Guys, please remember to vote whenever you have given a game the old college try. We have a LOT of games now that have yet to even receive 10 votes: I'm sure that out of the hundreds of you who follow this list, at least 10 of you have played a game that has yet to receive a rating! It only takes a second, and you can just click on the name to be taken to the thread and go directly to the poll!

 

 

COLLECTED PLATINUM DIFFICULTY RATINGS

 

 

Here I have compiled and consolidated all Platinum difficulties, using data from Olsen77’s and Funkyweed’s polls! The averages are based off of my own calculations. Games in bold are what I call Litmus Markers: they have more than 300 votes and their ratings are steady and stabalized.

 

A BIG GIANT HUGE round of applause goes to Zomfgstfu for writing a script that pulls all the raw data from the site. He has saved me from hours of toiling with my previously barbaric means of manually collecting the information! And of a course a big thanks to Funkyweed (and any minions he may be employing) for maintaining and updating the individual polls!

COLLECTED 100% DIFFICULTY RATINGS

 

Here I have compiled and consolidated all PSN 100% difficulties, using data from Olsen77’s and Funkyweed’s polls! The averages are based off of my own calculations. Games in bold are what I call Litmus Markers: they have more than 100 votes and their ratings are relatively steady and stabalized (PSN games have significantly fewer votes than Platinums).

 

A BIG GIANT HUGE round of applause goes to Zomfgstfu for writing a script that pulls all the raw data from the site. He has saved me from hours of toiling with my previously barbaric means of manually collecting the information! And of a course a big thanks to Funkyweed (and any minions he may be employing) for maintaining and updating the individual polls!

Is it required, or just suggested? As a renter, it's difficult to use games that require peripherals in the first place, which is why I noted that information.

So people can see what is the hardest or the easiest shooter, sports game, action, etc

Yeah, but there really is enough differences between the two to distinguish them. Like I said, they should both be merged into one thread and stickied.

I think there's enough difference to distinguish that this shouldn't be stickied, actually. The list is longer and PSN games are ignored. You also don't seem to understand how merging works. The posts just get shuffled together based on timestamps, meaning that the TC's list here would be halfway in olsen's topic. So I'm certainly not going to do that either.

 

If you like this list, I'd just go poke olsen to see if he'll add more entries to his lists.
