The only solution is to delete the save file and replay the game again on Expert. There is a Game Breaking Bug that can prevent you continuing (see Game Breaking Bug Warning for more info) Do cheat codes disable trophies?: None Do trophies stack?: No Does difficulty affect trophies?: Yes, you must complete the game on Expert Difficulty. http://i.imgur.com/JlyfPY4.png Enigmatis: The Ghosts of Maple Creek ~ Platinum Walkthrough (Text) http://i.imgur.com/kOsZCAh.png Enigmatis: The Ghosts of Maple Creek is a point-and-click detective adventure game that includes some puzzle and mini-game solving. The story is about a young detective who finds herself just outside a small town on the side of the road. You have no memory of the recent events, you feel like you're being watched and all the townsfolk are missing. Use your detective skills to figure out who you are, what you're doing here and solve the mystery of Maple Creek. Trophy-wise, the trophy list is very simple and the best thing about it is that all the trophies are trophies, a trophy hunter's dream come true since Terminator Salvation (video game). The gameplay is similar to that of Clockwork Tales: Of Glass and Ink (without the collectible trophies) and three trophies are story related, while eight trophies are missable. There is no Chapter Select or Manual Save feature for this game, but the game does autosave everything that you do. You only need 1 playthrough if you choose to play The Ghosts of Maple Creek on Expert Difficulty. While you're playing through the game, focus your attention on trying not to use the button ("Hints"/"Skipping") during the Hidden Object Puzzle scenes or Mini-Games. Doing so can void some trophies from unlocking, which would require you to replay the entire game again. There are a few time-related trophies, but they're quite easy to obtain. Afterwards, you will only have one thing left to do, which will be for finishing the bonus chapter. http://i.imgur.com/uBw8vx2.png I highly recommend that you follow a walkthrough so you can reduce the completion time to 2-4 hours. Using a walkthrough will enable you to obtain all missable trophies with step-by-step instructions that will make sure you get the Platinum Trophy in a single playthrough. Game Breaking Bug Warning: There is a game breaking bug that can happen while you're playing the game. It seems to happen randomly after solving a Mini-Game. What it does is prevents you from advancing through the story, meaning you will lose the ability to press to interact with objects. You also lose the ability to press to use items with other interact-able objects. The only thing you can do is press and hold to back out of things, which can take you all the way back to the start of the game and then you'll be stuck there forever. There is no way to fix this issue other than deleting your save file and starting a new game. The developers are currently trying to find out what is causing this, so it might be patched in the near future. How to avoid the Game Breaking Bug?: There is only one way to prevent the game breaking bug from happening to you and that is to return back to the main menu so your game can autosave. Close the game and backup your save file with Cloud Save or a USB Flash Drive. I recommend you do this on the two known Mini-Games that the game breaking bug can happen on (the walkthrough will warn you to make a backup save): The first Mini-Game is the one inside a house where you pick up the Glass Piece. The second Mini-Game is the very last Mini-Game of the game, where you need to spell out the password, Asmodai. Hint Abuse Trick: There is a little trick you can do that will not void your trophies for using Hints during a Hidden Object Puzzle scene. If you're taking too long in finding the last object within a Hidden Object Puzzle scene; press to return back to the main menu and your game will autosave. Close the game so you can backup save file using Cloud Save or a USB FlashDrive. Restart the game and press to use the hints and it will show you the hidden-object that you're having trouble finding. To undo the voiding of your trophy; close the game, delete the save file on the console and download the backup save you made beforehand. Resume the game and click on the object that the hint showed. This trick will save you time. Step 1: Complete The Ghosts of Maple Creek on Expert Difficulty while obtaining all missable trophies This is the first step towards obtaining the Platinum Trophy. You will want to Start a new game on The Ghosts of Maple Creek and select "Expert Difficulty." Completing The Ghosts of Maple Creek on Expert Difficulty will also unlock the Investigator trophy, which is for completing the game on "Normal Difficulty". As mentioned in the Introduction section, starting on "Expert Difficulty" will enable you to obtain the Platinum Trophy in only 1 playthrough. Do not to use the button ("Hints"/"Skipping") during the Hidden Object Puzzle scenes or Mini-Games. Doing so can void some trophies from unlocking, which would require you to replay the entire game again. There are a few time-related trophies, but they're quite easy to obtain. If you're using a Walkthrough while you're playing through the game at the same time, you will obtain all story related and missable trophies within a single playthrough. At the end of this step, you should have the following trophies: Instant finding Eagle-eyed Flawless aim Faster than light Skilled searcher Bright mind Puzzle Expert Master searcher Detective Investigator Step 2: Complete The Ghosts of the Past on any Difficulty The Ghosts of the Past is a prequel to the game's main adventure. In order to unlock The Ghosts of the Past, you must first finish The Ghosts of Maple Creek. Thankfully, the best thing about The Ghosts of the Past is that its story related and has no other trophies to worry about. Not only that but you can select any Difficulty Playing Mode you want. In order to unlock the trophy in the shortest amount of time possible; I recommend starting on "Normal Difficulty" and following the Walkthrough. At the end of this step, you should have the following trophies: The whole story Platinum Step 3: The Ghosts of Maple Creek Cleanup This is an optional step if you've missed any trophies during The Ghosts of Maple Creek. There is no Chapter Select so you will have to play through The Ghosts of Maple Creek again until you get whatever you have missed. Blaze Naruto Shippuden
http://i.imgur.com/fWbcpV4.png http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/5467/05f.jpg Platinum Unlock every Trophy. Collect all other trophies to unlock this trophy. Congratulations! http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/5467/8d0.jpg Faster than light Finish any Mini-Game in less than 1 minute. (Missable!) Note: When you press to Pause the game, you also pause the timer. For this trophy, you need to solve and finish any Mini-Game in less than 1 minute. Mini-Games are the puzzles that aren't Hidden Object Puzzles scenes. This may seem daunting at first, but it's really isn't that difficult. You can actually obtain this trophy naturally without even thinking about. In fact, you can achieve this trophy on the very first Mini-Game inside the chapel. This chapel actually has 3 different Mini-Games of swapping the Angel Heads into their right places. These 3 Mini-Games are the same for everyone, so you can copy the solution images and obtain the trophy much easier. The Yellow Angel Heads requires you to swap only 3 Yellow Angel Heads, but you only need to swap the bottom two Angel Heads and the trophy will unlock: http://i.imgur.com/46d9Cgr.jpg Additionally, if you're worried that you might still miss the trophy for failing the time requirement. Press to return back to the main menu so your game can autosave. Close the game application and backup your save file via Cloud Save or a USB Flash Drive. This method works due to the game having no Chapter Select feature and only relies on AutoSaving. You shouldn't need to backup your save file, but the option is there if you wish to do so. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/5467/1c5.jpg Skilled searcher Finished 7 Hidden Object Puzzles in a row without using hints. (Missable!) Please see Master searcher for more information. If you're using a Walkthrough, then this trophy will unlock after solving the Hidden Object Puzzle for the Hook and Rope. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/5467/0bb.jpg Master searcher Finish all Hidden Object Puzzles without using hints. This trick will save you time if you're taking too long in finding the last object within a Hidden Object Puzzle scene. This trophy is for solving and finishing all Hidden Object Puzzle scenes without using hints. There are a total of 34 Hidden Object Puzzles throughout the game. This means while you're solving the Hidden Object Puzzle scenes, you cannot press the button for the "Hints" feature even if it's fully charged. If you do press it by mistake, you will void your trophy from unlocking! The game will not warn you and it'll tell you where a piece of the puzzle is within the Hidden Object Puzzle scene that. It's best to never press the button on the D-pad while you're playing through the game. If you are struggling to find an object, it may be covered here, though not all objects are in this guide: CLICK If you're using a Walkthrough, then this trophy will unlock after solving the final Hidden Object Puzzle scene for the Demonic Symbols 5/5 near the end of the game. http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/5467/8ca.jpg Flawless aim Finish any Hidden Object Puzzle with less than 4 mistakes. (Missable!) This trophy is for completing a Hidden Object Puzzle scene with less than 4 mistakes. During Hidden Object Puzzle scenes you need to find objects in order to proceed with the story. There are a total of 34 Hidden Object Puzzle scenes in The Ghosts of Maple Creek's adventure. These objects are shown within a blue word box at the bottom of your screen, but they are all hidden within the image above that word box. These aren't difficult to complete especially if you're using a Walkthrough. Here is some more additional information about Hidden Object Puzzle scenes: All Hidden Object Puzzle scenes are randomised and the walkthrough cannot help you complete them. Hidden Object Puzzle scenes have no time limits You can only make 4 mistakes and the trophy will still count, but more than 5 mistakes during any Hidden Object Puzzle scene will void the trophy from unlocking after completing it. Make sure you're hovering over the objects correctly or it might not register what you clicked on exactly, causing you to make a mistake. This trophy cannot be obtained during The Ghosts of the Past adventure. If you are struggling to find an object, it may be covered here, though not all objects are in this guide: CLICK http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/5467/f9f.jpg Instant finding Find 3 hidden-objects within 3 seconds. (Missable!) For this trophy, you need to find 3 hidden-objects within 3 seconds. At first, this appears to be the hardest trophy in the game; however, it's not as hard as it seems to be and you can also unlock this trophy naturally just by playing the game. Also, see Eagle-eyed for finishing any Hidden Object Puzzle in less than 1 minute since you can unlock both these trophies together. The best and easiest way to unlock this trophy is to look for the large objects within the Hidden Object Puzzle scene first before actually selecting anything. The reasoning behind this is because you will not misclick large hidden-objects and can select them quite easily compared to the smaller hidden-objects. You do want these hidden-objects to be close together, so you don't have to move your cursor that far to another object. Last of all, it's extremely important to note that the 3 second timer actually doesn't start until you've selected an object within that Hidden Object Puzzle scene. This basically means that the first hidden-objects doesn’t have a timer on it, but you have roughly about 1½ seconds to select the next 2 hidden-objects. If you can select 2 other hidden-objects within 3 seconds, then the trophy will unlock. Additionally, if you're worried that you might still miss the trophy for failing the time requirement. Press to return back to the main menu so your game can autosave. Close the game application and backup your save file via Cloud Save or a USB Flash Drive. Blaze Naruto Shippuden
Looks good mate. Didnt take you long either. Cheers buddy. This Trophy Guide was a template of Clockwork Tales: Of Glass and Ink which is why it didn't take so long. I kept it similar to it but made the necessary changes. The walkthrough was the main thing that took time and I had to replay the game again due to the game breaking bug which set me back 1 day. It's good that it happened to me, so I know about it. Yeah the only suggestion I would have made would've been to redownload a backup save, but you already did that. I'll make an update to the trophy soon. And no prob. I think I've just fluffed up, got to the boathouse, picking the locks and I've hit up on the god damn d- pad:( Start again? Was hoping to get it completed today too The lock picking is a mini-game. As long as you didn't say "Ok" to skip the mini-game. Your trophy will still unlock for not skipping mini-games. But if you pressed up by mistake on a Hidden Object Scene, then your no hint use for HOS will be voided. Only way to undo that is to close the game application. The Alchemist
I'm at the part where you have to collect the final 2 demonic symbols by completing hidden object scenes in the church and tomb. (its shortly after you get the pickup fueled up and working and drive to the gas station). I am able to interact (walk up) to the junk pile downstairs in the church and find the items, but I am unable to interact (walk up) to the pile in the tomb. doesn't appear anywhere on screen. I followed all precautions (backing up my save at the recommended points) and still have the issue after downloading the previous save. Am I screwed and have to start again? I'm not even guaranteed it won't happen again. Or am I just missing something?

The Alchemist
Thankfully my game didn't glitch. I was following the text walkthrough and it said the hidden object scene was located in the tomb by the Church, but it was actually located at the start location in the little chapel. As you said, this is random I think. I only figured it out by using the hint button as you suggested, to guide me there. Thanks for the reply Blaze, great guide too Edited June 4, 2017 by The Alchemist
