My final save said 157 hours. Add another 2ish for Ultimate Battles, and I got the plat at just under 160 hours.

192h on my last save if I recall correctly. Quite a few times I left the game paused to take care of other stuff and I skipped very few cutscenes during my 2nd playthrough(I simply love the story) so I'd say that 175-180h would be an accurate estimate in my case.

200 hours. OMG this is by far the longest yakuza to plat. The Alternate Stories, lots of minigames, lots of sidequests, many cities... many things to do and complete.

Final playtime for getting 100% was 152 hours. Add 2 for the Ultimate Battles and 12 for EX-Hard playthrough. Took about around 170 hours for me since I save scummed here and there.

I completed it in just under 150 hours. Proper planning and a little luck can save time. There were some mini games such as pool and darts that I didn't realise you had to play as Haruka, so I could have saved a little time but not doing them twice.
