Help with Roxanne Trophy

How do you get Roxanne trophy? Do you have to kill 50 aliens during one countdown, or do the killings stack from stage to stage?

 

The reason im asking is i beat all 5 modes and played a bunch of online games and it still hasent unlocked. What stage is best to do this?

I have 100 on Alien Breed and have helped out a few people on the Co-op trophies. In my opinion the best place to get the Roxanne trophy is on level 3 on the Valiance Stages. This should give you a timer of 115 seconds. During this time you should have more than enough time to get 50 kills. you don't need to complete the level for the trophy to pop so keep killing the aliens until the time runs out if you need to.
