Mass Effect 3: Operation Shieldwall is Your Next N7 MP Weekend

Shame on you all! Last fortnight's Mass Effect 3: Operation Silencer failed, meaning the target number of Banshees were not killed and this weekend's Operation Shieldwall will be plagued by the shrieking Reapers. More Banshees will spawn with Reaper enemies in multiplayer and they'll even pop up when you're fighting the Geth or Cerberus.

Operation Shieldwall tasks the Mass Effect 3 community with promoting 50,000 characters, awarding a Victory Pack with a high chance for a rare weapon. That's the Allied Goal. The Squad Goal is to promote 3 characters, which will reward you with a Commendation Pack.

Mass Effect 3: Operation Shieldwall will be getting underway on Friday, May 25th at 6PM PT and will run through Sunday, May 27th at 5pm PT. As always, remember to set the “Upload Gameplay Feedback” setting to “On” in the online options to participate in this N7 Operation.

(Please note that due to a known issue, PlayStation 3 users will not see the promotion screen but they will be participating in Operation Shieldwall  and will be rewarded).

  • These are getting really old and tired... yes I will still do it but cmon!
  • hell yeah, im going to get a character of each class to level 20. then as soon as the event kicks off, im promoting each of them
  • What about Operation Extended Cut?
  • Funny how people didn't want mp at first
  • @4 Still don't want it, all Bioware has done so far is do multiplayer events/DLC with the only exception being the Extended Cut, which in turn only came to be because enough fans got pissed off.
  • @4 thomp200 Did you miss the part where the targeted quota of '50,000 Banshees killed' was not reached?
  • @Tostigroover The amount was 3,000,000. Not 50,000.
  • Still haven't tried the multiplayer and doubt I ever will. Loved the campaign from start to finish though. Still prefer ME2.
  • Nice...
  • I don't blame some people for not wanting Multiplayer especially if they don't support there online product through patches etc, i love Mass Effect Multiplayer. But untill they patch it i am not spending time joining games then at wave 8-9 lost connection, if you've spent alot of time with the Multiplayer you will know what a time wasting mess it can be. It was so refreshing playing Max Payne 3 Multiplayer last night with no problems at all, as this is also MP3 event too i'll be playing MP3.
  • #4, still dont! Or at least for every stupid MP "event" or added MP DLC give me a SP event to match...
