible to sneak up on survivors, and makes her weak against stealthy players who will capitalize on such an early alert.
  • In public matches, down survivors 100 times with The Huntress' Hatchets further than 24 meters.

Downing a survivor means to put them into the dying state. It usually takes two hits to down a survivor. Once to take them from healthy to injured, and the second hit to take them from injured to dying. At base power, this trophy requires you to either hit an already injured survivor from a considerable distance with a hatchet. There is also an ultra rare add-on called the Iridescent Head which can take a healthy survivor straight into the dying state, but at the cost of carrying 4 less hatchets at a time forcing you to reload at lockers much more frequently. However you approach this trophy you will need to get exceptionally good at precision hatchet throwing to accomplish this, making it the hardest trophy in this chapter.

There is no stat tracking to see your progress so you should keep a tally by hand. There's also no inherent way of knowing the distance a survivor is from you making it tough to know what counts towards this. The general consensus online is that you should run the basic perk "Deer Stalker" at tier 2 which highlights downed survivors with an aura when they're within 24 meters of you. If the survivor immediately glows, they were too close. If they didn't, they were far enough away. The trophy will pop when you've downed the 100th survivor from the appropriate distance.

For more details on perks CLICK HERE to reach the Killer perks supplemental guide.
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with The Huntress using only her 3 unique perks.

This trophy requires you to win an exceptionally well played game as The Huntress while only using her 3 unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10, and all three perks are available right from level 1. Any match where you earn 2 pips towards a rank increase is automatically a merciless victory, and usually comes with killing all 4 survivors while there are still generators left unfinished. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match.

The three required perks for this are Beast of Prey, Territorial Imperative, and Hex: Huntress Lullaby. For more details on these perks CLICK HERE to see the Killer Perks supplemental guide.
  • In a public match, repair the generator in the Mother's Dwelling and live to tell the story.

On the map "Mother's Dwelling - Red Forest" there's a large cabin structure in the middle of the play area. There is always a generator on the outside ledge of the second floor of this building. As any survivor, you need to fully repair this generator AND escape the match alive to earn the trophy. It's entirely random which map is selected, but you can strongly raise your chances by burning the offering "The Last Mask". This trophy can also be earned even if you do not own the DLC. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match.
  • In a public match, spend most of the trial injured (more than 50%) and live to tell the story.

This can be earned as any survivor. You can earn this naturally if you don't have the means to heal yourself in a match and cant locate another survivor to patch you up. Just play more cautiously and avoid being out in the open to raise your chances of surviving. I would recommend not going out of your way for this though, as you are guaranteed to get it when you meet the requirements for the trophy Adept David due to the perk "No Mither". See that trophy for more details. This trophy can still be earned even if you don't own the DLC. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match.
  • In a public match, escape with David using only his 3 unique perks.

You earn this by escaping a match alive as David King while using only his unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three required perks are available right at level 1. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match.

This can be a challenging, due entirely to the perk "No Mither" that permanently applies the Broken status effect which caps you at the injured state and prevents you from being healed back to the healthy state. Playing the game with half health means you need to play very cautiously. Don't take unnecessary risks and play stealthy, and you should be able to escape.

The required perks to use are We're Gonna Live Forever, Dead Hard, and No Mither. To see more details on these perks, CLICK HERE to see the Survivor Perks supplemental guide.

***Note: Also due to the perk "No Mither" you will spend the entire match injured, and so will fulfill the requirements for the trophy Sorted.***

DLC: Leatherface™

3 trophies

  • In public matches, with The Cannibal, successfully chainsaw a total of 100 times.

This requires you to deal damage to survivors using The Cannibal's killer ability. Just hit survivors 100 times with the Cannibal's chainsaw to unlock this. Repeated hits on the same survivor count towards this. The trophy will pop after you've landed your 100th chainsaw hit. Information on how The Cannibal's ability works is provided below.

The Cannibal's killer ability is "Bubba's Chainsaw." This looks and operates the same as The Hillbilly's chainsaw from the base game and even has many of the same add-ons, but that's where the similarity ends. You start charging the chainsaw by holding . Once you're fully charged release the button and the Cannibal will start wildly swinging his chainsaw back and forth in a frenzy while you continue to control and steer him. Any survivor hit with this will be put immediately into the dying state. This attack is also capable of hitting and downing multiple survivors, making almost any cooperative action highly risk for survivors. If you bump into anything while chainsawing, The Cannibal will begin a tantrum where he stays stationary but continues to flail the chainsaw around for a few seconds. This is meant to be a penalty and allow counter-play for survivors to get away, but the chainsaw is still dangerous while in this state and can still mow down survivors that come into contact with it. Without add-ons you take a slight speed penalty while charging and move at normal speed again after the power is activated. While charging up the chainsaw you can cancel by letting go before the meter is full or press while still holding if already holding a full charge.
  • In public matches, hook 25 Survivors in the Basement. Once per Survivor per match.

Every match has a Killer Basement. This can spawn in one of two locations; In the empty killer shack that spawns on almost every map, or whatever the big structure is on most maps (like the barn on the Fractured Cow Shed map or the the large boat on the Pale Rose map). Just hook your downed survivors here whenever possible. All killers can earn this trophy. The trophy will pop after your 25th different survivor is hooked in the basement. This can be earned even if you don't own the DLC.

The Basement is an ideal place to hook survivors regardless of trophies because the hooks can never be broken so it's always an option, and there's only one way in or out making it a HIGHLY defensible location. And no one is as good as The Cannibal on basement defense. Since there's only one way out, who ever goes down to save the person you hooked there has a high chance meeting your chainsaw on the way out and getting hooked down there themselves. That makes this an easy trophy to earn despite it's "Once per Survivor per match" limitation. Some great perks to use for transport survivors to, or defend the basement are:

Iron Grasp (Basic perk) - Harder to struggle free
Agitation (Trapper perk) - Transport bodies faster
Mad Grit (Legion Perk) - Prevents body-blocking
Territorial Imperative (Huntress perk) - Early alert that someone is in your basement

For more details on these perks, CLICK HERE to see the Killer Perks supplemental guide.
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with The Cannibal using only his 3 unique perks.

This trophy requires you to win an exceptionally well played game as The Cannibal while only using his 3 unique perks.

The three required perks for this are Knock Out, Barbecue & Chili, and Franklin's Demise. For more details on these perks, CLICK HERE to see the Killer Perks supplemental guide.

DLC: A Nightmare on Elm Street™ Chapter

6 trophies

  • In public matches, pull 200 Survivors into the Dream World.

Essentially all you need to do is make a survivor fall asleep 200 times. As of the Freddy rework in patch 3.1.0, this trophy has been made much easier. Whereas before you had to use his awful power to even be able to hurt survivors, now survivors passively fall asleep automatically on a short timer, and additionally any awake survivor you land an attack on is immediately pulled into the Dreamworld. Below are The Nightmare's new killer powers as described in game.

Dream Demon: The Nightmare passively puts Survivors to sleep over 60 seconds, after which they enter the Dream World. Awake Survivors hear the Terror Radius and see The Nightmare from within 16 meters. The Nightmare appears intermittently to awake Survivors from 16 meters to 32 meters and is invisible to awake Survivors beyond that. Hitting an awake survivor with a basic attack will automatically pull them into the Dream World.

Once in the Dream World, Survivors are affected with the Oblivious status effect and can be effected by Dream Snares or by Dream Pallets placed by the Nightmare. Survivors can wake up by failing Skill Checks, getting hooked, finding an awake Survivor to perform the Wake Up action or by using the Alarm Clocks found within the environment. Each successive Wake Up action takes twice as long to perform. Using the Alarm Clocks will give Survivors a period of 30 seconds before they start falling asleep again.

Dream Snare: Hold the Power Button () to place a Dream Snare on the ground directly in front of The Nightmare. Survivors that come in contact with a Dream Snare will be afflicted by the Hindered status effect, slowing them down while they remain in the trap and for a short duration after leaving it.

Dream Projection: Hold the Active Ability Button () to perform a Dream Projection and teleport to a Generator in your view. Releasing the button early will cancel the action. For each Survivor in the Dream World, the cooldown of the Dream Projection is reduced by 15%.
  • In public matches, Sacrifice the Obsession 30 times.

Any killer can unlock this trophy. You just need to prioritize sacrificing your obsession. To guarantee there is always an obsession, you must have at least one Obsession perk in your loadout. The trophy will pop after your 30th Obsession has been sacrificed. You do not need to own the DLC to unlock this trophy. There can only be one Obsession at a time so under normal circumstances, this trophy will take a minimum of 30 matches and therefore be the longest grind of this DLC however, there are ways to create a new obsession after whether the old one is dead or not.

The Nightmare does come with one Obsession perk of his own, "Remember Me" which makes it harder for survivors to get the Exit Gates opened. While survivors can also use perks that make them an Obsession, the only other killer perks that are guaranteed to create an Obsession are:

Save The Best For Last (Shape perk)
Play With Your Food (Shape Perk)
    Dying Light (Shape perk)
    Rancor (Spirit Perk)
    Dark Devotion (Plague perk)
    Furtive Chase (Ghost Face perk)
    Nemesis (Oni perk)

In recent Chapters there have been ways of shifting the obsession to different survivors, and 2 of those ways can even create a new one if the obsession was already killed or sacrificed. Survivors activating their Decisive Strike become the new obsession, and survivors that blind or stun you with flashlights, pallets or lockers now become the obsession if you're running the perk Nemesis. In this way, using Nemesis and allowing survivors to get killer stuns at pallets when necessary would be the most efficient way to reduce the grind on this trophy.

For more information on these perks, click here: LINK to see the Killer Perks supplemental guide.
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with The Nightmare using only his 3 unique perks.

This trophy requires you to win an exceptionally well played game as The Nightmare, while only using his 3 unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three perks are available right from level 1. Any match where you earn 2 pips towards a rank increase is automatically a merciless victory, and usually comes with killing all 4 survivors while there are still generators left unfinished. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-game.

The three required perks for this are Fire Up, Remember Me and Blood Warden. For more details on these perks, click here: LINK to see the Killer Perks supplemental guide.
  • In public matches, complete 100 chest searches.

Any survivor can earn this. All you need to do is finish looting 100 chests to earn this trophy. The Trophy will pop after you have finished looting your 100th chest. This trophy can be earned even if you do not own this DLC.

This trophy is meant to encourage use of Quentin's perk "Pharmacy" which greatly increases the speed you search chests. Some other good perks to pair with this are:

Plunderer's Instinct (Basic perk) - to locate chests
Ace In The Hole (Ace perk) - to find items with add-ons

For more details on these perks, click here: LINK to see the Survivor Perks supplemental guide.

At base, 3 chests spawn per match. 2 are in random selected from predesignated spawn locations and 1 is always in the killer basement. Survivors can burn offerings to increase the amount of chests that spawn, but killers have a similar offering that remove chests. The survivor perk Plunderer's Instinct (described below) can help you locate chests, and is a basic perk readily available in all survivor's bloodwebs. The time it takes to search a chest is cumulative so if someone stopped searching for any reason, the progress on that chest is not lost. Progress for this trophy only goes to the person who finished looting the chest, even if someone else did 99% of the work. A fully searched chest will remain open.
  • In public matches, open the exit gate 35 times.

All you need to do is be the survivor that gets the door open at the end of a match 35 times. The trophy will pop after you've opened your 35th exit gate. This trophy can be earned even if you don't own this DLC.

Every map has 2 exit gates that are spawned randomly around the outer walls at the start of the match. To power the gates, all 5 generators need to be fully repaired. After the gates have power, a survivor needs to go to the gate and hold the switch that opens it. it takes cumulatively 20 seconds to open a gate. There are also 3 lights on the switch that will light up to show your progress; One at 25%, 50%, and 75% respectively. If another survivor gets to a gate before you, hide out of sight near by. If a killer happens to chase that survivor off of the switch before the gate is opened, you can run out and finish opening it. Progress for this trophy only goes to the person who opened the gate, even if someone else got it 99% done.
  • In a public match, escape with Quentin using only his 3 unique perks.

You earn this by escaping a match alive as Quentin Smith while using only his unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three required perks are available right at level 1. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match.

This isn't too big of a hurdle because Quentin's perks can be useful not just for himself but also for the whole team. At the very least none his perks do anything to hinder you. The biggest advantage versus other survivor's adept trophies is that the first chest you loot is going to be a rare Med Kit allowing yourself at least the ability to heal yourself.

The required perks to use are Wake Up!, Pharmacy and Vigil. For more details on these perks, click here: LINK to see the Survivor Perks supplemental guide.

DLC: Winter Solstice

3 trophies

  • In a public match, have at least 3 survivors hooked in the basement at the same time.

The description of this trophy is misleading as you only have to hook 3 survivors in the basement during the entirety of a single game, not 3 at once. The survivors must also be hooked on 3 different hooks; it can't be the same one. As you can see from the screenshot below I had already killed one survivor and had two on the hook in my match.

This will require both skill and luck to unlock. I obtained this as the Trapper and was lucky to find myself in a situation in which survivors were helping each other out constantly. After hooking one survivor in the basement I trapped the area above and then wandered around until they went to help. In this match, I managed to hook all 4 survivors at least once in the basement, with the trophy popping at the third.

Thanks JayPBM for the extra information.
  • In a public match, take the item from the chest in the basement in at least 30 different trials.

This requires you to locate the basement area on the map you are playing and successfully retrieve the item from the chest. You do not need to keep the item and survive for it to count; you just need to have retrieved the item.
The trophy will take a minimum of 30 matches. If you successfully reach the item in the basement it will take roughly 10 hours of playtime: 20-minute matches x 30 items = 600 minutes (10 hours).
  • Open at least 100 Winter Gifts (or mystery boxes) on the bloodweb.

The bloodweb is filled with Mystery Boxes (or Winter Gifts, a special variant for this update), which look like presents and give you a single random item or offering. You need to open a minimum of 100 of these to unlock the trophy.

There are typically 1 or 2 Mystery Boxes per bloodweb level. Getting this trophy may take you around 60 - 70 levels and can be obtained with either a killer, survivor or a mixture of both. The boxes range from 1,500 to 2,500 bloodpoints. With some math, the minimum amount of bloodpoints you could possibly spend opening 100 boxes is 150,000 and the maximum would be 250,000.

If you wanted, you could wait until the next double bloodpoint event in the future to accumulate more to spend.

You could purchase Mystery Boxes from the early levels of both your survivors and killers to reduce the number of bloodpoints needed ever so slightly (early bloodwebs costing less to complete).

DLC: The SAW Chapter

6 trophies

  • In public matches, with The Pig, put 125 Reverse Bear Traps on Survivors.

For this trophy you need to apply Reverse Bear-traps to survivors. You do this by putting a survivor into the dying state, then when standing over their body, use the prompt "Attach Trap" to place the bear-trap on them. Assuming you use every trap every match, this will take a minimum of 32 matches. The trophy will pop after you've placed your 125th Reverse Bear-trap. Here's the full power description from in game:

Jigsaw's Baptism: Start the trial with 4 inactive Reverse Bear Traps. While standing over a survivor in the dying state, press the active ability button () to place an inactive Reverse Bear Trap on the survivor. Reverse Bear Traps become active when any generator in the trial is completed. Survivors may attempt to free themselves from active or inactive Reverse Bear Traps by searching Jigsaw Boxes located in the environment to find the correct key.

Active Reverse Bear Traps: When Reverse Bear Traps become active, they initiate a countdown timer. A survivor is automatically sacrificed* when the timer expires or they try to leave the trial area with an active Reverse Bear Trap still attached.

*I believe this is incorrect on the game studio's part and it actually counts as a kill, not a sacrifice. It specifically say "You died" rather than sacrificed on the survivor results screen if your trial ended in this manner.

Crouch: Press the active ability button () to crouch. Press the active ability button again while crouched to stand. The Pig moves at a slower speed while crouched. The Pig is granted the Undetectable status effect while crouched.

Ambush: Press and hold the attack button () while crouched to dash and perform an ambush attack.
  • In public matches, sacrifice or kill 30 Survivors after the last Generator has been activated.

Any killer can earn this trophy. This trophy wants you to earn kills or sacrifices in the late game after all the generators are done. This isn't too bad and should come naturally without going out of your way for it. The trophy will pop after the 30th survivor's death when the exit gates are powered. You do not need to own this DLC to unlock this trophy.

Since this takes place in the late game, several survivors have possibly already been hooked a few times. A good many of times when you hook a survivor at this point, they're going to be dead on hook and sacrificed immediately. Other times you'll get a hook and you'll need to defend it harder. For this reason I recommend taking these survivors to the basement if you can reach it, where the hook is much easier to defend.

Either way, there are a few perks that can really help out in the late game when the last generators are done, such as:

Hex: No One Escapes Death (Basic perk) - Speed boost and Exposed status on survivors
Bitter Murmurs (Basic perk) - Reveals all survivors when the last generator is done
Fire Up (Nightmare perk) - Delays the Gates opening
Blood Warden (Nightmare perk) - Seals off the exits if you hook someone after the gates open
Rancor (Spirit perk) - Reveals all survivors and gives Obsession Exposed status

For more details on these perks, click here to see the Killer Perks Supplemental Guide: LINK
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with The Pig using only her 3 unique perks.

This trophy requires you to win an exceptionally well played game as The Pig while only using her 3 unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three perks are available right from level 1. Any match where you earn 2 pips towards a rank increase is automatically a merciless victory and usually comes with killing all 4 survivors while there are still generators left unfinished. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-game.

Surveillance and Make Your Choice are very strong perks so this, combined with the stealthy nature of this killer, should make this adept trophy a fairly easy one.

The three required perks for this are Hangman's Trick, Surveillance and Make Your Choice. For more details on these perks, click here to see the Killer Perks Supplemental Guide: LINK
  • In public matches, get downed only once and escape the match alive, 25 times.

This can be earned by any survivor. You will need to survive to the end of a match and escape while only ever being put into the dying state once in the match. You do still have to be put in the dying state so matches where you weren't downed at all don't count. This trophy will pop on the results screen post-match after your 25th single down escape. This can be unlocked even if you don't own the DLC.

My advice for this is to play very cautious and survive to the end without getting downed at all. After the gates are powered you can stand close to the edge of the exit and let the killer hit you. Just take special care that you're close enough to the edge that when you fall down you fall out of the play area and escape so you can't be picked up and hooked.
  • In a public match, repair the generator in The Game's Bathroom and live to tell the story.

Any survivor can unlock this. This trophy expects you to finish the guaranteed generator that always spawns in the bathroom on the bottom floor of the map "The Game - Gideon's Meatpacking Plant" and escape the match alive. The maps are selected at random but you can greatly increase the chances of playing on this map by burning the offering "Jigsaw Piece". The Trophy will pop on the results screen post-match. You can unlock this trophy, even if you don't own the DLC.

This is a little tough for how small the map is and how unsafe the room itself is. I usually head straight here and wait for the killer's terror radius to come and go as he does his initial patrol and start repairing the generator after he sees no one is there. This room always has a hole in the roof for people to drop in from above but usually only has 1 door to leave from meaning the killer can box you in if you're not careful. After the generator is repaired, just play cautiously and escape alive.
  • In a public match, escape with Detective Tapp using only his 3 unique perks.

You earn this by escaping a match alive as Detective Tapp while using only his unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three required perks are available right at level 1. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match. Tapp has some really interesting perks. None really keep him alive but they can help out in clutch situations where you just need a little help to get by.

The required perks to use are Tenacity, Detective's Hunch and Stake Out. For more details on these perks, click here to see the Survivor Perks Supplemental Guide: LINK

DLC: Curtain Call

6 trophies

  • In public matches, damage a Generator while at least 1 Survivor is Hooked, 100 times.

This trophy can be earned as any killer. All you need to do is make sure to damage a generator after you've hooked a survivor. This trophy will pop after you've damaged your 100th generator while at least one survivor is on a hook. You can unlock this trophy even if you don't own the DLC.

To damage a generator, walk up along side it and hold . this will start a regression on the generator causing any repair progress to bleed down until it's either completely regressed or a survivor starts repairing it again. You know a generator is regressing when sparks are coming out of it.

This trophy was designed with promoting use of the new Clown perk "Pop Goes The Weasel" in mind. And that pairs well with the Doctor perk "Overcharge" quite well for destroying generator progress. For more details on these perks, CLICK HERE to see the Killer Perks supplemental guide.
  • In public matches, down 100 Survivors while they are intoxicated by The Afterpiece Tonic.

This trophy wants you to down a survivor while they're still affected by The Clown's gas cloud. With no add-ons, this means you will need to land an attack just after they've left the cloud. You can tell if the hit counts or not if you get the scoring event "Wasted" when you land your hit. Down survivors this way 100 times to earn the trophy. The trophy will unlock after you've downed your 100th intoxicated survivor. More information on how the killer ability works is explained below.

The Clown's killer ability is called "Afterpiece Tonic" and is basically just him throwing bottles that burst into clouds of pink gas that lingers for a few seconds before dispersing. To throw a bottle, just hold to ready a bottle, then release to throw it. There's no penalty for holding a bottle ready, so take the time to aim the bottle where you want it to land. Generally you want to throw the bottle in front of survivors to slow them and catch up to them faster, or around areas you don't want them running so the change directions. The Afterpiece tonic simple but effective. First it causes survivors who come into contact with it to scream out and start coughing, giving away their position if they're attempting to be stealthy. Then it blurs their vision and slows their running speed making it much harder to escape in a chase. With add-ons it can also add a number of other useful status effects. At base The Clown can carry 4 bottles, but he can reload at any time. To reload hold . This causes The Clown to moderately decrease in movement speed for a few seconds as he mixes up a new batch of bottles.
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with The Clown, using only his 3 unique perks.

This trophy requires you to win an exceptionally well played game as The Clown while only using his 3 unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10, and all three perks are available right from level 1. Any match where you earn 2 pips towards a rank increase is automatically a merciless victory, and usually comes with killing all 4 survivors while there are still generators left unfinished. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-game.

The Clown is a decent killer in chases. His Afterpiece Tonic can hinder survivors so you can catch them faster, while Bamboozle gives him a vault speed boost AND blocks windows to close off loops. If you plan on getting good with the clown, it will be VERY hard for survivors to escape chases with you.

The three required perks for this are Bamboozle, Coulrophobia, and Pop Goes The Weasel. For more details on these perks, CLICK HERE to see the Killer Perks supplemental guide.
  • In a public match, repair the generator in the chapel and live to tell the tale.

Any survivor can earn this. On the new map "Father Campbell's Chapel - Crotus Prenn Asylum" there's always a generator located on the second floor of of the chapel in the center of the map. You will need to fully repair this generator and then escape the match alive. Maps are chosen at random and unfortunately there are no offerings that raise the chances of this map being selected. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match. This trophy can be unlocked even if you don't own the DLC.

This area has two approaches the killer can take to reach you. The inside stairs right next to the generator, and the outside stairs across the 2nd floor from the generator. Most of the time the killer will use the inside stairs. Either way its easy to see them coming and get out in one piece. Just play safe and stay alive until you can escape.
  • In public matches, cause the killer to miss an attack before taking a vault, 50 times.

Any survivor can earn this. To earn this trophy you must vault a window or pallet just as or after the killer has missed an attack. The trophy will pop after you're 50th vault after a missed attack. You can unlock this trophy even if you don't own the DLC.

I got this naturally just playing lots of survivor and getting into lots of chases, but it did take a long time to unlock. My favorite tactic is to use the David King perk "Dead Hard", bait killer into an attack, then using the perk to evade it before vaulting away. It takes a little practice, but it's highly effective. This trophy was probably intended to promote use of Kate Denson's new perks "Windows of Opportunity" and "Dance With Me", which will help you spot vault points and not leave tracks after you jump through them. For more details on these perks, CLICK HERE to see the Survivor Perks supplemental guide.
  • In a public match, escape with Kate, using only her 3 unique perks.

You earn this by escaping a match alive as Kate Denson while using only her unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three required perks are available right at level 1. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match.

Kate makes for a good beginner's character due to her perk Windows of Opportunity. This will highlight vault points and pallets for a novice player that might not be great at escaping chases yet.

The required perks to use are Dance With Me, Windows Of Opportunity, and Boil Over. For more details on these perks, CLICK HERE to see the Survivor Perks supplemental guide.

DLC: Shattered Bloodlines

6 trophies

  • In public matches, during a chase, damage a Survivor who drops a Pallet within a chase, 100 times.

Any killer can earn this trophy, and it will unlock naturally through killer gameplay. In a chase, the best tool survivors have to get away from killers is to drop pallets behind them. All you have to do is catch up to a survivor after they've dropped at least one pallet in the chase, and hit them. It doesn't matter how long the chase lasts, just that the survivor takes a hit during that chase. The trophy will pop on your 100th successful attack following a pallet drop.
  • In public matches, with The Spirit, use Yamaoka's Haunting to down 30 Survivors.

The Spirit's killer ability lets her shed her physical body, allowing her spirit to move around unnoticed for a short duration before reappearing. You must use this ability to put a survivor into the dying state 30 times. For this, you need to down the survivor just moments after reappearing. You will know the hit counted if you receive the "Grudge" scoring event. The trophy will pop after the 30th survivor has been downed.

Some really good perks to use to help earn this trophy are:

Hex: No One Escapes Death (Basic perk) - Exposed status on survivors
Predator (Wraith perk) - can follow scratch marks easier when haunting in a chase
Stridor (Nurse perk) - Can hear the survivors better when haunting
Nurse's Calling (Nurse perk) - Can see aura of already injured survivor
Hex: Haunted Grounds (Spirit perk) - Exposed status on survivors
Rancor (Spirit perk) - Exposed status on Obsession

What worked the best for me was to combine Nurse's Calling with The Doctor's Monitor & Abuse perk so I could see someone trying to heal and get really close before activating my haunting. I would say this accounted for a vast majority of my progress towards this trophy. For more details on these perks, CLICK HERE to see the Killer Perks supplemental guide. For more detail on how this killer power works, keep reading below.

The Spirit's killer ability is called "Yamaoka's Haunting". To activate it, hold the button, and keep it held down. After a short charge time, you're free to move around in the spirit world. When in the spirit world, survivors cant see or hear the Spirit, but at the same time you cant see survivors or their auras. You can however still see the aura of generators and Exit Gates, scratch marks, loud noise notifications, objects the survivors interact with such as moving tall grass or corn stalks, and can hear noises survivors make. When in the spirit world your terror radius stays with your husk and you move at a faster speed. Survivors in your terror radius get no alert that you're in the spirit world, but after you leave your husk's terror radius any survivors close by but also outside the terror radius will hear a sound like strong rushing air. This sound isn't directional though so they cant hear where it's coming from. When in the spirit world, The Spirit cant vault windows. The spirit will reappear in the real world either when her power runs out or when you let go of the button. At base, Yamaoka's Haunting only lasts 5 seconds and takes 15 seconds to fully charge. If you end the haunting early you're refunded the amount of charge you didn't use. You can only use Yamaoka's Haunting again after it has fully recharged.
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with The Spirit using only her 3 unique perks.

This trophy requires you to win an exceptionally well played game as The Spirit while only using her 3 unique perks.

The spirit has a little bit of a learning curve to her, but after you understand how best to use her killer ability, she can be formidable. And besides that, all three of her unique perks can be strong in the right situations.

The three required perks for this are Spirit Fury, Hex: Haunted Grounds, and Rancor. For more details on these perks, CLICK HERE to see the Killer Perks supplemental guide.
  • In a public match, repair the generator in the Family Residence and live to tell the tale.

This trophy can be earned by any survivor. You will need to complete the designated generator then escape the match alive. In the new map "Family Residence - The Yamaoka Estate" there's always a generator that spawns in the large house called the residence. This is perhaps the easiest generator trophy to earn in the game since the main structure on this map is on the far side of the play area instead of right in the center. Just stay hidden until the killer checks on this generator and leaves, then jump on it and get to work while they head off to search the other side of the map. Maps are selected at random, but you can greatly increase the odds of playing on this map by burning the offering "Yamaoka Family Crest". The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match. You don't need to own the DLC to unlock this trophy.
  • In public matches, unhook yourself 50 times.

This trophy can be earned by any survivor, but was designed with Adam Francis' new perk "Deliverance" in mind. When placed on a hook for the first time, you have the option of trying to struggle off of it yourself without another survivor's help. You must do this 50 times. Since you can only escape a hook from the first hook phase, this will take a minimum of 50 matches. The trophy will pop after your 50th hook escape. You can unlock this trophy even if you don't own the DLC.

When hooked for the first time, you have 60 seconds to hang there and wait to be saved by another survivor. In this time, you have the option of trying to pull yourself off the hook. Normally there's only a 4% success rate, and the cost of attempting it is about 20 seconds shaved off your time. This gives you 2-3 attempts before you reach phase two on the hook where you have to struggle to stay alive, and can no longer attempt to free yourself.

With the new Adam Francis per "Deliverance", if you safely rescue a survivor from a hook, you have a 100% chance of unhooking yourself from your first hook at the cost of being inflicted with the Broken status effect. This is the most efficient way to grind these unhooks. Without this perk the only other thing you can do is raise your luck with offerings and Ace's perk "Up the Anti" to raise the chances of escaping the hook, and the Basic perk "Slippery Meat" which grants extra escape attempts. For more details on these perks, CLICK HERE to see the Survivor Perks supplemental guide.
  • In a public match, escape with Adam using only his 3 unique perks.

You earn this by escaping a match alive as Adam Francis while using only his unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three required perks are available right at level 1. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match.

Adam has some fairly strong perks if used properly. Deliverance can get you off a hook when the killer is being kept busy, and Diversion can be a great decoy ability to give yourself some breathing space when you need it.

The required perks to use are Diversion, Deliverance, and Autodidact. For more details on these perks, CLICK HERE to see the Survivor Perks supplemental guide.

DLC: DARKNESS AMONG US Chapter

6 trophies

  • In public matches, hit 25 different individual Survivors while carrying another Survivor.

Any killer can earn this trophy but it seems to have been designed with the new Legion perk "Mad Grit" in mind, as that perk removes the cooldown on attacking when you're carrying a survivor. Extremely altruistic survivors will try to body block you when you're carrying someone to a hook in an attempt to give them more time to struggle free. You need to successfully land an attack on 25 such survivors while carrying another survivor. The trophy will pop after you hit the 25th survivor. You can unlock this trophy even if you don’t own the DLC.

This for the most part is luck based because not all survivors are willing to take a free hit so there's no guarantee that these opportunities will present themselves. There are perks for helping you carry survivors though that could help against groups that do body block. Legion’s perk "Mad Grit" for example removes attack cooldown when transporting a body, allowing you to get off several attacks really fast and hit multiple blockers. You could also pair this with Trapper's perk "Agitation" for a speed boost when transporting a bod and the Basic perk "Iron Grasp" to make it harder for the person being carried to struggle. With all three of these, you would be able to pick up a person and use these buffs to chase down other people that don't keep a respectable distance. For more details on these perks, click here: LINK to see the Killer Perks Supplemental Guide.
  • In public matches, as the Legion, down 25 different Survivors that have Deep Wound applied.

As of patch 2.7.0, The Legion has seen a rework to his powers that would have rendered this trophy unobtainable. Due to this, the game developers have adjusted the trophy and the new unlock condition is substantially easier than the old one.

You need to hit a survivor in Feral Frenzy to apply the Deep Wound status, then land a basic hit on the same survivor to down them before they can fully Mend themselves or they bleed out. To unlock the trophy you will need to do this 25 times. The trophy will pop after the 25th survivor has been downed under the appropriate conditions. For more details on how this killer ability works, read below.

The Legion's killer ability is called "Feral Frenzy" and is used to spread out damage among survivors who are in close proximity to each other. To activate Feral Frenzy, press the button. If at any time you want to exit Feral Frenzy before the power expires, press again. You need a fully charged Frenzy meter to activate it.
    • Feral Frenzy can be activated when it has a fully charged Frenzy meter. At base, this takes 20 seconds to go from fully depleted to fully charged. When activated, Legion will gain a speed boost and will be able to vault over dropped pallets instead of breaking them by pressing , but will not be able to see scratch marks or blood trails left by survivors. When a survivor is hit during Feral Frenzy, they are given the Deep Wound status effect, and made injured if they were in the Healthy state. Feral Frenzy can not down a survivor. The Frenzy lasts 10 seconds at base or until Legion misses an attack. When the ability ends Legion experiences a 4 second cooldown. If the survivor did not have Deep Wound when you hit them, Legion will enter Killer Instinct and refresh their Frenzy meter.

    • In Killer Instinct, any time you apply Deep Wound to another survivor your frenzy meter will refill again, allowing you to keep jumping from player to player dealing quick damage. Also, when a survivor you didn't Deep Wound in this same Frenzy is in your terror radius you get an audible heartbeat alert and that survivor's exact position is revealed to you by an orange pulsating marker. This tracking cant be countered in any way, even in lockers, by survivors other than escaping your terror radius. The power still ends when the Frenzy runs out, is cancelled, an attack misses or if a survivor that already has Deep Wound is attacked again.

    • Survivors with the Deep Wound status effect have a bleed out meter that drains until eventually that survivor goes into the Dying state. To remove this effect the survivor must find a safe place to use the Mend action and stop their bleeding before time runs out. Survivors can always Mend themselves or other Survivors. The bleed out timer pauses while in the killer's terror radius. Mending isn't considered a healing action so isn't affected by perks or skills that detect or alter healing.

    • Hitting a survivor with a basic attack while Feral Frenzy is not active will deplete the power gauge by half of its maximum charge (10 seconds of charge at base).
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with The Legion using only their 3 unique perks.

This trophy requires you to win an exceptionally well played game as The Legion while only using Their 3 unique perks.

The Legion's killer ability isn’t too strong but his perks are pretty great. With Discordance you get alerted any time more than one person is on a generator and Iron Maiden deters people from hiding in lockers.

The three required perks for this are Discordance, Mad Grit and Iron Maiden. For more details on these perks, click here: LINK to see the Killer Perks Supplemental Guide.
  • In public matches, break a total of 50 individual Hooks.

Any survivor can earn this trophy but it was designed with Jeff Johansen's perk "Breakdown" in mind. To break a hook you need the appropriate perk or must bring a Tool Box that unlocks the sabotage action into the match. With the sabotage action enabled, crouch under a hook and hold to begin breaking the hook. If you stop breaking a hook there is no penalty and all progress is saved. Progress for this trophy only goes to the person that broke the hook, even if someone else did 99% of the work. A hook typically only stays broken this way for a few minutes before it respawns. Basement hooks can never be broken. The trophy will pop after you have broken your 50th hook. You can unlock this trophy even if you don't own the DLC.

This trophy was introduced at the same time as Jeff Johansen and his perk "Breakdown", which breaks any non-basement hook the killer hangs you on after you've been removed from it, no matter how you're removed from it but honestly it's way faster to use the Jake Park perk "Saboteur" or even faster still to just bring a Tool Box. My favorite Tool Box setup is the yellow one, with the green "Hacksaw" and yellow "Wire Cutter" add-ons, which both increase sabotage speed. You can get about 10 sabotages out of that one Tool Box. For more details on these perks click here, LINK to see the Survivor Perks Supplemental Guide.
  • In a public match, repair the generator in the Chalet and live to tell the tale.

Any survivor can earn this. On the new map "Mount Ormond Resort - Ormond" there's always a generator located on the ground floor of the large lodge structure in the center of the map. You will need to fully repair this generator and then escape the match alive. Maps are chosen at random but burning the offering "Damaged Photo" will greatly raise the chances of playing on this map. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match. This trophy can be unlocked even if you don't own the DLC.

Mount Ormond is fairly large and the generators pretty well spaced out so working on this generator can be fairly safe if you wait for the killer to come and go. There are also plenty of points of escape and pallets if you need them.
  • In a public match, escape with Jeff using only his 3 unique perks.

You earn this by escaping a match alive as Jeff Johansen while using only his unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three required perks are available right at level 1. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match.

Jeff has some great perks that are all around useful for any play style. Distortion can be extremely useful by itself since it can block the killer from seeing your aura and can potentially save you from some really nasty killer perks/abilities. Also, Aftercare can potentially show you every survivor's aura at an unlimited range.

The required perks to use are Breakdown, Aftercare and Distortion. For more details on these perks, click here: LINK to see the Survivor Perks Supplemental Guide.

DLC: DEMISE OF THE FAITHFUL Chapter

6 trophies

  • In public matches, sacrifice all survivors before the last generator is repaired, 15 times.

Any Killer can earn this. You must win the game by sacrificing all survivors before they can complete their objective. This is skill dependent and should be attempted with whichever killer and perk set up you are most comfortable with. You will need to win 15 games with the "Nobody Escaped" scoring event while there was at least 1 generator remaining. Survivors must be sacrificed to the entity so no one can bleed out or be killed by a Mori or the Pig's Reverse Bear-Trap. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match. You can unlock this trophy without owning the DLC.

To better your momentum and keep survivors from working their objective there are a few perk options to slow the game. Some popular ones are The Hag's "Hex: Ruin", The Plague's "Corrupt Intervention", The Huntress' "Hex: Huntress Lullaby" and Basic perk "Sloppy Butcher". Pair these with some reliable tracking perks to help find people faster and this can be done fairly easy with many of the killers. I personally use The Cannibal perk "Barbecue & Chili" and Basic perk "Whispers" often. For more details on these perks, click here to see the Killer Perks Supplemental Guide: LINK

**As of patch 2.7.0 the hatch can now be closed by the killer if he finds it first, which powers the exit gates and starts the End Game Collapse. With the Basic Perk "Whispers" after you close the hatch on the last survivor, it's very easy to determine which gate the survivor is trying to open and stop them. If the timer runs out and the Entity kills this last survivor, it still counts as a normal sacrifice and counts towards this trophy.**
  • In public matches, with The Plague, down 50 Survivors affected by the maximum infection.

To earn this trophy, you just have to play as The Plague and successfully use your killer ability to infect survivors into the Broken status, then down them into the Dying State. The trophy will pop after you've downed your 50th survivor that has been Broken from infection. More information on this killer ability below.

The Plague's killer power is called "Vile Purge", which allows her to vomit a stream of viscous green bile onto survivors and objects to infect them. To do this, hold the button to charge your power and release it to fire. You don't need to fully charge Vile Purge but the longer you do, the more of it you produce. You do however take a slight speed reduction when charging or holding onto your purge. You can can cancel your charge if you need to by pressing . This power can eventually be upgraded temporarily to "Corrupted Purge".
    • VILE PURGE: This is the base form of The Plague's killer ability and is used to spread infection. You want to charge up and hit the survivor with as much of the purge stream as possible to maximize their infection faster. The more actions the survivor takes, including sprinting, will continue to increase their infection. When they are completely infected survivors will enter the Broken status and be infectious to anything they touch, including other survivors. Objects that you and fully infected survivors can infect are: Generators, lockers, pallets, Totems, vault points and the switches that open Exit Gates. A survivor that touches any of these infected objects will become infected themselves. You can also infect survivors in the Dying State or on a hook (the Hooked survivor hit box is weird, aim for their feet). To clear their infection, survivors must interact with fountains around the map that will instantly make them full health and remove the infection. The killer will get an audio alert that a fountain is being used, then the aura of that fountain will be revealed to The Plague as soon as the survivor finishes using it.

    • CORRUPTED PURGE: The Plague can temporarily upgrade her killer ability to "Corrupted Purge". She does this by interacting with the corrupted fountains left behind by survivors curing their infections. When you have the Corruption, you no longer infect things. Your bile becomes a murky blood and any survivor hit with it will take damage. A single stream from Corrupted purge cant hit the same survivor multiple times the same way it stacked with Vile Purge but it can hit multiple survivors at once. When you acquire the Corruption, survivors are given a audio alert and The Plague will also give off a visual alert in the form of red sparks until she loses the Corruption. The Corruption lasts a limited time before reverting back to Vile purge. Using Corrupted Purge makes it run out faster. If at any point all the fountains are corrupted, they will all become cleansed and you will be made Corrupted so that you can't force a situation where all survivors are permanently Broken.
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with The Plague using only their 3 unique perks.

This trophy requires you to win an exceptionally well played game as The Plague while only using her 3 unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three perks are available right from level 1. Any match where you earn 2 pips towards a rank increase, is automatically a merciless victory and usually comes with killing all 4 survivors while there are still generators left unfinished. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-game.

The plague's perks are all kind of situational and don't strike me as being too effective. Infectious Fright can alert you to would-be flashlight saviours lurking nearby and Corrupt Intervention can help slow down the early part of the game but other than that you won't get much help here from her perks.

The three required perks for this are Corrupt Intervention, Infectious Fright and Dark Devotion. For more details on these perks, click here to see the Killer Perks Supplemental Guide: LINK
  • In public matches, heal others Survivors for a total of 50 health states while you are also injured.

Any survivor can earn this but it seems like it was designed with Jane's perk "Solidarity" in mind. You must heal other survivors while you yourself are injured. This is cumulative so you need to heal for the full equivalent of 50 total healing meters. It doesn't matter how many Health states were reached. If multiple people are healing the same survivor, progress is split between them. The trophy will pop when you've spent enough time healing others while also injured. You can unlock this without owning the DLC.

The best way to grind through this is to just set up a healer build with your perks. All three of Claudette's perks (Self Care, Botany Knowledge, Empathy) are great for this. Self care improves Med Kit use, Botany Knowledge speeds up all healing, and Empathy reveals injured survivors auras so you can locate them easier. You're just going to have to stay injured most of the time so that all this fast healing actually counts. If a survivor tries to heal you just break free from them by walking/running. For more details on these perks, click here to see the Survivor Perks Supplemental Guide: LINK
  • In a public match, repair the generator in the Temple basement and live to tell the tale.

Any survivor can earn this. On the new map "Temple of Purgation - Red Forest", there's always a generator located on the basement floor of the temple in the center of the map. You will need to fully repair this generator and then escape the match alive. Maps are chosen at random and unfortunately there are no offerings that raise the chances of this map being selected. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match. This trophy can be unlocked even if you don't own the DLC.

The Generator is in an extremely dangerous location surrounded by blind spots and several points of attack, including a nearby hole in the ceiling. I recommend going after this when the killer is already focused on someone else and just hoping for the best. This lower area of the temple is extremely unsafe to be stuck in with the killer.
  • In a public match, escape with Jane using only her 3 unique perks.

You earn this, by escaping a match alive as Jane Romero whilst using only her unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three required perks are available right at level 1. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match. Jane has some okay perks but there's nothing really powerful about them. Head On might be the best tool at your disposal to survive the match, though that's still pretty situational.

The required perks to use are Solidarity, Poised and Head On. For more details on these perks, click here to see the Survivor Perks Supplemental Guide: LINK

DLC: Ash vs Evil Dead

3 trophies

  • In public matches, while The Killer is carrying you, wiggle out of The Killer's grasp 10 times.

Any survivor can earn this trophy but it seems to be designed with Ash's perk "Flip-Flop" in mind. After the killer puts you into the Dying State they have to pick you up and transport you to a hook to be sacrificed. After being picked up, you have to wiggle your to struggle and fill the wiggle meter. I find wiggling left and right work better than rotating the stick. When the meter fills all the way you will break free of the killer's grasp. You will need to do this 10 times. The trophy will pop after the 10th time you break free from the killer. You can unlock this trophy without owning the DLC.

Right away I can confirm the Laurie perk "Decisive Strike" does not contribute to this trophy's progress, despite how it's description is phrased. I used it for upward of 20 escapes and the trophy never popped. Depending on your available perk options, I recommend trying loadouts using Ash's "Flip-Flop", Kate's "Boil Over", Tapp's "Tenacity" and Bill's "Unbreakable" perk. If you have the help of a friend playing along side you, they can use Yui's "Break out" and one or both of you can run Jake's "Saboteur" perk or a Tool Box for hook breaking. By far the most effective combo I've seen is to play cooperatively with a friend and combine Boil over with Breakout. If you plan on incorporating the hook breaking tactic then find maps with abuse-able layouts like these:
    • On the map "Thompson House - Coldwind Farms", make sure the hook didn't spawn on the upstairs balcony of the big Thompson's house. If it did, break it before getting into the chase. You want to make it all the way up here where the generator and item chest always spawn forcing the killer to struggle with getting you back down to ground level before they can even locate a hook. You can burn the offering "Heart Shaped Locket" to drastically increase the chances of playing on a Coldwind Farms map, however Thompson's House is only one possible variant so there's still a measure of RNG here.

    • On the map "Badham Preschool - Springwood" (doesn't matter which variant) make sure the killer basement spawned in the killer shack and not the basement of the preschool. When this happens there's about a 50% chance that a single hook will spawn in the preschool downstairs. If that's the case, break it before getting into the chase and try to go down in one of the narrow hallways down here. The killer will have to carry you up to ground level and then find a hook outside the building. You can burn the offering "The Pied Piper" to greatly raise the chances of playing on this map.

    • On the map "The Game - Gideon's Meat Plant" the hooks are split between the top floor and the bottom floor. It's easier for the killer to drop to the bottom floor carrying a survivor than it is to find stairs to the top floor. For this reason always try to get downed on the bottom floor, preferably far from stairs. Boil Over obscures the auras of nearby hooks so in the various small rooms and corners it easy to make it harder for a killer to find a place to hang you. You can burn the offering "Jigsaw Piece" to greatly raise the chances of playing on this map.
For more details on all the perks mentioned here, click here to see the Survivor Perks Supplemental Guide: LINK
  • In a public match, crawl your way out through the hatch.

Any survivor can unlock this trophy. You need to be in the Dying State and survive the match by getting out through the escape hatch. The hatch spawns when there are more generators finished than there are living survivors remaining or as of Patch 2.7.0, when there is one survivor remaining no matter how many generators are finished. The hatch opens when there's only one survivor left or if a player with the Dull/Skeleton Key item opens it. Hatches opened with the key close again after 30 seconds. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match if you hatch escape in the dying state. You can unlock this trophy even if you don't own the DLC.

This trophy was made much harder by Patch 2.7.0, because killers were given the ability to close the hatch themselves. Now this trophy is more luck based than skill/tactic since the best method up to this point was to get to the hatch first and let the killer down you on top of it. Now you have to be in a position where somehow the killer lets you crawl through it while bleeding out. I've done it on occasions in the past but it's a rare thing. Also, nicer killers sometimes drop the last survivor on the hatch but again, counting on the generosity of randoms is very luck based.
  • In a public match, escape with Ash using only his 3 unique perks.

You earn this trophy by escaping a match alive as Ashley Williams while using only his unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three required perks are available right at level 1. The trophy will pop on the post-match results screen. Ash has some interesting perks that can be very strong. Mettle of Man in particular can completely ignore a hit that would put you in the dying state after it activates and Flip-Flop can raise your chances of escaping the killer's grasp. Both of these really improve his odds at surviving.

The required perks to use are Flip-Flop, Buckle Up and Mettle of Man. For more details on these perks, click here to see the Survivor Perks Supplemental Guide: LINK

DLC: Ghost Face

3 trophies

  • In public matches, interrupt and grab 25 Survivors while they are repairing generators.

This is the hardest trophy in this DLC since it requires a touch of skill, luck and a killer capable of stealth. To interrupt a survivor's action and grab them (such as from searching a chest, cleansing a totem, repairing a generator, slow vaulting an obstacle, performing a hook rescue or sabotaging a hook) you simply need to be very close the survivor and tap the basic attack button () as if performing a quick attack. Do not hold the button or you will instead perform a lunge attack instead. You'll need to do this 25 times to a survivor working on a generator. The trophy will pop after the 25th successful generator grab. This trophy can be earned even if you do not own this DLC.

The best way to go about grabbing survivors off of a generator is to catch them off guard with a killer that has little to no terror radius such as the Pig, Myers, or Ghost Face. Just make sure to approach from an unexpected direction and sneak as close as you can while remaining hidden, then try to rush the rest of the distance before they let go of the generator.

For perks, there isn't really much to be recommended. The Doctor perk "Monitor and Abuse" makes all killer's terror radius smaller outside of chases. The Basic perk "Insidious" makes you undetectable so long as you're standing still if you're feeling campy. It'll mostly just boil down to Killer ability more than anything. For more details on these perks though, click here to see the Killer Perks Supplemental Guide: LINK
  • In public matches, with The Ghost Face, down 50 Marked Survivors.

As Ghost Face you have the ability to make yourself undetectable to survivors which removes your terror radius, red glow and the survivors ability to see your aura. When in this state, you can stalk survivors to fill a meter on their icon. When the meter is full, that survivor receives the exposed status until a timer runs out, in which case they can by put into the dying state in a single attack. You must down 50 survivors in this way. The trophy will pop after the 50th survivor has been downed while marked. More information on this killer power as described in game is explained below:

Night Shroud: Press the Power button () to activate Night Shroud when the power gauge is full. The Ghost Face is granted the Undetectable status effect while Night Shroud is active. Performing a basic attack fully depletes the power gauge and deactivates Night Shroud.

Reveal: Survivors within proximity to The Ghost Face may attempt to reveal him by looking in his direction for a short duration. A successful reveal depletes The Ghost Face's power gauge and automatically deactivated Night Shroud. Survivors who reveal The Ghost Face have their current location indicated by Killer Instinct for a very short duration.

Stalk: Hold down the Power button () to stalk survivors while Night Shroud is active. Hold down the Power button while behind cover to lean out and stalk at a faster rate. Completing stalk progression on a survivor Marks your target and applies the Exposed status effect to your Mark for a limited amount of time.

Crouch: Press the Active Ability button () to crouch. Press the Active Ability button again while crouched to stand. The Ghost Face moves at a slower speed while crouched.
  • In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with The Ghost Face using only his 3 unique perks.

This trophy requires you to win a near perfect game as Ghost Face while only using his 3 unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three perks are available right from level 1. Any match where you earn 2 pips towards a rank increase, is called a merciless victory and usually comes with killing all 4 survivors while there are still generators left unfinished and getting good utility out of your killer's abilities. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-game. The threshold for a 2 pip game is lower the lower your killer rank is and higher the better your rank is.

Ghost Face's perks aren't particularly great but they can add some useful utility. Furtive Chase can progressively remove your terror radius while in a chase which should help unsuspecting survivor miss the fact that you're near and get opportunity attacks. Thrilling Tremors will both halt generator progress and identify which generators are actively being repaired. Use these to your advantage.

The three required perks for this are I'm All Ears, Thrilling Tremors and Furtive Chase. For more details on these perks, click here to see the Killer Perks Supplemental Guide: LINK

DLC: Left Behind

3 trophies

  • Protect a recently unhooked Survivor by taking a hit near them 250 times.

This trophy will be the biggest grind of any survivor trophies and will probably take hundreds of hours across hundreds of matches. Essentially, you have to unhook a survivor in front of the killer and try taking a hit almost immediately to get the "Protection" scoring event. Most of the time the killer will just swing at the survivor trying to get the rescue but for the other ones that intend on going after the person just pulled off the hook, you'll have to play extremely boldly and always dive in front of the unhooked survivor and body block the incoming attack to shield them. Also, you don't have to be the one to get the unhook, just the one that takes the hit in close proximity to the recently rescued survivor. You are going to have to do this an insane 250 times to unlock this trophy. The trophy will pop after your 250th protection hit you take.

I recommend using the Bill perk "Borrowed Time" if you plan on attempting reckless unhooks. In the event you cant block the survivor after you've unhooked them, rather than going into the dying state they'll simply receive the deep wounds status effect and still be able to run away. In these instances just chase behind the wounded survivor as a blocker and hope the killer attacks you while still within the appropriate time frame. • As the last person still alive, activate the last generator and escape through the exit gate.

This trophy is why this DLC is rated so difficult. In past times where the hatch couldn't be closed you could simply finish the last generator or 2 while the killer wasted their time standing over the hatch to prevent the easy escape in a stand off. As of patch 2.7.0's inclusion of the end game collapse, the killer can now close the hatch which begins the Collapse and locks down the generators preventing you from further interactions with them making this trophy wildly situational to earn. The new end game was implemented without trophies in mind so this one was never balanced accordingly. This means at the bare minimum you must already have 4 generators finished and a 5th one relatively close to being finished and be the last man standing when the 3rd survivor is sacrificed or killed, then be able to finish that final generator before the killer closes the hatch, effectively voiding out the attempt. On top of all this, you still have to escape through an exit gate rather than the hatch which means also evading the killer (who gets a notification of where you are when you finish that last generator) and get one of the 2 exit gates open and escape before the killer finds you. This can also be bad for you depending on how close together the gates spawn making patrolling them way easier for the killer. As with many other trophies in this game you'll need Skill and a ton of luck.

It's hard to recommend perks to get this accomplished when your survivability really comes down to your own play style. There are perks that can speed up opening the doors though not by very much which might be considered a waste. That's up to you to take into your own considerations though. Those perks would be Quentin's "Wake Up", Basic perk "Resilience" (while injured), and Basic perk "Spine Chill" (While the killer is looking at you from 36 meters away or less). • Escape with Bill using only his 3 unique perks.

You earn this trophy by escaping a match alive as William "Bill" Overbeck while using only his unique perks. You unlock your third perk slot at level 10 and all three required perks are available right at level 1. The trophy will pop on the results screen post-match.

Bill has some great perks for survivability. Unbreakable gives you a speed boost to recovering health in the dying state, and once a match you can fully get up from the dying state if a killer leaves you bleeding out instead of hooking you. Also, Left Behind will reveal the aura of the hatch if you're the last survivor remaining giving a massive advantage in locating it before the killer if they didn't already stumble across it earlier during normal play.

The required perks to use are Left Behind, Borrowed Time and Unbreakable. For more details on these perks, click here to see the Survivor Perks Supplemental Guide: LINK
