Introduction:

Bucket Knight is a short 2d platformer/shooter where you must navigate a dungeon in search for the Holy Grail so you can purchase yourself a house. You will be shooting your way through bats, goblins, skeletons and slimes. Collecting the gold in the levels and after defeating enemies will allow you to upgrade your weapon from the pistol to a machine gun, shotgun and a Minigun. The game is fairly short and can be completed in an hour but it has some pretty good gameplay.

Walkthrough:

Step 1: Complete all stages

Completing all the stages will likely net you the Platinum unless you ignore the cheese and don't purchase any of the weapons. You don't need to buy any of the weapons to defeat the enemies but I found the Minigun worked the best for dispatching enemies.

Beat the 1-1 stage

Stage 1-1 is a fairly straightforward tutorial level, just keep moving right and you will find the exit.
Bat-cave

Beat the 1-2 stage
Story Related, Cannot be missed.

Stage 1-2 introduces the key mechanic where you must find a key to unlock the gate to the exit.

Stage 1-3 introduces you to the auto death saws, navigate the level without hitting the saw blades or spikes as they will result in instant death.
Pitch black

Beat the 1-4 stage

Stage 1-4 is a platforming level where falling will more than likely have you fall into saws or off the stage entirely.

Stage 2-1 is another straightforward level where you must make your way to the exit.

Stage 2-2 introduces rising saw blades that will scroll up and if they catch up to you the blades will instantly kill you.

Stage 2-3 introduces the skeleton enemies and slimes. The key is located at the bottom of the level so you will need to collect it and return to the top to get to the exit.

Stage 2-4 is another platforming level where the roof and floor are instant kill spikes.

Stage 3-1 is a straightforward level with the portal being located in the top right of the level.

Stage 3-2 requires you to find a key in the bottom left area of the level to unlock the door out.

Stage 3-4 is another platforming level where falling will have you landing in saw blades.

Stage 4-1 requires you find a key that is located just down from the start to open the door at the end of the level.

Stage 4-2 is a linear stage where you just need to reach the end.

Stage 5-1 is a fairly standard stage, just head all the way right then up so you can circle back to the left to get to the exit.

Stage 5-2 has saw blades along the floors, navigate the path to the end without letting any of the saw blades hit you.

Stage 5-3 is a platforming level where you cannot fall off or you will end up in the saw blades.

Stage 5-4 is another linear level where you just gotta follow the level till the exit.

Stage 6-1 you must head all the way down to the right then follow the path left to reach the exit.

Stage 6-2 is another fairly linear level, follow the path to the end.

Stage 6-3 is the last rising saw blade level, outrace the saws to the top.

Stage 7-1 has no enemies so head right and do a little bit of platforming to reach the holy grail, then jump into it to end the level.

Start a game
When you are on the main screen, select the option with Bucket Knight by the treasure to start the game.
I hate cheese!

Get poisoned by cheese
In the levels you may find a block of cheese so run into it and pick it up to take 30 damage and get this trophy. The first cheese block is found in Stage 1-2.

Buy a machinegun
While in a level press to bring up the menu and buy the machine gun, it costs 5,000 gold. See Get to the choppa! for a method to keep the weapon and your gold.

Buy a shotgun
While in a level press to bring up the menu and buy the shotgun, it costs 10,000 gold. See Get to the choppa! for a method to keep the weapon and your gold.

Buy a minigun
While in a level press to bring up the menu and buy the minigun, it costs 15,000 gold. Exploit: When you buy a weapon close the game by holding the button and selecting Close Application, when you load back up you will have the weapon and your gold back. You will then only need 15,000 gold to buy all 3 weapons instead of 30,000.

Collect 10000 gold
While in missions there will be gold coins throughout the level and in chests, boxes and enemies. The copper coins count for 5 gold, silver for 10 gold, gold for 15 gold and the red gems will net you 50 gold. There is enough gold throughout the levels that unless you specifically miss them all you will end up with 15,000 at the end of the game.
