Introduction:
Welcome to Akiba's Trip, a good game for someone who want to visit Akihabara (Akiba for short) someday. The story sets in Akiba and the vampires have taken over the area. As a hero in the game, you are required to defeat these monsters in order to bring peace to Akiba. As you may know the vampires' weakness, they do not like sunlight. That's why you need to strip off their clothes and expose them to sunlight as it is the only way to kill them in this game. Besides fighting those vampires, the player has to build up the trust relationship to the heroines to get their true endings.

If you need additional help with side missions or a walkthrough, please refer to the Guide Supplement Thread.

Walkthrough:

Step 1: Start the game on Gamer mode:
In this playthrough, you need to upgrade any weapon which fits your fighting style and clothes pieces (headgear, upper clothing item, and lower clothing item) to maximum at 999. You have to level up undressing skills for the specific type of clothing to MAX (you can buy books from some stores to raise your EXP for a specific skill, or you just keep stripping people who wear that type of clothing). Pick your favorite heroine, then aim for her true ending. While doing only 30 side missions is required for a trophy, you should do all little sister's side missions for her ending. Please take note that you should take care of stripping-related trophies in this step too.

After you beat the story you will have these trophies:
Over-Anxious Fanboy
It's Thanks To You That We Won
You're With...Kaito?!
The Decisive Battle
Living Embodiment of Her Happiness
Stayed the Course
Gamer
Lucky With the Ladies
A New Awakening
Total Image Change
High King of Undressing
Sticking Things On Other Things
Little Sister Made Me OP
Strip Amateur
Strip Specialist
Anti Eco-Cycle
Collector of All Things Hidden
Eat This!
Master of the Sudden Reversal
Stare Into the Light...
Let It All Hang Out
Beater-Upper
Just Can't Stop Hitting
SHOPPING!!!!
Novice Freedom Fighter
Veteran Freedom Fighter
Weapon Enthusiast
Weapons, Man!
Fashionista in Training
Pants Man
Foot Fetishist
Under There
Accessorian
On the Level
Money Monger
One True Ending trophy (depending on which girl you chose)

Step 2: Play the game on Otaku mode:
Load your Clear Data which allows you to carry over everything except your character's level to a new playthrough. Make a separate save data at a certain point [after accepting main quest Rin's Street Performance (good for Shion and Rin's route). If you want to get every heroine's route, you should make a save data at To the Freedom Fighter Base MOGRA] in the game so that you can get multiple true endings in 1 playthrough. You can ignore all side missions and make a speed run through this playthrough (around 1.5 - 2 hours per playthrough). If you cannot collect enough upper and lower clothing items from previous playthroughs, then you can get most of them here since you have maxed undressing skills.

In this step, you will unlock the following trophies:
Game Otaku
The Final Curtain Falls
The Sun In Her Sky
Your Idol Alone
The Warmth You Share
The Next Great Stage
Headgear Hexpert
El Diablo Fashionisto
Master of the Lower Body
Ad Enough?

Step 3: Clean up:
If you miss any stripping-related trophies or endings, you can load the Clear Data and hunt for clothes or make a speed run for endings on Easy mode.

In this step, you will unlock the following trophy:
Advent of the Akiba God

46 trophies ( 10  32  19  )

  • Obtained every trophy.

Earn all other trophies to unlock this .

  • Removed 50 articles of clothing.

    See Strip Specialist .

  • Removed 300 articles of clothing.

    Here are the control inputs:
: To attack enemy's headgear item.
: To attack enemy's lower clothing item (such as jeans or pants).
: To attack enemy's upper clothing item (such as T-shirt).

If you keep attacking the enemy, you will see that their clothing item is flashing red or green (headgear). Now you need to hold the above buttons to strip their clothing item. You can grab the enemy's clothes if you inflict enough damage on their clothes which causes a button mashing prompt appear (you need to press the specific button). If your undressing skills are not MAX then you cannot strip them instead of tearing their clothes. You can buy books from some stores to raise your EXP for a specific skill, or you just keep stripping people who wear that type of clothing. You can check the list of undressing skills here. You can check your progress in Record.

  • Had 300 articles of clothing stripped off.

You likely will get this trophy before Strip Specialist since most of your undressing skills are at 0% at beginning of the game. Keep stripping people as many as you can around the Akiba areas. You can check your progress in Record.

  • Collected 100 pieces of underwear.

To unlock this trophy, you need to get 100 pieces of underwear in total. In order to get these pieces, you need to perform a Full Strip. See Stare Into the Light... to know how to do a Full Strip. Do not worry as you will see nothing but a dazzling light covering their body. Pick up the underwear on the ground after you perform it. Please take note that you do not need to have 100 pieces at once, just sell any of them if you need more money.

  • Connected 100 hits via counterattack.

To perform a counter attack, press and hold which allows your character to dodge the enemy's normal attack. After you dodge one of their attacks, you need to press any attack button (//) immediately. If you do it correctly, you will hear a sound then your character hit the enemy after that. You can check your progress in Record.

  • Executed Counter Strip 30 times.

See Eat This! for how to perform a counter attack. However, if you hold the attack button after you dodge the enemy's attack, you can do a Counter Strip, but only if their clothing item is flashing red. You can check your progress in Record.

  • Executed 20 finishers.

A Finisher can be done if you perform at least 7 Chain-stripped and there is at least 1 enemy who is stripped everything (headgear, top, and bottom). Then you need to press a required button as soon as you can before it disappears. Finisher and Chain-stripped can be unlocked after you clear the main quest Go to the Battle Arena.

  • Chain-stripped 12 articles of clothing.

Chain-stripped is a combo of stripping. You need to hit the enemy's clothes until they are flashing red, then move to another enemy and repeat this step until you see at least 12 pieces of clothes flashing red, then strip any enemy's clothes item which leads to a Chain Strip and keep pressing any button which appears on the screen. You should try to do this trophy on lower difficulty mode alone. Most of the main quests have a lot of enemies, so you can get it easily. Chain-stripped can be unlocked after you clear the main quest Go to the Battle Arena.

  • Chained 50 attacks.

See Just Can't Stop Hitting .

  • Chained 200 attacks.

This trophy is easy to get at the beginning of the game when there is a battle tutorial. Keep attacking one enemy by pressing // until the chain combo attack reaches 200, you should move around to let Shizuku attack the enemies then you need to hit one of them and lure that enemy to the corner away from Shizuku. Since Shizuku keeps the other enemies busy, you only have one enemy to fight which makes the chain combo easy to get since other enemies can't interrupt your chain combo.

  • Purchased items at every store.

There are around 40 stores located around Akiba and you need at least 53,000 Yen to buy the cheapest item in every store. This trophy seems to be little bit buggy, because it may not pop even you buy one item in every store as some players mentioned. Just in case you should have a lot of money (~200,000 Yen or so) then make a separate save data, and then buy a few items in every store until the trophy pops. Reload the save to recover the amount of money which you spent. You should buy exclusive items in every store, since they are only available in specific stores.

You can do the money trick in case you need more money, however, please take note that you can't access to the stores in Akihabara Park and Yodobashi Area until you reach a certain part of the story. You can check a list of stores here.

Note: you also need to buy something in a Maid Cafe as well. Some players mentioned that you really don't need to buy anything in a Maid Cafe, however, I got this trophy after I bought one food item there.

  • Cleared 10 unique side missions.

    Missable

    See Veteran Freedom Fighter .

  • Cleared 30 unique side missions.

  • Collected 25 different weapon types.

    See Weapons, Man! .

  • Collected 50 different weapon types.

    Missable

There are over 70 different types of weapons in the game. It is possible to get them in 1 playthrough if you have high undressing skills. Whenever you defeat armed enemies, they will drop their weapon on the ground and run away (or turn to ashes) so that you need to pick them up by pressing . These weapons are registered into the in-game Encyclopedia, so you can check how many weapons you have. Please take note that you can sell any weapon because they are already registered. You also need to craft or sell some weapons to clear some space for new weapons later. You can buy some of the weapons in the stores as it counts toward to this trophy, however, DLC weapons are not included. Arena challenges will give you some unique weapons. You can check the list of weapons here.

Press to enter First Person Viewer, then press to enable / disable Camera Mode. You need to hold to check people's clothing item. If you see a gray hand, it means your undressing skills for that specific clothes item is at MAX so you can strip them, while a purple book means they are registered into the in-game Encyclopedia.

  • Collected 25 different types of headgear.

    Missable

There are over 35 headgear items which can be obtained in the game and it is possible to get this trophy in 1 playthrough. It is similar to the trophy El Diablo Fashionisto , but this trophy is for collecting headgear.

    Missable

There are over 135 upper clothing items which can be obtained in the game and it is possible to get this trophy in 1 playthrough. You need to max some of these undressing skills which allow you to strip upper clothing items easily. You also need to clear S-rank in Arena for some unique upper clothing items. There are some stores selling the books to boost these skills and they also sell upper clothing items.

    • T-shirt (normal)
    • T-shirt (rare)

  • Collected 75 different types of lower body clothing.

    Missable

There are over 100 lower clothing items which can be obtained in the game and it is possible to get this trophy in 1 playthrough. It is similar to the trophy El Diablo Fashionisto , but this trophy is for collecting lower body clothing items.

    • Shorts (Normal)
    • Shorts (rare)
    • Slacks (normal)
    • Slacks (rare)
    • Mini-Skirt (Normal)
    • Mini-Skirt (rare)
    • Skirt (Normal)
    • Skirt (rare)

Here is a list of the lower clothing item types: LINK

  • Collected 25 different types of footwear.

Shoes are dropped by the enemy (usually in yellow/green bags). You can buy some of them in the shop as it counts toward to this trophy. You can also collect some unique shoes by doing Challenges in the Arena. There are over 45 different types of shoes which can be obtained in the game. You can check the list of shoes here.

  • Collected 25 different types of underwear.

Underwear can only be obtained by a Full Strip. See Look towards the light...! to know how to do a Full Strip. You should perform this move whenever there are more than 4 enemies. You can try to get some unique underwear in the Arena. There are over 45 kinds of underwear which can be obtained in the game. You can check the list of underwear here.

  • Collected 25 different types of accessory.

Accessories include the undressing-style and walking-style. They are dropped by the enemy (usually in yellow bags). You can buy some of them in the shop but they are expensive, so you should make a separate save file and reload it after you unlock the trophy. Challenges in the Arena have some unique accessories. There are over 50 accessories which can be obtained in the game. You can check the list of accessories here.

  • Collected 100 ad flyers.

    Missable

You can receive advertising flyers by some Shop Assistants in pink/yellow maid-kimono clothes. The background color of their name is light purple. You need to talk to them every time you finish 2-3 main quests since it is easy to miss this trophy in 1 playthrough. There are over 130 advertising flyers, but if you install the new patch 1.01 (or latest), you will receive the missable advertising flyers randomly. There are 13 girls in 13 areas and if you speak to any of them and receive nothing, it means all of them do not have new advertising flyers. You can check the store flyers here.

Alternative method: If you speed run to MOGRA after starting a new playthrough, you can collect at least 10 ad flyers then leaving Akiba forever. Keep repeating this step until you collect 100 ad flyers to unlock this trophy.

    * Thanks to Naimadday for this tip.

  • Achieved level 30.

You gain EXP by stripping people around Akiba and the higher a Chain Strip, the more EXP you can earn. If you follow the story only, you will reach this level almost at 3/4 of the game. You can buy EXP items to boost it, however, since it is easy to level up in this game, you really do not need to.

  • Acquired one million yen.

You must have 1 million yen in possession in order to unlock this trophy. Try to fight and loot everyone before you reach the last main quest Off to the Final Battle (for Shizuku, Rin, and Tohko's route) or Go to Radio Kaikan (Shion's route), then sell everything. It should give you enough money if you do not spend money on upgrading weapons or items or if you have already beat S-rank in Arena or cleared most of the side missions. You can try to do the side mission Silent Mode 3 since it is a repetitive quest. You will receive 7,500 Yen as reward and the enemy's loot, so you get more than 10,000 Yen each time. The quest is easy and quick, you only need to defeat 3 groups of punks in 3 of these 6 areas:

    1. Radio Kaikan Area
    2. Electric Town Plaza
    3. Junk Street
    4. UD+
    5. Akihabara Park
    6. Showa Street Exit

Alternative method: Start NG+ on Easy mode, after you clear the main mission Go to the Battle Arena then you can clear all challenges, then leave Akihabara (make sure you save the Clear Data). Repeat until you get 1 million Yen.

    2. Fight with Zenya and 3 female vampires
    3. Go back to the MOGRA
  • Achieved the true end in Shizuku's route.

    Missable

Most of the choice selection do not affect the story and ending, however, some of them will increase the girl's love affection. You have to choose the correct choice to increase Shizuku's affection. After you get in Shizuku's route, you still need to choose right answers which lead to her True Ending. If you don't, then you only unlock her Normal Ending. Here is a mini walkthrough:

    Part 1
    Part 2

    • After you finish the main quest To the Battle Arena, Where Zenya Amo Awaits!, you will know which route you are in.
    • The love affection priority goes like this: Tohko > Shizuku > Rin > Shion.
    • After you clear the game once, you can turn the hint on in the Setting as it will show you the right choices for every girls.
    • You should make a separate save during the main quest Rin's Street Performance (for Shion or Rin's route) so you can reload and go for the route of another girl later. If you want to get every heroines' route in same playhrough, you should make a save data at To the Freedom Fighter Base MOGRA. However, if you cannot handle Otaku mode, I recommend you start the game on Easy mode since it only take 2-3 hours to do a speed run, because if you do not get enough points for a specific girl then you can only unlock her Normal Ending.
    • Make a separate save after you finish the game, keep overwriting it whenever you unlock new endings, just in case if the system save isn't working.
  • Achieved the true end in Rin's route.

    Missable

See The Sun In Her Sky . Rin has similar missions as Shizuku.

  • Achieved the true end in Tohko's route.

    Missable

See The Sun In Her Sky . Tohko has similar missions as Shizuku.

  • Achieved the true end in Shion's route.

    Missable

See The Sun In Her Sky . Shion has different missions compared to other girls: You have to fight many bosses at same time during final battle. You should not go for her route on Otaku mode if you do not have maxed equipment.

  • Achieved the little sister ending.

    Missable

Nana is the main character's little sister and there are 6 side missions you need to clear to get her ending. You can unlock her ending at the same time as the other girls' ending. Please take note that in the last side mission, there are 2 available outcomes which depend on your answer in the 4th choice selection:

    • If you do not select #3. "If you guys wanna fight, then I'll take you on" => You will unlock Sister's Ending after you beat the game.
    • If you select #3. "If you guys wanna fight, then I'll take you on" => It leads to a fight with Nana and her friends, you will unlock 1 CG but it voids this trophy.

Please take note that the choice selection is time-sensitive, though it will give you few minutes to choose.

  • Obtained every ending.

    Missable

This trophy will pop after you see the last girl's True Ending (including Sister's Ending).

  • Cleared the game.

After you clear the main quest Off to the Final Battle (for Shizuku, Rin, and Tohko's route) or Go to Radio Kaikan (Shion's route), you finish the game and the trophy will pop after the credit screen.

  • Cleared the game on Gamer difficulty.

You can choose the Gamer mode when you start the game. The trophy will pop after you finish the game.

  • Cleared the game on Otaku difficulty.

Otaku mode can be unlocked after you clear the game once on any difficult mode. The enemies hit really hard (~ 2000 damage when you are at level 30+ and have all equipments are at 999 strength), so you should try to avoid doing side missions and run away if you cannot handle big groups of enemies. Let your partner handle the enemies so that you can hit them from behind. Before you fight with the final boss, you need to defeat 20+ hyper vampires which is the hardest fight on Otaku mode, so make sure you upgrade or give your partners (Shizuku and the girl whom you are in their route) good equipment so they can survive as long as they can. The final boss is not a big deal if you have all equipments at 999. You should avoid doing Shion's route in Otaku mode since you are forced to fight with many bosses at the same time.

    • If your clothes are torn during a fight, you can buy them back at the store 5 Day's in Electric Town Plaza.
    • Whenever you see your partner's clothes almost are torn, press to put them on standby so they can heal themselves (no item is required).
    • Please take note that someone mentioned they could not unlock this mode after they cleared the game on Easy mode. Just make sure you start the game on Casual or Gamer.
  • Executed Unison Strip with all 6 partners.

    Missable

Unison Strip is a super move with which your partner can deal heavy damage on enemy. You will see a gauge bar on the right side of the partner screen and it can be increased if you hit or strip the enemy. When the gauge is full (pink color) then you need to press to perform Unison Strip. This trophy can be missed since some girls are not always available. Make sure you let them fight the enemy with you whenever they are available at the hideout.

    1. Shizuku
    2. Rin
    3. Tohko
    4. Shion
    5. Kati
    6. Nana

Unison Strip can be unlocked after you clear the main quest Train at the Battle Arena.

  • Gained the ability to wear women's clothing.

    Missable

This trophy will pop after you accept side mission Look But Don't Touch and then talk to the to high school girl at Radio Kaikan Area. Check the unique side missions section for the details, you can find it here.

  • Changed clothes on all parts of the body.

Every character can equip multiple items. The trophy will pop after you equip all the slots for any character.

    1. Weapon
    2. Headgear
    3. Upper Clothing Item
    4. Lower Clothing Item
    5. Shoes
    6. Accessory
    7. Stripping-style
    8. Walking-style
    9. Underwear
  • Cleared the battle arena with an S rank.

The Arena is a good place to hunt for unique clothes and weapon. You need to clear the challenge one by one (re-enter the Arena every time to do the next challenge). You will start at F-rank, so you need to clear it in order from F to S. Each rank has 3 different groups of enemies and the HP of your clothes is recovered every time you defeat a group. You will receive money and an undressing-style each time you clear a rank. If you are defeated in the Arena, you should try it again since your progress (item and level) are registered, so you do not need to reload the game.

Here is a list of the rewards: (money and stripping type)

    • Rank F: 3000 Yen and King of the Drunken Fist
    • Rank E: 5000 Yen and Secrets & Legends of Romantic Horror
    • Rank D: 10,000 Yen and Encyclopedia of Real Fighting
    • Rank C: 18,000 Yen and Old Comic That's Supposed to be Good
    • Rank B: 30,000 Yen and Record of Asuka Style Ninjutsu
    • Rank A: 50,000 Yen and Burning! Pro Wrestling
    • Rank S: 200,000 Yen and Telekinesis for the Common Man

In the last group of Rank S, there are 2 masked cosplayers whose clothes you cannot attack, so you need to aim for their headgear.

  • Refined a weapon or article of clothing for the first time.

See Little Sister Made Me OP .

  • Refined any weapon or article of clothing up to 999.

You will get this trophy in the first playthrough since you need to max out your weapon and clothing items (headgear, top, and bottom) to 999 to prepare for Otaku mode later. If you use the same type of weapon or clothes, it will boost more strength when you upgrade them. You should sell all weapons and items which have strength less than 10 since it will not increase much in upgrading. The armor and weapon in the shops have high stat, so you should buy them to boost your stuff to max. The trophy will pop after your weapon or clothing item reaches 999. If you max out clothing items, it will give you 10,980 HP for that item, so 32,940 HP in total can save your life on the Otaku playthrough. As story progress, you are allowed to upgrade your weapon and item, just go to Nana's room and talk to her to upgrade or sell your stuff.
