TIdoubleGGRR Posted January 26, 2011 Share Posted January 26, 2011 im thinkin of gettin this as i have platinumed gta IV but only played EFLC never picked up & ended up selling gta IV but my friend needs help doin AWP & i was gonna get complete edition but can i still play him when he as stand alone copies of the game? Rochambeau_XV Posted January 27, 2011 Share Posted January 27, 2011 The only issue i have seen with the complete edition in relation to saves is when you switch from one episode to another. Recently i have been doing some missions from TBoGT, then when i re-start my system and switch to niko for the pidgeons / online play i get an error message saying that the autosave cannot load because the DLC is not available (so its trying to load my TBoGT auto save) So it forces you to start a new game and then manually load your main save from GTA IV. I thought i had a corrupt file the other day when i got this error message.... sitting on 97.5%, and if i couldn't load that game and continue with it, the disc would have flown right out of the window!
