sophiest
I remember I liked to play Bejeweled when I was only 5, and then, at 6 or 7, I've started my Heroes of Might and Magic adventure. And what about you? What did you play when you were a child?
Terminator
I played loads of PC games when I was younger, including : X-Wing Tie Fighter Masters of Orion 1+2 (sucked ass so I dumped it very quickly) Most of the Lucasarts point and click back catalogue Command & Conquer (every entry, up and until just before the series went down the toilet thanks to the god awful Tiberian Twilight) Doom 1+2 Most of the Bullfrog back catalogue Homeworld and Homeworld: Cataclysm (2 sucked so I got rid of it) Delta Force Dr Drago's Madcap Chase Settlers 1+2 (all the later entries sucked) Dark Forces 1 Half Life + all 3 expansion packs The Gunman Chronicles (a very low budget Half Life knock off but it was decent enough) Project IGI 1 Caesar II Unreal Tournament 1-3 Transport Tycoon Transport Tycoon Deluxe Worms 1+2 ...plus a crap ton more that I don't even remember. shrapx
Ah, young-uns... Oregon Trail Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego and some old math game I used to play on an Apple IIE. Remember going to internet café in one of the large towns where I used to live with family and they would hire a few of the PC's so mates and I could play together. SchalkeGunners
First game I ever saw being played and played myself was Doom 2. I've recently started playing it again and I still love its pixelated graphics and retro music/sounds. Age of Empires was the second game I ever played and I still play it as well (play more of AoE 2 though). The nostalgia is real.

Alindawyl
Ah, young-uns... Oregon Trail Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego and some old math game I used to play on an Apple IIE. Or was it an IBM? I don't remember, it had two working colors, Black and Green. Preach! There was no PC until I was 11 years old, and it wasn't a decent gaming platform until I was in my 20's. We gamed on Commodore or Apple or Atari or things the young-uns these days have never heard of. Even TRS-80 or Spectrum were better for games than PC. Git off mah lawn, whippersnappers! M.U.L.E. (my favorite game back in the 1980's) "Gold Box" AD&D and Dragonlance games (Pool of Radiance, Champions of Krynn, etc) Infocom text adventure games (Zork, Deadline, Leather Goddesses of Phobos, etc) Karateka (the bird, oh my the BIRD!) Ultima series (hail, Lord British) Questron (my first non-Ultima RPG) Wasteland (still the best RPG ever) Fort Apocalypse (so much better than Choplifter) Beach Head Maniac Mansion Starflight (the Spemin were awesome!) Impossible Mission (No. No! NO!!!!!) Seven Cities of Gold (so many sleepless nights after wanting to explore JUST ONE MORE AREA) King's Quest series Space Quest series Raid Over Moscow Raid on Bungeling Bay Leisure Suit Larry series Archon (battle chess, eat your heart out) Pirates! (never had so much fun getting old and retiring) Elite (first game I sank more than 500 hours into) Aztec I even owned many of these, rather than having a pirated copy

Viper
Nothing really...I've always been a console player. But one game that I do have fond memories of, it was a LEGO game that came out in the 90's...I think it was called LEGO Island? For not being a PC gamer, I put a lot of time into that. I played some other things on PC...but it was never for any serious length of time. Such as GTA 1 and 2, Quake, Doom, Wolfenstein. I don't know...there's just something about PC gaming that's never appealed to me.
Sparse Dunes
Doom 2 and Lemmings. Played it on a Macintosh 98 way back when.
Savenger
Wolfenstein, Chips Challenge and Gorillas were some of my first PC Gaming experiences. Gorillas was particularly fun for two players. You play as one of two Gorillas on either end of a skyline filled with skyscrapers. You take turns throwing exploding bananas at each other, with the first player to blow up their opponent winning. Great fun! Padraig_81
I started with a Commodore 64 but don't really remember what games I had back then. On PC I played mostly Warcraft I - III Command & Conquer Diablo LucasArts Adventures X-Wing, Tie Fighter etc... Baldurs Gate, Neverwinter Nights etc. But I didn't like that you had to upgrade the PC so often, so I switched to consoles and stayed there
