Introduction:

This is an action spinoff of the Hyperdimension Neptunia series made by Tamsoft, the same developers who made Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus and Hyperdimension Neptunia: Producing Perfection. Like the latter game, one may notice that the game is lacking in actual content, with the main campaign taking a whopping 6 hours to complete to 100%. That said, most of the plat time comes from the grinds on your way to clearing the Neptral Tower at least five times and getting every single Lily Rank maxed out. The game is fairly fun towards the beginning, though it can become incredibly tedious towards the end, so bring some music or passive watching material with you for the endgame, so you don’t go insane.

WARNING: Make sure to start with the Goddess prologue. There has been a report of the four Chapter 1 related trophies not unlocking when the Candidate prologue is selected. Whether this is an isolated case or a potential widespread problem is unknown, but since you have to play both anyway to clear Chapter 1, just pick the Goddess prologue at the menu screen to ensure you earn these trophies the first time.

Step 1: Main Game Up to Chapter 3:

Here, you’ll want to make sure that you watch every event and clear every quest available to you. The main game is arguably the hardest part of the platinum since you don’t have any particularly powerful equipment yet that doesn’t also horribly inconvenience you in another department, and you don’t have access to any cheats until you clear the final boss. That said, it really isn’t difficult by any stretch; I only ever had true difficulty with one mission until I realized how to do it and I’m not particularly good at action games. Also, you’ll want to make sure to either fail or quit out of an irregular mission (marked in red on the mission select screen) before you clear all of them so you don’t miss Please Help! (B).

Step 2: The Gamindustri Gauntlet:

You’ll want to do this as soon as you clear Chapter 3 as it will give you several overpowered accessories that will make the rest of the game a breeze as well as cheats for infinite SP and disabling knockback that will also reduce the difficulty even further if you are so inclined as to use them. See Gauntlet Domination (G) for more details on the Gamindustri Gauntlet.

Step 3: The Remaining Main Game Missions:

Now that you have the overpowered accessories from the Gamindustri Gauntlet, you should have no problems clearing any remaining missions. Simply clear the rest of the missions and make sure you’ve unlocked and viewed every News event to have the main game cleared to 100%. See Quest Master (G) and Event Master (G) for more details.

Step 4: Neptral Tower:

Simply clear all 50 floors of the tower with every character and make sure to clear Floor 50 at least once with someone having the Level 1 Accessory equipped and you will have all of the relevant trophies from this mode. See Neptral Force (G) and The Spectral One (G) for more details on these two tasks.

Step 5: The Grind (It’s Real):

This is where you may need some music or passive viewing material to get through the rest of the platinum. This step alone will take somewhere around 10-15 hours, and you will likely be playing the same few Neptral Tower floors over and over again on your way to getting all of the medals and getting all 45 Lily Ranks to Level 10. See Lily Master (G) and Medal Mania (S) for more information.

You did everything you could do in Hyperdimension Neptunia U: Action Unleashed! "Congrats, completionists! Maybe I'll see you in a canonical game soon!"

Congrats on your plat.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/040.jpg Quest Master (G)

Cleared all Quests in Story mode. "You kept clearing Quests even after being the final boss? Well, go you!"

Missable

To get this trophy, just clear every quest in the game besides the Level 99 quests (in the Japanese version, these were added through a patch and didn’t count for 100% completion; this was not altered in the English and Korean releases). Provided you’ve been clearing all quests as they come in, you should just need the “Solo! [Character]” quests to get this trophy.

Here’s a list of what quests should be unlocked (excluding Level 99 and DLC Quests) at this point.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/3c1.jpg Lily Lord (G)

Raised the Lily Rank of all characters to MAX. "We're all so buddy-buddy that we just hug and giggle instead of argue anymore. And that lovely image is all thanks to you!"

Welcome to the largest grind in the entire game. In the game, Lily Ranks are essentially a stat assigned to each possible pairing in the game that raises with every 3 fights completed with that pairing (though Rank 7 -> Rank 8 and Rank 8 -> Rank 9 only require two fights each for whatever reason). You get slight perks for reaching certain levels with each rank, though they aren’t very significant.

For this trophy, you will have to raise every single Lily Rank in the game to Level 10, which takes anywhere from 20-25 fights per rank depending on where the rank starts from (most will start at Level 1 and require 25 fights to reach Level 10). This wouldn’t be so bad except for the fact that there’s a whopping 45 of them and they all have to be raised one at a time, meaning this will take over 1000 fights to achieve. Considering that the main game only has 75 quests (some of which are restricted to one character) and Neptral Tower will only get you about 250 fights (possibly a little more if you replay levels with certain characters to catch them up to the others for more efficient rank grinding), you will likely have to go through around 700 fights once you are done with everything else to get this trophy.

First of all, when going for Lily Ranks before you clear Neptral Tower, only raise them to Rank 9. This is because once you get every character to the top of the tower, there is an event that raises every rank by 1, so if you have any ranks at Rank 10, that’s three fights wasted. It may not seem like much, but if you have several ranks at Rank 10 before that event, then you’re throwing quite a lot of the game’s charity out of the window.

Thankfully, there are ways to make this simpler. If you are willing to use cheats, replaying Floors 44-48 of Neptral Tower over and over again takes about 4 minutes per run and can maximize a Lily Rank in about 15 minutes if you use at least the One-Hit KO cheat (unlocks at the same time as Neptral Force (G)). Floors 44, 45, 46, and 48 will take seconds to clear this way and Floor 47 will take about a minute. This not only places you in the path of several quick levels, but also reduces the amount of time spent on loading screens significantly (loading between floors takes about 3 seconds whereas loading a floor from the floor selection screen takes about 10-15 seconds). Another method is to simply use Floors 44-46 to avoid the longer 47th floor, though this results in more loading screens.

If you do not wish to use cheats for whatever reason or you just need a break from the other methods, replaying Floor 5 over and over again can get a Lily Rank maximized in about 20 minutes, though at the cost of more loading screen time and even less variety in stages, which can make the grinding unbearable in longer sessions.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/03f.jpg Chapter 3 Clear! (S)

Cleared Chapter 3 in Story mode. "We introduce our special guest...uh, wait, since when did we have a special guest?!"

For this chapter, you first have to see some events, after which you will unlock The Final Battle?. Don’t bother preparing for the mission because it’s impossible to win by design. Once you fail the mission, you will see an event and you will unlock five missions in Valtena’s Path that force you to play as certain characters. Clear these missions and you will unlock your Lily Special moves and Final Revival. Simply clear Final Revival and you’re done the chapter.

For the first stage of the final boss, it is protected by a shield that blocks out all attacks. You will have to use a Lily Special to break her shield. Thankfully, your EXE Drive gauge fills slowly just for doing nothing to make up for your inability to fill it manually (hits that do no damage can’t fill the EXE Gauge). Let it fill at least until you can transform (or even all the way if you want) and then, instead of transforming, switch characters and do the same for your other character. Now just use the Lily Special (:vital: + :vitar: + :triangle:) to break the boss’s shield.

For the second stage of battle, just spam attacks on her until she goes down. She can be staggered like any other enemy once her shield is down, so it’s fairly easy to prevent her from attacking. Assuming you let your EXE Drive gauge fill to the maximum before using your Lily Special, you can either unleash two EXE Drives or one or two more Lily Specials. While a Lily Special requires that both characters have 50% of their EXE Gauge filled, it only consumes 50% from the character in the lead when it is used, so if you switch characters after your first use (assuming both characters were at 100% EXE Gauge), you can use it two more times from there, making the boss even easier.

As for side quests, Studious Pair Only may give you some trouble as you can only damage enemies with your EXE Drive and any hits that don’t give damage can’t fill the EXE Gauge, so your only options for filling your EXE Gauge are either equipping your characters with the Scramble Engine (unlocked for gaining 150 Sunflowery medals) and getting a Costume Break (this can be made easier with the soft costumes, which are acquired for getting three Costume Breaks with each character), both of which are limited actions. This means that you will have a maximum of four EXE Drives (two per character) to take down three enemies, one of whom is particularly slippery. Just wait to use your EXE Drives until the tough enemy has just finished its attack and it should stay still long enough to get caught in your EXE Drive. Also, since you can have up to four EXE Drives, try not to go out of your way for a multikill unless it’s easily gotten. Unfortunately, you cannot wait until post game to do this and put it off until you unlock the Infinite EXE cheat as this quest must be cleared within Chapter 3 to unlock two other quests.

Here’s a list of what quests should be unlocked (excluding DLC Quests) at this point before clearing Final Revival.

Final Revival (Story Related)

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/dfc.jpg Max Level (S)

Raised a character's level to 99. "The cap is 99 this time. I mean, c'mon, you can whomp n' stomp anything now."

This may seem somewhat daunting at first, but as you go through the game, you will quickly realize that levels in this game are handed out practically like candy so long as you don’t switch in-mission often (you shouldn’t have to), and you stick with the same character as your main attacker. This trophy should unlock naturally either during the main game by Chapter 3 if you tend to use one character as your main attacker or during the post-game grinds if you’re more spread out with your selections.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/e55.jpg Accessory Fanatic (S)

Collected all accessories. "Good going on hoarding trinkets! They all have neat effects, so use them properly."

Missable

This will be one of the last trophies you get in the game. To unlock all of the accessories in the game, you will have to complete most of the medal collection (many of the rewards in the medal collection are accessories), clear Tournament Mode with everyone, complete every quest, and clear the 50th floor of the Neptral Tower at Level 1 conditions.

As one of the accessories requires beating every quest (Quick Riser), this trophy is missable if you accidentally missed one or more quests in Story Mode.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/bfc.jpg Medal Fanatic (S)

Acquired all medal bonuses. "As the king, I appreciate you giving me these medals. Er, well, that's from a game. I understand the desire to collect them all. Really, I do."

For this trophy, you must get every medal award from the Medal Collection. This will likely require a certain amount of grinding. You can make it easier by waiting until you get The Spectral One (G) so you can get the Fever Slot accessory that doubles your medal acquisition, but on the flipside, doing this first will make The Spectral One (G) easier as this trophy also unlocks an Invincibility cheat, so it comes down to whether you want to play it safe and take a little extra time for the medal grinding or take a (slightly) harder path and potentially reduce medal grinding. Thankfully, if you restart a level, all medals are kept, so if there’s a level with a lot of one enemy, but also a lot of enemies beyond the horde you want, you can just keep restarting the mission to face the wanted horde over and over. It won’t help with Lily Ranks, but it makes medal grinding much quicker and there are better ways to grind Lily Ranks anyway.

Whichever path you pick, there are some medal types that will inevitably have to be grinded out. Here are some ideal missions for grinding the types of medals that will likely have to be grinded.

Clyde: Floors 6 and 7 (also good for Matango grinding)

Tulip/Sunflowery/Matango: Floor 3 (Floor 8 once done with Matango)

Plum-met: Neptune and Famitsu (take right and left paths, kill all pipes, and restart mission)

Terits: COLOR CURSE

Super Otaku/Real Gamer/GK: Floor 38 (once done with Super Otakus, restart the level every time you kill the Real Gamer and the GK)

Cutekitty/Penguin: Floor 21

Pumpkimon: Floor 24

Bebop Orchestra: Floor 44 (part of a Lily Rank grinding path)

Christmas/Tera Hunk/Valentine’s Day: Floor 26

Pal Shell: Floor 37

Alraune: Floor 49 (Infinite Spawn)

M-3 Floor 47 (part of a Lily Rank grinding path)

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/018.jpg Neptune, I Choose You! (B)

You started a new game! "Pretty awesome to get a trophy for starting the game! Make sure you mention it in reviews, Gamindustri journalists!"

WARNING: Make sure you choose to start with the goddess prologue. Starting with the candidate prologue leaves a chance for every Chapter 1 related trophy to glitch.

You’ll get this as soon as you start a new game and get the cutscene for the goddess prologue.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/a76.jpg Nepgear, I Choose You! (B)

You started a new game! "This is a nice treat for the little sister fans out there. Root for our little'uns, 'cuz they're the future and all that jazz."

WARNING: Make sure you choose to start with the goddess prologue. Starting with the candidate prologue leaves a chance for every Chapter 1 related trophy to glitch.

Provided you selected the goddess prologue as suggested by the warning, you’ll get this once you reach the candidate prologue cutscene after you finish the goddess prologue.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/39e.jpg Chapter 1 Clear! (B)

Cleared Chapter 1 in Story mode. "Take your time and enjoy clearing Quests, or speed through the story-related ones. Captain Nep says, the power is yours!"

WARNING: Make sure you choose to start with the goddess prologue. Starting with the candidate prologue leaves a chance for every Chapter 1 related trophy to glitch.

For this chapter, you simply have to go through the two prologue missions for the goddesses and the candidates, after which you will be dumped into the world map where you have to clear a Dengekiko mission and a Famitsu mission. There are no side missions in this chapter, so you can just focus on the story missions for this chapter.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/4e1.jpg Chapter 2 Clear! (B)

Cleared Chapter 2 in Story mode. "Forgot to do some Quests? It's okay, my completionist buddy. You can take care of them whenever. Those pesky newsies will appreciate it!"

For this chapter, just get the events like usual and then clear a couple quests until you get a cutscene and irregular quests start showing up. These are marked in red on the quest selection screen. Complete all of these to finish the chapter.

Be sure to get Please Help! (B) done with in this chapter by quitting out of an Irregular Quest you have not yet cleared as this cannot be done after you have cleared every Irregular Quest.

The only side quest that may give you some trouble is Neptune and Famitsu unless you’ve been using them almost exclusively as it requires a fairly high level for the point at which you first unlock it. You have two options: either grind until Neptune and Famitsu are around Level 29 or try to do it below Level 29. If you choose the latter route for the sake of time and/or letting your other characters catch up instead, the best way to go about it is to first take the path to your right as it contains no tough enemies. All of the enemies are capable of paralyzing you, but just watch out and prioritize hitting any enemies that are about to attack and you shouldn’t have much trouble here. Once you kill off every single enemy here, go back to the central island and now take the left path until the enemies start spawning. Once they do, immediately start going back to the right island. The pipe and robot enemies will follow you quickly, but the golems are slower to catch up. Just keep killing off the pipes and robots until the golems catch up and then retreat to the left island and repeat the process until the golems get back. Repeat this until there are no more pipe or robot enemies spawning. At this point, you should be close to finishing the quest. Just go to the upper island and get in any remaining kills while avoiding the large robots to the best of your ability.

Here’s a list of what quests should be unlocked (excluding DLC Quests) at this point before clearing your last Irregular Quest.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/9b2.jpg HDDimension (B)

Cleared a Quest with HDD mode active. "You're a natural at this transforming thing! But, uh, you won't force us to keep HDD active forever, right? It's so tiring..."

Simply finish a level in Goddess form. To go into Goddess form, wait until your EXE Gauge is half full and hold :vitar: and press :cross: to transform. As long as you do it towards the end of the level and any EXE Drive you use actually kills the target, you should have the trophy.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/af3.jpg It Done Got Ripped! (B)

Triggered Costume Break during a Quest. "Do we get stronger the more skin we show? Even if it helps us complete Quests, none of us really want to stay like this for long. CPUs have feelings too, y'know!"

Simply take enough hits from enemies to get your Costume broken for this trophy and a scene where your clothes rip off. You’ll have to get stripped with each character several times to unlock every article for Event Master (G) anyway, so this is unavoidable if you’re going for that trophy.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/aa1.jpg CPU Voyeur (B)

Watched a CPU go about her daily duties. "Peeping Tom! Just kidding. We've got a lot to show, so be sure to stop by and join in the fun!"

Simply watch any optional event to get this trophy. You’ll have one from the start, so just watch it when you reach the home screen for the first time by going into the City Watch (second) option for the trophy.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/6bd.jpg Audiomension (B)

Performed a sound test. "Yo, yo, yo. We've got so much music, your head's gonna spin like a record. Take a gander with your ears!"

There is an option on the home screen with a light blue CD on it. Simply pick this option and select a song to get this trophy.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/d43.jpg Journalistic Integrity (B)

A new character joined. "Pretty impressive that we got two major news outlets in one game! More friends are always welcome, so, hooray!"

WARNING: Make sure you choose to start with the goddess prologue. Starting with the candidate prologue leaves a chance for every Chapter 1 related trophy to glitch.

You’ll get this at the same time as Chapter 1 Clear! (B).

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/102.jpg Please Help! (B)

Uncovered Irregular Quest conditions. "This was originally a programming glitch, so maybe it should've been removed. Huh? Oh, sorry, I'm told that's taking breaking the 4th wall TOO far."

Missable

During Chapter 2, you notice that some of the quests have a red background instead of the usual blue. When you get to one of these quests, instead of clearing it, either quit out of it once you start it or die and don’t continue. You’ll trigger a cutscene before you’re taken back to the home screen along with this trophy.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/4be.jpg Uphill Struggle (B)

Cleared a Quest while wearing an accessory with negative effects. "That was kinda tough. Did you ever think about taking on the strongest enemy in the game at Level 1? Or putting on a CPU Chastity Be--ow! Ow...ow, just...ow."

For this trophy, simply clear any stage with the Forced LV. 1 Belt accessory on. It can be equipped on any character and affect everyone, even if the character wearing it isn’t participating at all. What this means is that you can simply have a noncombatant wear it and equip your best equipment on the characters you are using to make up the difference. Just as a warning, make sure to take it off once you’re done with the trophy as it also invalidates any experience gain while it is being worn, and it doesn’t get applied when you take it off.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/58d.jpg Lily Special (B)

Learned a Lily Special. "A special combo attack using two friendly folks! Everyone got a dance partner?"

Simply clear one of the five forced character missions that unlocks in Valtena’s Path in Chapter 3 after your first encounter with the big bad of the game and you’ll get this trophy. You don’t even have to actually use it.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/efb.jpg EXE Drive (B)

Used EXE Drive. "This is still a pretty broken feature, even in this action game. It can be used outside of HDD as well, so use it as your personal WIN button!"

For this trophy, simply use an EXE Drive attack. To do this, go into goddess form by holding :vitar: and pressing :cross: and then press :vital: + :vitar: + :square: to launch the attack. Despite the trophy quote, you actually can’t use this attack outside of HDD Mode, at least not initially.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/d30.jpg Maximum Firepower (B)

Dealt 999,000 damage in a combo. "Yikes! Nice numbers you got there, pal. Nothing can survive that blast of digits!"

For this trophy, simply do 9,999,999 damage in one combo (I have no idea how IFI pulled out 990,000 damage from that, especially when the trophy image displayed the correct number anyway). This may seem intimidating, especially early on when most of your combos won’t even come close to this, but later on in the game and in post-game where you unlock ridiculously powerful accessories, you’ll be able to pull off these kinds of combos without even realizing it. I’ve personally managed it dozens of times, so it shouldn’t be difficult at all to do.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/96d.jpg Eternal Combo Champion Redux (B)

Performed a 999-hit combo. "Pretty skillful use of button mashing! I bet you had to make sure the enemies wouldn't all turn to mincement first, didn't ya?"

For this trophy, simply get a 999 hit combo. This also may seem intimidating, but it’s actually incredibly easy as hits come in droves in this game due to the vast number of enemies present in each wave. I personally managed it dozens of times without thinking about it and even managed it in the goddess mission in Chapter 1 using Neptune, so you should have no trouble with it.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/db4.jpg Reaper of Souls (B)

Defeated 999 enemies in a single Quest. "Whoa, someone's got some pent-up rage. Where did you even FIND that many monsters?"

This trophy comes for beating at least 999 enemies in one mission. For most of the game, you will beat 500 enemies at most per mission, if not less. Even sticking around to kill every enemy in each mission generally yields way less than 999 as the hordes do eventually stop. However, there are a few missions in Chapters 3 and 4 where you have to beat 1000-2000 enemies to clear the mission, so this is unmissable on your way to clearing every quest.

Used all characters in Quests. "Who's your fave? It's cool, I won't get jealous if you don't say me. I say that because I know you'll say me anyway. I just wanted to play it cool."

For this trophy, simply use either character either as a main attacker or as a switch partner. This will come naturally because even just going through the quests, there are certain quests that force you to use certain characters.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/bc0.jpg Anything For A Scoop (B)

Selected the two Gamindustri journalists for a Quest. "I had no idea they were such forces to be reckoned with! Well, guess this gives me time to play some games...er...time to...uh...catch up on work."

Just select Dengeki and Famitsu together for a mission and this trophy will pop once you start the mission. There is a mission that forces these two together, so this is bound to happen unless you do said quest solo, which is completely pointless and actually mildly detrimental to your platinum efforts as you can’t raise your Lily Rank this way.

Selected Neptune and Nepgear for a Quest. "C'mon, Nep Jr.! We're both the main characters today!"

Selected Noire and Uni for a Quest. "One acts contrary, and the other acts contrary about the contrary comment! At least they seem to enjoy saying what they don't mean to each other."

Selected Blanc and either Rom or Ram for a Quest. "You can only pick two in this game, so I bet one of those kidlets cried over this. Blanc sure is lucky to have two kids who love her that much!"

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/403.jpg Event Master (G)(H)

Watched all events. "It's great that you saw everything, but, um... That means you saw EVERYTHING we did?! Uh-oh."

For this trophy, see every event in the game. For this, you will have to watch all of the events that pop up in the City Watch area (second option on the home screen) including the News events (listed in the fifth option in yellow on the City Watch menu) as well as all Story mode events, meaning that even if you watch all of the City Watch and News events before clearing every quest, you’ll still have to do all of the remaining character-specific missions to get the trophy.

All of the events for the four landmasses will unlock automatically as you go through the story and are also necessary to watch to unlock a few quests. Simply go to the City Watch option whenever the word “New!” is next to it and select whatever landmass has a new event and you’ll get them all with no trouble.

In order to unlock the News events for all ten characters, you’ll have to get a costume break 6 times with each character (two events unlock at 3 and 6 breaks) and clear 3 quests with each character. It should be noted that for Costume Break grinding, one can simply quit once a Costume Break is achieved and it will count towards the total.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/aad.jpg Gauntlet Domination (G)(H)

All characters won the Gamindustri Gauntlet at least once. "This gauntlet thing was one heck of a tournament! Seems we're all winners, so let's go and make Gamindustri peaceful again!"

Simply win a gauntlet with each character (goddess and human forms for the four goddesses and four candidates count as their own characters for a total of 18 wins needed) to get this trophy. The best way to go for this is to set up one character to be the punching bag and give her horrible accessories (NOT Forced LV. 1 Belt as this will affect everyone) that decrease her power and defense while giving the rest of the characters the best equipment you have. If you’re having trouble getting through with one of the characters anyway, you’ll unlock the strongest accessories in the game as you win with more and more characters, so simply check back and equip the new accessories to your non-punching bag characters to make it even easier.

As for how to get a custom Tournament, after selecting one of three difficulties at the start (you may as well pick Easy to make it easier), select the first of two options to make a custom Tournament. From here, simply select the character you’re playing as and she’ll be automatically placed. Now simply select the punching bag character over and over again until she is in every other slot. Simply fight four battles against this incredibly easy opponent and you’ll win the Tournament and get a shiny new stupidly overpowered accessory for your “effort.” Repeat with every other character until you have it cleared with everyone except the punching bag character, who you will now make stronger while selecting a new punching bag character for her to face off against to get the last Tournament win.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/e2a.jpg Neptral Force (G)(H)

All characters cleared Neptral Tower. "We all made it! I expected an upside-down Neptral Tower at the top, but hey!"

Simply clear the Neptral Tower with every character for this trophy. Thankfully, you only have to do it five times instead of ten as for each pair that reaches the end, both characters are credited with the clear and unlike the Tournament, goddess and human forms do not count separately.

The best way to go about this is to select five pairs to go through beforehand and use each pair until their Lily Rank reaches Rank 9 (an event after clearing the tower with everyone will take care of the jump from 9 to 10). Afterwards, select 5 new pairs beforehand and start them all of from the last floor reached by whatever pair from the first stretch made the least progress. For example, if four of the five pairs from the first stretch made it to Floor 20 and one other pair made it to Floor 13, everyone should start from Floor 13 on the second stretch. Keep doing this until you have everyone at the top.

This will get you to over 10 Lily Ranks maxed out and several others closer to maximum by the time you reach the top with everyone, which makes the grind for Lily Lord (G) considerably shorter. While this method does make the Neptral Tower itself longer, doing the Neptral Tower is arguably better on your sanity than repeating the same few floors over and over as you’ll see when you start doing that, so you’ll be thankful for sparing yourself from a few more Lily Ranks.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/80a.jpg The Spectral One (G)(H)

Defeated Next-Gen Mech at the top of Neptral Tower at Level 1. "You seriously did this with base-level stats? You're so good that being weak doesn't even matter! Did you cheat? No...?"

There are two ways to do this: you can use cheats to make it easier or you can do it the hard way and sit through a boss battle for way longer than you should with the threat of a one-or-two hit KO looming over you the entire time. For the sake of this guide, it is assumed that you don’t have an aversion to cheats. With that in mind, you can take one of two routes: you can just use the HDD Lock cheat for a fairly easy, though still long and potentially risky method or you can wait for the Invincibility cheat from collecting every medal and do whatever you want.

Assuming you just use HDD Lock (which is arguably not even a cheat if you just look at it as expanding the roster of playable characters), the best way to do it is to first buff up Purple Heart so that her power is maxed out. Your defense shouldn’t really matter. At the character select screen, select Purple Heart to go into battle by going to Neptune and pressing :square: before selecting her.

Once in battle, just get up close to Next-Gen Mech and spam :square: until done. Your attacks are strong enough to knock back the boss at each hit and they’re fast enough to not allow the boss any window of attack as long as you keep spamming :square:. You don’t even have to change direction as her attacks (along with many others’ attacks) home in on the nearest living enemy if you don’t touch the :ls:, so you can literally just spam :square: with one hand and do anything else with the other hand.

Assuming you want to truly play it safe, you can just wait until you unlock the Invincibility cheat for getting all medal bonuses or the One Hit KO cheat for clearing the Neptral Tower with everyone to attempt this. This will make the boss even more of a breeze.

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/5b3.jpg The First Taste (S)(H)

Won the Gamindustri Gauntlet for the first time. "Like, almost every entrant was a CPU or a CPU Candidate, so... No wonder nobody else wanted to try except for that goofy dogoo. Use the prize wisely!"

See Gauntlet Domination (G).

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/303.jpg The First Climb (S)(H)

Cleared Neptral Tower for the first time. "Did you see that view?! I was like 'wow, what a view' and stuff! I bet if everyone made it up there, it'd be a viewtacular extravagander or whatever!"

See Neptral Force (G).

http://www.playstationtrophies.org/images/trophies/3642/0a0.jpg It Was Bound To Happen (B)(H)

Selected Vert and Nepgear for a Quest. "This joke again?! WHYYYYY?! Why do they get a trophy, developers?! Vert's getting way too attached to Nep Jr., so...please, just give her a little sister."

Just select Vert and Nepgear together for a mission, and this trophy will pop once you start the mission. There is a mission that forces these two together, so this is bound to happen unless you do said quest solo, which is completely pointless and actually mildly detrimental to your platinum efforts as you can’t raise your Lily Rank this way.

If you win the Gauntlet with human Neptune, but finish the matches or the last match in HDD, does it still count as human Neptune winning?

It counts as human Nep.

The winner is always the character you choose, so you can use HDD as much as you want.

Since we're on this. I think your recommended way of doing the Gauntlet Domination is a bit complicated =D

I don't know if it matters, but my characters were in late 40s and I was one-hitting opponents without any edits, just on the easiest difficulty.

Imo the quickest way is to just set the difficulty to Wimpy, randomize the selection and use the range SP skill (32b X-Blade, MPBL, ...) as soon as the opponent appears. Since SP gets renewed, you can use any SP skill you have.

With speeding through the dialogues and costume break scenes, each run should take around 5 minutes with 2.5 minutes spent on the loading screens, 1.5 minutes spent on Compa's comments and the remaining minute on actual fight.

Edit: Another thing I found out.

It seems that Accessory Fanatic and Medal Fanatic are tied. Meaning, you cannot obtain Accessory without Medal. At least that's how it happened to me.

I went with the gold trophies first so after I got the accessory for The Spectral One I had all medal rewards but 3 (2 accessories and Gear's ultimate weapon), I first grinded the accessory medals and once I got them... no trophy. It popped right after I got Medal Fanatic after obtaining the weapon.

So... you may put somewhere that Accessory trophy requires complete medal collection in case someone does the trophies in similar order to mine and clears accessory medals before weapon ones.

About the Lily Lord Trophy i think use the Double Impact (Red Mission) at chapter 2 to grind is much more faster than the tower.

All you need to do is kill 2 monster at the same time and it only take about 20-30s/battle so i thing this gonna save people a lot of time.

And 1 more thing is this mission is missable after clear chapter 2 so just repeat it until you got the trophy .

My memory of that mission (and I've done it five times now between the three versions of the game and the two times I had to replay the EN version for stupid reasons) is that it was annoying to set up, so it could take people more time than that depending on how the AI is feeling at the moment. Also, between the godawful load time for starting a mission in this game (compared to the reasonable load time for moving from floor to floor of the Neptral Tower) along with the fact that one can clear Floor 5 of Neptral Tower in a mere 5 seconds or just abuse Floors 44-48 or Floors 44-46 with cheats and manage a lily rank in 15 minutes due to most of the levels taking seconds to clear, this method is incredibly impractical compared to what's available.
