Gourmet Afficando gives me Headaches....

I bought that magazine mentioned by the OP, bought the most expensive stuff in all Orange buildings in both Kamurocho and Ryukyu. Still, no Trophy :(

I'm personally just going through every single restaurant and eating everything. Just grab a ton of worms and let people hit you. Will take awhile but apparently they kept the clown in with the items so it'd be good to just 100% it. Or I think they did, got a text about him when i finished all revelations.

Few things. For the Gourmet Afficianado you dont need to order all items of the highest price if there are two or more items that are the same price. I only bought one item from each restuarant that had 2 items that were the most expensive and still got the trophy.

As for making 10,000,000, use the gambling bonuses, like the 21 charm for blackjack and the joker card for poker. I made 1,000,000 easily using the 21 charm. After you use those up. Save your game outside of the casino and go back in and bet 1,000 on either red or black on roulette. If you lose reload the save. Theres a savepoint pretty close to the casino so its not that much of a hassle.

I need help on coin no.2 in kamurcho i checked where it says west and I can't find this wall or the 2 yellow signs anywhere and its bugging the hell out of me some more detailed information would be welcomed

When you look at the spot with the lockers; look a bit to the left on the wall right next to the lockers. You should spot two yellow signs and there it is.

Just got the 10.000.000 Yen Trophy.

You HAVE to have the full amount in your wallet. If you spend 9.999.999 Yen and then get 1 Yen from a fight, you won't get the trophy.

Are you fucking kidding? Fuck that. I've been waiting forever for this trophy to pop and now I know why.

Did you go to Pronto for both Cafe and Bar menus? You know you have to go to all bars too right?

oh yeah the hide and seek game is listed in the substories section...:p Thanks for the info. So i guess "Finished" will probably be counted the same as failed towards 100% completion...maybe premium adventure mode will let me do it again.

It counts towards completion and you can not re-do it in Premium.

planing to start soon.....for those of you farther along:

how hard is hard difficulty? should the first playthrough be normal or is it doable on hard?

which of the trophies actually can't be done after beating the game? sure the few submissions mentioned should be done when available ok but what about the rest? minigames, restaurants etc.......can i do all these after finishing the game? or are there some places i can only enter at certain points? or do i have to finish things before completing the game but at a later chapter or something like that?

would be nice if something like that would be added to the guide.....or an introduction text like "everything where nothing is mentioned can be done after completing the game".....since most trophies already have descriptions how to do them that should be possible i think? since i can't really tell in most cases if i have to do it early on or not

and btw: nice work so far and thx for that :)

Yakuza 3 is my first Yakuza game, so I decided to play it on Normal. It was a mistake.

The game is really easy on normal. I didn't die even once and I have over 60 health/heat drinks left from the playthrough.

I recommend playing on Hard from the beginning.

Aside from the three subquests (two with Rikiya in Chapter 6 and the Bottle in 3 I think), there's not really anything you can miss.

After you beat the game, you can load your Clear Game save into Premium Adventure and play freely. It's pretty useful seeing how you can't go to the Golf course in Chapter 12.

Like which ones?

Right now I'm stuck on the 3rd Tournament in the Coliseum. The one where you can only fight with your fists.

And the 7th Melee round on Ultimate Skill mode. Your health is going down fast and you have to fight against 3 fat bastards.

Okay, 7th Melee is the one that takes place in the Batting Cages area correct? There is a degree of actual fighting you will have to do, but there's a pretty fun way to expedite the process. Grab one of the benches and swing it around, if you can hit all 3 enemies at once with it then you'll get a lot of Heat. When you enter Heat mode, grab a stool from one of the arcade machines. The two regular fat guys (not the Michiru cross dresser) have less HP so use the Heat action with the stool on them. Make sure to mash that square button!

Besides that, there's not much else I could say about 7th. Use the furniture with HEAT actions, try to fight the dress wearing guy on your own if you can. The two regular fat guys are far weaker.

On the subject of the Fists Only Melee, uh.. Best I can say is try to figure out the best timing for things. There's really no way to cheap it out. Defense is key, learn the times to attack, if you're good you can use the Square->Triangle combo when they're getting up to knock them back down. It's not really a "gimmick" or a trick to it, it's a straight-up fight.

Use the small chairs when you get HEAT. You can kill the two fat guys with basically one HEAT action. The drag queen isn't too hard to keep on lock down. Took me a few tries but you just have to be fast. Long combos can be hurtful if all 3 are still alive.

Very nice work on the trophy guide!

I hate to be a asshole but.. any chance of getting a roadmap? ;P Or at the start just point out what trophies are missable and when one have to do them.

I've played through Yakuza Kenzan! and iirc there were a lot of missable stuff in it >;|

Or are the sub-missions you mentioned the only ones that are actually missable and everything else can be done at the end/after you beat the game?

The key is right there on the ground in front of Club Sega!

You actually CAN'T miss it!

If you stand in front of Club Sega, you'll see a little alley starting from one corner of the building. The key is on the ground right before you step into the alley.

Man i feel like a jackass I didnt notice there was 2 club sega's your right you couldn't miss it lol silly me!!
