With just over a month to go until Assassin's Creed III's launch, Ubisoft has released the fourth 'Inside Assassin's Creed III' episode today, looking closer at the accuracy of the historical aspects of the game, from the colonial cities of Boston and New York - complete with roaming pigs - to the Frontier and the high seas.

There's a dynamic weather system along the day/night cycle in AC III too, so you can sea the seasons change around you. In the Frontier meanwhile, you'll have to cope with humidity, cold, snow and an ecosystem of animals, as well as the organic environment comprised of trees and rocks.

Finally, there's more about the Naval Warfare, which involves the French, the Spanish and Dutch as well as the British and American forces. It's all suitably epic stuff, and the trailer offers up additional historical insight into the game as well as another look at Assassin's Creed III in a bit more detail.

Watch the video below, then look out for Assassin's Creed III on October 30th, 2012.

  • looks good but i can't put myself through the multiplayer again so will be a no buy for me this time. i got into assassins creed because it was a good single player game but they spoiled this game for me by adding multiplayer.
  • @1 The multi player trophies look easy, the hardest get to level 20. Avoiding a game just because of MP seems silly in my opinion.
  • @2 why would you buy a game with stuff that you know you don't like in it,plus i save money to buy a game that i like everything about.
  • AC multiplayer is one of the best ones out there...
  • the weather, the people, the animals, the terrain the game is just stunning good work Ubisoft
  • @3 That's just Dumb
  • @6 no your dumb you wouldn't go out and buy say a multi bag of 12 crisps 6 ready salted & 6 salt and vinegar but you only like ready salted,so you waste the salt & vinegar when you could buy a 12 pack of ready salted. so why should i buy a game for a lot more money when i only like half the game and the other half i hate ? fanboys lol any opinion different than your's and it's wrong can't have anyone say something negative about a game you like.
  • @sum1foxy You're going to pass up most likely the best game of the year because there is an aspect of the game that you don't like, even though YOU ARE NOT forced to play it. Get help. Sooner rather than later.
  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All it needs is slippery roofs, branches that break and rocks that break off when you climb up them.
