Estimated trophy difficulty: 2/10 (Platinum Difficulty Rating) Offline trophies: 32 (14(B), 12(S), 5(G), 1(P)) Online trophies: 0 Approximate amount of time to platinum: 5 hours (with walkthrough) - 10-12 hours without (Estimated Time to Platinum) Minimum number of playthroughs: 1 + clean up Number of missable trophies: 0 Glitched trophies: 0 Does difficulty affect trophies?: N/A Do trophies stack?: N/A Do cheat codes disable trophies?: N/A RiME is an adventure–puzzle video game developed by the Spanish studio Tequila Works. You play as a young boy shipwrecked on a mysterious island and have to solve many different puzzles to continue your meaningful journey. It has a deep story and a wonderful soundtrack, and is similar to games like ICO, Journey or The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Trophy-wise it is very easy and short if using a guide. Nothing is missable as a chapter selection will be unlocked when you finish the game and every collectible will be instantly saved. Step 0: Enjoy the game. This is really an enjoyable game and I'd recommend playing it first without using the guide. It's fairly easy and the puzzles shouldn't give you any trouble. With the guide you can earn the platinum in 4-5 hours so a second playthrough won't take you long. If you are in a rush then feel free to skip to step 1. Step 0.5: Break many jars and lit many lights. These two trophies are cumulative so it's impossible to say when you're going to pop them, but you should break every jar you see and lit every light you see by yelling at them with . You should need around 50 jars and 50 lights to unlock these trophies and there are way more than that throughout the game. You will unlock, later in the game, these trophies: Jars in the sand Lighten up Step 1: Complete the game while getting all the collectibles and earning all the trophies. Make sure to use the Platinum Walkthrough to see locations of all the collectibles and how, when and where to get all the trophies. Some trophies can be earned at multiple places but the majority of them are earned in specific places. Keep in mind that nothing is missable but if you happen to miss something at the end of a chapter, you will need to replay it from the beginning. Plus the chapter selection will be unlocked only after finishing the game a first time. In chapter 1 you should unlock these trophies, in order: Reckless cannonball Happy family That went too far Ancient treasure Careful steps Funeral flowers Dark and quiet The path of light Don't say no In chapter 2 you should unlock these trophies, in order: Wrong direction Unbearable In chapter 3 you should unlock these trophies, in order: Patience Without a trace Hold your breath What lies in the deep Bite the dust Good intentions Lost Lullaby Ask for a miracle In chapter 4 you should unlock these trophies, in order: Racing From the sky to the abyss It's a process The Truth Toyful Child Full Wardrobe No hope In chapter 5 you should unlock these trophies, in order: To let go Sweet Memory Step 2: Reload Chapter 2 to get the last trophy. There is only one trophy that you can't earn in your first attempt, and this is at the very beginning of Chapter 2. This is because you need to wear an outfit that you can only find in Chapter 4, and to replay Chapter 2, you need to finish the game a first time to unlock a chapter selection. Now reload the chapter, make sure to wear the black outfit and run a few meters to get this trophy. Easty
http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/2268/6f8.jpg That went too far Throw something as far as you can. This trophy can be done in multiple places, you have to throw an object from a high distance. The first opportunity is in Chapter 1, you will need to grab a fruit near the boars and throw it when standing on the cliff or on the bridge. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/2268/ac3.jpg Careful steps Don't smash the eggs. During Chapter 1 you will need to solve some puzzles to activate 3 fish head fountains to raise water. In one of these puzzles you will climb inside a structure and you will see some nests with eggs in them. Don't ever touch them when you're climbing up or you will need to reload the last checkpoint. The trophy will pop once you solve this puzzle. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/2268/993.jpg Dark and quiet Complete the labyrinth without making a sound. At the end of Chapter 1 you will reach a maze. Once you reach it, you need to reach the exit without making noises (don't yell with nor jump with ). If you fall, it's best to reload the last checkpoint. You can go to settings and set the brightness on max to see where you need to go. The trophy will pop when you reach the entrance of the tower. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/2268/185.jpg What lies in the deep Find the shark. During Chapter 3, you will reach some water sections and you will need to dive into them. The shark is in the third section. When you're outside the water, face the fox and look at the first waterfall on your right. This is the approximate location of the shark. Jump in the water and dive as much as possible to find it. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/2268/94e.jpg Hold your breath Use only one bubble in the underwater cave. During Chapter 3, you will need to dive into 3 sections of water. You need to use only one bubble to pass the 3 sections, not 1/section. Don't take any bubble in the first section and take one in the second section as it's the longest. Now dive into the third section and don't take any bubbles, when you'll get out of the water you'll the trophy. If you die in the water and you have already used a bubble, it's best to reload the last checkpoint as it might void the trophy and there is a checkpoint right after getting out of the third section of water. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/2268/d3f.jpg Funeral flowers Find a nice resting place. During Chapter 1, you will need to solve some puzzles to activate 3 fish head fountains to raise water. Once the middle section is full of water you can jump into it and dive to find an entrance, go near the flowers and the trophy will pop. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/2268/fa1.jpg Good intentions Try to undo a mistake. During Chapter 3, you will pick up a kind of orb in a tree. Later in the chapter you will get an orb of light. You will eventually get back in the room near the tree, so when you have to "save" the sentinel from all the shades, turn around instead and go use the orb on the tree by pressing . http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/2268/b3b.jpg Blend-in with the surroundings Move undetected amongst the shades. This trophy can be unlocked in Chapter 2 but it is impossible to unlock it the first time you play this chapter. This is because you need the 6th outfit that is located in Chapter 4. You need to pick up this outfit and finish the game to unlock the chapter selection. Now replay Chapter 2 and make sure to wear the 6th (black) outfit. At the very beginning of this chapter, simply run past the shades to unlock this trophy. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/2268/14b.jpg From the sky to the abyss Witness the resting place of the once mighty. During Chapter 4, a sentinel will eventually break down a wall. Climb it up and look down to your right to see some sentinels. If the trophy doesn't pop, try pressing . http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/2268/8c4.jpg Wrong direction The other way was safer. At the very end of Chapter 2, after rolling the ball and taking the bridge, the bird will chase you. Run towards it to get the trophy. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/2268/245.jpg Patience Turning your back to the truth and persevering will lead you nowhere. At the beginning of Chapter 3, you will eventually reach an infinite corridor. Run forward this corridor for around 2 minutes without turning around to unlock this trophy. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/2268/24d.jpg Racing Be faster than the Sentinels. At the start of Chapter 4 once you can move, go to the right and follow the path. The trophy will pop if you reach the big statue before the sentinels. This is fairly easy and you just have to follow the stairs, but you can also climb to save more time. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/2268/a7b.jpg Don't say no Leave denial behind. Story related and cannot be missed. This trophy unlocks when you finish Chapter 1. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/2268/52a.jpg Unbearable From victim to victor. I only found one in the first chapter unfortunately.. There are more than enough jars if you keep looking everywhere, I unlocked the trophy during Chapter 3. The first you can find is at the start of chapter 1 when going for the first collectible, and there are many jars before reaching the dark maze, you can't miss them.
