CookieOnFire Posted April 9, 2014 Share Posted April 9, 2014 (edited) Genometrics Guide Genometrics in this game is different from Ar Tonelico's Cosmospheres in that the heroines' Genometrics are linked to other NPC in the game, and you must dive into those other characters' minds in order to be able to access the deepest level of Cas and Ion. Because of that, each diveable character only has 1 to 3 levels so the amount of diving you have to do isn't that much different from before. You will get a song magic after completing each Genometric, but not all levels are required for trophies. Also, you will get some CG art and crystals that can be installed during purification by doing something other than clearing the Genometric, but I won't be going out of my way to cover all of them because the purpose of this guide is to help you get . Also, the amount of DP you have to spend in order to enter areas or make choices are numbers inside (). In most cases though, I'll just tell you which choice you should make, and if I don't say anything about the cost, it means the cost is 0. All dialogue choices outside of episodes (such as when you first enter a Genometric) don't matter, so choose whatever you want (with the exception of Ion's level 1 Genometric). Note that if a Genometric level is not available, it probably means you haven't progressed far enough in the story to have it unlocked. Cas's Side The order you want to go in Cas's side is as follows: Cas lv1 --> Sally lv1* --> Nay lv2 --> Kanon lv3 --> Nero --> Jill** --> Cas lv2 *Sally lv2 is not required for any trophies, but you can go through it for crystals, CG art, song magic, or just for kicks. Even so, you won't be able to access it until late in the game. **For Jill, you have to dive into her once near the beginning of the game for story progression, but you can't actually do anything until Phase 3 Cas lv1 Episode 1: 戦争中！？ Location: 絶対絶望都市 (50) Middle choice for 100 DP. You can also go for the bottom choice for 3000 DP, except you will only get extra CG that already appears in the main game story Episode 2: キャスティ司令官 Location: 秘密基地 (50) Bottom choice Episode 3: 伝説の翻訳機 Location: シャール城 (60) Bottom choice Episode 4: さっそく翻訳開始！ Location: 秘密基地 (70) Either is fine, but you get an extra crystal for the bottom choice Episode 5: 対決！？虚心兵！ Location: 遺跡のある丘 (75) No choices Episode 6: キャスの本音 Location: だいじなもの金庫 (80) All of them are fine, except you pay 10000 DP for the bottom choice for an extra crystal Episode 7: キャットファイト Location: 遺跡のある丘 (90) Bottom choice for 300 DP Episode 8: 承認の儀 Location: ヒュムノフォート (100) Song magic get! *There is still one unlocked episode, but you will come back to it later when you work on Ion's Genometric. Episode 1: ガシャコロ営業中！ Location: ねりこ雑貨屋 (50) You have to keep selecting the top choice to spin the handle on the top machine. After each spin, you will end up back in the Genometric map, and have to reenter the episode to spin again. The DP cost increases each time, and the exact numbers are 100, 300, 600, 1200, 5000. After you spin the machine 5 times, enter this episode one final time to learn Neriko's friend attack. This is required for the [i Made Lots of Friends] trophy. There's a few things that are incorrect or missing the info of DP cost... unfortunately I don't remember much were those things are and I ended up using the japanese wikis for the end game genometrics (when I played this week). Things that I remember: For Nay lv.1 Episode 11: the option you gave is for a crystal and you are kicked out of the genometrics. The correct option is the Top option (0 DP); Ion lv.1 Episode 2: you say middle option or alternatively the middle option? costing 3000 DP. The option costing 3000 DP is the bottom one, and is not alternatively as you have to choose it to get the +25 points used at the episode 5.... ie the main path you gave only serves for extra crystal; Nelico Episode 1: the location is wrong; Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It would be nice if someone can confirm. Looked up on the other site and you are kinda right about the second thing, although your path described is not the correct one for that. I did the path you mentioned 2-3 times and did not gave me that 25pts for the Episode 2. The long path that would work and cost less should be > top option > middle option. It should be buttom one: "See what happens" in english version. If you don't choose see what happens at first (without a Dp cost) and attack the man you end up 50 points at the Judge Gate and never be able to finish this genometrics.
