Capture the Flag or 'CTF' to those in the know, has been a staple of multiplayer since time began, but in Starhawk, it'll be a whole different kettle of fish thanks to LightBox's battlefield innovation, Build & Battle, which enables you to drop facilities and other objects into the game on the fly and effectively transform the landscape.

Developer LightBox and collaborative partner Sony Santa Monica has released a new trailer showcasing Starhawk's 8v8 Capture the Flag multiplayer mode on the Acid Sea map, where there's plenty of building and battling going on, with buildings falling from the sky to shift the tide of battle.

Get your eyes on the trailer now, soldier and find out what all the fuss is about. Starhawk is due to release sometime in 2012.

@5 Nothing wrong with that! 2011 is already over-packed with huge titles, plus 2012 looks like it'll be lacking in the blockbuster department.

Also, you get a better finished product if you take the time and look over everything to make it perfect. Also, it being released earlier then scheduled is better then a delay!
