Can I play this without Move controllers?

Nope, this is a dedicated VR game so the Move controllers are mandatory.

Move controllers are NOT mandatory just because a game is VR. (I used a Dualshock on The Playroom VR and Jackal Assault plus heard Eagle Flight ONLY uses a Dualshock.) I've only used Move controllers for Fruit Ninja VR so I can't say if DS works or not but I would assume they would. It would just feel a lot more unnatural using DS as swords than Move controllers.

The PS Store entry for this game says otherwise: https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-gb/games/fruit-ninja-vr/cid=EP4043-CUSA06882_00-0000000000000006 because under "File Size" and in the main product description it says "PlayStation®Move motion controller and PlayStation®Eye camera required".
