Yes, it's another one of those 'trailer for a trailer' deals as Ubisoft has today released a teaser video for the return of Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, which had pretty fallen off the radar since our first look at the game at an event in Paris back in September of last year.

Now, it's very much back on the radar, with Ubisoft promising a new reveal trailer on March 14th, showing Silas Greaves' old west adventure that will pay homage to the classic mythology of the Wild West era, with legends like Pat Garret, Billy the Kid, Jesse James and Butch Cassidy.

Check out the Call of Juarez: Gunslinger teaser video and five new screenshots below. You can also read our first look preview to find out more about the game. Keep your eyes peeled for the reveal next week.

I'm really hoping that they get this one right after the last Call Of Juarez, what a pile of shit that was. They need to drop the online MP and work on a cracking story and single player campaign. Hell, if they need MP, why not add a little CO-OP play. Just keep it away from the trophy list.

I avoided CoJ: The Cartel, even when it went on sale. Numerous times. But Gunslinger looks convincing.

Bound in Blood was the only game I've enjoyed in this series. This looks like it might be something close to that but I refuse to get my hopes up.

This looks really good... But I'm with #5 on not getting my hopes up. The Cartel was an absolute mess.

I agree with #1 every way except I think they do need some multi-player, I am always up for co-op.

#1 I guess you've never played Bound in Blood then. The mp for BiB was pretty awesome. I don't know what the new fad is with people slamming mp but just like every games doesn't need it, some games do, and it does some games justice.

Bound in Blood was amazing, in single player and in multiplayer, didn't pick up Cartel because of the flak it got but I'm glad the series is returning to it's roots, can't wait.
