Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel
Army of Two: The Devil's Cartel Screens Show Action, Lots of Brown

Here’s a batch of new screens for Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel. They’re brown. Very brown.

Don’t be put off by those dull, sludgy tones though. According to those that have seen it in action, The Devil’s Cartel is actually quite impressive. That’s perhaps not surprising when you consider that Dead Space studio Visceral Games is behind the franchise refresh.

Powered by DICE’s Frostbite 2 Engine, Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel is grittier, with a “more mature” approach, offering online co-op, split screen and a set of customisation options that hope to keep you tinkering for hours.

Check out the first gameplay trailer here. Army of Two: The Devil’s Cartel is out in March 2013.

I enjoyed the first two. While neither was exceptional I had fun playing them, so I'll probably look into this.

I don't even care what the reviews will say, everyone I know seemed to hate the first two and I always loved them, so I'm getting this anyway. It looks like this time will be 3-4 guys (looking from the trailer) and none is Rios or Salem :( . I just hope they bring back the weapon customization.

My brother and I loved the game, we could play them over and over a few times before getting bored. They never got the rest reviews because of their flaws but the good stuff equaled it out. This one with you not being Salem or Rios I am not 100% sure about, but I will definitely give these 2 new guys their chance to make me love them.

This looks good although after the issues with the glitches & lack of support for the trophy issues on 40th day I'm going to hold off from getting this till its been out a while & there are no known problems with it.
