3/10 from me as well. Battles are extremely easy on Normal Difficulty, dungeons are pretty short, and there's a whole ton of crafting grinding - which has led me to call it a variety of witty names like Atelier no Surge, or Ar no Synthesis if you prefer. :p All-in-all, a pretty low stress J-RPG.

EDIT - Oh, and my time to Platinum was 42 hours. Somewhat surprisingly, the trophy set doesn't require you to do a whole lot... for instance, there are multiple endings, but you only need to see one particular ending as far as the trophies go. There's a whole lot of Geometrics you can skip too if you're only in it for the trophies.

Voted 2.

You can play the game entirely on Normal difficulty, which is very easy. The battle system isn't very complex, you just gonna need to be aware of the missable trophies and have a guide for the Genometrics stuff (not actually hard, just to not lose time).

it's a 3 ...

simply because im missing a few things in extras... plat is actually easier than getting everything in the extras. the game is really, really easy i didnt use a single item in battle while playing most of the time on normal. my end stats are cass/delta level 64 and ion/earthes level 67 ... you can get quite some exp. fighting inside the dungeon before the last boss (i leveled 4 to 6 level on normal getting a "S" - 12000 to 16000 exp x 4 to 5 multipl.)

4/10. If you don't use a guide, then the two missable trophies will ruin your day. If you do use a guide, then you have almost nothing to worry about. The true struggle came from dealing will of that stupid writing that occurred after you made an item via synthesis. Seriously, shut up. XD Other than that, a simple platinum.

Gave it a two. Difficulty is really easy on normal, even the final boss. I didn't even need to equip anything up til the final boss and with the best equipment it was a joke, beat each phase in two turns a piece. The synthesis part took forever though and there was so much dialogue for it as well as keep having to exit and retalk to the character to get a few more recipes. There was also a ton of genometric dialogue as well. Some of it is decent but I'll admit I skipped a lot of it after awhile. Overall game was pretty good but I would have preferred more gameplay and less chatter.

2/10. The game is easy to plat on normal difficulty. You can turn up the difficulty if you want more challenges so its up to yourself how difficult you want it. However most battles/fights on veteran are no challenges, some bosses on veteran can kick your ass pretty hard.

Voted 3 as well.

Most trophies are straightforward and easy to unlock, except two that can be missed if you're not referring to a guide first before starting the game. The only tricky part is to build up the chain(for the trophies), as the counters can be cut off most often due to the 'BREAK', but still can be done with right skills usage and equipments.

Overall, it is an easy plat, and the game is enjoyable too, though the story can be confusing if you haven't played the previous game.

I give it a 3.

There isn't really anything too hard in the game as many have already said and the battle system is pretty straightforward so the only real issue is making sure to make everything, keep a eye on the 2 missables and sort of the 100+ hits but otherwise its a relaxing game with a awesome soundtrack like any Ar game:D

I'm at the beginning, i can't play this game more than one hour. I always fall asleep. :) So boredomwise it's 10. I played over seven hours and got only two trophies. Meh, I regret to begin playing this one.

Edit: Also its very confusing, the game does not explain many things. You need to find out crafting, equipment tips by yourself. It's just weird. Purification, geometrics, synthesing etc. They are all unusual ways to level up. Very hard to get used to.
