$19.99 for 12 trophies? T_T I'll wait for now unfortunately...Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 04:40 PM
Xbox360 gets a 1000 points and we only get 12 effing trophies. Thanks Capcom!Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 04:50 PM
Some HD remake, I may get RE4 but definitely not this one for 19.99Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 04:51 PM
Since I'm cheap on some occasions, I'll buy this game when it's on sale. I already own Resident Evil 4, but I never played this game.Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 04:52 PM
I hope PS Plusers get a discount like we did for re4 cos I ain't spending $19.99 on it though I'm guessing it'll be about £14.99 in uk I hope plus 50% off with any luckTuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 05:25 PM
When the RE4 and Code Veronica twin pack hits retail for £10 or less, then I'll get it as they're both way too pricey at the moment.Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 05:34 PM
#1 and that is what is wrong with certain gamers today. You pay for trophies not enjoyment and Sony laughs at you for being so pathetic.Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 05:51 PM
Its a shame this was ported to the crapbox 360. I like the PS2 version better.Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 06:46 PM
Why pay $19.99 for 12 trophee. When ya can buy hannah montana & harry potter, and still have enough for detuned. C'mon now.Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 07:01 PM
I'm happy to see this and RE4 on the PSN. And after selling off the PS2 versions of the games, I pretty much break even with how much they cost!Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 07:04 PM
Yes, PS Plus members get it for 50% off.Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 07:13 PM
P.S. Who would buy these games JUST for their trophies? Come on, people. Trophies are great and all, but if that's your ONLY reason then go play Hannah Montana: The Movie. The trophies should just be an added bonus and extra incentive to play an already great game.Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 07:14 PM
Well unlike re4 this makes sense to have only that many trophies...Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 07:55 PM
Trophies or not this game is a must have for any real resident evil fans... If you're not happy about a game that doesn't have a platinum and don't want to play it then.. fine go platinum whatever game you want while we enjoy good games! On topic 19.99$ for that title is kinda expensive. I can understand they did some work on it for the HD but it certainly doesn't worth that price.. I mean cmon I bought CV on dreamcast and on ps2 and I paid like 20$ each but it was like more than 3 years.. On my part I'm not buying any resident evil since I own them all on their original consoles, so no point in rebuying and even re-rebuying (cv and 4) But releasing Resident evil 0 would be totally awesome since my disc are kinda broke and for some reason I can't find it anywhere at a decent price...Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 08:39 PM
Downloading now. Well worth the money. If I didn't have PS Plus I would have gladly paid 20 for this and skipped RE4. As far as REmake and RE0 coming out on PSN that would be great, just unlikely. The Wii ports are decent and cheap now though.Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 09:45 PM
lol, that trailer suggested things actually happen in this game. Alas, despite I consider this to be one of the worst RE games (okay, I know there's Outbreak files, Survivor, and Dead Aim and they're all much much worse), I'll still be getting this cause I've never actually beaten it. Trophies will give me some incentive.Tuesday, September 27, 2011 @ 10:23 PM
If this was Resident Evil outbreak i would have buy it.Wednesday, September 28, 2011 @ 03:36 AM
@#14 I agree scarface!Wednesday, September 28, 2011 @ 06:57 AM
lol i can guarantee trophies and plats sell more games than old updated GFX games with only 12 trophies?Wednesday, September 28, 2011 @ 10:34 AM
Sony loves me so much that they are going to sell this to me for $10!!

Resident Evil: Code Veronica X is out on the US PSN Store today and the EU PS Store tomorrow. Here’s the launch trailer to accompany the release. There's five new screens in the game's gallery too.
Code Veronica X is a HD remake of the PlayStation 2 port of the game, considered to be the ultimate version. That’s because the PS2 edition added some extra cut-scenes and graphical upgrades over the Dreamcast original. Is it unfair to say that we wish they’d lavished the same kind of attention on this HD re-issue? Because, let’s face it, it still looks a bit rough around the edges.
Regardless, beneath it all, Code Veronica X is still a damn good game. You can pick it up for $19.99.
