Arkane Studios has an enviable group of talent working on Dishonored, with Co-Creative Directors Harvey Smith and Raf Colantonio heading up the project and Half-Life 2 artist Viktor Antonov on board as Visual Design Director, ensuring that the game has a unique look and style, as well as plenty of tricks up its sleeve.
With Smith known for being the Lead Designer on the original Deus Ex and Raf Colantonio famed for his work as Lead Designer on Arx Fatalis, Dishonored is certainly an exciting prospect. So, fresh from seeing Arkane's FPS for the first time, we had a few questions to ask the duo.
We sat down to talk more about Dishonored, its design, gameplay, supernatural powers, special abilities, weapons, combat and more besides with Smith and Colantonio at Gamescom, and managed to glean some great insight into Dishonored, which is scheculed to release sometime in 2012.
