Introduction:

A Room Where Art Conceals is a chill game about emotions and the art that can generate them. It involves three master artist rooms to play through and includes narrative about the artists in a collection room. The game is more experience than game in my opinion but is worthwhile if looking for something that requires little though and might educate you on some art you're familiar with.

Controls:

The controls are really straightforward as everything is done with . You’ll pick things up, grab and slide puzzle pieces and teleport all with the same button.

Walkthrough:

Step 1: Play the game and complete each artist room

Simply play through each level. If you want to save time, you can skip the painting levels once they load by tapping then holding . This kind of defeats the purpose of the game but is an option.

At the end of this step, you will have earned the following:

  • Room Controller
  • Excitement of Vivid Color
  • Impression of Light & Shadow
  • Anxiety over the Abyss
  • Brave Art Liberator

Step 2: Collection Room

Now that the game is completed go the Collection Room use all three art styles in the room and watch each of the painting videos with at least one of them including narration.

At the end of this step, you will have earned the following:

  • Narration From Emotion
  • My Collection Room
  • Art Lover

8 trophies ( 3  )

  • Finish Monet Room.

The Monet Room is the second room and includes 3 paintings. To unlock the first painting you'll need to place the flower, the 2nd painting requires placement of the picture and the 3rd requires you to change the time on the clock. Simply complete each and enter the paintings to continue along. Once you have entered all three paintings the room will be complete and you may go back to the lobby. The trophy will pop once you are back in the lobby.

  • Finish van Gogh Room.

The van Gogh Room is the first room you'll enter on the left in the main lobby and includes three paintings. The first requires you to place a piece of the painting, the second requires you the place a piece of the painting and then give the crow that is revealed a feather and the third requires you to place a sunflower. Once you have entered all three paintings the room will be complete and you may go back to the lobby. The trophy will pop once you are back in the lobby.

  • Finish Munch Room.

The Munch Room is the third room and includes 3 paintings. Each painting will require completion of a slide puzzle, then you'll need to enter the painting that the puzzle unlocks. Two of the puzzles require you to place pieces of the painting after you complete the slide puzzle but that piece is super simple. Once you have entered all three paintings the room will be complete and you may go back to the lobby. The trophy will pop once you are back in the lobby.

  • Finish all 3 rooms.

Once you have completed each of the three artist Rooms, this trophy will pop when you are back in the lobby.

  • Change the all 3 styles of collection room.

The Collection Room is about 90 degrees to the player on the left. Enter the room once you have completed an artist room and then use Emotion to bring up the menu. On the right side of the menu you'll see the option to change the style from Normal to each of the three artists. Simply pick each style and after you've chosen all three the trophy will pop. I do suggest waiting for a moment or two after you choose a style just to ensure the game registers the choice.

  • Move around in any room.

Once you complete the van Gogh or Monet Rooms you are able to teleport freely in the Room, instead of be restricted to the specific puzzle spots. Simply teleport wherever you fee like and the trophy will pop.

  • Finish all paintings video.

Once you have completed all the artist Rooms go to the Collection Room and watch each of the paintings again. As this is basically the same thing as playing through the paintings during the artist Rooms I suggest having narration on just for a change of pace. The trophy will pop after the complete the final painting, there is a slight delay here so just be patient.

  • Watch a painting with narration.

After you have completed an artist Room you will be able to go to the Collection Room and look at the paintings you have unlocked. Simply watch any one of these paintings with the narration on.
