When you go up the ladder near the beginning of 5-3, take the left path. This will take you to a room with a safe which contains the sapphire.

Emerald (Marquise)

The emerald is found in 3-3 where you have to manually open the second floodgate. On the upper level there are two gun turrets separated by a house. The emerald can be found in the drawer.

Diamond (Marquise)

This treasure is found in the the second stage of the final fight in 6-3, in the volcano. There is a bridge that you will attempt to cross which will ultimately collapse, do not try to cross this yet! Fire at the stone arch to the right of the bridge until it collapses and then try to cross the bridge. When you regain control of Chris, turn left and jump across until you reach a sparkling object. Pick it up to obtain the diamond.

Power Stone

These are dropped from Reapers, the enemies that drop from the pod. They are encountered in 5-2, 5-3 and 6-3.

Lion Heart

These are dropped by Lickers which are present in 5-1, 5-2 and 5-3. Note: No every Licker will drop one.

Blue Enigma

These are dropped by the Giant Majini's, they wear masks and carry spears. They are present in 3-1 and 4-2.

Soul Gem

This is obtained by defeating Popokarimu in 4-1 with weapons. If you defeat it using the QTEs by running up the stairs, you cannot obtain this treasure.

Heart of Africa

This is obtained by damaging Wesker enough in 5-3.

To the right of your starting position is a door, run over there to investigate. It's locked, but this will prompt Wesker to kick you through it. Run all the way through the area, drop down and run through the busted door again. Continue running until you see Wesker walking away with his back to you. Fire at rocket at him and he'll catch it. With another weapon or another rocket if you have the infinite launcher, fire at him again.

You cannot pick up the treasure until you fight his 'partner' alone. The treasure will be at the bottom of the stairs.

Got a gold ring from source not mentioned here:

[spoiler=seitan]At 3-2, after Irving takes off and you have 2 minutes time to reach the getaway boat, a fat guy will bust through a locked door after you make the first right and go straight to the end. This fat man dropped a gold ring at least for me. Spawns with 4 dogs though.

Definitely did get one, specifically from the fat guy busting out of the locked hut with 4 dogs. I got the free PS+ one so its a Move edition. Got the rings from all the enemies mentioned here as well though. Amateur, 2nd playthrough S ranking all missions. Therefore i killed that guy really fast with infinite magnum. And im 100% positive it wasnt a jewel bangle like usually....

Might be just some weird glitch though, seeing that it is a heavily scripted enemy.

Even after 3+ years of this game being released, there's still new treasures to be found. Correct me if I'm wrong but I haven't seen this one before

At beginning of 4-1 after you pass the first wave of spiders, go to the end climb up and grab the chest. Before jumping off the small cliff, look up and you'll see a sapphire pear attached to the ceiling.

Thank you for this great guide ShadowStrife!
