Just in case you didn't know, Treyarch is back with its latest go at the Call of Duty franchise in a couple of months and its first direct CoD sequel in the shape of Black Ops II. Taking the series into the future for the first time, Black Ops II heads to 2025, bringing with it an array of funky technology and gadgets.
But how do you keep such a long-running franchise - that's arguably the victim of its own success - fresh and relevant in this day and age? We took some time out with Treyarch's Communications Director, John Rafacz to address the issue of Call of Duty fatigue and increasing cynicism towards the behemoth FPS series, multiplayer, zombies and more.
Check out our interview with Rafacz below. We had a few issues with the audio unfortunately, so you might want to crank the volume up a bit. Call of Duty: Black Ops II is out in November. For more, check out our hands-on multiplayer preview.
