fort co-op adventure help please

My question is this, how do i download the content? i've been on the in game link to the store and downloaded all the other maps and dlc's but i cant find a link for the fort, any ideas?

I should mention ive had the game from when it first came out so i have the red paw on my icon, ive just started playing again as i'm going for 100%
