Introduction:
The Beholder 2 is the sequel to the outstanding Beholder game and DLC, with some similarities and some differences from the original. Although set in the same totalitarian country as the first game with some tie-ins and recurring characters, this time you play as Evan Redgrave, a new hire to the Ministry, the large central government building. You are tasked with finding your way in these new surroundings and advancing your career through any means possible, all the while trying to unravel the mystery of your father's recent death. You are no longer the manager of an apartment building but rather a government worker, doing various bureaucratic tasks, getting to know your co-workers and bosses and trying to survive in this exaggerated, crazy environment.
The cartoonish graphics are similar to the first game, as are the conversation styles, searching and talking to gain information, task structure etc. However, there is no running clock like in the original, instead actions cost "time" to do and there really isn't as much pressure to move around as quickly. Overall, I found this to be a great game with interesting storylines, an excellent sense of humor and some moral choices thrown in for good measure. If you liked the first Beholder, you will very likely enjoy this sequel as well.
In addition to the Trophy Guide, I have included a text full Platinum walkthrough here for the quickest possible playthrough to earn all trophies: LINK. Spoilers are obviously found throughout both the Guide and the walkthrough.
Walkthrough:
Step 1: Play through the game, advancing through each floor and paying attention to Over The Heads and Lootboxing
Simply play the game, making lots of manual saves, advancing and trying to get promoted from floor to floor. You'll have opportunities to earn many of the floor-specific trophies listed below as you go but many of these storylines will not be compatible with earning Over The Heads , so you'll have to use saves and reloads. As detailed under Over The Heads
, you must personally report each of the nine co-workers (3 on each floor) in order to earn this trophy. Also, as described under Lootboxing
, you'll have to find every Biometric safe before they become unreachable.
The following trophies must be earned while on the 1st floor:
50 Shades of Loyalty
Lend a Pushing Hand
Good Samaritan
Date Doctor
Burning Man
Career Development
One-Stop Service
Sugar Blood
Undermining Foundations
Breaking Bad
Easy Girl
Mischief Managed
Marco? Polo!
No Pain, No Gain...
My Sweet Pie

The following trophies must be earned while on the 12th floor:
Twirl It!
A Dose Of Reality
There're things you can't control
Soap Opera
Rising Star
Behind The Seven Seals
DOKA 2
As Pure As Child's Tears
Simple Math
Evan The Homogenized
The following trophies must be earned while on the 25th floor:
Good Riddance
Collective Immunity
Chemical Brothers
Psalms Of Joy
Top Of The World
Dirty Hundred
Whoever Makes Himself Low Will Be Made High
Doesn't look like anything to me
The following trophies must be earned on the 37th floor/endings:

Our Savior
Happiness for all! Free of charge!
Bend The Knee
Up To You
Panem Et Circenses!
Hecatomb

Destiny of Pillow
Lootboxing , Extended Friendship
and Over The Heads
spread your time on the 1st, 12th and 25th floors.
Step 2: Clean up
If you missed any floor-specific trophies along the way, you should be able to reload any of your many manual saves to attempt to earn them now.
