3/10, around 45-50 hours I'd say - This is a rather easy game compared to other games of the same genre. I haven't played Two Point Hospital but looking at guides it looks way harder. In Campus there's nothing that is really hard, the game does a great job of explaining what to do and when something is missing you'll have notifications from your staff/students telling you to buy/build it. Money isn't really an issue, if it is then fire all your staff for a few months and start again. Happiness is also not really an issue, it's very easy to have your students/staff happy, just increase their pay or make your students pay less. Just a few stands of food/drinks will suffice, and the worst that can happen is them quitting, they won't riot and destroy your campus like it can happen on other games of the genre. There are a few things like earthquakes, or unwelcomed visitors, but they'll only break a few minor stuff like trashes, etc, and that will only affect the attraction of your campus which can be quickly solved by having a handful of janitors.
