INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Indivisible, an indie game by Lab Zero Games and published by 505 Games. It's a 2D side-scroller, a platformer, and a party-style action RPG, all in one. It's a fun game with an interesting, unique story, that has a lot more depth than one would expect of such a game in terms of information, options and more. There are certain avenues or mechanics that they introduced without really expanding enough, such as an Affinity Rating system, but overall this is a fun game, not too long and not too short, that most will enjoy.

You play a character named Ajna whose story begins with tragedy, forcing her to grow up quickly and travel around the world on a quest for justice, truth, and heroism. Before long, the world is in peril, and this 16-year-old is the only one who can save it. In this realm, there is a lifeforce (not unlike Final Fantasy 7's lifeforce, Mako) called Iddhi which gives people power. Ajna's Iddhi, stronger than most others, gives her the ability to fight and succeed but, as she finds out later, there's a lot more to it.

In a format that will be quite familiar to BioWare/RPG gamers and the like, you will meet many other travelers along your way and recruit them to join your party. Most will be introduced automatically via the story, but there are some optional characters that you must find on your own if you choose.

IMPORTANT: Please remember that if you die after picking up a Ringsel but before saving or reaching a new checkpoint, you will have to get the Ringsel again.

WALKTHROUGH

Please note that at the end of Chapter 5: Port Maerifa, you are given the choice in which order you want to visit the next 3 places. My playthrough (and this list) is in this order: Iron Kingdom => Kaanul => Tai Krung City. See below for the full chapter list order of my playthrough.

COLLECTIBLES GUIDE

There are a total of 108 Ringsels spread all over the world. The breakdown is:

  • Ashwat: 8
  • Fortress Vimana: 3
  • Almutah Sands: 10
  • Port Maerifa: 5
  • Iron Kingdom: 16
  • Kaanul: 15
  • Tai Krung City: 20
  • Lhan: 1
  • Mt. Sumeru (Foot): 9
  • Mt. Sumeru (Middle): 10
  • Mt. Sumeru (Summit): 11

However, in the walkthrough below, I'm going to list them not by locations but rather as chapters, as a comprehensive walkthrough of your normal progression in the game.

IMPORTANT: Please remember that if you die after picking up a Ringsel but before saving or reaching a new checkpoint, you will have to get the Ringsel again.

ASHWAT: RINGSELS 1 – 5

1. Story-related and cannot be missed. This one is automatically given to you when you first meet Ratna and Mani.

2. After you first meet Ginseng & Honey, continue going down to the right and you'll find this one right along the path.

3. After a ways later, you'll come to a new Save Bell. From there, you can climb onto a platform and Axe-jump to the left. Proceed to the top of the building to find this Ringsel.

4. Later on you'll reach a cave covered in spider webs. As you climb up to the top, you'll see a breakable web on the left side, indicated by the glowing fireflies, which you can destroy with your axe. Do so and pick up the Ringsel behind it.

5. After you beat the boss, Ginseng & Honey will officially join your party. On the right hand side, you'll notice a high ledge that you can Axe-jump to and grab the Ringsel up there.

FORTRESS VIMANA: RINGSELS 6 – 8

6-8. Story-related and cannot be missed. Right at the beginning as you first start your climb, once you reach the top, you'll need to break the wall and you'll see three Ringsels right in front of you!

MT. SUMERU: RINGSELS 9 – 11

9. As soon as you land in Mt. Sumeru, a cutscene will trigger. Once you have control of Ajna again, go to the left instead and follow the path all the way until you cross the bridge and reach a dead end. The Ringsel will be at the bottom, right underneath the ledge. Once you get there, you can't miss it, it's really obvious.

10. When you reach the part where you are running on breakable floor tiles up to a large rectangular platform (this comes after you trigger another box-jump section with two vertical rows to wall-jump between), wall jump up, there will be spikes up top but also a Ringsel in between them. This will likely take you several tries to pick up without hitting the spikes and dying. (Check out the video below #11 to see how to get this one.)

11. Mt. Sumeru's third one is a while later, near the end of this area. Eventually you'll reach an area with a Save Bell directly across from a yellow box, with a lot of spikes in between. When you activate it, it'll give you a row of blocks in the middle, capped by icicles. Wall-jump up, using the axe on the left ledge to jump up. Once you get there, however, do not continue the path. Instead, move to the very edge until you are able to see the yellow block down beneath again. Don't shoot it just yet - instead, jump off to the right and try to position yourself straight in the middle where the blocks were. Now, as soon as you jump there, once you're in the middle, quickly press and hold down :r1: in the air to aim your bow. Shoot at the box and, if you did it right, you'll actually land on the top of the boxes but the spikes will end up being on your head instead. Go to the edge (if you jump straight up, the icicles will kill you) and jump to the right side, once again using the axe on the ledge to boost yourself up and pick up your award– a nice Ringsel (See below for a video of this)! If you die a few times, don't worry, just keep trying and you'll eventually get it. Now, here's the problem. Guess how you're going to get back? YEP. You have to do the same thing but it's going to be even trickier because this time, the blocks are not only further out, but there's a patch of icicles on the ceiling right above the area you have to jump to and reach.

NOTE: It's going to take you several tries first to actually reach the Ringsel but even more to be able to reach it and get back safely. Don't forget, when you die or restart an area, you lose any Ringsels you picked up after the previous checkpoint. Once you get past this part and jump up the ledge on the left, the checkpoint will save and you can safely die. In other words, if, like me, you encountered the next mob with zero health and end up dying, don't worry - thankfully, you don't have to go back and do it all over again.

Watch the video below to see how to get Ringsels #10 & 11:

ALMUTAH SANDS: Ringsels 12 – 16

12. As you keep going left through the desert, there will be a point where you'll slide under a rock and come to a place where you'll have to use a breakable platform to wall-jump up. Don't go there just yet and, instead, keep going left and break the wall along the way. You'll have to slide down underneath rocks and will come into a small room with a wolf enemy. Kill it before going left once again, sliding under into a small chamber with the Ringsel.

13. Later on, after you meet Qadira, you'll progress to a point where you'll see a Ringsel high in a small, 4-walled room above and a button on the floor below. First, jump down and fight the enemy there and step on the button. Once the wooden planks appear, covering the spikes, make your way up the breakable platforms, first to the right and then to the left. You'll reach a dead-end with wooden floors. Stepping on it will make the floor immediately disappear and you'll be dropped down to another wooden floor, but this one will stay. Now all you have to do is run and activate your Heruka Hustle mode and break through the first wall, picking up the Ringsel before breaking through the other end. (Watch the video below #16 to see how to get this.)

14. This Ringsel is right after the previous one. Immediately after getting the previous Ringsel, go back on the breakable platforms but this time continue to the right. You'll reach a dead end with a hole in the floor. Drop through that but rather than going left, go to the right instead until you reach another gap where you can jump down. You'll drop straight onto a breakable platform, but don't worry, it's literally an inch off the ground. Once there, build some momentum and activate Heruka again, this time jumping over a gap and breaking through the wall on the left. Slide under now and get the Ringsel. (Watch the video below #16 to see how to get this.)

NOTE: If you fail and fall down, don't worry, there's a platform on the right hand-side you can axe-jump up onto from which you can hop up a few breakable platforms to get back up to where you were.

15. Later on, you'll reach a large geometric puzzle involving six air ducts, which you'll use to land an arrow on the tail of a sandworm blocking your way. After the worm retreats, you can make your way up to a new Save Bell. On the left side of the wall, right across from the bell, there is a Heruka barrier, behind which you'll find this Ringsel. Simply gather enough momentum and press :circle: to transform before jumping over the gap and breaking down the wall. (Watch the video below #16 to see how to get this.)

16. After you get the previous Ringsel, go back to the Save Bell and continue your way and eventually you'll reach a familiar area. (If you remember, this is the bottom where you probably landed a few times while trying to get Ringsel #14.) In that large open room, climb up to the ledge on your right and go all the way up (through the same place you jumped down into last time) until you reach the same Save Bell you used back then. This time, however, go all the way to the right and you'll see a breakable barrier. Activate Heruka and break it. You'll find yourself in a large room with a platform in the middle with spikes that you'll need to slide under, and a breakable barrier on the right. You'll need to jump, however and there isn't enough room here to be able to use Heruka so jump to the right of the spiked platform instead and use that area to get enough momentum then use Heruka. You'll have to stay in Heruka through the first jump, the slide, and then the second jump, to finally break the barrier and get the Ringsel. It might take you a few tries, but it's definitely doable.

Watch the video below to see how to get Ringsels 13 - 16 and solve the geometric puzzle!

PORT MAERIFA: RINGSELS 17 – 18

17. The first Ringsel here is fairly early on. Once you arrive and regain control of Ajna, keep going to the left until you hit a dead end. Jump up the platforms and continue until you reach a woman with pink hair (right before the Save Bell). Stop there and jump up the platforms. One of them will require you to use Heruka as it's a very large gap. The Ringsel will be on the platform right to the right after the Heruka jump.

18. After you learn Pirate's Leap, before you leave the Port, go through the city until you spot a blue dog. Use the new ability to jump up the platforms. Once you get to the top one, the platform on the right has a side-quest from Zahra, a woman with a large oboe. Talk to her and pick up the quest. Then go to the left side instead and grab this Ringsel. You might spot another one much much higher, all the way to the top-left edge of the screen but you cannot get to that one just yet.

*IRON KINGDOM: RINGSELS 19 – 21

* The first visit.

19. This one is near the second slime-wall you see, early in the Iron Kingdom. There will be a wall that has slime on it on both sides of it, a ceiling of spikes and a Save Bell above it to the right. You'll have to jump over that wall and get to the other side without hitting the spikes above or falling onto the spikes below. Once you get it, do not try to go back the way you came or you'll die and have to get the Ringsel all over again. Instead, there is an opening in the ceiling above the Ringsel and you can Pirate Leap-Axe-Climb up, at which point go right again to progress.

20. Immediately after learning the "Kampan Corkscrew" ability, use it to follow Kampan to the right to the Save Bell. Before continuing on, stop here and jump up the platforms. Go all the way to the top and then go left (Do not go to the first left platform you reach, it is the highest one) and use your new ability to slip under. As soon as you land and move to the left, you'll see the Ringsel as well as a small purple mob needed for the Zahra side quest. Assuming you followed this guide & picked up the side quest, a cutscene will automatically begin, triggering a battle with this small creature, walking over and picking up the Ringsel in the process.

21. Near the end of this visit, you'll eventually talk to Kampan and find that you can't go on from there so you'll need to go the opposite direction. Go back to the left to the Save Bell and this time use Pirate's Leap to climb up. Keep going through the path and you'll end up in an area with a hole in the ground (which takes you to the end of this chapter). Instead, go to the left wall where you'll see a small amount of slime in the corner. The Ringsel is just above. Get close to the slime and use Pirate's Leap to jump over it and get an axe in the wall. Jump off the side to grab this Ringsel in the air.

KAANUL: RINGSELS 22 – 33

22. When you reach Kaanul, keep going left and up until you reach an area with platforms above a bed of spikes. Go to the far left but use the lower-level platforms, not the upper, to avoid the vines of spikes at the end. Stand on the edge and Pirate Leap-Axe Grab your way onto the ledge to grab this Ringsel.

23. This one is directly after meeting Nuna. After she joins your party, go to the left. Before you jump down, keep going to the left to reach a dead end and a Ringsel.

SIDE-QUEST: After you learn the Nature's Bloom ability, use it directly to the right of you on the spikes and climb up. Keep doing it until you're at the top level, then go to the right hand side where you'll find a green monster you need for Zahra's Recruitment Mission.

24. After you get the mission part, go back out and go to the left side directly opposite of you and use the water to jump up. Use the Nature's Bloom on the spikes on the wall and grab the Ringsel upper left ledge (there's a small gap to slide under directly next to it to continue the story).

BONUS CHARACTER: A little ways after #24, when you jump down the well, go to the right and continue going down until you see several people on the left side. There will be a plump woman in red standing next to a llama. This is Asiri, a bonus NPC that will join you. She isn't a playable character but you can visit her in your Inner Realm to change the colors of your party members' clothes.

IMPORTANT: After you learn Nature's Embrace, you'll use it to jump on a bird's head to progress to the right and will soon come to a Save Bell. From that bell, continue to the right to a dead end with one man standing there next to another bird. His name is Alpha. Speak to him and he will disappear. You must speak to him to enable you to find a Ringsel in the Iron Kingdom. If you don't, you won't be able to get that Ringsel. (Remember, there are more Ringsels in the world than you can use but even so).

25. At the Save Bell right after facing a large lizard, by the first totem you have to disable.

26. Right in front of the Save Bell before the second totem.

27. After disabling the second totem, turn back and use the waterfall to go back up. The Ringsel will be right there, right in front of the opening you have to use the Kampan Corkscrew to go through.

28. At the very top of a jumping, platforming section you will need to use your Nature's Bloom on spikes to reach.

29. Right in front of the next Save Bell after #28, right before you trigger the third totem.

30. After finishing the third totem, go back to the right and use the Kampan Corkscrew to pass through and go back to the Save Bell. From there, go left and, at the end of the cooridor, there will be an opening you can again use the Corkscrew on. Note that you will have to use two spins – if you forget or don't trigger the second quickly, you will fall down a couple levels. The Ringsel will be in the dead end right after the second Corkscrew. (Don't try to go back the same way, you'll die and have to redo this to get the Ringsel again. Just drop down to the lower level).

31. Right in front of the Save Bell after #30, which is right before the fourth and final totem.

32. This one is hard to miss but impossible to get. As you go towards the boss, you'll need to go up a large waterfall and jump over a floor of spikes to a smaller waterfall on the other end of the room. You'll need to use Nature's Bloom against the spikes to get this Ringsel. Good luck.

33. After #32, go down to the next Save Bell and then jump over the hole to the left (which is where you'll go to get to the boss). Instead, go a bit further to find an area where you'll need to use Nature's Bloom on the spikes to climb up to reach the ringsel on the ledge on the right hand side. Once you get this one, you can go back and down to the boss.

TAI KRUNG CITY: RINGSELS 34 – 47

35. After you learn the Scallywag Spring ability, go back the way you came until you see a platform with a 'neko-girl' (all in pink with cat ears). Jump onto that one and climb and you will need to use the new ability to cross on the electrified lanterns to reach this Ringsel. This will probably take you a few tries to do.

36. After #35, progress with the story and meet Ginseng's parents. Once that dialogue scene is over, climb up to the roof of their house get this Ringsel.

37. Turn back and jump on the platforms above a restaurant with a blue sign (this is also the same location the weird man with "???" as his name disappeared from). Use Pirate Leap to get up to that platform and continue to climb and you will see two platforms that are electrified. Use Nature's Bloom on the first and get to it via Axe-Jumping from the wall. Once you're on it, use the bloom again on the next and jump quickly (only 1 bloom can be active at a time). Then just jump to the platform to get the Ringsel.

SIDE-QUEST: From #37, this time go to the left side from the middle platform and use the new Scallywag Spring ability you learned and climb up to the top. Once you're at the very top, go to the left until you reach a dead end with a ghost. This is the third & last monster you'll need for Zahra's Recruitment Mission.

38. A bit later in the story, when you're turned away by the bouncer of the nightclub, you'll need to go up using Scallywag via the lanterns above you. Keep going left until you reach a new set of lanterns. Drop down a level first and find a Ringsel to the right.

39. Eventually you'll pass a Save Bell and reach a table with wooden planks you must stand on and Pirate Leap up. Go up to the left and climb the power generators (yellow electrical rectangles) and you'll find this Ringsel at the top.

40. When you get to the end of this building, there will be a room full of cats next to a smaller room with a bodybuilder standing in place. Just before this, there is a corridor where you can jump up to the next level. Do so, then go up another level in an identical corridor, then turn to the right to find this Ringsel.

41. After you meet Ren and learn the Barnacle Grip, you'll use it to follow Ren. Eventually you'll come to an end where you'll need to drop down. Before you drop, keep using Barnacle Grip to go up and to the right to get this Ringsel in the air.

42. Eventually you'll be traversing on the roofs and when you pass the first Save Bell you find there, keep going to the right until you reach an area with 3 of the yellow electrical generators. Before you continue to the right, drop down a level instead under them and you'll find a small opening in the floor. Do not just jump in or you will die!! Instead, use the walls to slowly go down to grab the Ringsel just above the electricity before wall-jumping out. (Reminder: If you end up hitting the floor and dying, you will have to collect it again).

43. After Thorani is kidnapped and you drop down into the nightclub, climb up the platforms on the left and then use the Barnacle Grip to get another Ringsel.

44. After you use the elevator at the end, go to the left and you'll immediately find a small drop which you can use to go down a level. After you do, go to the right to get this Ringsel before going down to the private room.

OPTIONAL CHARACTER: Directly from #44, after you go down into the private room, you'll see a woman trapped in a cage and there will be a soldier there you can battle. Kill him to save Yan, after which you can recruit her!

45. After you save Yan, you'll notice there's a breakable barrier high up on the wall to the left of the cage. It's a little tricky but you can break it. On the floor, gain some momentum to trigger Heruka, then, once you're close, use Pirate Leap. If you get her body close enough while still in Heruka, the barrier will break and you can then Leap and axe-jump up to grab this Ringsel in this room. It may take you a couple tries. Here is a video showing how:

46. After you return to the Save Bell via the elevator, go upstairs and use Barnacle Grip to go to the right get this Ringsel, which is also the last one for in this area. (This is right before you fight Ren).

47. After fighting Garuda Cruel, continue on to the right and this Ringsel will be right after the Save Bell.

*IRON KINGDOM: RINGSELS 48 – 53

* The second visit.

*48. As you are running through the city to get back to the factory, you'll come to a room with a muscular woman. When you arrive, the game will automatically cause a short dialogue where Ajna will stop and ask what this is. You'll notice it will give you a prompt allowing you to "Enter" by pressing . Inside, you'll find a talking dog and the Ringsel.

IMPORTANT: This one will not be available if you did not speak to Alpha back in Kaanul (the man next to the bird; see note under #24).

49. A little ways later, you'll climb high using Nature's Embrace on the flying machine enemies. Eventually you'll fight a soldier after which Kampan will leave to "do something unrelated." Climb up again and you'll be right on the edge of the smokestack. Do not jump in yet. Go to the other side first to find the Ringsel in a dead end.

50. As you're making your way you'll come to a point where there are spikes on both sides of the walls and two machines to petrify, do so and on the right hand side there will be the Ringsel on the ledge.

51. After you learn the World Splitter ability, use it to break the floor directly under you (right by Euronymous), you'll make your way down and as you're running on an conveyor belt, you'll need to break the wall with Heruka, and the Ringsel will be right after the barrier. (This is on the normal path of progression so you shouldn't be able to miss this).

52. After you've made your way through and finished the red switches, you'll need to hop on some conveyor belt-platforms with lava in between them. Before you jump to the next one on the left, stick to the right wall instead and use Pirate Leap to wall-jump to this Ringsel up in the air.

53. After you've beat the boss and unlocked the Chakra Gate, you need to start making your way back, and you'll see an opening to use Kampan Corkscrew into a dead end with a Ringsel.

OPTIONAL CHARACTER: On your way back, pass by the spot shown in the video below. In the corner, you'll see two posters, one with a Bob Ross-looking man/woman and one who looks an awful lot like Cloud from Final Fantasy 7. Simply stand in front of them and the game will zoom in on them, after which a cutscene will begin and you will recruit Latigo!

OPTIONAL CHARACTER: After grabbing Latigo, make your way back to your ship but stop at the very first Save Bell of the area. You'll see a small girl with blue hair. Speak to her before you leave to recruit Leilani!

Watch this video to see how to recruit both:

LHAN & *CLIMBING MT. SUMERU: RINGSELS 54 – 63

*The second visit.

IMPORTANT: When speaking to the monks at the beginning of this chapter, head to the left until you reach a dead end with a Save Bell and a large blue dog standing in front of it. This is Lanshi and you can't recruit him now but if you don't speak to him here, you will never be able to recruit him in the future.

54. Back in Mt. Sumeru, after you kill the large red dragon-looking monster, proceed up to the next Save Bell. Once there, smash the left wall and keep going until you see a dead end passage with a yellow/purple magic blocks puzzle and this Ringsel at the end. You'll need to shoot the box above you and then cross to the end quickly by sliding to get this Ringsel. Once there, shoot the box above your head and get back.

55. Soon, you'll reach a spot that ought to be rather familiar to you as it's the same place we got one of the earliest Ringsels the first time we were here. It's a rectangular stone platform capped by spikes and is surrounded by breakable stone platforms. This time, however, we want to go to the higher level from here. When you're standing on the breakable platform above the spikes, you'll see that there is a path on the top left part of the ceiling. Use Nature's Bloom on the spikes and make your way up, then slide under to find a large gap with spikes on both sides. The Ringsel will be on the other side of the gap at the end.

OPTIONAL CHARACTER: After #55, turn back and jump down the large gap to the lower level and continue the path. This time, follow the quest marker until you get outside. Jump up the breakable platforms to the Save Bell at the top. If you followed my instructions above, you will see Lanshi standing right in front of the Bell and you'll finally be able to recruit him.

56. If you keep going, you'll eventually reach an area outdoors where there's another Save Bell on a cliff and it's extremely foggy. Walk off the edge and land on a small platform immediately under, then again walk off to the left side (don't run off as you'll go too far). You'll land on a large flat platform and the Ringsel will be on the far left edge. To get back up, use the yellow block off to the right side.

NOTE: Once you get to the place you previously fought Maha Ravannavar (you'll know as it's the first area you see the glowing blue lanterns), climb up the ceiling entrance (right before the first of those said blue lanterns) using Nature's Bloom on the spiked wall then continue until you'll find a new kind of magic blocks. These are white and blue blocks instead and hitting them will activate a new kind of breakable platform. They will be massive blue spiked-mines encased in thin ice. After touching them, there is a short time until the ice breaks.

57. Use said platforms above and go to the left first to get a Ringsel on a dead end ledge to the left.

58. The next area will require all of your skills, especially using the pogo stick to cross on spikes. Once you get past all that, you'll get to a place where, right next to a Save Bell, there's a large wall with blue spikes underneath that looks like it's impossible to climb but there's actually a gap behind the wall where you'll need to dash to and then use the gap to wall jump up. At the top of that, you'll cross 3 destructible platforms. Stand on the third, as far up against the right edge of it as possible. As soon as it breaks, dash to the right to get this Ringsel hanging in mid-air directly underneath the ceiling of that platform. NOTE: If you reached the Kampan Spin area, you went too far.

59. You'll get to a part where there's a giant mine blocking your way down. Use World Splitter ( + :triangle: when in mid-air) to get past it and to the next Save Bell. From there, go all the way to the left and there'll be a puzzle block in the dead-end. Shoot it and then go up and to the right to get this Ringsel.

60. A little further on, you'll come to an area with another ice-mine platform and a blue puzzle box in the ceiling above it. Shoot that and the next one to the left, and then, from the highest mine-platform on the right side, use a pirate leap to grab the Ringsel in the top right corner on the ceiling.

61. A bit later, you'll reach a Save Bell that will automatically begin a short dialogue scene between Ajna and Thorani. Immediately after, just a few steps to the right, there is a breakable floor. Use World Splitter to break it and you'll land on another breakable floor, but do not break that second one. Take a few steps to the left and grab this Ringsel, then climb back up and continue (don't go down further).

62. In the very next section, shoot the blue puzzle box and wall jump between both rows of ice blocks. This Ringsel will be right on top of the very last ice box on the left side.

63. After the next Save Bell, you'll get to an area where you'll need to shoot a blue puzzle box that's near ground level and wall-jump up another two sets of ice boxes. This time, the Ringsel is at the top against the right wall.

TROPHY NOTE: After beating this boss, this will be the first time you are able to complete a personal 'Incarnation Quest' for the (S) Unlocking One's True Potential trophy, although right now there's only one you can do, which is Phoebe's. Don't forget that, like all the others, you'll need to speak to her in your Inner Realm to get the quest first or her kids will not be there to speak to. (See my Characters, Side-Quests and Move List Supplemental Guide for more details.)

----------

After this, you'll briefly go back to Ashwat to decide what to do. Once there, you can choose the order in which you'll do the next 3 locations, just like you did the first time, though you don't need to repeat the same order. (I didn't.) I did mine in the following order: Tai Krung City => Iron Kingdom => Kaanul.

----------

FREE TAI KRUNG CITY: RINGSELS 64 – 65

* The second visit.

NOTE: From Ashwat, don't take the gate and instead simply continue going forward to reach Tai Krung. After you jump down to the lower level and reach the first Save Bell, you'll be interrupted by Naga Rider. After a short automatic dialogue cutscene, you'll learn an upgrade to your
Heruka Hustle ability, which just basically allows you to remain in Heruka mode even after you jump off a wall or etc. (please note that you might need let go of the directional buttons before you jump on the wall because it seems to cancel Heruka). In addition, Naga Rider himself will now join your party but the only note the game gives you is that he specializes in in-air combos.

OPTIONAL CHARACTER: You can finally recruit Ren! Unfortunately, the game doesn't take you near Ren's location naturally, so if you want to recruit him and get a new weapon for Ajna, you're going to have to go off the path on your own. That said, it's very easy, so you should definitely recruit him before or after you do this chapter, before you leave Tai Krung as this is the last time you'll be here as part of the story. In addition, once you defeat the boss here, you can also do Ren's personal incarnation quest which is right near the boss area! It's a bit of a long explanation though, so just watch my video below to see where & how to get Ren:

64. After you proceed on, stop at the first electrified sign you see. From there, go down and to the left. On the upper floor, there's a wall you'll need to break using Heruka so you'll need to use your new ability to transform into Heruka first at the bottom and keep it going as you climb up as you can't transform once you're up. Get the Ringsel in the dead end.

65. Further on, you'll automatically get this Ringsel as you progress. Right before the next Save Bell, you'll need to use the Kampan Corkscrew 3x in a row and you'll automatically pick up the Ringsel on your third spin.

SIDE-QUEST (INCARNATION: REN): If you haven't done Phoebe's yet that I mentioned in the previous section (and assuming you followed my directions above & got Ren), Ren's is the next one you can do and is also very easy. The video below details how to get the quest, where to go & what to do.

*CLEANSING IRON KINGDOM: RINGSELS 66 – 68

* The third visit.

NOTE: Once you load in, head to the right a bit to get Qadira, then go back and break the floor to go down into the sewers.

66. Once Kampan breaks the ceiling for you, go up and grab the Ringsel on the left.

67. After #66, continue to the right until you reach the next big room and drop down to grab this Ringsel right under you to the left.

68. This next Ringsel is quite a bit further on. Once you reach an open room with an arch door and a square arch platform, climb up from there until you reach the Chakra Gate. Once there, use your new Sky Splitter ability to break the ceiling and climb up then continue to the left. Past this it's a bit complicated to explain, so please see the video below:

*SAVE KAANUL: RINGSEL 69

* The second visit.

IMPORTANT: When you load in and finish the cutscene, head all the way to the dead end on the right and Angwu will give you a new ability Angwu's Blessing. This allows you to use your Air Dash in any direction.

69. Once you learn Angwu's Blessing, dash upwards through the water, then go left & do the same in between the spikes. At the top of the spikes is a small platform on the right-hand side with a Ringsel.

----------

TIP: At this point, I took a short break and completed a few Incarnation quests & recruited the optional character I was missing. That said, this isn't the point of no return just yet so if you'd prefer to leave these until the end, that's fine as well. However, you should at least pick up Lanshi's quest as it can be done along the way. Speak to him in your Inner Realm then quickly visit Ashwat and head all the way left into the village and speak to a young girl refugee there. After that, continue with the story to Lhan and Mt. Sumeru.

----------

FINAL BATTLE: RINGSELS 70 – 82

70. Once you reach Dhar's sword and finish the cutscene, continue further and you'll reach another Save Bell and another short scene about destroying Kala. To the right, there will be a breakable wall and breakable ceiling. Ignore the wall and instead break the ceiling and climb up. There will be two magic blocks here. Shoot the lower one, opening the barrier so you can reach the Ringsel in the alcove above. Then shoot that box to exit and continue your journey.

71. (If you followed my advice above and picked up Lanshi's quest, this Ringsel is right by the flower you have to pick for it.) It's somewhat complicated to explain, so please see the video below on how to get this Ringsel and quest item:

72. Later on, you'll reach a room with two adjacent columns of ice block mines you'll have to jump between. Reach the top of the left column and then use Pirate Leap and Sky Splitter straight up into the mine above you, and from there quickly dash to the left to pick up this Ringsel. Since you'll likely fall down afterwards, don't forget to climb back up to the same ice block but this time jump up and to the left to the platform to continue on with the story. Watch the video below to see how:

TIP: The game does not tell you anything about this so it's easy to spend a long time trying to figure out what to do. When you reach the open room with a spider above you, you'll need to use Sky Splitter to reach it, and then, before you fall down, quickly shoot a Nature arrow directly above you into the short opening to petrify a second spider above. Once you do, you can then teleport to it with Angwu's blessing. You'll need to do this a few times in this section.

73-75. After you pass the middle and reach the Summit (it'll be clear as it's very purple and a new area to you), you'll reach a hard platforming section that has 3 Ringsels in close proximity to each other. In all likelihood, this is going to take you a decent amount of time to pass as it's very challenging so just don't give up! Watch the video below for directions for these 3 Ringsels:

n_n Thanks! It's honestly a really good, underrated game! Hopefully my guides will help you. :)

They are definitely helping! :applause: Im using the three at the same time xD

Btw, on R16, there is a part you wrote "This time, however, go all the way to the left"... I actually went all the way to the right to find the breakable wall

Yay! Now that you remind me though I have even more to add to both these supplements.

Woops!! You are 100% correct! I just watched the video I posted for it and yup it's to the right lmao. I corrected it. :) Thanks for letting me know!

Hi, I can't get this one ringsel and it isn't in your guide, any idea how to get it?

It's in Iron Kingdom and there's 2 slime walls either side and spikes below with more slime either side of the spikes.

You're supposed to wall jump but you can't use pirates leap because of the slime on the floor.

Where are you in the story? Can you show me a screenshot of the actual Ringsel?

I've activated the chakra gates in Iron Kingdom and Kaanul

Hmm okay well right now without going and checking it out myself (which I will do tomorrow to see if I've picked it up or not), all I can tell you right now is that I THINK you'll have to wait until you unlock certain abilities like Angwu's blessing allowing you to be able to dash in all directions and the abilities that give you the heruka dashes in all directions. Once you've got those, you should be able to get any Ringsel in the game.

Tomorrow when I check it in-game, I'll post here if I have any other info about it.

No problem :) glad I could help.

Oh btw, inmediately after R19 and the save point, there are two slime walls in the ceiling which you can reach with the spear, and after wall jumping, you get to a place with a Ringsel. Not sure if you point this one further into the guide since Im in my first visit to Iron Kingdom xD... but just wanted to let you know you can get it here anyway:dance:.

Use the slime on the floor to reach the wall to the left and wall jump to the other side of the spikes.

EDIT: Upss...sorry for the double post. Hopefully a mod will merge both comments :(

EDIT 2: Im actually more worried about R20 since that purple creature is impossible to beat! Ive got a battle lasting over 20 minutes just to fail a perfect block and got killed.

EDIT 3: About R32. It is actually not that bad. Go up the large waterfall up until the very end and jump to the small waterfall, from there, shoot the spikes with Nature's Bloom, then, jump to the closest spikes (the lower ones) and from there jump to the other side while holding left. Once you feel you are getting back to the left wall use your Axe to get to the upper spikes. From there just jump to the right to get the Ringsel. The tricky part is returning to the large waterfall but I found a way to do it after a couple of tries. You have to position yourself in the lower part of the upper spikes (if that makes any sense) and from there jump to the right. If you are too high you will hit the ceiling and fall to the spikes. I hope that helps.

Doing that only lets you get past the spikes sadly, you can't jump from wall to wall to get the ringsel since they're too far apart :(

Oh right, sorry, I misread your post.

Edit 4: About this one:

R42. Eventually you'll be traversing on the roofs and when you pass the first Save Bell you find there, keep going to the right until you reach an area with 3 of the yellow electrical generators. Before you continue to the right, drop down a level instead under them and you'll find a small opening in the floor.

Just wanted to pint out that the area with the Ringsel is after the 3 yellow generators and when you need to use your bow in the light signal to continue.

Edit 5: By the way, ater finishing that level, there are two Ringsels you can get before moving on. Now that you have all the nececsary abillities, you can take the upper road from the initial part of the stage.

Edit 5: After R43 I found a Ringsel which doesnt seem to be in the guide. Proceed to the right through the celing and the gap (under which you have the save bell) and there is Ringsel in your way.

I'll take a look at these things in a bit, currently doing the DLC so I can get that guide up. Thanks for letting me know, I appreciate it! Also, just so everyone knows, there are some Ringsels not here yet, but will show later as I backtrack and collect all the things that weren't along the way at that time. I just wanted to post the ones you'll come directly into contact with until the end of the game because only the first 50 (or so) are the most important ones for the platinum, so I wanted those out first. n_n

Just wanted to say I got the platinum and was able to get all characters and Ringsels thanks to your guides.

Cheers!

Aw, thank you! I'm really glad they helped! :applause:
