I have the same problem. How did you "rebuild the database"? The only option is see for this is if the PS4 freezes and restarts in safe mode.

GTA IV easily the worst grind. Not so bad with a good team and mics, but running NOOSE with randoms was a terrible idea.

You can check your progress on Battlelog or within the game if you go to Stats menu and look at the Medal you can earn for Bomb Deliveries. It'll show your ribbons toward that medal. Keep in mind, you can't disconnect from the session either. Sometimes it doesn't save your ribbons when you disconnect.

GTA V, hands down. Can't imagine how good this would look on PS4, considering it's one of the best looking games ever on PS3.

I was in a similar boat, I had way more than 20 by the time it was completed. What I think doesn't count is if you get a Road Kill with the UCAV instead of it actually exploding and killing them. So, aim for their feet and hope it kills them. I'd actually suggest doing this in Hardcore, as people have less health, so the UCAV explosion will have a better chance at killing them.

Thanks for the reply. It was indeed the online versus offline. I was out of the country while playing and it kept freezing/crashing. Once I got back home yesterday (with wi-fi), I was able to finish this without it crashing even once. Hopefully they will fix this soon. The Vita is meant for travel and sometimes you simply don't have Internet access.
