I voted 25-35 hours.

I think most people will finish this game quicker than me but I mucked around travelling around the city and doing additional activities. The game isn't that hard once you get the hang of it and the only time consuming part of the platinum is upgrading all the suits to MAX level. As the guide states, you should upgrade 4-5 in the story and then are left with the rest. Overall, this is definitely achievable in a week or weekend if you play all day.

I spent about 10 hours on the story and doing combat challenges plus picked up 1/2 the comics during that time. Then spent an extra hour finishing up the comics and 4 hours maxing out 8 suits. I voted 11-15 but I barely made it in 15, it's probably 15-20 for most people unless your trying to hurry like I did. If I had heard "that's a good way to fall on my tucus" one more *#%^+£€ time I would have went ballistic.

15-20 and just in one play-through starting it off with Superhero on the get go, and only lowering to Human for the challenges. No grinding of costumes for me as I made used of my lull time upgrading the costumes as I get them and constantly keeping up my heroic level to three. I've never got bothered by those pesky flying hunters at all... not once apart from the time when you enter a new chapter with your menace level up by default.

A very fun game... only less than 300 comic books for the trophy as well compared to ASM1 which was heavy with prerequisite collectables.

EDIT: 02.04.2019

Finished the PS3 2 days ahead than the last time I got it on the PS4, despite that stupid Challenge 12...almost 11 hours just doing that thing non-stop. Should have been finished within 24 hours... I was probably just unlucky this time. It was ALL FUN before that... damn you Beenox! Could have been 11-15 hours this time!
