INTRODUCTION

When a Mexican drug cartel bombs a US law enforcement agency, a US task force begins a blood-soaked quest for justice. Play as Ben McCall, a brutal LAPD cop and descendant of Ray McCall; Eddie Guerra, a DEA agent with a chronic gambling habit; or Kim Evans, a gang-affiliated street kid turned FBI agent. ROADMAP

NOTE: Please note that you can choose any character (Ben McCall, Kim Evans and Eddie Guerra) in each Step 1 through 3 as long as in each step you are playing with a different character for the Good Cop, Bad Cop, & The Ugly trophy. Also note that the requirements for the trophies stack across each playthrough.

To find out your progress with each character, from the main menu go to Campaign > Character (use D-pad Right and D-pad Left to change between characters) > scroll down with D-pad Down button and under each Chapter you will have a Checkmark if you have completed that chapter.

Invincibility Glitch: Best to start at the beginning of each chapter. Whenever you have filled you Concentration meter activate it by pressing the D-pad Left and immediately press Start Button and reload last checkpoint. After this you will be invincible against pretty much everything except helicopters, rocket launcher, vehicle explosions, barrel explosions and while driving a vehicle.

STEP 1: Finish game with Ben McCall on Easy difficulty
In this playthrough you should be able to get majority of the trophies. After completing the Prologue and you are at the character selection choose Ben McCall, press Triangle Button for Game Options, press D-pad Left to change difficulty to Easy, then press Circle Button to back out. Also, try not to kill any civilians from start to finish of this playthrough for the Clean Shot trophy, but if you cannot get it you have 2 more tries so don’t worry.

STEP 2: Finish game with Eddie Guerra on Hard difficulty.
During the character selection screen choose Eddie Guerra & change the difficulty to Hard at the start of the game. The reason for playing on Hard in your second playthrough is because you will get acquainted with the game. The reason you want Eddie in this step is because you need to collect the majority (not all) of the secret items and finish the secret agendas to get Level 21. Click Me for an Eddie Guerra collectible guide. Also ,try not to kill any civilians from start to finish of this playthrough for the Clean Shot trophy.

Make the invincibility glitch your friend and simply run through the chapters except when you must in order to continue. Keep in mind that the glitch does not work on helicopters so be sure to hide whenever you have taken too much damage (screen will turn red). The glitch also does not work on damage taken by explosions of any kind (grenade, exploding barrel, cars, rocket launcher).

STEP 3: Finish game with Kim Evans on Easy difficulty
During the character selection screen choose Kim Evans & do your best not to kill any civilians from start to finish of this playthrough for the Clean Shot trophy if you were not able to get this on Step 1 or 2. To save time, make sure you use the invincibility glitch at beginning of every chapter and simply run through the chapter.

Story related and cannot be missed. For this trophy you will need to finish the game three times, once each with Ben McCall, Eddie Guerra and Kim Evans. Trophy will be unlocked after you finished your third playthrough.
Clean shot

Complete the campaign mode without killing any civilian..

This is probably the most annoying trophy in the whole game because there is no way of keeping track which level you messed up on. You do not need to complete every chapter of the game without killing civilians with the same character. You can, for example, finish chapter 1 - 5 with Ben, chapter 6-10 with Eddie and chapter 11-15 with Kim and still get the trophy.

There are chapters in which there are no civilians, some that have very few (less than 12) and some that have many. If you have not unlocked this trophy once you've finished the game with all 3 characters, simply replay the chapters not listed below and use the invincibility glitch and run your way to the end of the chapter. You do not need to kill enemies to finish the chapter, except in areas where you must in order to get to next checkpoint. Also keep a lookout on your screen because if you kill too many civilians a message will appear and you will be forwarded to a "reload last checkpoint" screen.

Complete the campaign mode on hard difficulty.

After completing the Prologue and you are at the character selection screen, press for Game Options, press to change difficulty to Hard, then press to back out. Also be sure to use the invincibility glitch in the Roadmap to make it much easier if you wish. If at any time you have taken too much damage, find cover behind an object/vehicle; pressing to crouch helps a ton as well. If you see enemies clumped together behind a vehicle, shoot at the vehicle to make it explode and give you a chain reaction as well.

For chapters that have helicopters it helps a lot if you have your concentration meter full. During a helicopter fight make sure you have a light machine gun with a full clip (LMG; example M60) then activate concentration mode while its in the open and keep shooting until the clip is empty. Doing this will cause about 3/4 damage and be a huge help because the invincibility glitch does not work on helicopters.

For car chases the invincibility glitch does not work either, so be sure to move in a sort of zig zag maneuver (left to right to left) to avoid rockets and being shot.

Cover-to-cover running - be sure to wait for your partners to tell you when to run to the next cover and once you are there press to crouch down. At the final cover you will have a very good angle on the enemies (behind them) and killing them will be very easy.
Rio Bravo

Kill 100 enemies using revolvers.

All you need to do is kill enemies with the revolvers. There are some revolvers that you unlock as you level up and some that you can pick up from fallen enemies. If you have killed an enemy with a revolver you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Rio Bravo x/100”, which will tell you of your progress. Keep in mind that the icon only shows up after every 10 kills. Also make sure that at the start of a chapter you choose one or both of your secondary weapons as a revolver(s).
Driving lessons

Kill at least 10 enemies by ramming them with a vehicle.
You can pretty much obtain them on every chapter. Chapter 4 is your best option because it is right at the beginning of the level and has enough enemies to get this trophy. At the start of the chapter you will be in a vehicle and have to get to the docks. Once you reach the warehouse in the docks simply ram into the enemies and if you miss a few back up and redo. You will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Driving lessons x/10”, which will tell you of your progress. This trophy is cumulative and will probably get this way before the end of your first playthrough of the game.

Brain Surgery

Kill 50 enemies with headshots.
For this trophy it is easiest to get a headshot when activating concentration mode because everything is in slow motion and enemies will be almost standing still. Take your time when aiming. Also, you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Brain Surgery x/50”, which will tell you of your progress. Keep in mind that it pops up at every 5 headshots (ex. 5/50; 10/50, etc).

Please note that all kills during multiplayer count as well. I personally got this during a multiplayer team deathmatch.

Gunslinger

Kill 20 enemies using dual-wielded firearms.
This trophy can be unlocked on every chapter after the prologue. The best place for this is in Chapter 2, when you are inside the house with all the ammo and you have to defend your position against waves of enemies coming from both sides of the house. Press & hold to enable dual weapons and simply make sure your crosshair is turning red over the enemy, letting you know the enemy is in your sights and take the shot. If done correctly, you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Gunslinger x/20”, which will tell you of your progress.
Texas Ranger

Disable 20 enemies with your bare fists.
You will only be able to get this if you do not have any weapons in your hands. Mostly done during club chapters (disco level = chapter 8) that have bouncers at entrances. If you have disabled the enemies you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Texas Ranger x/20”, which will tell you of your progress.

Kill 50 enemies while having Concentration Mode active.

For this trophy you must first have your concentration meter filled by killing enemies. Killing enemies with headshots will fill the concentration meter more. Once you have filled the concentration meter, you can press to activate it and start slow-motion in which all enemies will be highlighted. Once you start the concentration mode you will see that it depletes over time until there is none left (meter will be blue once active). For every 5 kills you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Time is on my side x/50”, which will tell you of your progress.

Drive-by

While riding in a car, shoot 50 enemies.
If you are playing the campaign by yourself then the first chance you get for this will be on Chapter 6. However, if are playing co-op then make the sure other player drives while you shoot. For every 10 kills you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Drive by x/50”, which will tell you of your progress. This is a little tricky, though - if you shoot at the vehicle and it explodes it will not count towards this trophy. You must aim & shoot at the windshield and the windows of enemy vehicles (Hummer & SUV) in order to kill the enemies inside the vehicle. There are roughly about 2 to 3 enemies per vehicle. Keep replaying this chapter until the trophy is unlocked.
Move! Moving!

Kill 30 enemies by using the Team Cover technique.
The very first chance you get to start on this trophy is on Chapter 1 toward the end of the chapter right before you first Team Entry. Wait for your partner’s covering fire before you advance to the next cover. Quickly advance to the next cover and at the last cover you will be able to kill the enemies from a good angle. All kills in during the cover to cover technique count and stack through each playthrough. For every 5 kills you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Move! Moving! x/30”, which will tell you of your progress.

Heat

Destroy 20 cars.
All you have to do is destroy 20 cars by shooting at them. Please note that NOT all cars can be destroyed. The cars that can be destroyed are usually around gun fights. If done correctly you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Heat x/20”, which will tell you of your progress. This trophy will come naturally as you are going for the Chain Reaction trophy.
High Noon

Kill at least 3 enemies between 12.00-12.05 local time.

This trophy will not unlock during the prologue. You can change the time on your PS3 to 11:55 and start up the game and wait until it hits 12:00 to start killing people. From the XMB menu go to Settings> Date & Time Settings > and manually change the time to 11:55 AM. If done correctly you will get a blue icon for every kill on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “High Noon x/3”, which will tell you of your progress.
Chain reaction

Kill at least 20 enemies by exploding nearby vehicles.
The earliest this can be unlocked is in Chapter 2. Please note that NOT all cars can explode in the campaign. When you are inside the house with all the ammo and defending your position from the waves of enemies you must shoot the cars near the enemies. A second place in that chapter is a little later during the gun fight in the parking lot with all the vehicles. Do not kill any of the enemies by shooting them directly but just shoot the vehicles and make them explode. If done correctly you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Chain reaction x/20”, which will tell you of your progress.
F.R.A.G.S

Kill 10 enemies using grenades.
Just like the trophy says whenever you have a frag on you and you see a bunch of enemies clumped together just throw a grenade at them. For every kill with a grenade you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “F.R.A.G.S. x/10”, which will tell you of your progress.
SloMo

Kill at least 4 enemies during a single Concentration Mode.
There are plenty of places that this can be achieved, all you need is to make sure you have your concentration meter filled (by killing enemies) and find 4 enemies close to each other. When you find the enemies, activate concentration mode (press ) and shoot a few bullets into each enemy. It helps if you have a primary weapon (assault rifle) because they cause more damage and carry more bullets.

Tomb Raider

Go through cemetery in less than 3 minutes.
You will be able to unlock this trophy in Chapter 13. This is extremely easy using the invincibility glitch. First, kill enemies inside the cemetery to fill the concentration meter & activate the glitch. After that just run through the cemetery without killing anybody. The time starts when you enter the cemetery and ends just before you have to open the gate at the end of the cemetery. If you reload from the last checkpoint the time also resets. This should roughly take about 1 minute to complete.

Guns. Lots of guns.

Use 10 different weapons to kill enemies.
You will be able to get this trophy early on in Chapter 2. You will need to get at least 1 kill with 10 different weapons. You will not have many weapons unlocked in chapter 2 but you can pick up weapons dropped from fallen enemies which still count. Simply pick up a weapon by hovering over it and pressing to swap the weapon with the one you are currently using.
Deadly Ballet

In a three-player co-op game, make sure everyone scores at least one kill during Team Entry.

For this trophy you need 3 players (Ben, Eddie and Kim). Almost every chapter has at least 1 Team Entry (except chapter 5) and you don't have to worry if there are not 3 highlighted spots at the entrance, even 2 still works. Just make sure that everybody aims and kills a different enemy. If you cannot find a boosting partner use the Boosting Thread.
Berserker

Kill at least 3 enemies in a row while being severely wounded.
This can be obtained very early in the game. You will need to have at least 3 enemies before attempting this trophy. When you see the screen covered with blood around the edges you will get a notification on the screen saying “you are severely wounded, find cover.” At that time you will need to get 3 kills without dying or recovering your health. It’s best to use concentration mode ( when filled) to get the 3 kills.

Dental Plan

Kill at least 10 enemies with a weapon melee attack.
This is very easy and can be unlocked on any Chapter (except prologue). Just run up to the enemy and press to melee. It only takes one hit to kill an enemy with melee. Please note that if you are playing on Hard and/or are not using the invincibility glitch you might not get close enough for a melee kill because you might die. Best done on Easy difficulty or using the glitch, either way is fine. If done correctly you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Dental Plan x/10”, which will tell you of your progress.

Kill at least 40 enemies during Gang Bang mission.

This trophy can be unlocked only on Chapter 2. As you progress through the chapter this will come naturally. For every 10 kills you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Bad guy x/40”, which will tell you of your progress.
Protect and serve

Don't kill any of of the civilians on the marketplace during Juan's chase.
You will be able to get this trophy in Chapter 14. After you perform the Team Entry you will go along a road with some cars parked at the end. There will be a portal that you have to open. After you open it the marketplace is in front of you, just make sure not to kill any civilians for trophy to pop up. The easiest way is to use the invincibility glitch and just run from beginning to the end of the market without killing anybody, should take about 15 seconds to complete.

Alamo!

Enter 10 rooms using Team Entry.
Story related and cannot be missed.

All chapters will have a Team Entry point. All you have to do is get to the highlighted location near the door and start the Team Entry. If done correctly you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Alamo! x/10”, which will tell you of your progress.
None of their business.

Successfully finish two Secret Agendas.
For this trophy you have to successfully finish 2 Secret Agendas and they are all character specific. Make sure you are not seen by your partners when completing the Agendas, otherwise they will not count. There is a maximum of 1 Agenda per chapter and not all chapters have an Agenda. Click Me for the Secret Agenda locations for Eddie.

Ben McCall
- Chapter 2: After you fist fight 3 enemies instead of going up the step to the second floor got straight into the next room and pick up the wallet.
- Chapter 3: After you enter the club and follow Dolores make sure you speak to her afterwards. She will be located in a room to the right of the bar. The trophy should pop up soon after.
Spy vs. Spy

In cooperative mode, prevent 10 attempts of picking up secret items.

For this trophy you will need 2 players (including you). This is very easy, all you have to do is watch the other player pick up a secret item or agenda 10 times, they both count. Every time you perform this task correctly you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Spy vs. Spy x/10”, which will tell you of your progress. If you cannot find a boosting partner use the Boosting Thread. Secret items found in chapters vary from 2, 4 and 6 depending on the chapter. Secret agendas are not available in every chapter and when they are available it's only 1. Click Me for secret items and agenda locations for Eddie.

Dirty cop

Successfully pick up 15 secret items.
When near a secret item it will appear as an Eye icon on the screen and tell you how far it is from your position. When you pick up a secret item you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Dirty cop x/15”, which will tell you of your progress. Please note that you must not be seen by your partners when picking up a secret item. Press during a chapter to see how many secret items there are in the chapter and how many you have found.

GLITCH: When you pick up a secret item, die before reaching a checkpoint and pick it up again it will count again.
- Secret items for Ben McCall look like a wallet or cell phone.
- Secret items for Eddie Guerra look like a bag of marijuana.
- Secret items for Kim Evans look like a gold desert eagle pistol.
Magpie

Collect at least 75% of secret items on any level, without being caught.
First chance you get to achieve this is in Chapter 1 by simply collecting 3 out of the 4 secret items. Keep in mind that each character (Ben, Kim & Eddie) have different locations for secret items but are usually around the same area. I have listed all secret items for all characters in Chapter 1. See below:

Ben McCall (Chapter 1)
- Item #1: right after you go down the rope it's on the right next to the van
- Item #2: right after the first one and you open the fenced door it's on the corner where the rope ends, on the left
- Item #3: after 2nd one you go up into a mansion, it's the house on the right the door is open.
- Item #4: after the above you have to plant 2 bombs, from the bomb on the right take the path on the left, it's on the corner on top of a crate
Eddie Guerra (Chapter 1)
- Item #1: after destroying both tents and reaching slopes. Before going down it's on the outer right corner
- Item #2: after going down the lift rope it's on the left on top of a big crate
- Item #3: it's close by to the first bomb planting behind it to the right, on top of a crate near the base of the house
- Item #4: it's inside the last house (where you plant 2 bombs)
Kim Evans (Chapter 1)
- Item #1: after destroying both tents and sliding down the slope, turn around it's on top of a crate
- Item #2: it's in area where you plant 2 bombs, the very first house on the right on the porch
- Item #3: same area as above, behind second bomb that you plant
- Item #4: same area as above, inside the house on the left connected to the first bomb that you plant
Eh...what's up, doc?

In cooperative mode, revive wounded players 5 times.

For this trophy you will need 2 players (including yourself). All you have to do is select any campaign chapter and invite another player. Let the other player be shot at and consequently be downed then go to the player and press to revive the player. If done correctly you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Eh...what's up, doc? x/5”, which will tell you of your progress. If you cannot find a boosting partner use the Boosting Thread.
Armorer

Unlock at least 10 new weapons in the campaign mode.
See Level 21. You should be able to get this by the end of Chapter 4 if you've collected most of the secret items & agendas.
Level 21

Unlock all weapons in the campaign mode.

You will unlock weapons as you complete secret agendas and find the secret items. Each secret item is worth 250 XP and each successful finished secret agenda is 1,000 XP. Please note that in order to successfully pick up a secret item or finish a secret agenda you must NOT be seen by either of your partners while completing the task. If done correctly, on the top of the screen it will tell you that you have successfully picked up a secret item or completed a secret agenda in green with its corresponding XP. Also note that you do not need to get all secret items & agendas. I have gotten this trophy on about 85-90% of items/agendas collected. To see what level you are on at the moment press . Click Me for all secret item locations and agendas for Eddie Guerra.
Little Bighorn

Win at least one game in competitive mode.

Play at least one full round on all maps in competitive mode.
For this trophy you do NOT need a boosting partner, you can complete it all by yourself. This is extremely easy and can be completed in just over 20 minutes. There are a total of 4 maps in multiplayer.

- L.A. Suburbs
- Wasteland
Follow these steps exactly to obtain trophy by yourself in Private Mode:
- From the Main menu of the game select Multiplayer
- Select a Team of your choosing, Team Cops or Team Criminals (does not matter which)
- Press for Lobby menu > Custom match
- Then put in the following configurations
  - Game Type---Private
  - Team Size to Start---Instant Start
  - Game Mode---Missions
  - Map---here you would select 1 of the 4 maps mentioned above in this trophy
  - Scenario---Any (does not matter)
  - Match Score Limit---25 (does not matter)
  - Match Time Limit---5 (does not matter but you wait longer if you select 10 or 15)
  - Press to play
- When the match starts plant the bomb to win the match to save you time, when you win you will also get Little Bighorn.
- After the match ends press > Leave Match
- Then repeat the steps above except and be sure to change the Map (highlighted in red in the steps) to another one
However, if you wish to find a boosting partner use the Boosting Thread.
Interagency Task Force

Play through one entire mission with two other live players.

For this trophy you will need 3 players (including yourself) for all 3 characters (Ben, Eddie and Kim). You can pick the chapter of your choice, but Chapter 5 is the shortest. Select a chapter then press to change to public mode and invite 2 other players and finish the chapter. If you cannot find a boosting partner use the Boosting Thread.
Peeper

On the Disco level, watch dancers for at least 30 seconds.

This trophy is unlocked only in Chapter 8. After you enter the Disco and go on the second floor at the entrance there will be a bouncer that will fist fight you, after you knock him go through the entrance he was guarding, there will be a pole dancer in front of you. Simply watch the pole dancer for 30 seconds, trophy will follow soon after.

Raining Bullets

Shoot over 1000 bullets during the Ghost Town level.
This can be unlocked in Chapter 9. Right after you get the Wild West trophy you will have to do some target practice with 3 different weapons. I recommend start wasting bullets once you get the second weapon and have to shoot at the roofs of the houses with the LMG (light machine gun, 100 bullet clip). When you reach 200 bullets you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Raining Bullets x/1000”, which will tell you of your progress. The icon will appear every 200 bullets after that (400/1000; 600/1000, 800/1000, and finally trophy). Just keep on shooting till the trophy pops up. If you run out of bullets just look inside the room you are in the ammo is on top of some crates. Just make sure NOT to complete the third (rocket launcher) task before you get the trophy.

Finish the downhill car chase on Plantation level without damaging the car too much.

This can only be unlocked in Chapter 1. After blowing up the first set of tents (first marijuana field) you will go back to your vehicle. When you get inside the vehicle is when the trophy starts and when you get out is when the trophy should pop up. After you start driving the vehicle keep a watch on your windshield, if it's completely broken then the trophy will not be unlocked. There is only 1 enemy vehicle that will shoot at you during this sequence. Also note that if your windshield does get broken then press and reload last checkpoint which will give you a brand new windshield. Furthermore, when the enemy vehicle comes closer to you and start shooting you can slow down and let it pass you by and leave a great distance between you so that you don't take too much damage.

Bullet dodger

During highway chase on Disco level successfully avoid all rockets.

This can be unlocked only in Chapter 8. During the pursuit the suspect's vehicle will be in front shooting at you. Whenever the vehicle has a red laser pointed at you make sure you move from left to right ( & ) in order to avoid them. When you get off the highway (end of pursuit) the trophy will pop up.

Highway Patrol

Drive any type of a vehicle for more than 20 miles total.

Story related and cannot be missed.

Every so often you will get a blue icon on the bottom right corner of the screen showing “Highway Patrol”, which will tell you of your progress. I believe the icon pops up every 5 miles (5, 10, 15 and trophy). You will get this once you reach Chapter 14 and begin to pursue Juan, shortly after the pursuit the trophy will pop up.

Alba Varden

Witness ship destruction on the Docks level.

Story related and cannot be missed. This trophy will unlock in Chapter 4 after the second ship explosion towards the end of the chapter.
Rubber Duck

Successfully drive off the highway on Convoy level.
Story related and cannot be missed. This trophy will unlock in Chapter 6 after you have destroyed all the vehicles shooting at you on the highway and you get off the highway, soon after the trophy will pop up.
Wild West

Enter the Ghost Town.
Story related and cannot be missed. When you start Chapter 9 (Ghost Town) it pops up right after the cutscene.
The Border Crossed Us!

Cross U.S.–Mexican border.
Story related and cannot be missed. You will get this trophy in Chapter 12 (The Fort) when you are still in the tunnels. Eventually have to cross a small wooden bridge and after defeating the enemies there, cross the bridge and shortly after the trophy will pop up.
Don't miss the train

Successfully manage to pass the train on Juan Chase level.
Story related and cannot be missed. You will be able to unlock this trophy in Chapter 14 during the car pursuit. Eventually a train will cut you off and you will have to drive along side the train tracks. When you reach the tunnel the train will stop and you will have to cross the tracks, shortly after the trophy will pop up.
Ladder Goat

Find Ladder Goat movie on the Fort level.

You will be able to unlock this trophy towards the end in Chapter 12. After you do the Team Entry from the cellar and clear out the courtyard, go up the steps and make a right and down the wooden steps. If you come down the wooden steps, make a left and go straight all the way, it's on the ground next to some bushes.
