I guess it would be 8 or even 9/10 without tricks couldnt get past stage 4 playing normal

I voted 2/10. It's easy because of endless continues, two controllers and the warplane VKL6.02 (A) P.

2/10, even without the free play trick this is an easy platinum, no 1CC requirements. By the time you get to hard mode, you'll have 3-4 continues just by playing easy and normal mode, which is more than enough to finish the game (plus hard mode really isn't much harder than easy/normal anyway). And if you're having trouble at any part you can just connect a 2nd controller and spam bombs, easy cake.

I haven't played a vertical shooter in ages, however, it only took me an hour or so to get back up to speed. Once I discovered the twin stick option as well as the red chopper with the homing missiles, it was a breeze.

Fairly easy when all is said and done. I used two controllers for the Stockpiling Arms trophy, but the game was easy enough that I didn't need to idle in game for more than a couple of hours on each mode to get through it.

 

A fun little game that I thoroughly recommend to anyone who likes scrolling shooters.

Extremely easy with the infinite credits trick and using 2 controllers

Voted 2 out of 10. If you use infinite credits (unlocked via play time) and have a second controller, it's barely a 2, though if you played it without extra credits and with only one person, the difficulty would jump to an 8 or so.

I give it a 2 only with the credit trick and two controllers otherwise it would've higher but still a easy game nonetheless even without it.

2/10 with the credit glitch and 2 controllers. The level 5 boss was a lot easier with 2 controllers, I could take turns dying out and running the clock right down. Shooting the damn thing didn't even nick it. Good thing for alternate methods.

If you're into shoot em' ups then you will not need to wait the required 8 hours to get infinite continues just to beat the game. At the most, 3 or 4 continues will do. If you're new to the genre or just don't care too much for it then the infinite credits route is right for you. And if you want to makes things even easier use 2 controllers while playing with infinite credits. Those bosses won't know what hit them.

 

Awesomely fun and easy game with fantastic music. Although I think the non arranged tunes suck.

absolutely no skill required. if you have 2 turbo-controllers this platinum can pretty much be automated (so you just use continues and spam bombs)

4/10, that's using one controller and without unlimited credits. Fairly simple once you learn the levels and the attack patterns. Most I needed was 4 credits I think.

If you have farmed the credits and do it with a friend (as I've actually done, in cooperative mode), then it is a piece of cake.

The challenge is beating a section with 5 lives, and you get unlimited cracks at it with free play. And there's very little difference between normal and hard. After some practice, I ended up clearing the new order mode with lives set to 5 and using 2 or 3 credits. I didn't even bother with the ship with homing missiles because it made the framerate drop.

 

Tip: Know exactly where the hitbox is.

I gave it a 4/10. After letting it idle paused for 8 hours in each mode it was quite easy. However finding the last boss's weakness was a pain.

I started the game with its hardest difficulty on, and i can tell this aint so easy as most people say.

I can anyhow see the reasons why it is considered easy.

Second controller - YES.

Easier difficulties are, well,. easy.

This is normal fast tempo twin pad shooter.
