I put it at around 36-50 hours depending on how unlucky we are.  I finished the game after 5 days so my estimate is based around this time.  All trophies are actually easy to get apart from the infamous Turbo trophy - a speedrun + permadeath trophy because if we lose a life that instantly turns the playthrough into bogey and we have to restart again.

Spoiler

I have been trying different formulas looking for the best way to get the trophy. But no matter how good or fast the speedrun is, if the game decides to glitch - AI Player 2 not doing what it is supposed to or loading the next chapter freezes, then there is no other choice left but to restart the game.  This will happen a lot when doing Turbo on SOLO Single Player mode.

There seems to be an issue when skipping areas without taking down the enemies and this bugs the game.  It traps AI Player 2 to engage with the enemies and even if we backtrack to fetch P2 it will not budge.  So the best way to get around this problem is to play COOP as the other player can keep up with the pace.

The time to complete the speedrun is super tight, no room for errors and definitely no time to die. But with proper COOP the time to complete the game can be reduced significantly, in our case about 20 minutes ahead of a video we were following.
