    Note:
    You (or a squadmate) can get downed, just not completely offed. So getting downed but then being revived is still fine and does not void the trophy.
    However if you (or a squadmate) are gone for good (little skull icon) then you won't get the trophy, even if you redeploy and manage to extract.
