It takes about 25 hrs. to get Plat. Trophy,

but only if you skip all the Conversations!

 

With listening to every dialog it's maybe about 40-50 hrs.

 

There are 4 missable Trophies, one for NOT buying the USA

(there are two way's to get the USA) and 2 Endings

(one where you conquer Uruk and another one where you don't do it,

this will also lock you out from getting all Hero's).
