Warning: 7 Days To Die has freezing problems and with it comes crashing, and corrupt save files. I highly recommend that you back up your save and profile data on a regular basis. The profile data is what is more likely to corrupt which stores all your kill and distance progress on it so be careful not to delete or lose it. Also, the characters Clint & Miguel have been reported to corrupt save files very quickly so it's wise not to use them.

Duplication Glitch/Patch 1.02
With a game like 7 Days to Die there is always bound to be a duplication glitch found. Using this glitch can make a lot of the trophies easier on yourself but not any less of a grind. A few items are more important to dupe than others. I've found Repair Kits & Vitamins to be the most useful items to dupe. Finding vitamins and duplicating around 600 of them will get you the 200 wellness needed for the trophy. Eating all of them will pop the trophy in less then 20 minutes. You can also dupe repair kits for the mini bikes and bullets for your weapons so you won't have to scavenge for hours looking for materials to craft them. Take advantage of this as soon as you can because the devs are quick to patch these glitches on PC and with telltale behind this one on console i'm sure it's on it's way out soon. Please refer to the Useful Links above for two available methods.

Welcome to 7 Days to Die! A Zombie filled post apocalyptic Survival Horde with a crafting element. 7 Days to Die has been on PC for 3 years and has been ported over to the PS4, published by Telltale games. Unfortunately the game is still in Alpha stages so there are some minor bugs floating around and the graphics aren't up to par with current games.

Upon loading your first character you will be greeted by a note from a lost friend named "Noah". This serves as a tutorial to new players and will teach you the most basic form of crafting & surviving. After finishing the tutorial you should have been netted a few trophies and you'll be left on your own to survive.

As far as the trophies are concerned, they're all very straightforward but unfortunately some are extremely grindy and will require some time and effort. This guide is going to assume you're using the NavezGane map to make surviving and gathering materials easier for the trophies sake. Because of the type of game this is it really doesn't matter how you decide to play, either by yourself or with a friend or two. However, I'd recommend going in your first game solo and learning how to survive your first week or two, not only because it's the best way to learn how to craft different items and survive but also because there are four trophies related to surviving in a single player game. In total you need 20 hours and 50 minutes racked up on a single character.

Step One: Survive in a single player game for 20 hours and 50 minutes while gaining 200 wellness, and have a score of 1000.

This will be your "master" save where you will spend a lot of time grinding for most of the trophies. Keep in mind that dying and taking damage lowers your wellness and score faster than anything so always backup your saves before each in game day starts to be on the safe side.

From the main menu navigate to "New Game" and select any character from the list you would like to play as. It does not matter who you choose as their stats are all the same at the start. Then, make sure you choose the "Single Player" option as you will be locked of the Nearly Immortal trophy if you do not. You will now have two options - "NavezGane" or "Random Gen" - for your game world. To make following this guide easier and less stressful for yourself choose the "NavezGane" map. You may also change the settings to anything you would like just be sure to never touch the "Cheat Mode" as this will disable trophies for the world you create. Refer to the Nearly Immortal below for the best settings to have set for your world.

During the twenty hour survival you want to focus on finding .44 Magnum parts to start assembling the weapon. You also want to keep a keen eye on your wellness. Combining the The Picture of Good Wealth and Nearly Immortal trophies is your main focus on this step. So, you'll need to do a lot (and I mean a lot!) of scavenging and hunting the lands to get good food in order to increase your wellness.

Now with all that in mind you want to kill any zombie you come across (if you can) to add to the kill count and the score. Getting the 1000 score points needed for the Survivalist trophy is going to require you to kill 1000 zombies without being killed yourself. Dying will result in you losing score. This may sound intimidating but with the right world setting this is a piece of cake will be no trouble to anyone. It's just a huge grind and has to be done on a single character. There are also many miscellaneous trophies you can acquire while playing on this save and they're listed below.

Trophies Earned:
Cause he's the Ax Man
Good In the Sack
Playing Doctor
Handy Man
The Homestead Act
Alexander Bell
Benjamin Franklin
Henry Ford
Thomas Edison
The Grave Digger
The Embalmer
The Mortician
Christopher Columbus
Ferdinand Magellan
Marco Polo

Fit as a Fiddle
Healthy as a Horse
The Picture of Good Wealth
Scavenger
Adventurer
Nomad
Warrior
Survivalist
Dirty Larry
Brush with Death
Near Death Experience
Cheated Death
Nearly Immortal

Step Two: Grinding Distance, Zombies Kills, & Player Kills.

After you have unlocked all the trophies that require you to be either in single player or on a single character you can do the rest of the kills and the distance across multiple saves. There is no need to have to grind the 2500 kills on a single character. Also, make sure to have your world settings set correctly to make grinding zombies and player kills a lot easier. Furthermore, if you still have a few of the miscellaneous trophies left you can attempt to obtain these now.

Trophies Earned:
The Funeral Director
Napoleon
Julius Caesar
Genghis Khan
Alexander The Great
Neil Armstrong

Step Three: Miscellaneous & Clean Up

If you followed the guide and unlocked all the trophies on the appropriate saves there will be no need for this step. However, if you end up still needing a few of the trophies then use this time to sweep through and finish up. Below are some of the trophies you may have missed. Congratulations on earning your platinum!

Trophies Earned:
Dig Deep
On Top of the World
The Polar Bear Club
Evil Knievel

  • This is the platinum trophy and is unlocked automatically when all the trophies have been unlocked

Congratulations! You survived 7 Days to Die!

  • Craft your first Stone Ax

    Materials Needed:

    • Wood
    • Plant Fiber
    • Stone

Crafting a Stone Ax will be the first objective of Noah's tutorial when you first load into your world. Start by getting some wood by punching either a tree or a small twig to get at least two pieces. Then, look around on the ground for small stones that will be littered all over the map. Pick two of these up. You'll also need plant fibers so punch some grass and get at least two of them. After you have two of each material, open up your crafting menu by pressing the and navigating to the "hammer" icon in the upper left corner. Under the basic's menu you will see a "Stone Axe". Simply click on it and press on the directional pad to craft it. After the axe appears in your inventory you'll be awarded the trophy.

  • Place your first bedroll, old bed or king sized bed

    Materials Needed:

    • 20x Plant Fiber

Crafting a bedroll is part of Noah's tutorial when you first spawn in a world. In order to craft one you first need to go around punching grass until you have 20+ plant fibers in your inventory. Once you do, open the crafting menu by pressing the and navigating to the "hammer" icon in the upper left corner. Bedrolls will be under the basic's tab and you can craft it by selecting it and pressing on the direction pad. It'll then be placed in your inventory after three seconds. Place the bedroll anywhere on the ground, preferably in a shelter, and you'll be awarded the trophy.

  • Stop a critical bleed-out with a bandage, first aid bandage or first aid kit

A "critical bleed-out" will happen if the player gets hit by a zombie too much or stabbed with something sharp such as a cactus or wood spikes. This trophy will come naturally as you play the game.

If you would like to get this as soon as possible then load in a new world with any character. You'll spawn in with at least one "first aid bandage". Then, go and harvest some wood by punching a tree and get at least 4 pieces of wood.

After you have the material, head into the crafting menu by pressing the and navigating to the "hammer" icon in the upper left corner. Once here, find the "Tools & Traps" menu marked with a wrench and craft the wood spikes. Place them in your toolbelt & then on the ground in front of you and walk into them a few times to start a bleedout. Once the game warns you that you're bleeding, simply use the first aid bandage before you die. You'll be awarded the trophy as soon as you stop bleeding.

  • Craft your first wood frame

    Materials Needed:

    • 5x Wood

Crafting a wood frame is also part of Noah's tutorial when you first create a world. In order to craft a wood frame you first need to gather five pieces of wood. Once you do, open the crafting menu by pressing the and navigating to the "hammer" icon in the upper left corner. Wood frames will be located under the basic's tab and can be crafted by selecting it and pressing on the directional pad. Once the frame is placed in your inventory you'll be awarded the trophy.

  • Place your first Land Claim

    Materials Needed:

    • 10x Forged Iron

Land claims are useful to give your shelter a durability multiplier and help a lot in MP servers. If you're playing a co-op game with a friend there is a chance one of you will spawn with a land claim in your inventory. You can keep creating new MP servers in hopes you get a free one. However, they can also be crafted. In order to craft one you'll need a forge to turn 10 pieces of iron into 10 pieces of forged iron. Once you place the land claim anywhere you'll be awarded the trophy.

  • Craft 50 Items

Just craft 50 items. - Please see Thomas Edision for more information on crafting items.

  • Craft 500 Items

Just craft 500 items. - Please see Thomas Edision for more information on crafting items.

  • Craft 1500 Items

Just craft 1500 items. - Please see Thomas Edision for more information on crafting items.

  • Craft 5000 Items

Crafting in 7 Days To Day is essential to your survival and you'll be doing a lot of it as you play naturally. Everything you craft counts towards this trophy even across multiple saves. So, you can craft 1000 items on an MP server and the other 4000 in a single player game and still get the trophy. It's also important to know how to mass craft items and not just individually crafting each item to save a lot of time.

    Mass Crafting:

Mass Crafting will allow you to create multiple items at once instead of individually crafting each one. It"ll only take 30 minutes to an hour to craft all 5000 items if you follow this method:-

Make sure you have your world set to the NavezGane map so you will have access to the Farm and Corn Field. The coordinates are below if you are having trouble locating it. Once you're here you want to start picking up corn from the giant field that is here and gather around 5000 pieces. There is more than enough corn here and it will take less than 10 minutes to get it all. Holding down the button while walking down a row of corn is the fastest way to harvest it all.

Once you have enough corn open your inventory by pressing the and navigating to the crafting menu marked with the "hammer" icon in the upper left hand corner. Once here find the "Resources" tab where you will see "Cornmeal". This will take one piece of corn to craft one piece of cornmeal. So, if you gathered enough you can select the second arrow pointing to the right under the cornmeal and this will craft a stack of 500 at a time if you have the required material. Craft 6 stacks of the 500 and you'll be awarded all four of the trophies. Refer to the image below if you're confused.

  • Kill 10 zombies

Simply kill ten zombies with either a Melee or Ranged weapon. Indirect kills do not count toward your total. Please refer to The Funeral Director for more information.

  • Kill 100 zombies

Simply kill one hundred zombies with either a Melee or Ranged weapon. Indirect kills do not count toward your total. Please refer to The Funeral Director for more information.

  • Kill 500 zombies

Simply kill five hundred zombies with either a Melee or Ranged weapon. Indirect kills do not count toward your total. Please refer to The Funeral Director for more information.

  • Kill 2500 zombies

Killing zombies with the right world settings and your difficulty set to the "Scavenger" mode will make this trophy fairly easy. It is, however, extremely reliant on you and your weapons and ammo supply. This is also a grind and will most likely be one of the last trophies you unlock. Killing zombies across multiple saves will all count towards your total meaning you can play in a friends server and kill 100 zombies and kill the other 2400 in single player games and still get the trophy. Having your world settings set to the right things can speed this trophy up a lot and I've outlined below what they are. It's also best to do this on your Nearly Immortal and Survivalist save as you'll have to survive for 20+ hours and should have decent weapons and ammo. Below I've outlined the best world settings and weapons to kill zombies with. Make sure you back up your saves every few hundred kills just in case you die. You can also check your progress by being in the in the world and pressing the . As soon as you do you will see a scoreboard listing all your stats in the world including a zombies killed stat.

    Game World Settings:

    • Zombies Run - (Never)
    • Enemy Spawn - (High Or Very High)
    • 24 Hour Cycle - (10)
    • Loot Abundance - (200)

    Best Weapons:

    • Barbed Club
    • Spiked Club
    • Wood Bow
    • CrossBow
    • Blunderbuss

All of the above weapons are easy to craft and are very effective against zombies on the lowest difficulty setting. Normally it will take 1-2 strikes to the head with either of those clubs or 1-2 hits in the head with the bow or crossbow. Walking around at night while armed to the teeth with the above settings mean you should be killing 20 - 30 zombies every night fall. Just be careful not to die and lose score or wellness while grinding out kills. It's also important to note that there are different types of zombies in the game with some being a lot more difficult to kill than others. Below I've outlined the different types of zombies in order of their strength:-

    Normal Zombies:
These are the most common zombie in the game and you'll be running into these everywhere in 7 Days To Die. They range from Plagued Nurses to the Bloated Walkers. After killing a zombie you can see what type it was by attempting to search their corpse. These types of zombies are also the weakest and can be killed with 1-2 hits to the face.

    Snow Zombies:
Inside of the snow biome you will find the Frozen Lumberjack zombie most commonly. These guys are a little more difficult to kill then the "Normal Zombies" as their flesh has hardened due to being in the cold weather. These guys will take 3-4 hits, or - if you're lucky - 2 hits to the head.

    Unique Zombies:
There are many different zombies that are considered unique in 7 Days to Die. They are as follows:- Zombies Dogs, Screamers, Burn Victims, Infected Police Officers & Fural Zombies. Fural Zombies and Dogs are the most dangerous of them all. Fural Zombies will only spawn on day 7 with the horde that will come and they take 10-12 head shots with the best bow or crossbows. So, you'll need to be prepared if you run into these guys.

  • Kill 10 Players

Simply kill ten players with either a Melee or Ranged weapon. Indirect kills do not count toward your total. Please refer to Alexander the Great for more information.

  • Kill 100 other players

Simply kill 100 players with either a Melee or Ranged weapon. Indirect kills do not count toward your total. Please refer to Alexander the Great for more information.

  • Kill 500 other players

Simply kill 500 players with either a Melee or Ranged weapon. Indirect kills do not count toward your total. Please refer to Alexander the Great for more information.

  • Kill 2500 other players

This is the most grindy trophy in 7 Days To Die depending on your boosting group size. You will have to kill 2500 other players while in online servers. Split screen unfortunately will not work for these trophies as you cannot damage a friend in split screen. So, in this case, you'll have to be boosting this out with friends or other players found in the boosting threads while in a multiplayer server. It's best to find a trusty group of three other players to grind this out to shorten the time massively. If you're killing 3 players every 10-15 seconds you will be averaging 500 kills an hour and you will get 2500 in a little over 6 hours. Click here to go to the boosting thread: LINK.

Any player you kill across all of your saves will count toward your total. This means that you can join a random server and kill 100 players and kill the other 2400 in a friends server and still unlock the trophy. Below I've outline the best and easiest way to start grinding out player kills with a friend or two. You can also check your progress by being in the world and pressing the . As soon as you do you will see a scoreboard listing all of your stats in the world including a players killed stat.

    Grinding Out Player Kills:
From the main menu select "New Game" and choose any character you would like. Choose the "Private Game" option so you'll be able to invite your boosting partners in your server. Also, be sure to have the settings set below so you will not be bothered by zombies and can purely focus on getting some quick food and water, and farming player kills.

When you and your friends first spawn in you will likely not be anywhere near each other and have to meet up somewhere. This is purely optional but I do recommend the giant corn field and the farm house for a food and water source. You will have to be playing on the NavezGane map in order to see this in your world and the coordinates are below.

Once here, gather corn and glass jars and get water from the river near by. Set up and place your bedrolls inside the farm house and boil your water etc. You don't have to worry about zombies if you have them turned off as advised. It's important to place your bedrolls near each other as this creates a spawn point for the player that is being killed. Using a gun is the fastest way of killing a player. 1-2 shots to the head will kill them, However if you do not have easy access to guns and can't be bothered with creating them using a bow and arrow is just as fast. If you prefer melee weapons it will be incredibly slow even with the best weapons it will take 3-4 strikes to the head.

    World Map & Standard/Modded Settings:

    • World Map - (NazezGane)
    • Enemy Spawn - (Disabled)
    • 24 Hour Cycle - (10)
    • AirDrops - (24)

    Farm & Corn Field Coordinates:

    • Farm House - N 903° E 797°
    • Corn field - N 885° E 675°
  • Travel 10 Kilometers

Either walking, running, or riding on the mini bike is your source of traveling in 7 Days to Die. Simply travel 10 Kilometers to be award this trophy. Please refer to Neil Armstrong for more information on traveling and crafting the Mini Bike.

  • Travel 50 Kilometers

Either walking, running or riding on the mini bike is your source of traveling in 7 Days to Die. Simply travel 50 Kilometers to be award this trophy. Please refer to Neil Armstrong for more information on traveling and crafting the Mini Bike.

  • Travel 250 Kilometers

Either walking, running or riding on the mini bike is your source of traveling in 7 Days to Die. Simply travel 250 Kilometers to be award this trophy. Please refer to Neil Armstrong for more information on traveling and crafting the Mini Bike.

  • Travel 1000 Kilometers

Note: Mini bikes are very glitchy and seem to disappear from your worlds upon crashing or just quitting the game normally. So i do advise you to have spare parts to be able to craft another one just in-case. Also the Mini Bike is not required for the trophy. It's just recommended.

This is another grind you'll have to prepare for. Traveling 1000 Kilometers or 1,000,000 Meters will take some time and effort. This trophy, along with the other two grindy trophies, will likely be your last to unlock your platinum. It's best to pair this trophy with Nearly Immortal and use the same save.

Crafting yourself a Mini Bike or two is an absolute must if you want to get this trophy in a timely manner. Distance is tracked across multiple saves, meaning you will be able to join friends and travel 800 kilometers while playing on their servers and get the other 200 kilometers in a single player game and still be awarded the trophy. Below I've outlined what you will need in order to craft a mini bike and how to assemble it:-

    25 Minute AFK Distance Grind

After you have your mini bike and enough fuel, find an open field area with no rivers or hazards anywhere near you. Next you will need to use a rubber band or something similar to wrap around facing to the right. Doing this while sitting on the Mini Bike will make you ride in a circle. You will have to come back every 25 minutes and refuel if you had 100% on your fuel gauge, this is the approximate time it takes to run to 0%. It's also best to disable zombies from spawning while you do this to ensure you're not killed.

    Materials Needed:

    • 1x Mini Bikes for Dumbshits Magazine
    • 1x Minibike Handlebars
    • 1x Minibike Chassis
    • 1x Minibike Seat
    • 1x Minibike Wheels
    • 1x Lead Car Battery
    • 1x Small Car Engine

    Prerequisites:

    • Reading the Mini Bikes for Dumbshits Magazine

Looting for and Assembling the Mini Bike Parts:

Three of the items required for the Mini Bike need to be crafted and the other four items need to be looted from either cars or auto mobile shops located throughout the world. There is also a prerequisite before you can even craft the craftable pieces needed. Finding and reading the "Mini Bikes for Dumbshits" Magazine isn't hard if you have carefully looted every building and shop you came across. If you're struggling to get this magazine change your 24 hour cycle setting located in the modded options section to "10" and have air drops set to "24" so you will be getting an air drop every ten minutes and a high chance of getting this magazine. Please see the Nearly Immortal trophy for more information on this.

After you have obtained and read the magazine you'll unlock the ability to craft the Mini Bike Chassis, Seat & Handlebars. The Chassis can only be crafted in a forge because it requires Iron and Clay to be smelted. You're going to want to loot every Sedan and take each one apart using a wrench to get two of the other items required for the Mini Bike. Also, be on the prowl for tires that will be set out alongside roads and near houses. These are your Mini Bike wheels and can be looted by hitting them with a stone ax. If you're still in need of a wrench they can either be crafted after finding the schematic or easily found in town houses and gas stations.

Once you have a wrench, approaching a car with it equipped and holding down will allow you to start taking it apart and receive material like iron, leather, car batteries, or even the engine. It may take a few cars to get the engine or the battery but this is currently the only way of getting these items. Taking Sedans apart will also give you gas cans - this is your fuel, so don't pass these up as you'll need a lot of it! Once you have all the pieces of the Mini Bike and have read the magazine then you're ready to assemble your Bike. Make sure you have every item in your inventory before you begin:-

Start by placing the Mini Bike chassis anywhere on the ground outside. Once the chassis is placed on the ground properly approach it and hold down to interact with it. A menu will be brought up along with your inventory. Start dragging and dropping the correct parts in the right places. The basket and flashlight are optional modifications and aren't required to ride it. Once everything is there just hit the close option near the bottom of the menu and you will see the mini bike created in front of you of done correctly. You will now have to fuel the Mini Bike in order to ride it. Hopefully while you where taking cars apart you collect the gas cans as you should have been getting tons of them. These serve as fuel for the mini bike.

  • Die 25 Times

Simply let your character die Twenty Five times to be awarded this trophy. Please refer to Meet Your Maker trophy for more information in dying quickly.

  • Die 100 Times

Simply let your character die One Hundred times to be awarded this trophy. Please refer to Meet Your Maker trophy for more information in dying quickly.

  • Die 500 Times

Note: It's recommended you wait until you farm out player kills to get these death related trophies.

There are numerous ways you can kill your character in 7 Days To Die. It's heavily recommended to wait until you boost the 2500 player kills needed for the Alexander The Great trophy because if you are helping others boost this you will die more than 500 times so it will be wasted time to farm this out. Also either backup your save or do this on a new character before farming out your 500 deaths because you will be losing wellness and score. It's also worth noting that deaths will be tracked across multiple save files meaning you can die in a friends server 100 times and die the other 400 in single player games and still be awarded the trophy.

    Dying and Respawning While AFK

Note: This will only work in online or split screen servers. Turning off your controller will result in your game pausing in single player.

The best and fastest way to die very quickly is by placing a bedroll in the radiation zones that border the worlds in 7 Days To Die. You can even turn off your controller and the game will automatically respawn your character on your bed each time and you'll keep dying over and over. You can only take 3 seconds out in the these zones before you will die so you get this trophy very quickly using this method. Thanks to furious_banana for confirming this works

  • Reached 175 in Wellness

Simply get your wellness to 175. Please refer to The Picture of Good Wealth for more information on gain Wellness in 7 Days To Die.

  • Reached 200 in Wellness

There are quite a few things you can use to raise your wellness in 7 Days To Die. Each new character you create will automatically start with a wellness of "100". This is basically your health and stamina located in the bottom left corner marked as a red and blue bar. By keeping yourself healthy and hydrated with the right foods you will begin to gain wellness. Also, avoid dying and being hit by zombies as both will result in loosing your hard earned wellness. Backing up your save often is recommended just in case you accidentally lower your wellness somehow. Below I've outline the only foods and drinks that will raise your wellness. Also there is an "easy" method of raising it quickly if you would like to take advantage of it.

    Best Foods In Order:

    • Meat Stew - Wellness Gained 1.6%
    • Bacon & Eggs - Wellness Gained 1%
    • Charred Meat - Wellness Gained 0.8%
    • Grilled Meat - Wellness Gained 0.8%
    • Boiled Meat - Wellness Gained 0.8%
    • Blue Berry Pie - Wellness Gained 0.8%
    • Vitamins - Wellness Gained .5%
    • Corn Bread - Wellness Gained 0.4%
    • Jar Of Honey - Wellness Gained 0.4%
    • Vegetable Stew - Wellness Gained 0.1%
    • Boiled Egg - Wellness Gained 0.32%
    • Corn on The Cob- Wellness Gained 0.08%

    Drinks:

    • Goldenrod Tea - Wellness Gained 0.02%
    • Red Tea - Wellness Gained 0.02%

The foods and drinks listed above are not the only foods and drinks in 7 Days To Die. They are however the only ones that will give you wellness when you consume them. Any food found that is not on the list above is strictly a "filler" food meaning you will only gain hunger from them not wellness. So, you will want to be doing a lot of hunting to get meat and looting for glass jars for the teas. If you are well stocked on either of the foods above, preferably meats and teas, you can take advantage of a method of raising your wellness quickly.

Raising Wellness from 100 to 200 in 15 minutes

In order to raise your wellness extremely fast you will need to have lots of vitamins. A little over 600 to be exact. It may sound extreme and it is if you're not using the duplication glitch mentioned in the roadmap.

Firstly, you need find at least 1 vitamin in order to duplicate it by searching hospitals, supply drops, or the plagued nurses corpses. After you have it, duplicate around 650 of them. This will take roughly 5 minutes. It takes 15 - 20 minutes for one player to eat them all and raise your wellness to 200.

The way score is obtained in 7 Days To Die is by killing zombies. Unfortunately, you only get one score point per kill meaning you will have to kill 1000 zombies on a single character without dying. When you die, either by a player or a zombie, you will lose approximately 5 score so you will want to avoid dying at all costs. This is why it is stated numerous times throughout the guide to back up your saves every few in game days just in case you accidentally die. This may sound extreme to be killing so many zombies without a single death but it can be grinded out in a few hours with the method outline below.

Firstly, you can't just go in to a game and knock this out. Preferably you want to pair this trophy with your Nearly Immortal trophy and getting your wellness to 200 which will also require you to not die and be keeping yourself healthy and hydrated. Also, you will be well stocked and have a forge to be able to craft the best melee weapon in the game - the "Spiked Club" - which only requires wood and forged iron. Craft as many bow arrows and crossbow bolts as you can. You will need lots of materials for ammo and restocking your clubs.

From the main menu select continue game. Now you will see continue game options and from here select modded options. Scroll down to 24 hour cycle and change it to 10 or 20 and up the enemy spawn to high or very high. Just be extra careful and have zombies running off or you will be overwhelmed quickly and most likely die. The goal is to keep the hordes spawning on each 7th day. 15 to 20 zombies will attack your house and with them being so slow it's a piece of cake to walk around and hit them in the head with a spiked club which is a one hit kill or even an arrow to the face. It'll take some hours repeating this over and over to get the 1000 kills. Sadly you'll need 2500 for the extremely grindy trophy The Funeral Director so it won't be wasted time or kills. Don't attempt this until you have done most of the other miscellaneous trophies either as you'll be killing most of the zombies through natural play.

Warning: Enabling the Cheat Mode option under the Modded Options menu will disable ALL trophies for that world. So don't use it!

These trophies may sound intimidating to any new player of 7 Days To Die. I assure you there is nothing but time stopping you from earning them. From the main menu select the new game option and choose any character you would like. The most important part is to select the single player option as if you do not you will be locked out of these trophies for the world you create. Make sure you have the game world set to Navezgane for the purposes of making the trophies easier and less stressful for yourself.

Next you'll want to select the single player options tab. In here you can edit how much loot spawns in and how frequently it does in your world. You can even disable enemy spawns for the first few days until you get your bearings. However, I wouldn't leave them off for too long as there's grindy trophies for killing zombies that you'll want to start on as soon as possible. Below I've outline the best world settings and how to take advantage of in game time to get air drops every ten minutes for supplies. I also want to make this very clear: you can die and still earn these trophies but you should do you best to not die. It's best to back up your save every few in game days just in case you do accidentally die so you don't lose too much of your wellness needed for the Picture Of Good Wealth trophy.

    Skills:
Don't waste your skill points on useless skills and choose them wisely. There are a few of them that will help you avoid being hungry & thirsty all the time and be less reliant on food and water. The most useful skills are listed below:-

    • The Survivor
    • The Camel
    • Steel Smithing ( Allows you to craft the best tools in the game)

    Biomes & Hunger Effects:

7 Days To Die has an element of realism when it comes to the weather and hunger/thirst. You can actually overheat and die of heatstroke or starve to death if you do not get the required shelter, clothes and food/water. Hunting and looting town house, stores, and supermarkets is the best and easiest ways to get food.

    Heat Stroke & Hypothermia:

When in the desert or forest biomes, your character can overheat and die. Avoid this by crafting a plant fiber hat and a bandanna to keep yourself cool. If you have found the schematics for crafting iron armor it is the best way to reduce heatstroke while out on the run. Also, if you have any coats or gloves on make sure to take them off while traveling through these areas. Swimming in or drinking water will also cool your character off. The game will warn you if you are going to die from heatstroke.

Hypothermia can be avoided easily with animal hide clothing or any puffy coats found off of random lootables. Sitting by a lit fire or forge will also keep you warm. If you are out on the run through a snow biome without the appropriate clothing, having a fire pit and some wood on hand will warm you up while on the run.

    Best Game World Settings:

    • Game World - (NAVEZGANE)

    Standard Options

    • Difficulty Settings - (Scavenger)
    • Zombies Run - (Never)
    • Enemy Aggression - (Normal)
    • Day Light Length - (16)

    Modded Options

    • Drop On Death - (ToolBelt)
    • Enemy Memory - (30)
    • Enemy Spawning - (Optional, Medium)
    • Block Durability - (100)
    • Loot Respawn time - (5 Days)
    • Loot Abundance - (200)
    • Air Drops - (24 Hours)
    • 24 Hour Cycle - (120 for days, 50 for nights)
    • Mark Air Drops - (On)
    • Cheat Mode - (Keep This OFF! You will disable all trophies)

    Air Drops Every 10 Minutes:

As I've mentioned above you can take advantage of the time in-game to get air drops every ten minutes if you would like to get ahead of the game early and get supplies such as med kits, antibiotics, and many different schematics for various different weapons and armor. However, you will be passing days very fast so if you do not have enemy spawn options disabled it's best to do so before trying this, especially if you do not have any way of killing zombies yet. Zombies, infected dogs, infected hornets, and exploding cop zombies all come out at night so you will need to be hiding inside or have a decent weapon and ammo supply.

From the main menu, select continue game and you will see all your created worlds. Select the one you would like to get air drops every ten minutes on. Now you will see another option: continue game options. Select this and navigate to the modded options menu. Change the 24 hour cycle to 10. This will make one in game day pass in ten minutes real time. Also, make sure you have air drops set to 24 so they spawn in every 24 hours in game time. They're marked on your compass as yellow packages. They also never disappear if you do not touch them so you can collect them whenever you want.

Secret trophies

  • Get up to the 255 meter height in a game

Before attempting this trophy it's recommended that you backup your save and have at least 300 wood frames in your inventory. The easiest way of obtaining this trophy is by using the wood frames. So, go chop some trees down and get enough wood to craft them. Open up the crafting menu by pressing the and navigating the the hammer icon in the upper left. Once here find wood frames under basic.

Now that you have your items you will now need to find a flat piece of land in your world that is at a positive elevation. You can check your elevation by checking your map and looking in the bottom left corner. Make sure it says positive 1 or above before you start. Now begin placing wood frames and jumping at the same time. Once you get the elevation number to read 200 or above you will be awarded the trophy.

  • Get down to 3 meters or bedrock in a game

Before attempting this trophy it's recommended that you either backup your save or have at least 100 wood frames in your inventory so you will not get stuck underneath the map. If you don't do either one of those to things you will be stuck at bed rock level with no way out. Also, you are going to need 1 steel pick ax and one steel shovel before you can dig. It's not necessary that you have steel tools just be sure to craft a few of them if you don't. You can check your current level of elevation by pressing the and navigating to the map. On the bottom left corner you will see your elevation. This number will need to read -57 in order to be awarded this trophy.

  • Be naked, feels like temperature 0° or lower, and 100% wet

In order to get this trophy you will have to travel to a snow biome and find a lake. If you're having trouble finding one while playing on the NavezGane map head to these coordinates N 1025° E 1858° and you will find a lake. Once you're here, open your characters inventory and take off every single piece of clothing you have on. Then walk into the lake and get the 100% wet notification to appear in the bottom left. Now make sure you have some wood frames in your inventory because now you're going to need to elevate yourself. Get up at least 25 meters from the ground and you'll see your temperature dropping at a rapid rate. The higher you go the colder you will be. Once your core temperature hits 0° you will be awarded the trophy. If you do not, make sure you took off every piece of clothing and that you're still 100% wet. You can also check your temperature by checking the characters menu by pressing the

  • Kill 44 punks with a 44 magnum

Note: If you're having trouble finding any parts for the .44 magnum make sure to change the loot abundance option up to 200 under the modded options menu.

Getting your hands on the .44 Magnum and enough bullets is a very lengthy process which is why you need to pay close attention to gathering the below materials and completing the tasks outlined below in order to get this done. It's best to pair this trophy with Nearly Immortal trophy as you'll have lots of time for scavenging and crafting during the twenty hour survival and most likely will have come across a few of the items accidentally. Now, the trophy description states "Kill 44 Punks with the .44 Magnum". When it refers to "punks" it means zombies, not players. Once you have shot and killed your 44th zombie with the Magnum you will be awarded this trophy.

    Materials Needed:

    • Enforcer Magazine
    • 1x .44 Magnum Frame
    • 1x .44 Magnum Cylinder
    • 1x .44 Magnum Parts
    • 1x .44 Magnum Grip

    Prerequisites

    • Read the Enforcer Magazine
    • Gun Smithing Skill "40" minimum
    • Purchased the .44 Magnum round crafting skill
    • Forge
    • Anvil & Calipers for the Forge

Locations for looting and Crafting the .44 Magnum:

    • Crack a Book N 924° W 441°
    • Gun Store N 1845° E 615°
    • Working Stiff N 719° E 733°

.44 Magnum pieces can be found in almost every lootable object. Corpses, cars, trash, gym bags literally anything. So don't pass anything up if you are still in a need of any of the above items. However, some places have higher chances then others such as army camps, gun stores, and the police station. Air drops also have a high chance and will come in every 24 hours depending on how you have your settings adjusted and they are great for any gun parts including the enforcer magazine which is needed before you can even assemble the .44 Magnum. Crack a Book is a bookstore that has a few locations around the Navezgane map and is the best place to look for this magazine if you're struggling to get one. Bookshelves can also be found in many different town houses and can also contain the book.

Once you have all the parts and have read the enforcer magazine you're ready to assemble your weapon. Open up your inventory with the and press on any of the magnum pieces and then press on the directional pad to assemble. This will open a new menu where you will need to drag and drop all the pieces of the magnum in the correct places. Once done just select the close option on the bottom and the .44 Magnum will appear in your inventory. Depending on the durability of each of your weapon parts you'll need repair kits to fix your magnum if it breaks. These repair kits are found in air drops or the hardware store Working Stiff.

    Crafting .44 Magnum Rounds

    Skills & Materials Needed:

    • Purchased the .44 Magnum round crafting skill
    • Anvil & Calipers for the forge
    • Lead (in the forge)
    • Brass (in the forge)
    • Gunpowder
    • Lumps of Coal
    • Nitrate Powder

Now that you have your .44 Magnum you'll need some bullets. Hopefully you didn't pass up any lead or brass based items as these will be extremely handy in the forge to create bullet casings & bullet tips.

Firstly, you'll need an anvil and calipers (tools used in the forge) in order to craft the bullet tips and casings. Anvils can be crafted in the Forge using Iron and Clay. Calipers can only be looted from the hardware store known as Working Stiff. Inside these stores will be crates that may contain handy tools such as pick axes and or forge tools like calipers or dye sets. Once you've found one bring it back and place it in the tool spot in the forge. Now, like I've mentioned above, you are going to need to place some lead and brass items in the smelting section of the forge. Items like brass casino tokens found in cash registers or lead fishing weights normally found in trash piles will smelt down and become usable in the forge. You'll also need clay for both the casings and the tips so be sure to collect enough with your shovel when you find some. Clay is on the map marked as "dark" areas in the green forest biome. It's everywhere.

    Cave Coordinates: N 1909° E 865°

Now it's time to craft gunpowder. You probably found some gunpowder previously by looting but it's most likely not enough to craft the .44 Magnum rounds needed for the trophy. This is where you'll need coal and Nitrate powder. Coal can be harvested in any biome in large chunks of black rock just laying around on the ground. However, these are quite rare to find so head over to the Burnt Forest biome and chop away at the smoldering wood on the ground and near old houses. This will net you some coal.

Nitrate powder is the only material in the game you will need to go into a cave for, so be extra careful. It will be all over the cave walls and roof. Use the appropriate mining tool (steel pick axe) to get the most out of it. If you harvest it all it should net you around 400-600 nitrate powder. Once you have enough you should be able to craft your gunpowder which is located under the resources tab in the crafting menu.

  • Break your leg

In order to break your leg you will need to jump from a high position without killing yourself. This trophy may or may not come naturally depending on how carefully you play. There are a few ways you can get this but most players won't want to disable their current character from running for 50 minutes so I'd suggest either backing up your save or just creating a new world as this will take less then five minutes to do.

Once you either spawn in a new world or find a house in your current world just get yourself on the roof of the building. If you created a new world you should have spawned a few meters away from a house. Either get some wood frames or wood ladders and climb up and jump off two times. The first jump you will sprain you leg and the second jump with break your leg and award the trophy.
