Need for Speed: Most Wanted Comes to London With a Ride in a Supercar

Criterion's Need for Speed: Most Wanted is out in the UK tomorrow, and to celebrate, EA has taken to the London streets with a collection of luxury supercars lined up to provide commuters with the ultimate travel experience. Londoners had the chance to hire and ride in one of the supercars to get to work.

The scheme encouraged the public to "track down specially designed supercar docking stations at sites including Waterloo and Covent Garden. These were secret settings, with commuters tweeting the location once they found it, before taking their seat for a one-off ride."

A Porsche 911 Carrera, Lamborghini LP560 Spyder, Mercedes SLS and BMW M3 were the supercars on offer, matching a selection of those available in the game. The scheme was supposed to reflect the core game mechanic in Need for Speed: Most Wanted, of finding a vehicle and taking a ride in it. Presumably, none of the cars were nicked.

Just like the cars here with the text on the hood, I wanna be able to customize the cars in the game. What's so hard to understand about that?

That's Awesome. :-)

As for customization, I am not bothered, aslong as I can change the paint colour that's all I need.

the paint colour gets changed every time you drive trough a repair thingy
you can't choose what colour you get and cannot customise anything except performance
