All you have to do is clear world 7, which means you don't need to clear world 5 and 6.

 

After you beat world 3, unlock world 7 for 50 carrots.

 

It will save you clearing 40 levels in world 5 and 6.

Is this true? That would make the 100% completion time much faster if 2 worlds can be skipped.
