I missed one trophy - the one with the oven magnetron coz I just went ahead feeling very confident that I already know the way back, without consulting the next steps on the guide (the only time I did this) and this had overwritten the manual save. Mea culpa no less. The game is short so playing it again shouldn't be a problem. Nonetheless the guide is spot on - just pay attention.
