    Equip a colorway and decal onto a gun.

    You start the game with 1 colorway and 1 decal already unlocked (though if you have the premium DLCs, you will have loads of both) so equip them by going: => Loadout =>  Weapons => choose a weapon => Paint then choose your colorway from the Paint menu and a decal from the Decal menu. Once you've added a colorway and decal, the trophy will pop.
