THQ has released a staggering amount of face-punching screens from UFC Undisputed 3, showcasing the game's light heavyweight and lightweight fighters, all going hammer and tongs in the Octagon, grounding and pounding, jabbing, kicking and simply causing general pain and bodily harm.

Including the likes of Chuck Liddell, Frankie Edgar, Dennis Siver, Jim Miller, Ross Pearson, Rashad Evans, Tito Ortiz and a whole host of other UFC fighters, the screenshots feature plenty of high-kicking, gut-thumping action from inside the blood and sweat spattered ring, where only one man will emerge with his teeth.

You can take a look at all 32 new screenshots in the gallery, then prepare to enter the Octagon when UFC Undisputed 3 launches in early 2012.

UFC 3 looks amazing!!! I bought the 2009 Edition and I played that for months! I didn't bother to buy the 2010 Edition, due to all the Bad Reviews that I read about. Hopefully this Edition will be superb! I can't wait when the Demo is released on PSN.

@3 actually 2010 was a much more improved version over 2009. It cleaned up the graphics and the control scheme was much more fluid, most word of mouth was disappointed because they felt one game a year was too much but for some reason it's fine to buy Madden every year.
