Took a little over 30 hours without skipping cutscenes on 1st playthrough.

Recommend following a collectible guide on your 1st run to save a lot of time. Needed to go through 60% of NG+ to get enough parts and supplements to max all upgrades. Reducing difficulty and skipping puzzles made NG+ run a lot faster.

Voted 36-50. I'd say not much more than 40 hours since you'll likely get the last trophy about 5 - 10 hours into the second playthrough if you skip cutscenes and anything that doesn't give you parts or supplements. 25 - 30 hours depending on difficulty for your first playthrough depending on difficulty.

23.5 hours for my first blind play through. Sadly it doesn't seem to tell you anywhere how long the current save is unless you beat it so not absolutely sure about my NG+ time. Felt like less then 10 hours though by skipping all the cut scenes and using a guide to get everything. So I went with 26-35 hours.

34 hours and 32 minutes exactly across 1.5 playthroughs.

My first playthrough was about 26 hours long on Survivor and I got most of the collectibles, while the second was a partial playthrough where I cleaned up the remaining collectibles and the weapon/character upgrade trophies (the latter trophies necessitate a 2nd playthrough regardless).

If you're focused on speed, you can play the entire adventure on Light and shave several hours off this time, but that kills the tension that makes this game so special. Nevertheless, I'm sure many people will cheese this plat, as is their right, because there are no difficulty trophies, surprisingly.

EDIT: The Grounded/Permadeath trophies took me an additional 19 hours and 52 minutes, bringing my total time to 100% to 54 hours and 24 minutes. The game's poor pacing was abundantly clear to me by the end of this 100% trophy hunt.

took me 39 hours

24 hours first blind playthrough

15 hours NG+

I practically had to play the whole game twice

got the plat in Santa Barbara (the last chapter that had any collectibles)

Same, as I could've done a better job handling NG+

Things got painful at the end!

I'll never forget needing 8 supplements for the Plat, then finding a jar with 7 in a garage playing as Abby!

Easily 50 hours +

You can’t have explored enough then. There are way more than enough parts and supplements to finish upgrading everything in 1.5 playthroughs. I think i upgraded everything in day 1 of Abby in my second playthrough.

I don't understand how people finished this so quickly. I've just finished my first playthrough and I clocked 40 hours according to my save file...

I don't feel like I spent a huge amount of time exploring? Although, I didn't use a collectibles guide for the first playthough and it was on moderate difficulty.

Depends what difficulty you played it on. I played it on easy and it was a breeze.
