Star Wars Pinball DLC ~ Trophy Guide

 

Overview:

 

  • Estimated trophy difficulty: 10/10 (Personal Opinion)

Introduction:

 

This guide is for people who own the STAR WARS Pinball (SWP) game (for PS3 or Vita). These are the trophies from the Star Wars Pinball DLC, and includes the following tables:Boba Fett, Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back and Clone Wars.

 

Notes:

  • The tables in Zen Pinball 2 (ZP2) only have 2 trophies. However; in SWP, there are 3 trophies per table and these differ than the ones in ZP2.
  • If you want to know more about the basic terminology for pinball machine features, as well as a variety of techniques and skills, I suggest you check the Star Wars Core Game ~ Trophy Guide & Road Map, as this only covers the 1st DLC pack of tables.

- All tables have the same nudge/tilt settings: 3 warnings before you tilt the table, tilt resets after 15 seconds.

Complete all of the Empire's special assignments on the Boba Fett table!

 

Note: You cannot start any Empire mission until you reach level 5 respect. Each level of respect is designated by a letter spelling Boba Fett. Therefore upon reaching level 5 respect, you would see the big letters on the middle of the playfield light up 'BOBA F'.

 

Step 1: Get Level 5 Respect.

To get respect you have to collect bounties. To get a bounty spell, shoot either the Empire orbit or Hutts sink hole. Once you spell either one shoot the ball to that spot again to start a bounty mission. They are both the same at this point.

 

Note: After hitting the Empire orbit or Hutts sink hole, the whole word will light up and blink for a set amount of time. One letter's light will slowly go out over time. If you can hurry and hit the shot again you can light up the whole thing in two hits. For example I can shoot Empire orbit six times (once for each letter) or I can shoot the Empire orbit back to back and light the whole word in two shots. Once you have one fully lit, another shot to it will start a bounty.

 

You will then have the option to go after a bounty from 10 million to 50 million:

 

-- The 10million bounty will give you 1 respect 'B'

-- The 20million bounty will give you 2 respect 'BO'

-- The 30million bounty will give you 3 respect 'BOB'

-- The 40million bounty will give you 4 respect 'BOBA'

-- The 50million bounty will give you 5 respect 'BOBA F'

 

Note: You can go for it all in one shot and pick the 50 million bounty or you can for example choose to do the 30 million then the 20 million. The more the bounty the harder mission, they all involve shooting flashing ramps, lanes, or orbits within a time limit but the 50 million requires you to hit more. You can use your :cross: button to shoot a missile if you have one (you always start the game with one, and can earn more by shooting the orbits repeatedly). The missile will hit one ramp, lane or orbit for you making it a bit easier.

 

Step 2: Now only spell "EMPIRE' and then select the 60 million bounty

 

Upon starting this Bounty you will have 30 Seconds to send the Ball round the Empire Orbit, after doing that you will see a short cut scene. You will then see that the Right Missile Ramp will be lit up and the Dot–Matrix will display health bars for you and the Stormtrooper. To defeat the Stormtrooper you need to send the ball up the Right Missile Ramp, then within 8 seconds send the ball up the Left Missile Ramp. Repeat this until the Stormtrooper's health bar is fully depleted to collect the letter E and you will now see 'BOBA FE' lit up.

 

Step 3: Now only spell "EMPIRE' and then select the 80 million bounty

 

This Bounty sees Boba Fett needing to set 2 Barrels on Fire at the same time. These are located above the 2 Orbits – Left Orbit & Right Orbit. First hit any of the Orbits to make the Reverse Scoop open up. Now hit that orbit again to light up the barrel above that. You will now need to act quickly to set the other barrel on fire before this one goes out. Repeat the process, hitting the opposite orbit 2 times to bring down the reverse scoop, and finally sending the ball up that to light that barrel on fire. Lighting both barrels will complete the bounty and award you with 'BOBA FET'

 

Tip: Hit the same Reverse Scoop which you hit previously as this will strengthen the Fire (you will see on the Dot Matrix that the timer will increase) this will then give you more time to light up the other Barrel on the opposite Orbit.

 

Step 4: Now only spell "EMPIRE' and then select the 100 million bounty

This Bounty starts with you needing to hit 4 flashing Lanes, don’t hit a Lane that you have already hit or you will have to hit it again. Upon hitting all the 4 flashing Lanes, Darth Vader will attack you and the Ball will change into a weird glowing Orb (be careful as the ball's physics will be altered slightly). The goal here is to defeat Darth Vader by fully depleting his health bar. This is done by repeatedly sinking the Ball into the Pit with a weak shot up the Empire Orbit or Solo Spinner. Once Darth Vader's health Bar is depleted, the Mission will be completed.

 

Completion of this Bounty Mission will gain the last Letter of 'BOBA FETT' and you will earn the trophy It all ran better under Vader. You will also get a shot at the wizard mode and can try to earn the Triumph of the Mandalorian trophy.

Complete all of the Hutt Cartel's special assignments on the Boba Fett table!

 

Note: You cannot start any Hutt mission until you reach level 5 respect. Each level of respect is designated by a letter spelling Boba Fett. Therefore upon reaching level 5 respect, you would see the big letters on the middle of the playfield light up 'BOBA F'.

 

Step 1: Get Level 5 Respect.

See It all ran better under Vader for details.

 

Step 2: Now only spell "HUTTS' and then select the 60 million bounty

Upon starting this Bounty you will have 30 Seconds to send the Ball round the Empire Orbit, you will be taken to a view from Boba Fett's perspective and you will see a Target on the Dot–Matrix. The goal here is to put the Stormtrooper to sleep by following these instructions:

 

1. Using the Right Stick to aim until you see the Stormtrooper's head.

2. Hold down the Left Flipper to zoom in on his neck.

3. You want to shoot the exposed black part after he turns his head with the Right Flipper.

 

If done correctly he'll be tranquillized. If you fail to hit him properly just send the ball up the Empire Orbit for another try. If you manage to tranquillize him, you then need to steal the Data by hitting the flashing Lanes. After stealing the data you will collect the letter E and you will now see 'BOBA FE' lit up.

 

Step 3: Now only spell "HUTTS' and then select the 80 million bounty

Upon starting this Bounty you will be taken to space where you will be piloting Slave I. The goal is to fend off and shoot down 10 Tie Fighters to make the journey through space. The Tie Fighters will shoot at you, so you must dodge the Lasers by moving Slave I up & down this is done with the Flipper Buttons:

 

• Move up = Left Flipper Button

• Move down = Right Flipper Button

• Shoot = the :cross: Button

 

After shooting down 10 Tie Fighters the Mission is complete, and you will have spelled 'BOBA FET'

 

Step 4: Now only spell "HUTTS' and then select the 100 million bounty

 

Upon starting this mission you will be required to send the ball around the left orbit 4 times, each time Boba Fett will shoot a Missile at the ball as it’s about to exit the right orbit entrance. Thus, sending the ball back round the orbit. Once you have done the this 4 times, you need to hit the ball up 4 flashing Lanes but remembering not to hit the same Lane twice otherwise you will need to hit the Lane again to make the light solid. Once you do that the Mission will be completed.

 

Completion of this Bounty Mission will fully spell 'BOBA FETT' and you will earn the trophy In service of the Hutts. You will also now have a shot at wizard mode and a try for the Triumph of the Mandalorian trophy.

Earn maximum respect, and escape from the Sarlacc on the Boba Fett table!

 

Step 1: Earn maximum Respect

Complete either the Empire's missions or the Hutts' missions and fully spell BOBA FETT on the middle of the playfield. See In service of the Hutts or It all ran better under Vader.

 

Step 2: Start another mission

If you completed the Empire missions than start another Empire mission.

If you completed the Hutts' missions than start another Hutts mission.

 

Step 3: Catch Han Solo

Once the Hunt for Solo Mode begins your goal is to catch the Millennium Falcon with the Slave I. This is done by hitting the flashing Lanes, basically all you need to do is keep hitting the flashing Lanes as fast as you can to catch up to Solo and every time you hit a flashing Lanes then the flashing Lanes will change. If you manage to catch up to Han Solo you then will be required to sink the ball into the Hutt Sink Hole which will require you to first hit the Hutt See–Saw with enough power to make it rise to reveal the hidden Hutt Sink Hole. Once you sink the ball into there you will complete the mode and collect the Bounty on Han Solo's head.

 

Completion or Failure of the Hunt for Solo mode will cause the Escape from The Sarlacc Pit to begin.

 

Step 4: Escape from the Sarlacc Pit

To save Boba Fett you will need to hit the Ball at the tentacle about 4 times via the Empire Orbit, once you do that you need to sink the Ball into the Pit about 4 times by either the Empire Orbit or Solo Spinner with a weak shot.

 

If you manage to do the above, then the Wizard Mode known as Triumph of the Mandolarian will begin automatically and you will earn the trophy.

Star Wars Pinball: EPISODE V DLC ~ Trophy Guide

Win a fight against an AT-AT walker on the Star Wars Episode V table.

 

STARTING A SCENE (MISSION)

 

Step 1:

To start a Scene you must first hit both of the Star Wars Targets in the center of the table. The Star Target to the center left and Wars Target to the center right. After you hit both a large trap door will open up in the center of the table's playfield.

 

Step 2:

Shoot the ball into the Trap Door. This will now enable the "Choose Scene" display on the DMD. You can cycle through the Scenes available by using the Flipper Buttons on your Controller, and when you want to pick a Scene you merely need to press the "Launch" Button :cross: to select it.

 

Step 3: SELECT SCENE II and complete it.

 

Note: Successfully completing chapter 2 of scene II will earn you the trophy. However you will have to play and complete chapter 1 in order to get to chapter 2.

 

Chapter 1: Imperial troops have entered the base! Shoot them before the timer reaches 0.

 

Step 1: To shoot the Stormtrooper you must shoot the mini-orbit that the storm trooper is shooting at. This will make the ball travel behind him and onto the upper flippers.

Step 2: Shoot the Stormtrooper from behind using the upper flippers.

Step 3: Repeat these Steps twice more (shoot the trooper 3 times total).

 

 

Chapter 2: Bring down an Imperial Walker before the timer reaches 0.

 

Step 1: Shoot the flashing mini-Orbits to travel around the walker with your tow cables. Do this 4 times.

Step 2: Shoot the far left Orbit to bring the walker down and complete Scene II and earn the trophy.

Get an award from master Yoda on the Star Wars Episode V table.

 

Step 1: Hit the Yoda target to make the Yoda letters start flashing. The target is all the way to the right, above the ball launcher. To hit the Yoda or Force target shoot the ball off the tip of the left flipper.

 

Step 2: After the Yoda letters are flashing, shoot the right ramp to collect one letter.

 

Step 3: Repeat the process 3 more times until you completely spell Yoda and earn the reward.

Start Jedi and Sith multiballs at the same time and score a Balance Jackpot on Star Wars Episode V table.

 

NOTES:

With the 2 Top Flippers you are able to hit 2 cross–orbits(across the table), hitting either of those will either light a Letter of 'JEDI' or 'SITH' dependent on which cross–orbit was hit:

  • Shoot the Jedi cross-orbit with the upper right flipper – will light a letter of 'JEDI'
  • Shoot the Sith cross-orbit with the upper left flipper – will light a Letter of 'SITH'

Hitting either of the above 4 times will light all the Letters needed to either start the Jedi or Sith Multiball (dependent on which cross–orbit you hit 4 times).

 

Now the Jedi & Sith Multiball Modes are exactly the same, both of which are 2 Ball Multiball modes. You can also start both the Jedi & Sith Multiball Modes at the same time, resulting in a 4 Ball Multiball Mode. This will then engage the Balance Jackpot which will be available by shooting the Left Ramp & the Right Ramp.

 

 

Suggested Path to Earn Trophy

 

Step 1: Shoot each cross orbit 3 times so that you are looking at the following lit letters 'JED' and 'SIT'. It will be easier if you only need 1 shot on the second multiball mode once you have started the first multiball mode.

 

Step 2: Start one multiball mode.

 

Step 3: Try to gain control of the multiball and shoot the second cross-orbit to start the second multiball mode so that they are going at the same time.

 

Step 4: Shoot the left and right ramp for the to bring balance to the force. The left is a Jedi Jackpot, and the right ramp is the Sith Jackpot. After shooting both ramps for a jackpot the huge mission hole in the center of the table will open up. Shoot the ball in here for a Super Jackpot. and bring balance to the force.

Star Wars Pinball: Clone Wars DLC ~ TROPHY GUIDE

Transport at least 3 clone troopers to Point Rain on Geonosis on the Clone Wars table.

 

Step 1: Shoot the Point Rain sink hole 5 times. The Point Rain Sink hole is under the right COUNCIL ramp.

 

Tips: To shoot the Point Rain sink hole use a weak shot up the right COUNCIL ramp or shoot a late shot off the top left flipper.

 

Step 2: After the 5th shot into the hole the hurry up mode will begin. A big center ramp will show up in the middle of the playfield with 3 branches (left, right & center). The Gunship will fly to the ramp and hover over one of these branches. Shoot the ball (trooper) into the gunship on either the left, center or right ramp.

 

Step 3: Once you sink the Ball into the Gunship it will start to hover over the Table's Playfield and you will then hear vocal prompts saying move the Ship to so and so. Basically you have to hit the flashing Ramps before the time runs out, otherwise the Ship will be hit and take some damage. The Gunship starts at 100% health. You can only withstand 3 hits before you fail the mode. To re-attempt this mode you will need to repeat the above process to activate the Point Rain Hurry Up Mode again. As for the vocal prompts, they mean:

  • "Move the Ship to the Right!" – Which requires you to hit the Right Council Ramp .
  • "Move the Ship to the Center!" – Which requires you to hit the Gunship Ramp.
  • "Move the Ship to the Left!" – Which requires you to hit the T6 Ramp.

Don’t worry if you don’t hear the vocal prompt since the Ramp which you’re required to be hit will be flashing.

 

Step 4: After you hit a set number of Ramps, the Ship will fly away (transporting the trooper) and then it will come back to the center ramp for another trooper (ball) Repeat steps 2 and 3 again two more times to transport three troopers (balls). After transporting the third trooper (ball) you will earn the Point Rain trophy.

Earn the highest rank by completing the clone training several times on the Clone Wars table.

 

Step 1: To gain access to this mode you first need to send the ball around either of the 2 Orbits – The far Left Orbit or the far Right Orbit , each time you successfully send the ball around an Orbit a letter of "TRAINING" will be lit. To check your progress these letters can be seen lighting up on the 2 Orbits.

 

Step 2: After spelling "TRAINING", send the Ball up the Gunship Ramp to start the Training Mode. You will be taken to the Training Mini-Playfield

 

Step 3: The Goal here is to hit all the 8 Green Targets (4 on each side); when you manage to knock down all 4 on 1 side, you will then see a yellow arrow pointing to a hole which you now need to shoot the ball into it to progress in the Training Mode.

 

Step 4: Once you sink the ball into both of those holes, the Middle Sink Hole will begin to flash. Hit the ball into it, you will then be taken to the second and final phase of the Training Mode.

 

Step 5: Once you gain access to the 2nd phase of the Training Mode, the Goal here is to simply shoot the blinking green targets, ramps and Orbits (the last one will have to be hit 10 times). Hitting them all will raise the Citadel Ramp in the center of the playfield.

 

Step 6: Shoot the ball up the Citadel ramp to destroy the Citadel, after which you will be awarded the Rank of Trooper.

 

Step 7: Repeat these steps until you have completed training a whooping 8 times! After the 8th time you successfully complete the training mode you will achieve the rank of General and earn the trophy.

 

Notes:

 

- Failure at any part of the training mode will not count as one of your eight times for completing it.

- After each successful completion, the mode may vary up and alternate the order of the shots but the same basic principle applies to completing it.

Purge the galaxy by defeating both Sith Lords on the Clone Wars table!

 

Brief Overview:

To earn this trophy you must take the table to wizard mode and then beat that mode. To take this table to wizard mode you must beat all 5 main council missions and successfully complete training mode in one game. If you beat all the missions and training and take this table to wizard mode but fail at winning that mode you will "reset" the table and have to start all over again. This is probably the hardest trophy in all of SWP but with this knowledge, let's get into details about the main missions.

 

 

STARTING A MISSION

 

Step 1: To start up the Council Mission selection process you need to first spell out the Letters of "COUNCIL", this is done by repeatedly hitting either of the 2 Council Ramps. The Left Council Ramp or Right Council Ramp, (each time you go up the Council Ramps you will light up 1 of the Letters.

 

Step 2: Upon lighting all the Letters of "COUNCIL" you will need to sink the Ball into the Point Rain Sink Hole, this is done with a shot up the Right Council Ramp.

 

Step 3: The Dot – Matrix will then display the Council Missions; you can cycle through the Missions by pressing the Flipper Buttons and when you want to select a Mission you can press the "Launch" Button :cross: or wait for the timer to reach 0.

 

TIP: It does not matter the order you complete the missions. However, I suggest doing the hardest ones first. No sense in beating the easy ones only an hour later failing on the hard ones. If you start a hard one first and then fail, you can restart with less time invested in a bad game. For your benefit, I will list the missions in order from most difficult to easiest.

 

 

THE COUNCIL MISSIONS

 

MISSION: WEAPONS FACTORY

Your goal will be to destroy the Weapons Factory, this is done in 4 Stages:

 

Stage 1: You must perform a 3 Hit Combo on the flashing lanes

 

• Lock Mini–Orbit

• Liberation Ramp

• Gunship Ramp

 

You have about 3 seconds between each shot, if you miss a shot then you will have to start the Combo from the beginning again.

 

Stage 2: You must again perform a 3 Hit Combo on 3 different flashing lanes

 

• T6 Ramp

• Right Council Ramp

• Left Orbit

 

You have about 3 seconds between each shot, if you miss a shot you will have to start the Combo from the beginning again.

 

After completing both combos you must lock your ball into the left sink hole to begin stage 3.

 

Stage 3: After completing the 2 Stages above you will be given a 3 Ball multiball. You will need to hit all of the flashing Lanes, orbits and ramps on the Table's Playfield without losing your multiball.

 

Stage 4: Finally you will need to lock the remaining Balls into the either of the Lock Sink Holes – Left Lock Sink Hole or Right Lock Sink Hole.

 

Upon doing the above Stages this Council Mission will be completed and the "Weapons Factory" Notification Light will be lit.

 

 

MISSION: ATTACK ON KAMINO

Upon starting this Council Mission, the Goal is to prevent the Clone DNA from being stolen. This is done in 6 Stages:

 

Stage 1: Hit the 2 Flashing Lanes.

 

Stage 2: The Lock Mini-Orbit will begin to flash; but when you manage hit the ball towards it, the ball will instead be frozen to the spot and another ball will be launched out. Now hit the frozen ball with the new ball to release it and now it's a two ball multiball from here on out. Note: The Council Mission will fail if you lose one of your 2 balls from here on out.

 

Stage 3: Hit the 2 Flashing Lanes.

 

Stage 4: The Lock Mini Orbit will begin to flash again, shoot one of the balls towards it and it will be frozen to the spot again. Hit the frozen Ball with the other Ball to release it and move on.

 

Stage 5: Hit the all the flashing lanes.

 

Stage 6: Once you hit all of the flashing Lanes, the Lock Mini-Orbit light will flash again. Shoot the ball towards it and the ball will freeze again. Now hit the frozen ball with the other ball and both of them will explode. This will complete the mission, a new ball launches and the "Attack on Kamino" Notification Light will be lit.

 

 

MISSION: CLOAK OF DARKNESS

To complete this Council Mission you must hit Asajj Ventress 3 times with the charged Green Earth looking ball. To charge the ball and hit her you must do the following Steps below.

 

Step 1: Shoot the 3 flashing Lanes, these will alternate each time you do this Step.

 

Step 2: You then have about 30 Seconds to hit the T6 Ramp and the Right Council Ramp to charge the Ball.

 

Step 3: After shooting both ramps the ball will be charged and turn Green. You will then need to shoot the ball up the see-through ramp that appears in the middle of the table. This will launch the charged ball up to hit Ventress.

 

Repeat the above Steps 2 more times to complete the Mission, once done the "Cloak of Darkness" Notification Light will be lit.

 

 

MISSION: WAR ON CHRISTOPHIS

The goal of this Council Mission is to bring down the defences this is done by changing the ball into a Bomb and then planting it on the Gunship Ramp a total of 6 times.

 

Step 1: Send the Ball through either Left Council Ramp or Right Orbit. to get under the dome shield.

 

Step 2: Hit the Ball up through either the Lock Mini–Orbit or Liberation Ramp to collect the Bomb. Do the above successfully and you will hear "Got the Bomb!"

 

Step 3: The Ball will now become a "Bomb", you now need to hit the Gunship Ramp to plant the Bomb. Do the above successfully and you will hear "Bomb planted!" Once you have planted the Bomb a total of 6 times by following the above 3 Steps, you will destroy the dome shield.

 

Step 4: The final part of the Council Mission will begin, you will need to shoot the ball up all of the flashing Lanes on the table to complete the final part. Once done the "War on Christophis" Notification Light will be lit.

 

 

MISSION: THE MONSTER

 

Step 1: Upon starting this Council Mission; Savage Opress (I think he's Darth Maul's brother) will be on top of a floating platform, which you will need to hit 6 times.

 

Step 2: After hitting the floating platform 6 times, you will then need to shoot a set of 3 flashing lanes a total of 3 times. Each time you shoot the set of 3 flashing lanes a new set of lanes will light up.

 

Once done the "The Monster" Notification Light will be lit.

 

 

FINAL MISSION and the Purge the World trophy!

After successfully completing and lighting these 5 missions, you must now complete the training mission detailed in the bronze trophy. Once all this is done start another mission and it will be the final mission for the trophy. This Wizard Mode comes in 4 Phases. It's a 4 Ball multiball and if you go down to 1 Ball at any point in the Wizard Mode you will fail. Meaning, the table will reset and you will need to redo all 5 missions and training again to re-attempt the Wizard Mode.

 

The 4 Phases are as follows:

 

Phase 1: Hit the 2 flashing Ramps, 3 times each (6 shots)

 

• T6 Ramp

• Right Council Ramp

 

Once you hit 1 of the Ramps, you'll need to hit the other. You can't just hit the same Ramp 3 times in a row as it comes in waves.

 

Phase 2: Hit the Bumpers a total of a 100 times.

 

Phase 3: Hit these flashing Ramps a total of 15 Times (15 shots)

 

• Left Council Ramp

• Gunship Ramp

• Liberation Ramp

 

This one doesn't come in waves so you can hit the same Ramp multiple times to complete this Phase.

 

Phase 4: Lock the remaining Balls into either of Lock Sink Holes – Left Lock Sink Hole or Right Lock Sink Hole.

 

When the last ball goes into the sink hole the trophy will pop.

I am probably missing it as the setup I find confusing (trophy structure and all the different releases on Zen's end not the forum) but is there a trophy guide for Balance of the Force and Heroes Within for trophies WITHIN the Star Wars Pinball version?

 

I thought it might be here but it ends with the first DLC. And if I look up Balance of the Force subforum, those are just for the Zen Pinball 2 release.

 

No worries if you don't have them, just want to make sure I locate them if they are here!

Start Jedi and Sith multiballs at the same time and score a Balance Jackpot on Star Wars Episode V table.

 

NOTES:

With the 2 Top Flippers you are able to hit 2 cross–orbits(across the table), hitting either of those will either light a Letter of 'JEDI' or 'SITH' dependent on which cross–orbit was hit:

 

• Shoot the Jedi cross-orbit with the upper right flipper – will light a letter of 'JEDI'

• Shoot the Sith cross-orbit with the upper left flipper – will light a Letter of 'SITH'

 

Hitting either of the above 4 times will light all the Letters needed to either start the Jedi or Sith Multiball (dependent on which cross–orbit you hit 4 times).

 

Now the Jedi & Sith Multiball Modes are exactly the same, both of which are 2 Ball Multiball modes. You can also start both the Jedi & Sith Multiball Modes at the same time, resulting in a 4 Ball Multiball Mode. This will then engage the Balance Jackpot which will be available on the Left Ramp & Right Orbit/ramp.

 

 

Suggested Path to Earn Trophy

 

Step 1: Shoot each cross orbit 3 times so that you are looking at the following lit letters 'JED' and 'SIT'. It will be easier if you only need 1 shot on the second multiball mode once you have started the first multiball mode.

 

Step 2: Start one multiball mode.

 

Step 3: Try to gain control of the multiball and shoot the second cross-orbit to start the second multiball mode so that they are going at the same time.

 

Step 4: Shoot the left or right ramp for the Balance Jackpot and earn the trophy.

 

 

Not sure why I can't get this one to pop. Is the Balance Jackpot ramp the same one as the Jedi or Sith Jackpot ramps? I did those both with at least 3 balls active (maybe you need all 4?) but no trophy. I will pay attention that Balance Jackpot light in middle of board but unless it is timed, I don't know why it wouldn't have been as I started both multi-balls.

 

I noticed on the in-game table guide, they also have arrows pointing to the inner ramps which is a little confusing whether I should be doing something with that.

 

I like this board a lot.

Congratulations I'm glad the guides are helping you. I know you originally requested them a long time ago. They are just so long for each trophy sometimes and i was too lazy to do them. Earn maximum respect, and escape from the Sarlacc on the Boba Fett table!

 

Step 1: Earn maximum Respect

Complete either the Empire's missions or the Hutts' missions and fully spell BOBA FETT on the middle of the playfield. See In service of the Hutts or It all ran better under Vader.

 

Step 2: Start another mission

If you completed the Empire missions than start another Empire mission.

If you completed the Hutts' missions than start another Hutts mission.

 

Step 3: Catch Han Solo

Once the Hunt for Solo Mode begins your goal is to catch the Millennium Falcon with the Slave I. This is done by hitting the flashing Lanes, basically all you need to do is keep hitting the flashing Lanes as fast as you can to catch up to Solo and every time you hit a flashing Lanes then the flashing Lanes will change. If you manage to catch up to Han Solo you then will be required to sink the ball into the Hutt Sink Hole which will require you to first hit the Hutt See–Saw with enough power to make it rise to reveal the hidden Hutt Sink Hole. Once you sink the ball into there you will complete the mode and collect the Bounty on Han Solo's head.

 

Completion or Failure of the Hunt for Solo mode will cause the Escape from The Sarlacc Pit to begin.

 

Step 4: Escape from the Sarlacc Pit

To save Boba Fett you will need to hit the Ball at the tentacle about 4 times via the Empire Orbit, once you do that you need to sink the Ball into the Pit about 4 times by either the Empire Orbit or Solo Spinner with a weak shot.

 

If you manage to do the above, then the Wizard Mode known as Triumph of the Mandolarian will begin automatically and you will earn the trophy.

 

Disco or anyone, do you recall if Step 3, capturing Han Solo is a requirement for this trophy?

 

The trophy description and Disco's line about completion or failure starts the Escape from the Sarlaac Pit step, so it has me wondering if I can get the trophy even if I fail at catching Han Solo.

I'm quite confident it's not required for the trophy. Also if it was Discoking would have wrote it in the guide.
